👍👍 I love Fierce Grace and the community they have created. I've tried every hot yoga studio in Manhattan and Brooklyn before I made Fierce Grace LES my home. It’s a hot yoga studio that evolved with the neighborhood. Now, it is impeccably clean and the teachers read the room and share their energy. I attend Tricia’s, Pamela’s, Oscar’s and Aaron’s classes regularly. Every series works the body in a different way and I have never felt like I was compromising safety or strength, which is not easy to accomplish in a hot room. I’ve been to four different hot yoga studios is the city. FG is by far the best.

This place is awesome! Been going here since 2018 and have enjoyed the flow as it really works on balance and stretching. Hot yoga is no joke but the teachers here are fantastic, thorough and fun. Note they recently had a fire so this location is closed but they have another spot in Nomad and Harlem. Hope this one opens up again soon!

Hot yoga for everyone. Fierce Grace is a great studio that teaches a variety of classes that complement each other. All instructors are good but my favorite is Tricia Donogan. She always remembers who has injuries, motivates the class to push harder with compassion. She sets the tone for a positive room and keeps the studio the kind of place and practice where I feel comfortable bringing anyone. Everyone is welcome and everyone will benefit at their own level. For a first time student or advanced, I can't recommend her highly enough.

What can I say? I love this studio. From the first time I walked in, everyone is always friendly and accommodating. The studio evolved from bikram to Fierce Grace, a welcome change. They retained the positive aspects of hot yoga (I like the guidance and precision) and added in a bit more variety (specifically, the FG series includes more arm and core work). I like all the teachers but try to take Tricia's class whenever possible. Ever present, she gets the most out of each student but with compassion. She founded the space and has built a supportive community. I highly recommend this studio.

I love everything about Fierce Grace! The studio is clean, the staff is friendly…impeccable customer service…and the best instructors who challenge and inspire students at every level. Tricia’s energy is so infectious I’m willing to wake up when it’s still pitch dark and quiet outside to be on a mat at 7am!!! THAT is how motivating she is.

I started my weekend right with an 8am FIIT class with Tricia… I recommend this studio and her class especially if you want to build core strength… side benefit is a better sense of well being! Tricia’s also great about supporting those with physical challenges… today I brought a friend and Tricia checked in with her, remembered her name, and supported her in class. My overall, improved, health is definitely due to Tricia and her classes.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jewel in the LES. Amazing instructors. Bright beautiful clean space. Pamela remembered my knee injury from a previous class and gave me adjustments. Love their personal focus and attention to detail.

Fierce Grace Hot Yoga Method is convincing. The Mix of classes range from chill and relaxing ‘Deep Core’ to high intensity power work out like ‘Fiit60’ or ‘Primal’. The classic ‘Fix’ is accessible for everyone. You will sweat, you will think you can’t make it! But, you will, and feel better and stronger after! The Teacher Trainers here are highly professional and a variety of powerhouse personalities keeping you motivated, safe and supported in your yoga/workout experience. It’s a personal luxury to have this studio in the neighborhood. Classes are held almost every two hours of the day in a super clean and heated environment. They take great pride in their Music and Sound!

I have been going to Fierce Grace for years. I had practiced with Tricia (who is just wonderful) when her studio used to be a Bikram studio and stayed on for the next iteration of the very best place to practice yoga in NYC. Come and take her challenging and inspiring class as well as all of the other great teachers and you won't be disappointed!

Love both Fierce Grace studios. What really makes the studios special are the teachers. Everyone is so knowledgeable and patient. My favorite is probable Tricia Donegan, who i have always looked up to as my “coach”. She knows so much, and is so adept at sharing her knowledge with the class in a way we understand. There’s been so many times when I didn’t think I could get through a pose. Her infectious enthusiasm inspires me to be able to do things I never thought I could.

Literally the BEST yoga studio! They are genuinely friendly and most of the customers are also serious about yoga. I only took off a star because I feel like the room has a weird smell (a lot more noticeable when your face is near the floor). I’m sure it’s because of the heat and bacteria but I usually have a hard time ignoring it. With that said it’s my favorite hot yoga to go to. I would give it BEYOND 5 stars if they could do something about the odor!!

Great place. Dropped in from out of town. Very nice studio very clean. Welcoming. Tricia was awesome led a very challenging fast pace class with grace. Somehow she made it easy to follow and flow even though it was fast paced, challenging and I was a first timer. Called people by their names, nice personal touch. Will def go back next time in NYC.

I swung by the city and was on the hunt for a spot to keep up with my yoga routine. Stumbled upon Grace, conveniently located nearby my hotel, and figured I'd give it a whirl. Let me tell you, I was blown away! Their Hot Yoga sessions were on point, and the personal touch Tricia provided was top-notch. I can't recommend it enough. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best hot yoga studio in the city. I have been practicing yoga for many years and saw my most progress at FG. All the instructors are amazing. Yet the classes are challenging, the vibe of the studio is very chill. Wish they have studios in BK.

The LES Studio of Fierce Grace is my favorite. Floors and Mats are squeaky cleaned after every class, fresh scents, bleached towels and friendly Staff make the now mostly 60min classes durable. Choose your Classes wisely not to feel over or under challenged.

I first went to Fierce Grace in London while traveling for work 7 years ago, fell in love, and was over the moon with joy when they first came to NYC! Best yoga, hands down in the city. The studio environment is friendly, loving, and authentically spiritual and welcoming. The teachers are incredible, and it's truly an oasis. Thank you FG NY! <3

The whole vibe of the studio is great at Fierce Grace. The teachers are on point and helpful. Classes are not competitive and diverse, good to mix up. Clean facilities AND a short bike ride over the Bk bridge! Perfect FIIT. No pun intended. 😁

I am fairly new to yoga and was intimidated at first to try hot yoga. Fierce Grace has made me feel very welcome. The staff makes every effort to know your name and make sure you have everything you need, especially if it is your first time. The classes are great for all levels of experience.Tricia has been very supportive and helped me to modify the poses as a beginner, but still encouraged me to challenge myself. It’s amazing what doing yoga 2-3 times a week will do for you!

I really enjoy practicing yoga at Fierce Grace . I often take Tricia and Angela’s classes . I always enjoy the energy in the room and I get a great workout. I’ll be honest, being an African American woman I was a little hesitant to take the class because historically the vibe can be different. I am full figured and not flexible. But it actually is really great and inclusive. There is music playing during the classes and the selection is pretty diverse. I’d truly recommend this studio , they do great work inside on the mat and out in the community It is a win/win.

I love Fierce Grace and the community within it! I joined Fierce Grace because I was looking for a way to get some intense exercise without stressing about crowding/access, like commonly is an issue at the gym. I had zero prior experience in yoga and very little flexibility, but I have been a strong/intense runner for years. Even with my cardiovascular strength, hot yoga is no joke!! It is challenging and exciting and hard, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The instructors and classes are amazing — I go just about every day and I am still always challenged and pushed further in my practice. I also enjoy how much the classes differ — there’s a HIIT class which makes me still get in some cardio work and strength, but also many forms of yoga classes. I never would’ve expected to enjoy hot yoga this much, and I honestly don’t think I would if I joined any other studio. I know Fierce Grace has a few locations in NYC — as well as all over the world — but it truly feels like a small local hot yoga community where everyone supports and knows everyone. You can’t get that at a “mainstream” yoga studio. I have raved about this studio to friends and I will continue to rave about it! Truly the best.

Love this studio, my favorite in NYC! Have been going for a few years now. Great intensity, AMAZING instructors & cool crowd! Have tried both the LES & Nomad studio, both have unique vibes! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hot yoga studio :)

Having attended Fierce Grace Yoga Studio for about a year and a half, I‘m very impressed by the exceptional experience it offers. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, offering personalized guidance that truly enhances the practice. What sets this studio apart is the warmth—both figuratively and literally. The heated classes are a standout, providing an invigorating environment that deeply enhances flexibility and strength. The sense of community here is remarkable, fostering a supportive and welcoming atmosphere that motivates and uplifts. Additionally, the studio's professionalism in managing every detail, from cleanliness to class scheduling, ensures a seamless and enriching experience every time. Fierce Grace is more than just a place to practice yoga; it's a sanctuary for growth and well-being. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their practice in a warm, professional, and supportive environment.
