    CrossFit212...Day #1. Absolutely wonderful experience. Jim was my coach for today. I am a first time CrossFitter. I was nervous because I watched videos (don't do that). I sweat from the warm up. What I absolutely loved was how attentive Jim was to my knee issue, and knowledgeable. HE CARED!! I don't know what else to say. I am looking forward to my next workout and pushing myself. As someone who does Muay Thai, I realize many things done in these Muay Thai classes for strength training are not done properly. CrossFit will definitely help me with that. I think I am a CrossFitter for life...It is a heavy monthly tuition but I believe it will be worth it.

    I have been training here for a year and a half and I must say that Jim & crew are the best in the business. Great programming, wonderful facilities and an even better community. I have formed many relationships with the staff and other members that go well beyond fitness.

    Dropped in from out of town and loved it! Wonderful coach, nice athletes, it’s clean and even has showers, nobody pressured me to lift a certain weight :) 10/10 recommend if you’re trying to find a box to get a travel WOD in!

    I took the 6 Week Challenge and loved my experience at Willy B Tribeca. The trainers, the equipment, the results- everything was excellent The trainers are very knowledgeable. I had never done CrossFit before and, while I had done weight training, rowing and kettlebell classes elsewhere, I was able to learn and grow as an athlete. If there were movements that were too advanced for my skillset, the trainers were able to help modify some of the more advanced movements so that over time I could achieve the advanced movement safely and correctly. The gym itself is gorgeous. They just gave the space a complete makeover and its great atmosphere to workout in. All the equipment is well maintained and cleaned regularly. Its a very safe and amazing space to workout. And thanks to the previous two things, I got some amazing results with which I am incredibly pleased. I lost 6% body fat which initially I thought was going to be pretty darn impossible to accomplish. But, with the help of my trainers in class and the diet plan that they gave me, I was able to crush my goals. My clothes are loose. I can see my abdominal muscles for the first time ever. Plus I have received quite a bit of notice from coworkers about my slimmer and trimmer build. It's been a major win. This program was so worth it. If you are looking to up your fitness goals, give Willy B CrossFit Tribeca a try.

    Crossfit Tribeca and Crossfit 212 are both great gyms. They offer classes every half hour during prime times(there is even a 5 am). Most importantly, it's a great place to start with zero xfit experience. The instructors are awesome, and stress safety throughout the entire workout. The owners, Jen and Jim, are very hands on. It's clear that this is their passion. Give 'em a shot, you won't be disappointed!

    Been working out within the CrossFit Tribeca community for over a year now and I heavily recommend it. You cannot lose at this brand new facility that offers very organized, safe, and extremely thoughtful programming. The gym yields real results that I have witnessed my friends achieve, as well as myself. Instructed by a world class staff of coaches who are both incredible athletes and great people. It is a dynamic place brimming with lots of positive, well-rounded people.

    - Top-notch programming for all levels - Excellent hands-on coaching with no pretentions/attitude - Nice facility without being fancy - feels like a box should - Fun, competitive, supportive vibe (at least at 6am every weekday) This place is the real deal. CrossFit at it's finest.

    I joined this gym last July and I was completely clueless about CrossFit it was CrossFit 212 then and now under the WillyB umbrella this gym was taken to a new level. The staff was friendly and supportive, my classmates were awesome and overall I learned so much about the sport and i developed such a respect for it. I will definitely return to this gym again someday. Thank you for everything guys.

    Of course I love it. This is our sister gym to 84 Franklin with the ever growing amazing community from TriBeCa . Please come and see our new space and join a "WOD". Our coaching staff is top notch and ready to get you to your most fit self! We have a variety of classes including the daily WOD, Tier 2 and Team programming, 212GO! (met-con only class), 212ROW (get on that Erg and row row row your boat), and 212FLOW (our yoga class).

    Crossfit Tribeca is a great facility. The coaches and programming are best in the city and the members make for a great community of folks - always pushing and inspiring to do better.
