Super cute yoga studio in Chinatown. 🦒🌿I love the décor with the giant giraffe and lots of plants. My first yoga class here was great and the instructor was really exceptional. It’s not the most hygienic studio in my opinion. You have to take your shoes off at the entrance but the entrance is very narrow with no storage so people step on the dirty areas barefoot. Also, people are expected to clean the mats after the class. So the mats aren’t really clean. The classes are usually packed and it feels like people are on top of each other. I think the studio should be in charge of the spots of mats and cleaning. I will definitely come back but with my own mat.

Such a great place, very calming and cosy. I am very glad to have been taught multiple times by teachers from sky ting. I can say that coming here was not a disappointment, and definitely inspired me to continue with yoga.

II recently attended Francesco’s morning yoga class, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Francesco is a great source of energy, and I appreciate how she includes many affirmations during the practice. I'm definitely keen on attending more of her classes. The studio is small, so expect to be close to others, but despite that, it felt airy and comfortable. People working in studio were friendly, and everyone was welcoming. They provide all the necessary equipment for practice, so you won’t need to bring your own mat. However, after the session, they request that you clean the mats. If cleanliness is a concern for you, take this into account. Personally, I found them clean enough not to be bothered. Finding the studio was a bit challenging. You'll need to locate the next door after the shop and head up to the top floor. Giraffes in studio are adorable!

Such a special yoga studio, I’m so glad I found it. I’ve been coming here for months because it truly is cozy and unpretentious, yet very challenging and spiritual all at once. This is a heart-felt studio, run by kind people who really care (we miss you Brian, but really everyone here is amazing). They are doing their very best to keep yoga affordable, not a luxury, which is very hard considering NYC rents. My primary reason for starting yoga here was chronic lower back and hip pain which was getting worse. After months of coming I’m happy to say it has gotten much better (read: not cured, but way better). The instructors here are top notch, spiritual, daoist, and approachable… this is not just another “pretty yoga place” with trendy lululemon vibes, this is the real deal, and I love it!

This studio is clean, and has so much natural light. It's perfect for morning practice. The front desk attendant was super nice, and instructor led a really well paced flow. If you're into yoga, this place will probably make you happy!

Sky Ting is the best place for yoga in the city, highest of vibes, best community, gorgeous studio. I am a devotee of Chelsey’s classes she combines humor, amazing music and excellent teaching for an hour of pure bliss. I leave feeling light as a feather mentally spiritually physically. Grateful.

I'm so grateful that SkyTing is so close to home for me. The studio is beautiful and airy with a great view of the Manhattan Bridge. The instructors are inspiring and their classes are challenging. They encourage you to move in unconventional ways. Mats are complimentary and classes can get pretty packed. Krissy, Chloe, and Kate are a few of my favorite instructors!

Super cute studio, the main room is filled with natural light and a minimalist decoration, with plants and a big giraffe in the corner :) I liked the vibe there, and the class was really good. The teacher was knowledgeable, took her time to explain and make the class suitable for all the students.

I went in for my first ever yoga class (other than yoga for gym class in high school years ago) and happened to sign up for the Kundalini Yoga session with Desiree. This experience was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. Before even coming to the studio I called and spoke to Brian (hope that's his name!) and he was so kind and helpful. Then Desiree, the instructor, is so amazing and creates an environment where you can feel comfortable "getting weird", and you need to be for that Kundalini class. I'm instantly a fan of this place and I'm already recommending this to friends. Cannot express how much I thoroughly enjoy the space, environment, and classes.

I’m a sky ting tv member and have also taken a few classes in person. Hands down the best studio in nyc. Heaven on earth!

I don’t live in NYC but have been following Sky Ting from afar since their opening in 2015. I first visited their former TriBeCa studio in 2017 for a class with Alex and was immediately hooked. When they announced their online offering of Sky Ting TV in 2019, I immediately signed up and have been a member ever since. They got me through the stress of the pandemic with so much grace and joy. I visited this Chinatown studio location in 2021 for a class with Krissy (whom I absolutely adore) and had the most wonderful experience. Sunday morning Zoom classes with Krissy are the highlight of my week. I can’t recommend Sky Ting Yoga enough. They made me fall in love again with my yoga practice and also have inspired so much fun in the process. I’m a cult follower to say the least!
