I love this studio !!! There is very little true Bikram yoga left in NYC , but this place keeps it real and gets it right ! Always amazing energy and teachers and the atmosphere is great . After many many disappointing yoga experiences in NYC, I was happy to find this place.

I took an Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) class with Instructor Lidia Oleksyshyn. Though the class seemed more like a low-impact HITT cardio class to me than pilates, I still got a great workout in! The room gets very hot so you will definitely get a sweat going! The class also runs for the full hour. There is a brief warm-up included, very few breaks in between sets, and a well-deserved cooldown. I like that the instructor does not rush you to leave the room once the class is over so if you want to hold your Shavasana (corpse pose) for an extra few seconds, they will welcome you to do so. The class starts promptly at the time you reserve it for so travel with ample time to spare as the courses are held on the third floor. I do not like that the mats and towels are an extra fee so even though they provide those for you, bring your own if you have one to prevent spending unnecessary money on mats and a towel. After class, there were orange slices at the front desk. I particularly like that after class there is a boost of complimentary vitamin C at the front desk. The location is also great because a few blocks down (approximately less than a 10-minute walk) there is the seaport with a market where you can goto to grab a salad or freshly squeezed juice because you will work up an appetite! All in all wonderful experience to get a great workout in!

Delighted to have discovered a genuinely down-to-earth Bikram studio in NYC! Each instructor exudes extensive experience and knowledge about the practice, all without the typical snobbish Bikram attitude. The studio itself emanates warmth, fosters a judgment-free environment, and attracts wonderful attendees who contribute to the best spiritual vibes. Not to be overlooked, the Inferno Pilates classes are an ideal HIIT killer, delivering a mood-boosting sweat that's truly invigorating. A heartfelt shoutout to Sharleen, Salena, Lidia, and Jen for infusing their classes with amazing energy that consistently keeps me motivated and excited.

Amazing traditional hot yoga class with Misha! The studio is super clean and it gets really hot for the class, which really makes to an amazing practice. Misha was also amazing and offered the best instructions to make it easy to follow the poses. Definitely will be coming back.

Great yoga studio with amazing classes and be sure to check out their Full Circle Program! I wasn't sure I would have time to commit to the Full Circle program but thankfully Candice convinced me that even with starting a new job it was a great time to start. The program focuses on yoga, meditation, breathing, and nutrition. I now have more tools in my toolkit to deal with everyday stress and, currently, this never ending pandemic. Can't recommend enough!

YogaCare is amazing! Everything from the classes, to the atmosphere, to the staff is wonderful at this studio. The breathwork and meditation classes have been particularly transformational for me. There is a true sense of family and community at this space that is obvious the moment you walk into the studio. Owners Candice and Uli are two of my favorite people ever. You can tell that they put their hearts and souls into running YogaCare, and it is reflected in the way they connect with and support all of their students. I highly recommend checking out this studio!

I’ve been a member of YogaCare for a little over 4 years. It has transformed my mind and body through a great variety of classes in Bikram yoga, Dharma yoga, breath work, and meditations. The teachers and staff are warm, supportive, wonderful people to be around. Their “Full Circle” programs are amazing experiences that incorporate nutritional education along with in depth yoga practices and life choices. The online version of classes and programs are interactive, multifaceted and include personal attention to all aspects of practice. At 59 years old I learned how to stand on my head and continue to learn how to be younger.

One Yoga NYC is amazing. I never thought I would enjoy hot yoga, but this place is really great. The space is beautiful, the instructors are helpful, and the practice is rejuvenating.I always leave feeling accomplished and ready to start my day (I go to the early morning classes). I'm looking forward to my next class.

If you are looking for an old school Bikram studio in NYC - this is it ! They have 90 minute classes twice a day, the only studio in NYC which does ! I am so glad I found this place

I really Love this studio. I have been practicing for 20 years, and feel lucky to have walked into this studio curiously while on vacation. It's welcoming, and friendly, the yoga is authentic.

Inferno hot Pilates with Lena was AMAZING!! Challenging, but she made the class so fun. I can’t wait to go back. 48 hours later and my abs are still sore.

I’ve been to many yoga studios and Yoga Care is my absolute favorite. This place has checked boxes I didn’t even know I had when looking for a yoga studio. The studio itself is extremely clean. The classes are relaxing yet challenging. Plus the staff (and even regulars) are genuinely friendly and welcoming. By your third visit, it feels like you’re apart of a community. Also, if you are thinking about joining Full Circle. DO IT! Just finished my 1st one and I feel completely transformed for the better.

I haven’t tried the Yoga Classes as those are probably great. The studio is cute and the heat really nice. I attended a Pilates Class but this was definitely not Pilates - no music, no Pilates movements….

I decided to try out yogacare since I work nearby and had recently got into yoga. I wasnt a fan of bikram but once I started attending classes here I instantly saw improvements in focus and posture so I started attending class 3 to 4x a week. All the instructors here are great. They are stern and engaged in class - which influences all the students to be dedicated to the practice and this sets an excellent environment for class. Also, the instructors provides the right amount of adjustment for the student to learn or deepen into the pose. The business owners, Ulises and Candice, are very invested in maintaining a friendly community. They are open to chatting with everyone who attends for the betterment of their practice and their experience at yogacare. I am participating in full circle at the moment. Initially I was very skeptical but am very glad I committed to it. It's fun, amazing for health, and a great learning experience to productivly transform the mind, soul, and spirit.
