I
took
an
Inferno
Hot
Pilates
(IHP)
class
with
Instructor
Lidia
Oleksyshyn.
Though
the
class
seemed
more
like
a
low-impact
HITT
cardio
class
to
me
than
pilates,
I
still
got
a
great
workout
in!
The
room
gets
very
hot
so
you
will
definitely
get
a
sweat
going!
The
class
also
runs
for
the
full
hour.
There
is
a
brief
warm-up
included,
very
few
breaks
in
between
sets,
and
a
well-deserved
cooldown.
I
like
that
the
instructor
does
not
rush
you
to
leave
the
room
once
the
class
is
over
so
if
you
want
to
hold
your
Shavasana
(corpse
pose)
for
an
extra
few
seconds,
they
will
welcome
you
to
do
so.
The
class
starts
promptly
at
the
time
you
reserve
it
for
so
travel
with
ample
time
to
spare
as
the
courses
are
held
on
the
third
floor.
I
do
not
like
that
the
mats
and
towels
are
an
extra
fee
so
even
though
they
provide
those
for
you,
bring
your
own
if
you
have
one
to
prevent
spending
unnecessary
money
on
mats
and
a
towel.
After
class,
there
were
orange
slices
at
the
front
desk.
I
particularly
like
that
after
class
there
is
a
boost
of
complimentary
vitamin
C
at
the
front
desk.
The
location
is
also
great
because
a
few
blocks
down
(approximately
less
than
a
10-minute
walk)
there
is
the
seaport
with
a
market
where
you
can
goto
to
grab
a
salad
or
freshly
squeezed
juice
because
you
will
work
up
an
appetite!
All
in
all
wonderful
experience
to
get
a
great
workout
in!
