Was on vacation in NYC and have always wanted to try acro yoga. I don’t have any prior experience and the reviews of this place were positive. I took a class with Melissa and she was such a great instructor. She was welcoming, friendly, and patient. I just liked her whole philosophy about encouraging communication and body positivity. The space was clean and inviting. There’s a bathroom and separate changing room. Also there’s place to store stuff but it’s not locked. I had a great time and the more experienced folks in the class were also cool and supportive. This is definitely a fun activity for beginners, dates, friend outing. Thank you for such a positive experience!

The teachers not only know an incredibly large amount (one of them is literally a PT), but also know exactly what to say (vs monologuing your ear off)

Acro yoga was so much fun. Ian was very attentive and my friend and I learned so much during our first class.

Great small studio and yoga community. Everyone is really supportive and welcoming, happy this is downtown. They have several different classes throughout the day. I've tried the acro yoga class, but usually go to vinyasa yoga. I leave feeling refreshed.

I love the karate and yoga classes. The teachers are great and even with the talky kids (not me) they are patient

Great vibes and a really caring and non-judmental community. Definitely give acro yoga a shot, it's my favorite class 😚

Gary Snyder Sensei teaches inspiring aikido techniques and a community of kind, learning-motivated students makes classes an incredible experience. Whether you're a beginner, experienced visitor from out of town, or a lapsed practitioner... I would encourage you to go and try a class.

Don't recommend this place. Seems dangerous, reckless, and there is no real sense of yoga. Some hippies doing yoga..

😠 The whole gym needs newer equipment. Everything is pretty old and weights are thrown everywhere which is honestly a tripping hazard. No one ever reracks their weights. The cleaning has definitely gone downhill.., I haven’t seen anyone actually clean anything in months. I can never find any dumbbel...
