There are people harassing you at every store trying to make a buck and they follow closely at your back and car. They do not listen at all when you decline there services. This needs to be addressed. They grab your items and start to try and help even when you have declined. This shopping center is not safe. They hide behind the poles and start to follow you to your car or harass you as soon as you leave the stores.

The Bronx Terminal has been just a wonderful place in this part of the Bronx it is transformed this area. It pretty much has everything that you need. Parking is either on the street. All they have parking inside again they do not stamp or validate so again. Other than that it's a great place thank you for reading come up to the Bronx after the Yankee game you can have a beer you can have something to eat and you can pick up a video game or something for the little ones. Thanks again thank you for reading Please Subscribe and have a great day.

4/5 stars if you go early in the morning - when the stores 1st open. Otherwise, the place is packed; very busy. Street parking is limited, hard to find. The parking lot is expensive. During the Yankee games, the area & parking is mayhem.

No free parking. Other malls you don't pay for parking. 1 less headache when you go shopping and eating.

This is a pretty standard mall in the southwest Bronx consisting of big chain stores. It is built on the site of what used to be The Bronx House of Detention. The prison had many interesting Art Deco design elements that fortunately were saved. Along the entrance on River Road are the salvaged remains of entrances and parts of the facade of the original prison.

The traffic on the street leading to it was jammed. The parking fee will set you back $4 no matter how short your stay is. I had to go to Home Depot twice so parking cost $8. The signage leaving the lot is pretty good, but I felt it would be difficult to get to another store, so I didn't chance it. The staff in the store were very helpful and easy to locate. The self check out system they have helps as well.💫💫💫💫

Nice stores, however- the escalator is broken more than it works!!!! I am sick of it. One of the elevators is also consistently broken. Leaving one remaining working elevator that is located in the parking garage. If you have children, are disabled, Elderly, or just plain tired, this is horrible! And there is no excuse because it has been going on for several years now! Both of these are consistently broken. I often wonder if this would occur if this neighborhood were not primarily black and brown. I am fed up

They are not friendly towards African-American people the staff they are more friendly to people from the Dominican Republic they are not pleasant towards black African-American shopping at the terminal market people that are Dominican descent feel that we should not be shopping in there it's like they feel they have a monopoly I really feel very uncomfortable shopping at the terminal market I am a former New York City correction officer retired now for about 25 years me and my girlfriend went one day a couple of times and we were ill treated inside the terminal market if it was up to me I would not patronize the terminal market most of the people working in there are Dominican descent and I find them to be very prejudiced towards black Americans more courteous to each other

I’ve shopped here since moving to Harlem and it’s super convenient for the locals. You can food shop and buy furniture also a gym. Since they closed Target 🎯 it’s hasn’t been as convenient anymore. The neighborhood is urbanized (Low Income Neighborhoods) it’s still very much so reliable and decent.

The kids &I enjoyed ourselves, the games are fun& everything worked! I give it four stars because I feel like they don't clean the games as often, some of them reeked and some was full of dust and Lord knows what else! aside from that all in all it was a great time and the staff was very professional and helpful

I enjoy going here to shop mainly at Bjs and occasionally shop around at this terminal mall. Unfortunately, there are too many taxi drivers harassing you upon exiting the stores, which is annoying for me, but others may see it as a plus.

I’m a Bronx resident and I glad that they have the Bronx terminal market near to my home just 10-15 distance and I love to come over here to shop because they almost have all popular stores there specially BJ’s which is one of my favorite whole sale place.

Lots of stores, target, BJ's, bestbuy, homedepot and lots more. Always clean, it right off the highway 87, its walking distance from bus and trains. The parking is not free but it's only $3 for two hours. Taxi company in the mall, the guys outside are not real TLC taxi. Its easy to get around the mall, signs everywhere showing you where store's are.

They alway have the latest urban fashions. I love the outerwear, and sweaters. I am not sure the Uggs are authentic so I have never purchased them but there in stock. Overall it is a cool little spot right in the hood where you can get the latest gear.

The alternate name for this is Gateway Mall. I typically only go here to pick stuff up from Best Buy or GameStop, but the mall itself is pretty big. You'll find anything you need here - there's a Food Bazaar, Target, Home Depot, and other stores. You'll be set. Actually only giving it 4 stars because the elevator is usually out of order or takes an unusually long time to get to you. You'll probably be back home by the time the elevator gets to you.

  • 5/5 Betty P. 2 years ago on Google
I basically love going to Home Depot. Browsing helps me put together the right decor... and if that's not right, I have an excuse to come back...

  • 4/5 Keith W. 2 years ago on Google
Its a behemoth shopping plaza with an even uglier parking garage in the middle of it. I went for the Target which had exactly what I needed except wash cloths, the Bronx must have some really clean residents.

Nice mall, especially for the location that it’s in. Filled with a variety of major retailers. $3 garage parking available. Close to highways, right by the bridge that connects The Bronx and Manhattan on 149th Street.

Its alright for the area. Prices are adequate and it's easy to get to. Most targets are far out and un accessible so it works. Lots of cops and security out so no funny business here lol 😆 happy shopping!!! Oh and Marshall's is right below on the 4th floor so that's a plus for me!!

  • 5/5 maraine a. 1 year ago on Google
They have a variety of stores in this mall. You get 3 hors of shopping for $4 you can't beat that unless parking is free. Stores are clean at least the ones I have visited; like target, best buy, Applebee's & discount store.

  • 4/5 Gregory H. 1 year ago on Google
I don't think you can go wrong with this set up. It has a lot of stores you would like to find in one place. A little something for everybody. I love that it's right off the 4 train and a few bus lines. Very convenient. Definitely has the best Target store and I've been to a few.

  • 3/5 Hermes P. 1 year ago on Google
Not really the best place to go to for shopping because of the mess there is in almost every store. The ones that suffer the least are Home Depot and Best Buy, after those every single other one is a mess and are so packed. The lines are huge and most of the employees are nasty . Not really recommended unless you're in a hurry or don't want to go too far !

  • 1/5 Rachel O. 1 year ago on Google
Don’t use the taxis service that’s in the parking lot. They asked if we wanted a taxis we said yes. However they’re not a taxis service anymore but a delivery service. That is what the driver tells us when asked why the price was so high. We drove 5 mins away from the mall and charged us $30. I said no, for what? Deciding not to keep going back and forth with the language barrier we settled on $20. However never again! A 5 min drive is 10$ at best.

  • 1/5 Bronx DJ L. 1 year ago on Google
At best, a "Indian-Bazaar" environment throughout the entire complex. All outdoor parking are taken by unlicensed cabs. Crowded, dirty, littering, dirty bathrooms. I only go to drop my fiancé off for her part=time job. If not, I stay far, far away.

  • 4/5 Jessika C. 1 year ago on Google
If you can buy it they sell it! This is a huge complex. I am not originally from New York City so I was taken aback by the sheer size and set up. But it makes perfect sense when you consider saving real estate around New York City to have a smaller footprint and have the buildings go up instead of out. I had some trouble finding the particular store was looking for, but everyone was very friendly to point me the direction I needed to go. I rode here on the MTA. Had to walk a little bit which is good for me, so I don't mind. A fun place to spend an afternoon. Places to eat and many places to shop. And unusual, fun experience.

  • 1/5 Amy H. 1 year ago on Google
Escalators never work, the elevators are slow, illegal cabbies always trying to catch a fare, the target has gotten a face lift but it isn’t different in any way, other than now there was less cashiers and long lines for self check out. I’ve completely stopped going to BJs because it’s just a bunch of EBT customers until end of the month, but by then it’s slim pickings of products. The home depot is decent, but it’s literally the only thing that would bring me back to this place.

Bed Bath and Beyond is no longer here! Oh, the horror! Not the best BJ's because carts are hardly ever in the store. They're somewhere around the parking lots, upper and lower levels parking lots! That's a problem! Check for freshness, especially cold items. I have seen refrigeratorated items returned to the shelf after sitting out for quite a while. I saw a mouse running about too! Poland Springs water and Bounty paper towels are always in stock. Fortunately, the store serves the community's needs. I love the Food Bazaar more so because it was my first shopping experience at the store. I have visited many of their stores! I always get the items I need. Bring back Goldenseal tea made by Breezy Morning!

  • 4/5 Sweapea L. 11 months ago on Google
The mall has everything it has Chuck E cheese, Target, BJ's, Best Buy, Applebee's a a Home Depot and many more stores. The small has elevators and escalators and paid parking $5 for 3 hours. If you don't have a car there are many taxis waiting outside.

I went here to pick up a few things out of Target and it was a very good experience this time around because I was with my son's mother and we were able to acquire a lot of things out of this location the one on Fordham road is a good location but they do not have a lot of things buyers beware this location has everything that you were looking for

I haven't been to this mall in quite some time. It's not pedestrian friendly. Most elevators were not working so that meant you have to schlep all of your bags and walk to the other side. What an inconvenience. This place definitely needs new restaurants and a makeover asap.

Its so hard to get stuff like deodorant , toothpaste , weird everyday stuff . People stewl so much everything is locked up and only one person has a key . The mall itself is designed terribly, but they do have great shopping. Be prepared with a plan though or you'll find yourself trekking through the huge garage to get from one side to the other.
