Sunday Family Hours were so much fun with little ones. Lots of music and dancing. Even though they say the volume for the live music is turned down on Sundays I would still suggest noise cancelling headphones for the kids. Would definitely go again!

I've been here before to watch the Superbowl and for a Christmas party. This is my first back since the beginning of the pandemic. We brought hand sanitizer and the wet wipes that came with the food. The BBQ wings and fried chicken was delicious. The calamari is also good but gets cold fast. The meat flatbread and vegetarian flatbread look similar. The mask mandate has been lifted for restaurants so only employees had it on. I wish attendees wore it as well.

Unusual type of place to see a concert, being part bowling alley/ part nightclub. Mostly standing room only, though there are some picnic type tables to the side. Fortunately we got in early enough to get seats. Sound quality was very good. Samantha Fish put on a good show, but saw her again recently in another hall and enjoyed it much more. Didn’t try the food, menu was pricey for what was available. Overall though I'm in no hurry to go back there, at 62 , standing room doesn't work for me.

Cool concert venue in the heart of Williamsburg. In addition, the place also has a bowling alley so if you have a desire, you can listen to the concert while bowling. My friends and I saw Andy Frasco.

Brooklyn Bowl - Nashville This is a much belated review of the Brooklyn Bowl. I need to convey how absolutely terrific my experience with this venue was. My wife and I came from Florida to Nashville to see my all time favorite band from Japan, BAND-MAID. 5 extraordinary, talented lady musicians on their 10-year anniversary tour. We decided to check the venue out a few days ahead of the concert. The staff on hand that day were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. From the security folks to the ticket concert organizers to the floor manager, Noah, and the restaurant staff. Everyone took time from their tasks to show us the venue, answer questions, and they seemed interested in the band as well. We ate there and had a wonderful evening. On the day of the concert, I witnessed staff make special accommodations for one person in line who has autism and couldn’t wear arm bracelets. I watched them bring out water to a lady in line who was suffering from a reaction to her medication in the heat. The concert line and promotional items were handled very efficiently. Noah gave my wife and I extra special treatment for which I will be forever grateful. I felt like a VIP watching my favorite band that night. I will never forget the awesome experience and treatment! It was also wonderful that they let the members of BAND-MAID roll some bowling balls during their intermission. The ladies of the band commented about this as a special moment on their US tour. How cool is that? Good food. Strong drinks (I’m not usually one to drink, but the mood was right and the drinks were good!) Brooklyn Bowl has special people working there. A unique atmosphere with bowling and a balcony overlooking a minor league baseball park. I give them 5-stars and my thanks.

This place in Williamsburg is good to try. Not for the food. Not for the drinks (they don't serve cocktails except frozen margarita). Not for the bowling (you have to wait tooooo long to have the chance to play, especially the weekend after 8pm) This place is ideal when you attend a concert. The room is huge, with hardwood floors and luckily well climatized in case you get too hot and excited with the show! I had the chance to attend the Atomic Funk Project live show, a group of musicians singing the best of Prince and Stevie, soul, funk, pop and rock. I danced for 2 hours like when I was in my 20s. There is a cover charge.

A lot of fun on a Saturday afternoon. Some amateur music, decent pub food great beers, and fun bowling (although the equipment gets a lot of use and had some issues during our visit). I gave it an extra star because you can also see some great paid concerts there as well.

GREAT venue to see a show, awesome ambiance with an intimate setting to see one of my favorite musicians, Bruce Hornsby. No bowling was going on during the performance thankfully. The venue's sound was awesome! I was in the VIP section for the performance and thoroughly enjoyed it; it wasn't too crowded and was right there next to him practically, worth the extra few dollars. The service was attentive and the food and drinks were delicious. Would definitely go to see another concert here.

Absolutely spectacular, epic music, surreal environment where bowling, dining, and dancing is fully enjoyed and encouraged, cleanest bathrooms in the city...and the staff are superbly cordial, respectful, as is management and owners...truly an excellent place to bring your family, friends, or just to go and experience a new scene and meet new people.

Great place to have some fun. Building has a restaurant/bar, a bowling alley, and a music venue area with another bar. There is also a lounge like area in the center. Bathroom is super clean too, which is always a plus. Would def go back for another event.

This was an awesome venue to have a work event at! The food was decent and the talent was amazing!!! I didn’t give 5 stars because the staff could have been a little more friendly and accommodating.

Went there for a show on a Friday night in December. The venue was busy but not overly packed. Thought it was a bit confusing as to which area (show/bowling/lounge/bar) you can go and not well organized. However, the show sounded great despite people playing bowling next to it. Not sure how I feel if I were there for bowling. Also, tried to purchase tickets from their website but somehow it's not working, I ended up getting a ticket at the venue for a cheaper price (no fees)!

Celebrated my brothers birthday there and it was 90's night. We had a blast. The food was surprisingly really good for a bowling alley, Haha. Drinks and music were great. I would recommend getting there early if you plan to bowl. They do not take reservations for bowling and after a certain time, they stop booking lanes. All in all, we can't wait to go back. Oh, and let's not forget he bathrooms. They were very clean for a real busy venue.

I was very disappointed in my experience at Brooklyn Bowl last night. I went here for a date as people had recommended it. The best thing I can say about it was that it was a cool/unique venue; it blended bowling lanes with a concert venue pretty seamlessly. However, those are really the only positives I can think of. I was there exclusively for the bowling but was informed you also have to pay for the concert in order to go in. Sure, I thought, it’ll at least be a unique way to bowl. So I paid the $20 a person cover. However, setting aside my personal preference in music, the concert really took away from the experience. Music was way too loud to the point where I could hardly communicate with my date. Also, frustratingly, our lane (12) on more than one occasion failed to register a knocked down pin. Finally, living in this city you get used to high prices but I found this experience excessive. We both got a single drink and had the lane for an hour. When you factor in the $40 entry cost and tip, the total came out to a hefty $150 for two people.. I don’t plan on coming back.

You can bowl and listen to music on live show days. Bowling can be pricey, was $25/30 min. Foods not bad, typical bar food for the most part. It’s a really big space, good music, lively.

Came here for a work function. This place was awesome, drinks were strong, food was good (bar style) and the facilities were clean and well decorated. All the lanes worked! We had so much fun here!

Went for Emo Night and had a blast!!!! The host had great energy and the venue was very spacious and nice. You won’t feel like a squished potato, there is plenty of space to sit or stand and enjoy the night away.

Went here for a Daft Punk party at 9pm on Sept. 17. My first time actually so I was optimistic, my first stop was the restaurant, I ordered 8 pc wings and coleslaw with an angry orchard drink. Right off the bat the coleslaw was dry and wasn't flavorful to me, also it had celery which threw me off and made me disliked it even more. The wings were not crispy at all, the skin was very like a gummy texture and the sauce that was put upon the wings was some sort of off putting BBQ sauce. I finished it because I was very hungry, the server was extremely nice and we talked about music and we had similar taste, even though the food was meh the server made the experience better, so I tipped him 10 bucks. Onto the music, now since it was a Daft Punk tribute night, I expected to hear Daft Punk, the DJ of the night didn't start playing DP until it was close to 9:30pm, I'll give it some slack only cause it was probably sound check and other preparations. The music was great but the volume was extremely loud, now I don't mind loud music but when it gets to the point where your ears starts to hurt badly that's when you know it's not fun, it's survival. The crowd started to leave around 10 or 10:30pm. To no fault of the DJ but it was just too much to bear. The party quickly turned very boring for me so I left at 12am. Overall the Brooklyn bowl should step up on the food and turn down the volume a bit in the music department, not very enjoyable.

Nice evening with friends. I enjoyed a late dinner with a show to see jBoog perform. For drinks, we had draft IPA beers, a burger, and ribs. The food was tasty, and the service was great. It was a great night plan to return and bowl.

Came on a rainy Saturday afternoon. About an hour wait, 2 hour limit on the lanes. Fried chicken is excellent. Always a fun time, especially for live music.

Let me start with I LOVE BILLY STRINGS. This review has nothing to do with the musician and everything to do with the venue. I’ve followed Billy Strings since 2016, and when i heard he was playing in Vegas, well…we bought tix to see him at Brooklyn Bowl. The show was sold out and well deserved for Billy and band, but maybe Brooklyn Bowl sold more tickets than it is equipped to accommodate…?. If you like the sensation of being crammed in like a sardine can, then this is the place for you! There seemed to be enough bars and restrooms, but the GA space was hot and a constant shoulder bumping battle of space. Billy was amazing, but Brooklynn Bowl was more interested in ticket sales and it made the night a disappointing weekend. How much more per ticket would BB want before they could provide a nice venue?

Was fortunate enough to see the Long Beach Dub Allstars and Christone "Kingfish" Ingram on consecutive nights last week. They both brought incredible energy and artistry to their sets. The venue has an incredibly hospitable staff. The food, drink and sound were perfect on my visits.

Went here for a friend's child's birthday party. I was impressed by how clean and well maintained the venue was. The food was decent and the environment was lively. It was too bad that all the bowling lanes were all rented out while I was there, I would have liked to see if I could still bowl.

Saw the Spin Doctors. It was great. The sound and light show was also very good with the techs doing an amazing job. The security was very friendly and accommodating.

Went for a concert and it was great. Very nice and clean establishment. We didn't do the bowling but wished we did after seeing it. The one and only complaint would be the bar line, or lack of. It's basically a free for all and unfortunately some people can be rude and cut others who have been waiting longer, the worst is getting stuck behind someone ordering mixed drinks and shots for 4+ people. I'd suggest a line just for beer/wine. Overall, Brooklyn Bowl may be one of my favorite venues so far.

Fun place. Nice lanes. Great music and the sound was at a comfortable level. All the food we tried was really good too.

We came here for bowling and it started off great - big space, lots of lanes, overall good drinks. However once the concert right behind us started, it got weird. I'm sure some nights it can enhance the bowling experience but for us it was an experimental instrumental solo concert that felt like it was almost psychedelic sounding, which is not a great bowling bgm. Plus having 50+ people stand still in a trance listening to the performance was a little eerie. We had a good time nonetheless but definitely not my top choice for a night of just bowling.

Fantastic venue for bowling & live music! They always have water available at either end of the bar & the view of the stage is pretty good from just about anywhere. The food is spectacular too!

Had a really good time. Spacious venue with room to breathe and not be on top of each other. Really decent drinks/prices. Staff/bartenders were pleasant. Diverse crowd. I would go back. It's a 10 min walk from the L train but you get to see the what's in the neighborhoods for entertainment/restaurants along the way.

I absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere is fantastic. It is easy to get to and find. There is dining, a large bar, many lanes of bowling and shows by bands that you've heard of right in the main room. So cool to see a mix like that. Def. Recommend, and we will be back!

Wasn’t a fan of having to pay $100 at the door for 4 people to sit and eat ($100 was separate from meals and drinks). Food was decent, but as expected from bar food. Went to bowl after and that was pretty fun

Best bowling in NYC!! The staff are very nice, kind, respectful and helpful. They are so nice. The music for children's and family hours 11-5 was great too, they have hula hoops and other toys. The singers were really good at singing! The food was great as well. The cheeseburger was so delicious. The Mac and cheese was awesome and the chicken tenders were great too. Very clean and neat. Nice aesthetic too. 5 stars please visit!!
