From the moment I open the door and walked in I knew I had made the right choice! I felt like I had stepped through time with all of the well-thought-out vintage branding every little detail down to the way they name their meal options, prescriptions! So adorable. Aside from the ambience And excellent service which really was noteworthy, the quality of the food was outstanding! This is now my new favorite hunt. Once I enjoyed the meal I read the details of the calorie count of the items I enjoyed and I was blown away that not only were they nutritious and delicious but nothing Approached 600 cal. I walked out of there over full because I couldn’t stop eating! Miserably happy with my food baby. I’ve already marked another day off my calendar this coming week to return with my daughter. I highly recommend this place!

The staff is nice and friendly and the place is actually bigger than what I was expecting. Food packed full of flavours, colours, and nutrients. Everything is plant based and organic and I wish we had something like this back in UK.

A beautifully decorated, and extremely detail oriented atmosphere. They have a lot to offer - natural wines, bowls, soups, dessert etc. found the prices to be reasonable for a bowl + all natural organic food. I had the miso bowl which I feel fell a little short of expectations but was still very good. Had the tumeric lemonade also and that was good and refreshing. Looking forward to returning and having another item off the menu

My favourite vegan restaurant in New York, great healthy food, many choices, nice service and reasonable prices. Small place with nice atmosphere. Nice vegan deserts too!

The service was as good, if not better, than the food - and I love the food here! The server thoughtfully walked me through the menu, helped me with allergy accommodations, and let me sample the stews. I also was graciously provided with a generous side of the coconut sour cream. I felt so welcomed and cared for.

Amazing little place, with super delicious vegan food. No animal products whatsoever. I am not vegan, but went there with my friend and was blown away by the quality and deliciousness of my meal. It is not overpriced. The staff is chill and will explain everything to you.

Calling all people, vegan or not, this is a great place to try out something "good for you". I had the Tibetan Mama (brown rice, coconut peanut curry sauce, steamer greens and Kimochi)... So good! They also have a wine menu (organic) which I am excited to try out next! They do have indoor and outdoor seating. Caferia meets cozy hidden back quarters with plants and intimate seating. I enjoy seeing the food being dished infront of me and it smells amazing as soon as you walk in!

My favorite Vegan restaurant! I’ve ate here in person and had a delivery order and both times the food did not disappoint! Everyone is very friendly and takes their time to explain the options that they have. I think it’s such a cute place to eat and enjoy your food. It’s a little pricey but the quality definitely makes up for it. If you’re looking for fresh healthy food this is your place. They have very yummy desserts too. i would love to try them all.

This place is very yummy! As a non vegan, I think it’s a great spot for healthy flavorful food. The only downside is it is a bit expensive but they do use so many fresh ingredients, it’s understandable. You just hope to get someone that is a little more generous with scoops than others. I always feel great after eating here and usually do a build your own bowl. The “Jackuna”, turmeric lemon hummus, and young coconut ceviche are all unique and delicious. Love that they have items you wouldn’t find elsewhere and that’s what makes it so craveable! My favorite thing hands down that keeps me coming back is the saffron aioli. So good I could drink it!

A really good vegetarian restaurant offering salads, pasta bowls, and herbal items. Service was great and the food is amazing. The garden decor inside is very pleasing. Portion is quite small for the price. Only paid street parking and garage available nearby.

Food: It was alright. We were a party of 5 and everyone’s feedback on taste was more or less „okay“. I myself was not amazed at all. The food was healthy. If you are in the mood of having a healthy meal, this is definitely the place to go! I would almost call it the exact opposite of junk food! You can feel good about yourself having consumed natural, vegan nutrition. In the pictures you will see what I have ordered. I guess, my favorite was the avocado. Service: First question of the employee was „have you ever been here?“ when answered no, she started to describe all the different options and rattled down the complete menu. Literally everyone in our group was even more confused after her presentation than before. She explained the entire menu, very fast with no time to ask inbetween questions. This resulted in all of us pointing at things and saying „I want that mixed with this and that. Rather than choosing from the menu she just presented. Atmosphere: The place offered indoor and outdoor seating and had bathrooms. What I liked was the location being so close nyc center and all the plants for decoration. Have a look at the pictures and videos.

Very nice food. Great vibe. People seem happy working here. The tables are small with tiny stools, but it’s manageable. I like that it is fast and fresh at the same time. The dishes are ready and you get to choose what you want. I am not vegetarian, but loved it.

The place is wonderful and makes you want to try everything and live there. The staff is kind. The food very average. Lack of taste and mismatch as well. Too much ingredients mixed and lacks of taste overall. Would be better to mix one's own bowl.

Delicious vegan food in a cozy hideaway. You can pick from pre-defined bowls, or make your own. The veggie balls are a standout - unique texture and flavor and very good. They have lots of unique and flavorful options.

I can’t pretend I wasn’t skeptical going to a plant-based restaurant… but I was BLOWN AWAY. The atmosphere was perfect for a casual date with my boyfriend and the service was excellent! (Thanks Zoey!) The food was SO flavorful… and the ENTIRE menu was gluten free! I can’t say enough good things about Le Botaniste—I can’t wait to go back again!

This is a good option for Vegetarians and vegans. It has a lot of good things going for it - but somehow the taste of food is not very strong. The food lacks “deliciousness.” It fills you up but you are not in heaven while consuming it. That’s why I give it only 4 stars. The ambience is nice.

We with my sisters for my birthday. Very small interior, cafeteria style. I liked my dish which was the Tibeta stew with veggie balls. Veggie balls were beet-y. Summer roll was ok, the dip was like mustard. I didn’t care for the chili. The black bean stew was the standout and the chia seed brownie was alright, but instructions were unclear so the sweet sauce for it was put on the chili in error 😅. Overall, fun little place. Options off the beaten path which I have to admire.

We were walking by this place and decided to stop by for dinner because it looks cute from outside. Pleasantly surprised upon entering by the warm welcoming staff, ambiance, spacious sitting area and the nice food options. The meal was delicious and plant based which is huge plus for us.

Just had a lovely lunch time at Le Botaniste with my friend. I love that they have a do it yourself option, and I was able to make my own bowl. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. It is more on the pricey side for lunch, but the quality of the food is excellent, so the price makes sense. Will come back for more!!

OMG SOOOOOOO AMAZING! I honestly didn’t have the best expectations here but this one so good that once we had one bite we couldn’t stop! I got a pressed juice and my friend and I shared three of their bowls and WOW! Sooo good all I have left to show are the empty bowls. We were both blown away by the incredible flavours! Still drooling thinking back to it!

As someone trying to eat more plant based meals, I love Le Botaniste. The restaurant’s aesthetic is beautiful and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I ordered was delicious and fresh. Everything is vegan and they have gluten-free and soy free options too which is great. It’s also lovely to see the food being cooked in front of you. I highly recommend Le Botaniste if you’re looking for a casual, healthy, and tasty meal.

I wanted to give this place five stars given it is a plant based restaurant. My experience is that they over do it. What I mean is that vegetables to me are delicious and spice should be used to highlight and bring out the flavor of the veggies. For example, their Superseed Avocado with jalapeno oil you taste the jalapeno oil more than the avocado. Avocadoes are so delicious all you need are spices that blend with the avocado where the avocado is the star not the spices. I had a similar experience with the Magic Miso Soup. Miso is delicious, with some veggies, noodles and light spicing it can be amazing. When I had their miso I tasted more of the spicing than the miso. For dessert I had the Red Fruit Chia Pudding and a oat milk latte which was a refreshing and light finish. The staff is friendly and I love the comfortable warm atmosphere.

Nice service and nice ambience. The vegetarian or vegan dishes are very good and varied. It's different from the usual "Bowls". Absolute recommendation, even for non-vegetarians.

Had a wonderful dinner at the Lexington Ave location. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the freshness, and the flavors, very reasonably priced, especially for NYC! Very friendly, helpful staff all the way around. The bolognese sauce and wild mushroom gravy were extremely good! The sushi roll and accompanying sauce was a standout as well. Highly recommended!

Really lovely place for a healthy, delicious meal. I’m gluten-free so I appreciated that that was the default (instead of having to parse through the menu to find the GF options). My partner and I ordered the Tibetan Mama and Saag Bota. Both were flavorful and we loved that they were filling but didn’t leave us feeling heavy afterwards. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and helpfully walked us first-timers through the menu. We’ll happily eat at Le Botaniste again!

Really excellent concept! Went here after a Google Map search. The employees were delightful, as was the atmosphere. Found out there are now 5 of these restaurants, which is great. The spicy chili sin carne wasn't really warm enough due to no lids in order to show the product. The spice was barely there. This can be fixed. The black iced tea was wonderful. I want this place to succeed, just tweak the temperature and spice please.

The service and food taste is good. But found a dead small bug in the broccoli... Update on their digital marketing/service: I got a reply on my review from the business asking me to reach out to them. I did so, by the end of 2 business day, I received a gift card. Thumbs up for the client care.

Incredible meal in all respects. Amazing service, cute decor, and the food makes the vegetarian eater feel like a person deserving of something truly special and delicious. Flavorful bowls aren’t muddled with too much carbs to hide small portions. Fresh herbs top each dish. Options are not too little and not too many, and each dish has its unique flair. The cafeteria style seating makes the fine food seem more homey and informal. Great job.

Pasta Bolognese was terrific! The vibe is cute and queen the back area has overhead natural lighting it’s pretty much open kitchen seltzer as far as clean is my your choices really really delicious options definitely worth a shot!

This is a very cute small dining place with stove top fresh cooked meals that are vegan and vegetarian friendly! I am not either of these but the 3 course sample of their dishes was about to convert me. For the 3 course sample it was only $35! A perfect cozy place to get out of the sun and enjoy a healthy meal. I hope they open more locations in the Financial District!!

Can't say enough good things about this place! My husband and I went here a few days ago and from the moment you walk in it smells amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful! Zoey was super kind and helpful and explained all of their different menu options and which items were the most popular. After taking forever to decide, I went with the Tibetan mama, one of their best sellers. Literally my new favorite dish now! I got the brownie for dessert which was also SO delicious. They definitely have me hooked now. And for people in the reviews complaining about the prices here, you are in NYC not Alabama and it's not a burger king, it's food that's actually good for your body so it was well worth every penny!

Loved this place! My friend and I stumbled upon this place during the week in early January this year to have a warm meal and catch up. It checked off all the boxes: delicious, affordable, healthy food; quiet ambiance; great service; and overall no complaints! I got the vegan chili sin carne bowl and I signed up for their rewards program - I'm definitely coming back!

First place we ate during our trip to NY & we were not disappointed. The food and flavors were amazing and the selection was large. Will be back here again on our next visit. Definitely worth multiple visits! All vegan and totally awesome.

Really friendly staff. The vibe of the place is really nice as well. The food is always delicious, and clearly made with attention to detail. The bowls are quite deceiving, and are VERY filling. There is variety while maintaining a message of being plant-based and environmentally conscious.

The highlight of my trip to NYC. Delicious and top quality offerings: fresh produce, excellent variety, and well-presented Vegan dishes. Value is phenomenal for the quality and top level cuisine. Recommend the Botanical salad and Miso soup. The Chili sin Carne is also great. Finish off (if you have room) with the Omega 3 Brownie with Cashew cream. I'll be dreaming of Le Botaniste on the flight home. Another reason to visit Manhattan ❤

Healthy organic and vegan wines and meals to take in or out or sidewalk. Razonable prices gluten free . Quinoa pasta with salsa sin carne. My favorites. Bowls from $15 and up. Razonable prices.

Great service. Amazing food. I had the botanical salad and it was great to say the least. I'd love to have a le botaniste in DC. I'd have never thought beet apple and ginger would taste so well together!

Okay. I guess I’m going to have to try all Le Botaniste locations. I tried the Lincoln Center location first, now this one. Consistently good! We had the Tibetan Mama (again), Pasta Bolo, and their house-made lemonade. All very good, felt full, satisfied but not weighed down. Staff is chill and attentive. Location itself is chic, totally different experience than Lincoln Center. There is street seating, tables upfront and in the back.
