The sauces are really great. I also really enjoyed the salad. The rest of the food was okay. The burgers were a bit dry.

Tasty vegan dishes with a cute, cafe style, dine-in option. I ordered the crispy buffalo wrap and I was left wondering where the sauce was. The brussel sprouts were amazing though.

The food was alright. If you're in the area and looking for vegan food, it's a fine place. I wouldn't travel or make plans for the sole purpose of eating here. The salads could be made more substantial because it felt as if the listed salad ingredients (which were quite good) were just for presentation at the top and everything else was dry salad leaves. Wouldn't hurt to add more dressing! The guy working the register was nice, the ambience was cool, the location was convenient.

I have had their quad burger before at their Williamsburg location but at this location, it was so delicious, it's the best vegan burger I have ever tasted. Wow! So delicious, better than beef.

Great vegan fast casual! I had the fried chicky sandwich and sweet potato fries. It was a really unique sandwich and I really enjoyed it. Love the beet ketchup and aioli that it comes with. I would def come back to try the other dishes. My friend got a fried chicky salad and all the veggies looked fresh and delicious. Good fresh lemonade as well. Very kind employees.

Decent fast food vegan spot. Prices are reasonable and it’s in the mix of things. Highlights were the truffle melt and tomato soup. We also ordered the crispy chicky salad (which came without dressing), sweet potato fries (which weren’t quite hot still), mac and cheese (decently creamy), and the birthday cookie (which actually was perfectly sweet for what I was expecting). Overall, I say if you’re in the area and you want a quick bite at a reasonable price, this is the vegan spot for you!

I had take out from this Rockefeller restaurant. Perfect avocado 🥑 , quinoa, and super fresh lettuce and crunchy chips. You can order extra dressing as needed… Definitely add a protein

First time trying this plant based restaurant and was very pleased! We ordered the BCBS burger and the Guac burger. They were both made from a black bean base and while the BCBS had vegan cheese on it which was surprisingly delicious I am over the moon about the Guac burger! It had tortilla bits on it that have it a great texture and the guacamole had the slightest kick of spice that didn't overwhelm the flavors but enhanced them. I will definitely visit again if I ever have the chance. Plant based food is usually pricey and Beatnic was no different. The only consolation is that their burgers aren't soy based and as processed as some other plant based restaurants. Final verdict - good food, good customer service, and the atmosphere and decor was satisfactory.

Great Food. Simple but reach ambience in the midst of New York City. Great place to eat around rockefeller center near the ice ring. The place is $$ but has some really good veggie and vegan options. You can also order at the kiosk for self service. 75%siting capacity at currently @june 2021. Go try it out.

The restaurant is cute. If you bring a vax card and ID you can sit down and eat there. Currently in NYC this is an extreme rarity. The vegan mac and cheese was large shells with creamy noch sauce topped with smoked mushrooms and smoked paprika. It was delicious. The strawberry lemonade was also refreshing and delicious.

Over hyped over priced vegan food with terrible service. I ordered a burger from here and it was a mess. The sauce was leaking all over the container outside of the burger. You can see this was poorly prepared and the buns are very moist and soaked in sauce. This was disgusting to even touch. The quality and staff service here have significantly gone downhill. The food used to be good especially when Chloe was still around.

Amazing vegan food! The burgers were exceptional and the fries were pretty good as well. There's a tonne of space, a really chilled out vibe and it all feels very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend a visit for vegan burgers.

It's tough to find good veggie burger in NJ,NY. This place is must try if you are vegetarian or vegan. Loved the Guac burger. Their burger sauce is pretty unique and delicious. I wish they had more options. They can def. improve in the drinks section as they only have lemonade and sparkling water/kambuchas.

Tried their Mac and cheese after hyped up reviews but I didn’t find anything different and it was definitely not worth $8. Won’t be going back!

My brother and I both enjoyed Beatnic this weekend. I particularly loved the Chicky Deluxe although it was a HARD decision as almost everything sounded amazing. I also loved how they had air fried french fries. Their ketchup was actually made of beats and it was so good! We had not known what or where we would be eating- but when we were at The Nintendo Store I opened up my google maps and apparently I had saved this place at some point so it showed up as being a 1 minute walk away!! Neither of us are vegan but we do love vegan eats. Oh, and it was early afternoon on a Saturday in the summer and there was plenty of seating/ no line at the counter.

Prefect for a causal plant based vegan meal. Fresh ingredients used to create healthy salads and wraps in combination with savory comfort food classics means it’s sure to please everyone!

Loved this place when we visited NYC so this was the 2nd one we visited. Food was a little cold though, and this was the 2nd time we asked for no jalapeno and the 2nd time we were ignored, so not sure if it's normal to customise your order here or frowned upon. Try the chilli fries! 😍

Found a metallic object in my falafal smash wrap. I eat from here every week. Really disappointed with this. I am now afraid from eating here.. what if next time I actually ingest it instead of biting on it.

Salads. Burgers, fries. Drinks. To lunch or dine in on large space at side of Famous Rockefeller plaza. Prefer by all ages.

Love the food here. Order will never go wrong. Quick service. Crazy vegan options, 100% recommend.

I truly cannot describe how delicious the mac n' cheeze with mushroom bacon is 😍 the artichoke dip and red velvet cupcake was pretty good, too. I am very critical of vegan food because I feel like a lot of places get lazy with actually making it taste good, but this one goes all in!!! Great service, too. Only complaint is that they don't ask about silverware and put in napkins and plastic utensils which I'm assuming most people don't need because we're all just taking the food home... very wasteful 😞

The food was delicious and healthy and vegan. The person taking the order was super nice. The place is a little bare bones but never the less, a good place to get a really good vegan meal.

Great vegan burgers. Went looking for guac pasta but was not available :( very few in dining seats due to covid I guess but clean premises and prompt service.

August 2022. Great location and the most spacious place to get food in the city. This was ByChloe, but the name has changed since I was last here. The Mac and cheese is still just as delicious, I also ordered the cauliflower Buffalo wings. You can order at the kiosk right at the entrance and just wait for your order. Delicious, I always come back for more.

Mostly the same menu with the great food from before it changed to Beatnic. The new gluten free chocolate chip cookies are incredible but missing the cupcakes though. Overall still love it!

Dishonest biz using reviews for BY CHLOE when the food tasted better and prob had better recipes and fresher ingredients. They should have started a NEW Google place for people to review. Nothing about the cashew Mac w "bacon" tastes like the OG from ByCh--It smells like canned tomato soup and kind of like it was mixed in with Velveeta and someone added tajín. And it was near $7 with tax for a SMALL. The mushrooms bacon tasted burnt. And this was spicier than usual. If you're gonna steal a business at least bring back that 💣-a$$ pesto meatball sub BC cut during the pandemic!

By far the best Vegan Restaurant around! The food is outta this world and not to mention how attentive the staff is. The place itself is very spacious and has amazing decorations as well. 10/10 Recommended, even for casuals who want to try something new !

Family owned gem restaurant filled with mystical jewelry and books and trinkets! The food was all made from scratch and everything we got was amazing-even thought so from my picky kids! Super friendly staff and overall ambience was incredible!

We all appreciate plant based food spots, visited NYC earlier this month and tried out the classic burger, mac&cheese and the baked goods. This is an update, they just rebranded and introduced a new burger patty, which is very delicious, they have also added the s’mores bars on the menu- I was really excited to try it. They have increased the fries servings and provide a tasty beet-based ketchup and an aioli which is a must. The rainbow chocolate cake is also a must try. Although there are some inconsistencies at different locations. That should be their customer favorite. I wish it could be shipped out to me. Planning on going back to NYC soon to have this cake again. Can’t wait!! PS- the app worked just fine for me but just to avoid any inconvenience, you could call in or walk in to make sure that your order is done right.

Had about an hour to kill after Central Park and before a show on Broadway. We saw a vegan restaurant was nearby so we stopped by for some iced tea and sweets! It was quiet, spacious, with clean bathrooms! I recommend it for sure!

Great looking place, clean and bright. Customer service is friendly and inviting. Food is amazing, as a vegan hard to find places that are vegan, healthy and taste great, the Beatnic is the place. Whether you are vegan or not you will enjoy this place. I will certainly come again when I’m in NYC!

What happened? I know it’s not Chloe’s anymore but this place gone downhill. The inside experience was cold, empty and eerie. All 3 staff members had their masks below their mouths, both when serving and around the food. Granted the cashier was upbeat, but whilst we were waiting (quite a while) for our order, the kitchen staff were all on their phones, visible to the customers. I use to love going here but the food was soggy, cold and unappealing. It’s a shame.

Good stop for vegan food. The variety of salads is great, and they taste good. Only downside was the salads being mostly lettuce meaning the food was not sufficient for dinner.

  • 5/5 JT M. 2 years ago on Google
Wow wow wow. The tempeh hot chicken sandwich. Absolutely delicious. I might recommend just getting the tenders with sauce to save yourself the money. Unless the bun is really worth $4 to you. The s’mores bar was probably my favorite vegan dessert I’ve ever had. Unbelievable.

I had their greens salad and it was not bad. The place is rather quite for something that close to the Rockefeller center - maybe because it’s vegan lol. Their fries looked amazing.

Got the guac burger for around $11. The taste was great, the patty was nice and a bit crisp on the outside. Only complaint would be the price. It is relatively small for the price.

Two types of vegan places... Try to replicate non-vegan taste/texture or make our own yum. Beatnic is not trying to replicate anything, just making good food. Not bad taste.

Even if you are not vegan, this is a great place for lunch- and it's Kosher! My favorite salad is the kale caesar- make sure to get extra dressing on the side! I tried the new cauliflower poppers- very good but HOLY SMOKES they are hot. Definitely not for children, and maybe even not for me! My mouth was on fire. Maybe get extra white sauce for those too to tame the heat? Definitely yummy but just super hot. The staff there is extremely nice. I met Katie today, either owner or manager and she was lovely! I waited a little longer for my takeout order so she gave me a cookie for my wait.

My boyfriend and I both loved this place. The food was delicious and filling, plus the prices were very reasonable! They have a lot of options. I ordered a cookie as well and they gave me an oven fresh one! We both got a burger and a side and we really enjoyed our meal. The staff were extremely friendly and they were happy to accommodate my diet restrictions. We definitely want to come back here again one day and we highly recommend it.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this place. The food looked so good when I got it I forgot to take a picture but I got the Burrata salad (w/ no buratta) and their Air Fried Fry's. Absolutely everything I wanted and their fry's didn't seem too too oily so I was very pleased with that. Went on a Friday SO THE SIDE WAS FREE! I got their salad with the pesto and dressing on the side and didn't end up needing it as the toppings had enough flavor! Side note: they guy that was working the counter was so fun and nice!

Amazing! The beet ketchup is so delicious, and the burgers we got (guac and a BCB) were both good but we liked the guac better.

I like the concept but my salad bowl was underwhelming . It didnt look like the pictures on their menu. Service was also reallllyy slow- It took 20 minutes for me to receive my bowl

Great place for vegan burgers and fries. I loved it. They have a large space but limited tables not sure why. Service is decent.

  • 3/5 vanesas29 2 years ago on Google
The food was ok. Something good if you are rushing. They took 25 minutes and the service wasn't very good

  • 2/5 eduardo martinez j. 2 years ago on Google
The artichoke kale dip is TERRIBLE, I guess they just mixed kale with a ton of nutritional yeast and some nuts or some thickener. The almond parm is pretty bad too. The guac burger is ok, the patty is very dry and is nothing special, bread is soft even though its whole grain. On top of that they took like 20 minutes to get us 2 burgers a salad and the dip. This happened when the place was completely empty. Just a heads up.

Really great and affordable vegan food right in Rockefeller Plaza. Perfect for a fast casual place to eat when out and about the city. The hours online did not reflect the hours at the actual restaurant which was unfortunate because we ended up coming right before closing, but they were very accommodating and still made great food. Highly recommend, would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.
