I would have to boldly and confidently say that this is the best taco places in LES, hands-down, no doubt about it. Every fiber of my Latin American ancestry sweetly sings yes when I bite into their tacos. If I’m not mistaken, I believe they’re all vegetarian or vegan. Not only is their food phenomenal but the interior and the vibe of the aesthetic is 1000% on point. You have to visit this spot if you’re in Chinatown or LES.

I'm not vegan (I just made fried chicken a few days ago) and I usually only go to a restaurant like this if a vegan friend invites me to dinner, but this is just all around excellence in cooking. The mushroom taco is the best taco I've had maybe ever? And everything from the pancakes to the nachos to the burrito is amazing. Plus, fun cocktails and some of the best churros I've ever had. I went once with a friend and I've gone back twice by myself because the flavors are just so good.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was professional, courteous and my god, those churros were to die for. As a vegan, I can't think of a better way to start your weekend than brunch at jajaja. Definitely coming back here the next time we are in town.

Amazing place! Great food, beautifully presented and warmly served. But also, it's vegan...all vegan... so no worries for vegan/veg eaters (and bonus for those of us "v-curious"). It's a cool spot, but also great for delivery. Big fans.. Including pic of the insanely good vegan flan, sometimes you just need to start with dessert

Best vegan nachos I’ve ever had! Seriously delicious and very filling. For 2 we got the nachos, tamale with jack fruit, buffalo cauliflower tacos, and the street corn! We also got the churros for dessert and wow everything was a hit! We left full with leftovers. Definitely a must try vegan or not! And the staff was very friendly.

Tatiana was great.. super friendly and great service! The churros with coconut sauce and nachos were delicious. I wanted to lick the bowl with the coconut sauce. Didn’t care too much about the jackfruit tamale but it wasn’t bad.. we also had the mushroom tacos which were so good we didn’t take pics..

Mexican street food that happen to be vegan and kosher. Yum. Super fast service. Delicious. A great deal for NYC. Indoor seating (with music- loud and fun) and outdoor seating. No wait to sit, no wait to eat. Get the corn!

*Lower Eastside location* Saturday Dinner (4:30pm) Lows: We had reservations and was seated with no issues. Customer service was horrible after that. I’ve been here more than ten times and this was the first time I needed to stop our waitress to ask her to take our order as she passed by us for the fifth time. Daniela was very inattentive and not giving customer service. Must make reservations because walk-ins will wait a while or sit at the bar if it’s not crowded. Highs: The food and drinks saved the day! Lemonade was giving fresh squeezed. Spicy Sandriá was balanced with spicy pepper and smokey mezcal flavors and delicious. Mango habanero margarita get if you like spicy stuff. It’s spicy and tangy! Street corn was dressed perfectly with creamy citrus flavors in every juicy bite. Mole enchiladas were soft, savory, and seasoned well. Nachos were the best we’ve ever had guacamole had the right amount of lime and the cheese sauce was distributed perfectly throughout. Tortilla chips tasted like they were made from scratch. Highlight: Coconut crème pie melts in your mouth and full of delicious coconut flavor. Highly recommend!!! My absolute favorite vegan spot.

One of the best, and cleanest (for ingredients), vegan Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been too.. and definitely the best one in NYC! So so soooo good!!!! Starters - gotta get the beet and pumpkin empanada. Its like a Mexican samosa.. depending on season they might substitute the pumpkin with sweet potato.. and its a no brainer (so good!) Best thing we had were the brunch tacos. HOLY MOLY! SOOOOO GOOD! Imagine brunchy eggs + chorizo + black beans + chipotle + onions and more.. in a brekkie burrito.. buts its all vegan and in a taco.. would have doubled up here and skipped the Chipotle Sweet Potato tacos .. which btw, can totally skip over Chipotle Sweet Potato tacos.. found them way underwhelming Mezcal Mushroom tacos hit the spot, recommend these for sure Verde enchiladas with the coco queso? YEP, worth it :) Really want to go back for the brunch!!! Btw service rocked too.. and the interior of the LES location was so beautiful and chill (lush too!) P.S. prices are SOOOO reasonable

This is a great location, we got walk in on Sunday late afternoon . The vibe was very nice and vibrant. They have a great cocktail menu. Tried their matcha cocktail and it was surprisingly good. Their loaded nachos are one of the signature dishes and it was worth it. The portion was huge for two people. Couldn't finish it, and couldn't eat anything else after that except dessert. Had ordered raspberry pie and the portion was very small comparing the price of 9$ it was literally a bite size. Would definitely go back to try other options but they need to amp up their dessert game for sure. One less star only because of desserts.

Y’all. Then nachos w/ guacamole was amazing! The people there were super nice. I would advise to get that for yourself or sharing it with someone else. I thought I would finish it along with some sweet potato tacos I ordered but it was too much. Definitely a meal in itself.

Surprise!....everyone told me how great Greens was, and they are right! WOW! Menu allowed us to eat small or large, or to share Tapas style if we liked. Atmosphere + view of the Marina! +++

Maybe it was because this restaurant really was out of my price range, but it was just ok. Don't get me wrong, everything was delicious and the evening was wonderful: great views, beauty restaurant, etc. All in all, we ordered 4 drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees, and our ticket was $155 before-tip. We waited ~45 min between our appetizers and entrees, which seemed a bit much. I'd say were definitely expecting our entrees sooner. The drinks were ok. Delicious!...but nothing special. The almonds at the beginning of the meal were divine. I hate to say it, but I don't know why i would come back to this restaurant. There are SO many choices in the bay area, and this one left my expectations unsatisfied and my wallet empty. Although, our server Chloe was a true gem.

Superior pandemic dining. Wonderful service, nautical-midcentury vibes, and inimitable views of the Marina and Golden Gate Bridge. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed in the relative blandness of our courses. It’s vanilla vegetarian. Green beans with oil. A fig salad. Coconut tofu stew. All of it shy on spice, complexity, passion. Although the overall experience was positive, I’d be more inclined to invest the $140 (for 2 people dining without alcohol) on 9 vegetarian plates at Himalayan Pizza and Momos.

A friend recommended this place since I’m Vegetarian and I’m soo glad I went. There is indoor and outdoor dining. They have a wide selection of drinks including tequila and mescal. Everything on the menu sounded amazing and I’m so happy I went with Cauliflower tacos! Will def be going back some time soon.

This is an excellent place, nothing less than that. Amazing atmosphere and music, excellent service and the food is amazing. Moreover, everything is vegan! We couldn't believe it. The nachos were amazing. The cocktail (hot and cold!), and also Gortidas were unbelievably good. Highly recommend!

First time coming to the place because many people recommended it. I had a great experience. Food was great and the service was great. We had no reservations so there was a wait time. The inside was pretty packed but outdoors was free. We are outside but it was definitely colder cause of the weather so I’d recommend making reservations! Would definitely come back. 10/10

This place has to be one of the best vegan spots I’ve ever tried! Packed with flavor and unique ingredients, you would be surprised that it’s all vegan. The rajas dip was super flavorful especially with the added sweet potato. We also had the quesadillas and Gorditas which were both good and filling. Drinks were also delicious we had the pomegranate w jalapeño margarita that had a nice kick and brought everything together perfectly. Staff were also super nice. Will definitely be back!

The menu looked amazing but it’s possible I set my expectations too high. My chili rellenos were only okay. I tried my friend’s enchiladas, interesting flavor but nothing amazing. The best part was honestly dessert and the horchata

I wasn’t too fond of the nachos. They were basic. The drinks were delicious. Decent price for Manhattan. Customer service was up to par. The green enchiladas where tasty, however, the rice was hard. The flavor was there but I could not get passed the uncooked rice. Portions were smaller for enchiladas. Also the tortilla was handmade which was different. The locale is nicely decorated, perfect if you’re looking to snap some good Instagram pictures.

This place really brings it. The food was filling but not heavy, and so flavorful! I ordered the nachos and Verde enchiladas and they were rich and had nice tartness, but not greasy and heart-burn inducing. The cocktails were delicious as well. And the decor was really warm and fun. One of my favorite vegan spots in NYC.

this place was so good we actually said "yes" when asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu -- like how often do you say yes to dessert? when was the last time you had an entree so good you actually considered stuffing yourself to the point of discomfort by ordering dessert?? it's the highest form of compliment I've got. i love u, jajaja. 😤💘

Pros : cute and chic environment, love the drinks. Food is okay… Cons: The waitress seemed either had poor English understanding or pretended to know little what we ask. We had to ask for utensils, water refill ourselves…with such poor service, we were charged 20% gratitude automatically for a party of 5.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Delicious Plant Based Mexican Food in Chinatown! The nachos were amazing and the presentation of everything was beautiful. I also have the ceviche which was good, wouldn’t order again. My friend had the kale pancakes and enjoyed them too. The salsa trio added nice flavor to our dishes and I enjoyed my spicy pineapple margarita! Great service and atmosphere. I hope I get to visit again before my flight so I can try something else.

Food and service were great. I’m not vegan, but there was plenty on the menu that was fantastic for anyone. Buffalo flower margaritas and sweet potato gorditas were really good. Watermelon margarita was lovely. The espresso martini was a little too strong for me, but I’m sure was great.

Incredible food, great atmosphere. We have taken many out of town friends here, and everyone has loved it. The chili relleno is amazing, as are the nachos and the cauliflower tacos. Can get very crowded... we’ve waited over an hour for a table on busy nights. Worth it though.

Food is incredible. Unmatched by nearly any Mexican place let alone a vegan Mexican place in Manhattan and probably the world. Run by some of the nicest, most professional people who are willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues or construct a meal that works for your dietary needs. I can not recommend this establishment more.

What I got had nothing to do with what was portrayed on the website. The image showed a burrito filled to the brim with avocado and veggies, but in practice it only contained rice, soy and beans. There wasn't even a hint of pico, chillies, and certainly no avocado :( I ordered via doordash.com

Truly, Greens needs to be on your list to visit. Don’t pass on them because they’re vegetarian or vegan as you’ll miss out on a wonderful dining experience! Tucked inside the corner of Fort Mason, I love that the exterior at first blush is very unassuming. Upon walking in, it immediate clicks as if it’s a “hole-in-the-wall” gem you just stumbled upon. From the high ceilings, tasteful wooden decor, and best of all: the view - you simply cannot go wrong here. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, offering you beautiful bright views of the Marina (⛵️) and of course, the iconic Golden Gate Bridge 🌉 in the distance. Beyond the ambiance, the food is superb. Speaking to their brunch menu, it’s best when a group of three can’t decide which items to get because they all look delectable. The ingredients are locally sourced, presentation was spectacular, and the flavor was richly balanced. The chefs here do a wonderful job bringing out the best flavors and we were all certainly impressed. Key meal highlights were the Hash with Poached Eggs, and the soup of the day, a divine beet soup! (Which says a lot as I’m not typically a fan of beets). The pancakes were also perfectly fluffy and the right thickness that made every bite wanting more. Finally, beyond the food quality, the real measure of driving a return visit is a place’s service. We were very warmly attended to throughout the whole dining experience by our lovely waitress. She was both informative and attentive through service! It was a true joy dining here. We dined in early November, and they had both outdoor and limited distanced indoor dining (we sat inside). Look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful view from their dining room or from their outside tables. They have a Cafe menu for happy hour (3pm to 5pm) before their dinner service. The $5 slice of pizza is small, but oh so tastey. Get the cheddar biscuit, just do it! The spring rolls were great too! As a vegetarian it was so nice to be able to eat any of the delicious looking items on the menu, and I'll totally go back for a full dinner soon.

Beautiful experience! Felt like eating something healthy and came across “Greens”. It is located right by the bay with spectacular views of the water and Golden Gate Bridge! We were able to reserve a table 45 mins later! There’s a paid parking lot right next to the restaurant! Once we were ushered in, we were asked the preference of a window seat or internal table! We opted to wait for the window seat! And it was worth the wait! Beautiful views + lovely breeze! Upon asking for some recommendations (Thank you Cara!!!), we opted for the Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich and pupusas! I love that they can provide vegan possible and gluten free possible foods! The food was great, although I’d never tasted something like Pupusas! Definitely recommend, especially for the views and service!

Seems like there was a mass exodus of staff that really made Greens special. I haven’t been back since, but it’s sad to see special people go and it generally shows something wasn’t working quite right behind the scenes. The food is good, but maybe a bit basic by modern vegan standards. You’re paying for the name and the experience at this point, but the views in the evening make it worthwhile. You won’t necessarily be disappointed, but you might not be as thrilled as you’d expect.

Si trova all'interno di una ex base militare. Dall'ingresso si raggiunge procedendo sulla sinistra ero circa 100-200 metri. il ristorante insieme ad altre attività è ricavato all'interno di ex magazzini.

I was looking for a restaurant to have lunch before heading to the Golden Gate Bridge and I found this place on the way. I had the artichoke and potato pizza with vegan cheese: really tasty! The staff is really mindful and really nice. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it was worth it.

Went here for a date with my partner. The food was SO GOOD! Looking around, I don’t think any tables got the same plates and they all looked delicious, which speaks to how great the menu is across the board. My only complaint is that I wish the birria tacos came with the stew, as is tradition. Also, the tables were quite close together, but I was very reassured that the hostess checked our vaccine status. A great fun spot for a date or girls night!

Vegan Mexican food? Count me in! Amazing experience, from the drinks to the apps to the entrees. I recommend the frozen marg, nachos to share, and burrito. Pictured is the gorditas and mole enchiladas.

Took my boyfriend last night for his birthday dinner. Amazing atmosphere, fantastic and quick/efficient service, and food that was too delicious for words. Drinks and desserts do not disappoint either. Affordable night out as well. Can’t recommend enough

Nachos were great! Portions are huge! Definitely shareable. Be ready for messy eating. Quick and friendly service. I’m not vegan nor vegetarian but I loved it! 10/10 overall.

Food: great! Juice: good! Music: loud! Staff were nice and friendly, music though was too loud for my taste. My wife and I struggled to hear each other and just ended up eating and heading out. Your mileage might vary. There is outside seating, which isn't as loud as the place itself.

Oh my word. The watermelon gazpacho was so good. A true delight. I also ordered the ceviche which was not that good. It’s just a whole bunch of peppers with little to no seasoning and a few hearts of palm. The Mexican wedding cookies are so damn good!!! I want MORE!!! My husband ordered the nachos, so good. He couldn’t believe they were vegan. He also go the burrito and he enjoyed it. The service is GREAT TOO. I will be back for the gazpacho and wedding cookies.

Really cool, super delicious vegan mexican restaurant. The interior is super cozy with lots of wood tones and greenery. Everything on the menu is vegan. I’m always interested to try plant based cuisine, and this place did not disappoint. The loaded nachos and quesadillas were especially delicious (uhg honestly everything was delicious and I don’t anyone would be able to pinpoint that this place was vegan if they weren’t told)! I also tried the matcha cocktail, not my favorite but the little cactus garnish was so cute. Definitely a must try, vegan or not! But maybe don’t tell your biased friend that it’s plant based, they’ll be in for a shock!

Food was a decent 10/10. No complaints whatsoever. We walked in and they got us seated in less than 5 mins. Food was on time and the best part of it all was that the portions were just right. And we ordered dessert. Mary Jane was nice and kind, so were the other two servers. I just hope they share the slightly more than 20% tip that was left.

Friendly staff and great ambiance. The burrito was excellent. The marketing team has done a great job of pushing ratings but I have had Berger veg/vegan food in regular Mexican restaurants. Good food but not the best.

Delicious Mexican food. I love that the menu is completely vegan. The street corn was amazing! The portion sizes are large, but try and save room for the churros.
