Staff is very friendly, polite and attentive to each customers needs. Food is fresh, healthy delicious and affordable?! Cute ambiance that fits into the soho neighborhood with indoor/outdoor seating. Excellent vegetarian options and fresh juices like mint iced lemonade and watermelon juice, as well as smoothies.

The falafel was soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. It had a unique tasting note of anise. It's a nice place to visit and order takeout from. One can also hang around in the dining area. There's not much sacrifice required here but giving a tip with the purchase is a good idea.

Been visiting for 7 years. In those years, I have tried other places whenever I happen upon an interesting falafel place. Not one has surpassed y’all in excellence! I don’t know why y’all don’t have lines out the door but I’ll enjoy the fantastic food in a nice quiet ambience on a serene street while I can. Thank you for being a part of the Sullivan street community ❤️

So fresh! So good! Looking for fresh, homemade, ridiculously good Mediterranean casual food then look no further. The dishes here are amazing! It was so delicious! I especially love the chicken over rice with beets and apples with mint lemonade. Yummmmm!!! There are a couple of seats inside and outside! The place is on a little side charming street in Soho so it’s not loud and crowded. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean place! Definitely without a doubt, highly recommend this place to dine in or takeaway!!

Pretty under whelming pita sandwich and probably one of the most boring pita sandwiches I've had in the city. I've marked this place as want to go for a long time. Finally got to try so just a bit disappointed. Got the babaghanoush one which was just baba ghanoush, cucumber and tomatoes. Other places would put more variety of salads which gives it a lot more flavor.

They are so slow to prepare the food especially they just picked ingredients from containers. a small plate of chicken bowl costs over 15$, seriously? halal carts along the streets and deli shops provide much cheaper plates than this garbage

$29 for a two small sandwiches with very little chicken in them and a side of hummus (that amazingly doesn't come with pita). Avoid this place until they fix their service issues.

Perfect food. Falafel was crunchy and fresh. Creamy hummus. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Creamy not at all bitter latte. Best I’ve had in the city. Choose the platter! $14. Then make your own sandwich. Would come here again.

Cava is the one place in New York that I could eat everyday in the week. Ask my friends, and my credit card…..it’s true HA. so; one day my room mate convinced me to try something else and venture away from the franchise. He took me here, and it was amazing. I loved the food - it felt so fresh, and there were so many options. It felt so healthy, and the service was incredible. Personally, I would still choose Cava

The food so delicious .. especially the kufta kabab and the chicken soup, their fries were good too, oh.. I forgot the apple and beet salad also was good.

Falafel was best I have had in a long time. Crunchy on outside and fluffy on inside. The pita bread was similar to the ones I have had at Mediterranean fine dining. Kofta was flavorful. Portions were good. Excellent value. Service was attentive, fast and very friendly. This will be my go to restaurant from now on. 7.18.2023 Went again before closing. Chicken was very dry and pita had not aged well. Completely different experience than the first time. Very disappointed.

I really like this place and always order a falafel sandwich. The falafel is crispy and the ingredients all taste fresh. In the summer, they have this watermelon juice that's very fresh and made with real watermelon. The staff here is very helpful, polite and most of all hardworking.

Food wasn’t fresh; pita, chicken and rice were dry and cold. The salads were watery and small. Portions were tiny (one tablespoon for each scoop) and overall I paid $18 for a one person lunch. The menu selections seem great but sadly this place was a disappointment. **I can’t at exactly 12pm as lunch started there should be no reason for having non-fresh produce.

The food is always made fresh and made with lots of love! Great service to all customers!! The cappuccino tastes even better than Starbucks. Falafel is a popular food item and definitely worth going back for. They have a taco place next door which is delicious and authentic.
