The shopping center opened an hour earlier on the opening day of sales of IPhone15 09.22.2023 The queue was neatly lined up, everyone was told where to stand, no jostling and now I am the owner of a new iPhone on the day of sales! Hurray!!

This place has a large Target, a Best Buy, Macy's, and more! I love the Target, it has just about everything from food to clothes to housewares. Macy's has the furniture, and they are upfront about delivery issues and stock. If you live in Queens, this is a decent place to shop.

Actually I went to Target and Macys Backstage. I got good deals on food and a summer dress and sandals and an insulated lunch bag. All are beautiful!

Escalator hasn’t been working for the past 2 months at least. Over the phone they say that it’s not getting fixed any time soon, because they are too cheap to buy a spear part. They are not even apologetic about it.

Very friendly and good safety precautions during the pandemic. These are photos from Macy's Queen center mall the Disney sweatshirts are from the juniors department located on the second floor and the comforters are located in the home department located on the third floor and the mandalorian shirt is from the lower level men's floor. Clean and tidy. Good selection of shops. But if you're visiting from UK watch out as the shops don't open until 10am, I'm sure locals know this.

I went few days ago and my experience was the worst of the worst..lately this company is hiring some none professionals baristas,I was so embarrassed couse I was buying a coffee and there was no line and I was with my friend who sat and was waiting for me to be serv.so there was an extremely Rude Indian Guy who came out to me so nasty.first he tells me that the line begins we're the lady was standing, which was in front of the rude cashier Mohamed Guy,so I Said but is only me and her, so I saw how rude and nasty he was getting,so I said let me speak to the manager so he loudly said I am the manager,so we exchanged few words, and he was ready to jump me so the other girls refused to service me as well as the guy and he ended up throwing in my face that he was a Muslim, and after that he called me gay in a rude manner so I left offended couse he called me something Ian not..and by the way Starbucks is gay friendly not until you hire some unprofessional baristas all three that don't have a desire to work..I can't believe I almost got jump over a coffee, violent people should stay home..

It’s nice if you are nearby, but not really worth traveling to. It’s really just a target and Best Buy, mattress store, and some food places. There is a Macy’s Backstage too.

  • 5/5 H N. 2 years ago on Google
If you're doing a drive up to target, they give you 30 minutes of free parking. Just enough time to run to the bathroom and maybe grab a few more things around the mall quickly or grab some pretzel bites from downstairs.

You can't go to this place on the weekend. To crowded. Too many people walking around touching everything and not shopping. This is a place where people bring their whole family (kids uncle grandma). Good place for people who live near by. Parking sucks driving in that area is horrible. A little better in the middle of the week but parking sucks.

I love this mall. It has majority of the big clothing retails. Now it also has an apple store. Food court is good. They used to have play place for kids and they have removed it. That's sad.

The place looks rather empty considering how many businesses are gone including including main level kiosks. Might rate higher though if escalators were better maintained, parking was better manned and accessible (level to level) and if Target was better stocked.

I've been going to this mall for close to 2 decades now. The stores here have changed over time but it's always had a good lineup of stores to do some shopping. The stores that have been always there are the Macy's furniture, Best Buy, and Target. Parking lot also available for a fee.

Nice mall. Great compliment/bookend to Queens Center and Rego Center. Between the 3 you get everything you could ever need. Huge multilevel Target, Macys Backstage always has little hidden deals. Its gonna be crazy busy when LIDL comes soon.

The location of this shopping center was very accessible, and the parking space was spacious. I really had a great time strolling around here in this mall because everything that I needed, especially for my shoes and T-shirts are all here. The prices are not that high, and I would like to thank them for providing it at a good price.

It was my first time visiting this place never even knew it existed. Went to Best Buy to pick up my phone, but they gave me someone else's phone and it became a whole mess trying to activate it but couldn't then returning it and getting another phone. But in the end the only bright spot was I ended up getting the phone I always wanted i just had to get it at Gateway Mall in Brooklyn.

LOVE the theaters, but the shopping/dining choices are paltry. It's nice to be able to have a drink and watch a movie, all at the same time and NOT in the comfort of my own home. Ha ha! And they even have funnel cakes! Does it get any better than that?

  • 5/5 rawshon i. 3 years ago on Google

This used to be just 1 building, then as time went a little at a time the mall got extended to 2 buildings & the food court was expanded. Now anyone who wants to eat at the food court has to show proof of their vaccines. Either from any device or shown dates on paper.

They've freed up a lot of space on the ground floor but it looks so empty. I'm a bit sad. That said, the location is very convenient for me and since they have Target, I have all I need for the essentials.

  • 1/5 Alex B. 2 years ago on Google
Terribly organized. No signs to indicate where anything is. Entrance is only on one side so you'll be guessing where to get in. Strip mall style on the outside with no actual signs so individual store entrances look like the entrance to the main mall. Whoever designed this should quit their job.

I went today looking for some Gifts for my nieces children boy and a girl! I started at Best Buy store was lightly crowded, saw some televisions with prices that were ok. I went to Target after Best Buy, i haven't been to this store in a while. The children's Toy section and clothing had some nice items. The problem I'm seeing at this time is shelves with less product due to supply chain issues. The Store is in good working order.

I'm always in Target. Good & Gather should be endorsing me at this point 🥴 I love Macy's Backstage. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the items are (clearly) up to par. DSW can go to hell if they think I'm gonna pay $40-70 for sandals I've seen at Burlington 😒 And Best Buy is convenient and reasonable priced worth ppl always available to help. The food is good and there's very inexpensive parking. Just try to make it before 2pm to dodge the crowd

  • 2/5 Rosalinda B. 1 year ago on Google
nice for the many shops of brands and not that offer a lot, but too many people, too much confusion of people who dirty the mall. I've seen some other shopping malls and I must say cleaner and fewer people where you can walk and quietly look at the windows.

  • 5/5 Teresa H. 1 year ago on Google
I love out here not only for the shopping but for the festive, lively feeling. I love the street side offers. The prices out here are amazing. I got the most beautiful curtains for $10 a panel. They look expensive on my windows. Worth the trip everytime.

As a result of COVID the mall has lost some of its tenants and stall businesses. I went there to visit Target and Best Buy. The other store do not interest me and are mere side attractions.

  • 1/5 Najla B. 1 year ago on Google
The target security lady was very aggressive with my son who went to the car and ran back into the store looking for me. She scolded him for running which is fine then kicked him out. My son is a minor and was denied access back into the store because of this irate woman. This is what target chooses to secure and represent it's stores? My son was treated like a criminal and none of the manger wanted to give their full names. One was named Christian, tall Asian man in his 30s.I recorded this security lady and Target lost my business. We were there to get a computer for my son.

Not so exciting mall. Ok. Best Buy, target and some food area on first floor. If you visit here but haven’t visited queens center mall which is only one block away, spend more time at queens center mall. If you visited queens center mall already and you’ll find queens place kind of disappointed.

I only go here, because of Target. Best Buy is not even worth visiting, because the sale reps will just look at their website and refer you to other best buy. Oh yeah.. Sketcher is good too. They have good deal sometimes.

Stores are great, the parking company is a nightmare. Since installing the prepay machines, I can’t recall a smooth exit from the parking lot, ever. The ticket says to pay before returning to your car, but the machines are always malfunctioning, and require multiple attempts to process. Always a ton of people on line waiting to try to pay. Today, after 10 minutes of trying, a fellow shopper walked by and said she was told none of the machines are working, and we have to pay on the way out. After 15 minutes waiting to get down the ramp, I find attendants telling everyone it’s cash only, and running back and forth into the booth to return with change. Disaster. No signage, no attendants helping inside, and demanding cash. Horrible way to treat customers, horrible position to put staff in, horrible business all around.

It's a nice little shopping center. It's mostly immigrants from all over the world which makes a very nice area to live in unlike areas of Harlem, Brooklyn and the Bronx where it is unsafe to fo outside after dark.

  • 3/5 Talana K. 1 year ago on Google
Ok mall but you can't really find what you looking for, like sizes in clothes or footwear, most of the time. Maybe because of the area. I'm tall with big feet but the area is not too diversity when it comes to African American nationality. The area is mostly Hispanic, Mexican and other nationalities, so most of the stores seem like they only order more stock for short or average size people with small feet. However, if my kids need things I can usually find things for them. Lastly, the mall can be confusing because it's connected to another side with a overpass. Sometimes I forget which mall has the store that I am looking for. You can also get to the other attached mall by certain escalators without going out the mall and crossing the street to get to the attached side of the mall.

Mostly just come here for target, very nice large target. The thing i hate is the parking machines NEVER work. I always have to end up using my card at the gate on the way out-- which sucks because it backs up traffic, and I always worry that won't work and its literally the only way to pay

It's huuugh. Didn't go through the whole building. So I can't really say much, but like most malls with alittle extra. Kids, teenagers are here all the time. Why? I couldn't tell ya. My guess if you don't like alot of kids this is not a place for the elderly.

Could be a nicer Mall if they had better security. Ask unruly people to leave. Get better clothing stores. Parking garage needs to be way more lit up, it’s too dark. People should not be sleeping on the benches or anywhere inside the Mall.

I love this place. You have alot of options to get what you need here. Starting with Target, here you can find all essentials at great prices. You have Macy's backstage, where you can find clothing at great discounts. You have Best Buy, where you can find all your electronic needs. Alot of stores. Is a great place.
