I
was
really
happy
to
have
this
restaurant
be
my
dinner
tonight.
I’ve
had
it
once
before,
the
Wall
Street
location,
and
enjoyed
it.
My
delivery
came,
by
a
great
delivery
person,
friendly
and
kind
and
I
ordered
two
sodas
that
were
missing.
I
reach
out
to
&pizza
and
they
tell
me
we’ll
give
you
a
store
credit
but
no
refund
because
it
was
ordered
through
Uber
eats.
I
take
that
info
to
Uber
Eats
and
they
say
that
I
have
to
reach
out
to
the
restaurant
and
they
can
not
provide
me
a
refund.
The
restaurant
wants
to
offer
me
a
credit
and
no
refund.
What
happened
to
customer
service?
I
want
my
money
back
for
the
missing
items
because
my
order
was
incorrect
and
neither
the
restaurant
that
was
paid
nor
the
courier
service
that
was
paid
wants
to
meet
my
rightful
need
to
get
MY
money
back?
Yea
I’m
good.
As
much
as
I
like
&pizza,
they’ve
lost
a
customer
and
so
has
Uber
eats.
Lastly,
I
think
consumers
like
myself
need
to
begin
to
take
our
power
back
by
cooking
more
of
our
own
meals
or
changing
to
delivery
companies
that
have
more
value
and
respect
for
the
consumer.
As
a
Manhattan
resident
I’ve
supported
Uber
and
SEVERAL
restaurants
diligently
throughout
the
pandemic
and
honestly,
there
have
been
so
many
errors
between
the
two
consistently.
This
was
a
well
needed
wake
up
call.
