We
visited
on
a
Wednesday
night
and
it's
a
good
job
we
made
a
reservation
as
people
were
already
waiting
outside
(in
the
rain!).
First
of
all
the
venue
-
The
restaurant
itself
is
very
small
and
they
really
cram
the
tables
in
but
this
makes
for
a
fun,
intimate
atmosphere,
especially
for
anyone
who
is
celebrating
a
birthday
when
the
pots
and
pans
are
banged
along
to
a
rousing
rendition
of
'Happy
Birthday
to
you'!
On
to
the
food
-
I
had
one
of
the
specials
which
was
spaghetti
with
seafood
and
was
absolutely
delicious.
Having
lived
in
Italy
for
a
year,
this
was
some
of
the
best
pasta
I've
tasted
since
then
and
you
can
tell
it's
authentically
Italian.
My
girlfriend
had
the
Cavatelli
pasta
with
lamb
ragu
which
was
equally
delicious.
The
dishes
themselves
are
served
out
of
saucepans
which
was
a
bit
different
and
not
sure
whether
I
like
this
or
not!
For
dessert
we
shared
the
creme
brulee
which
was
just
perfect.
All
the
staff
were
extremely
attentive
and
friendly
and
service
was
extremely
efficient
given
how
busy
they
were.
Highly
recommended
if
you
fancy
some
authentic
Italian
cuisine
in
NYC.
