Food was good, but this place needs a lot of help on training and managing its employees to take orders properly, cook and serve as ordered, and provide friendlier service. We visited for lunch after 1:30pm so it wasn’t even busy. Everyone waited for their food for a minimum of 20-30 mins and even then, orders came out incorrectly causing people to request the toppings or whatever to get what they ordered, which obviously caused even more delays. Attached is a picture of my single cheeseburger (minus all the toppings I ordered and had to ask for). A couple that ordered right after us still hadn’t gotten their meal as we had eaten and began walking out. They were discussing getting their money back and leaving - I don’t blame them. There were 5 employees and maybe 5-6 parties in the restaurant. I can’t even imagine how it operates during busier times. If anyone was friendlier with a smile or two, I probably would have been a little less critical of all the operational issues. There are so many burger joints nearby that I will probably pass on this spot for next time I have a burger craving.

An excellent burger. Especially the "green style" which substitutes the bread for lettuce. They also serve beer and have great root beer on tap. I keep coming back here and have never been disappointed. Pro Tip: Get Cajun style fries with that.

Really underrated place! I come here very often. There is a dine in and some tables outside and they keep social distancing. Their fried chicken sandwich is really awesome and the cajón fries are so good! Yum!

Came here because a friend recommended this place and said this burger place is better than shake shack. I had to check it out to see which is better. We both got the ceo burger and I got the red velvet custard shake. The burger was messy but tasted great. The shake was good but not better than shake shacks. Staff was friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back and try the other burgers and cheese fries.

This place is basically like a competitor to Shake shack but in my opinion better! The food here is really good. And there is not a long wait to order. You also don't get a buzzer to then go pick up your food, instead, you pick your seating and they give you a table card with a number and will bring your food out to you. They have beers and soda. I had an angry orchard and they gave me a free glass to take home. I had the beyond burger American style with cheese. It was good I liked it. Next time I will have the impossible burger. I like the decor it's industrial style, super cool and they play good indie music such as Future Islands, simple minds etc. They also had two TV's with the game playing. I spent more than an hour eating here and charging my phone and nobody kicked me out. They are super cool. The only thing is price is a little expensive, $19 for a burger and one beer. I also wished they had cheese fries.

Great attention from staff, especially for a chain, where I find service sometimes suffers. Delicious burgers, good fries, and onion rings are huge. I had the burgerfi cheeseburger plus cry and fry and a Coke. It was honestly a bit too much food for me. Probably one of the best burger I’ve had so far in the city. Very clean restaurant as well.

Friendly staff; quick cooking time; choose your own soda dispenser; hot hearty portions; beef, chicken and vegetarian options; clean floors and tables; tv's on both sides of the walls; long tables for big groups; wheelchair accessabe; not cramped; highly reccomend. The interior was industrial metal and wood vibe and it's great to have a masculine rugged theme with burgers. There is an unlimited soda dispenser and you choose whatever you want. Major plus. The staff was friendly, so that is a plus.

Jacked up fast food burgers with absolutely deliciously fresh made fries. If you are deciding on the special BurgerFi sauce, be aware that it is basically a tangy Russian dressing. If you don't like relish (as I don't) it is not the choice for you. BUT the burger and the fries were just plain delicious! And very friendly customer service at this location. A number to take to whatever table you decide to sit at. I look forward to returning, AND to trying the custard next time!

Ok, I got a little bit of mix review, personally me, loved the bacon cheese burger. It was very good and liked the fries but the urban style the garlic aioli was heavy but it was good. Now my friends ordered the Arepa burger and it was wayyyy to greasy and the arepa it self didn't have any flavor. I won't recomend that arepa burger but maybe something from the regular menu yes.

As far as Burgers and Fries go this trip was a disappoinment. I traveled from the west side to finally get a taste of the Famous CEO burger. Initially I thought this was a mashup of Shake Shack and 5 Guys burgers and fries the 2 crowned kings of burgers in NYC. This was far from that the first fry yes did remind me of 5 Guys fries but that was it only the first the rest were soggy stuck together unsalted. Now the Burger the famous CEO burger I have no words. I'll paint you a quick picture of the visit to sum everything up. Take 20 dollars out of your wallet now go to a squirrel and exchange that for some of his food. Nuts yes that's right nuts is what you are if you think you'll get value for your money here. Go to Checkers go to burger king anywhere else.
