Food was super tasty and delecious !! 👌⭐Now talking about that Line It was terrible but the Chicken sandwich made up for it. Waffle fries were OK. They fell apart easily which explains why another commenter stated that he got 2 fries and a box of crumbs. Not really anyone's fault. It's just what tends to happen with waffle fries. The Cloudberry lemonade was good but too much ice. That's my fault for not ordering light ice !! Service was presented with a smile so that helped to push it back up to 5 stars !! Again, I hated that line but considering there were literally 40 cars split between 2 drive thru lines and a full parking lot for the dining room in the middle of a lunch rush and I was still delivered fresh, hot food within 20 minutes is saying a lot.

The nerve to charge these prices and the food is not fresh. $12.20 for a stale moldy sandwich and a small frosted coffee. I almost puked when I opened the wrapper all the way after taking 2 bites. NEVER AGAIN!!

A very odd experience. Went in around 830 am. Not super busy. Placed an order for a chicken mini meal for my daughter. Asked for sauce. Inadvertently charged for two bottles. Took awhile to get it resolved. I had to keep asking for the packets. They wouldn't give them to us until processing a refund. Even after the refund it was as if the sauce was forgotten. After reminding them once more I got a bit of a snarky response again about how they had to do the refund first. I'm not sure if I hadn't said something they'd have remembered. Anyway after all that we realized they forgot the chocolate milk. Overall, I can live with the mistakes even a lack of an apology is fine, but the attitude of the manager was disappointing. Also, no one at any point said "my pleasure." The place needs to assess and evaluate their managers and supply training or better leadership.

This location was clean, which is to be expected, however the attention span of the staff was lackluster. I had to repeat my order to the young girl taking my order then watch my order sit beside two other young girls engaged in conversation speaking another language. It sat there until one finally put it in a bag and added napkins. No smiles. No “good morning “. No “thank you” The hospitality that I am accustomed to at most chick-fil- A restaurants was not trained at this location. The responsibility of teaching staff of a proper greeting and how to treat guest falls directly on the shoulders of management.

Employees are absolutely wonderful, super helpful, well mannered, Love how they greet their customers , on point with every detail of how the food is served. Good recommendation to go there to enjoy the good food. My favorite is the nuggets with the sauce grilled chicken sandwich & the shakes omg I truly love it. I like the way JAY greeted me & helped me with my Order. He was very nice, super respectful & well mannered. He did very excellent with attending me & very patient as to all the employees I seened when I was there. Thank you guys beautiful job. Keep it up !

Super fast service. Love the Spicy Chicken sandwich. Must ask for Chick-fil-a sauce and Polynesian sauce for your waffle potato fries. Staff always nice and helpful.

They always taking applications because they always fire you and find excuses to force you to quit or get fired. Management is terrible and everyone is only nice to customers because that’s the character they have to portray. Their “director” Julio is the phoniest as well as the rest of management. They always unorganized and complain about every little thing. They slave their workers and make them do extra things they don’t get paid to do and the workers deserve better. Corporate deserves to shut them down. That overall work environment seems very toxic.

Polite employees, super generous, food is exquisite, employees are very cheerful, they greet you when you come to order food. The shakes, chicken , the nuggets with the sauce it’s phenomenal!! I ordered food from a young man named JAY very nice , he was very obliging. Must come back

The food was good. Chicken sandwich is always hot and tasty. It was late after the show and sorta crowded. The staff was great taking orders and moving things along. Not much room for eating inside, but it's NEW YORK baby, what can I say.

Side of Kale Salad is a bit small for the price. But it’s a true side portion. Still delicious for a light lunch with a two pieces of Chick-n-strips. Get it for the sauce!!

This is one of the most horrific experiences, I had . I work in fast food at no point I would open a restaurant with the capacity of more than 50 plus customers and there is no seating everyone leaning on the glass standing and eating . You have kids baby in stroller how is this convenient for customers. I was a paying customer bathroom was close all the employees look over work , tired no one greets us or smile . When you don’t know hospitality’s this happens .

Came in at a later hour, ordered the chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich I got lacked any salad or sauce besides the meat (and precisely...two pickle slices?.) I also ordered medium fries, but instead got double the amount, that I assume were put there to compensate for the sandwich. If you do not have it, please just say you do not have it instead of trying to replace it... Otherwise, the food is good.

Am I reviewing the Manhattan CFA? It's the only one I've been to recently, so I guess so. Biscuit was great. Employee wasn't. I couldn't believe there were only a few people in the store. Overall great experience, as usual.

Coming from an Australian, I've always wanted to try Chick-fil-A. However, after trying it, I reckon it's overrated and very expensive. The meal as shown in the image cost nearly $100AUD. I won't say it was the best meal I've ever had for fast food - maybe slightly better than Maccas, but nothing special in my opinion. However, I would have to admit that the lemonade offered by Chick-fil-A was one of the best, if not the best I've ever had. Hence I give this place 2 stars.

Food was great! Be aware that there is no indoor seating. They have a really weird line management system with unclear signs about where you're supposed to stand and wait to order which was kind of annoying.

The food is great. As always Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwich you can grab. But the store is very dirty (ketchup all over the floor) and the staff is not very polite.

Just off Times Square. No seating area. Woman in charge was shouting at people queuing to stand behind a red line... and wouldn't let anyone move until toes were behind the line. Complete overkill, rude and unnecessary. We are people, not cattle and the magical red line was a good 3 meters from the order booth. I just thought it was a completely unnecessary rudeness from someone in charge.

Given the paucity of other options for cheap eats directly by the theater district, I was pleasantly surprised that this fast food place does a decent job with the Chick-fil-A formula. Food comes out very quickly, portions are at the usual standard, and quality is solid (although not at the transcendental heights that I've experienced at other Chick-fil-A's in the city). Prices are high but given price increases in the entire fast food sector you could pay about the same at another fast food restaurant around here and have a much worse experience. There's nowhere to sit inside but fortunately there's a park right across the street from the restaurant. Overall recommended!

Customer service is not at the best. We walked in and whilst I was on the line we wanted to use the restroom. The restrooms are for customers only and is pin protected locks. The attendant on taking the order said restrooms were out of service. You don't expect the restrooms that is meant for customers not in service.

Excellent service from Sanaa Kearne. She was patient, polite, friendly, genuinely smiling, warm… she embodies the values/principles of CFA. I needed help from another staff and he was extremely helpful even though they were so busy.

This is one of the cleaner fast food restaurants I've been in. The place is impeccable! While the food was fine, I was more amazed at how the staff kept the place so clean! I'd eat here all the time, but, I have to watch what I eat! 😄

Good location. We came for breakfast in the morning, and everyone in our group got Chicken Minis. Everything came out fairly quick, and we were ready to eat, but the issue we had was that there was absolutely no seating inside. We ended up leaving and walking a bit and sat at outdoor seating in front of another restaurant. I get it, if the place was small, I could there bring no seating, but this location was quite big. Other than that, 4 stars is a pretty reasonable rating.

We came from Australia and first food we would like to taste in US is from Chick-Fill-A. Spicy chicken sandwich was awesome and chips too. Just don't like the cold drink as it was very bitter, don't know why.

Great customer service! Busy lunch time and my food was made super quick and w/o Mayo and pickles as I requested, despite it being loud & hectic all around. Sky helped me and was a lovely cashier. Thanks all for running a tight ship & for the yummy sandwich!

This is based on service only. The lady was yelling “this is takeout only. You cannot eat in here.” I get it! Super crowded and in winter in NYC! People were standing eating everywhere. Restroom was in dire need of cleaning. “Water” all over. Smelled disgusting bad. No toilet paper, no soap, no hand sanitizer, no paper towels.

Normally chick fil a is really good at giving high quality fast food but this specific location was underwhelming in every sense of the word. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was bad and there was even mold in one of the corners. Got ripped off.
