I absolutely adored our two night stay at the Park Terrace Hotel. My husband & I took a weekend trip to NYC and I knew I wanted to stay in a fairly central part of the city. Bryant Park appealed to me and I began reading hotel reviews and gathering info. Park Terrace had very personalized reviews that specifically named employees over and over again. I took that as a wonderful sign and booked our stay. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like royalty. Arlette greeted us with a warm smile and let us check in at 10AM with no additional fee. Ricardo surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, and the wonderful front deskman who worked Friday evening was a joy. The front door man who assisted us in storing our luggage after we checked out (so we could walk for a little more before we left for the airport) was so accommodating. Not only are the employees stellar, but also the hotel room was superbly clean and comfy. We stayed in the Deluxe Room (high floor) and the room was surprisingly spacious, despite its size. The room makes great use of the space so you don’t feel crowded or cramped. I used the gym and my husband used the sauna and we both were impressed with the facilities. The sister restaurant next door has a cool bar and good pasta, and the Heritage Bakery (2 doors down) makes delicious coffee and pastries. On each is an ice maker AND a purified chilled water machine where you have unlimited bottles to fill. It’s an awesome touch. The location is perfect!!

Just home from a wonderful weekend vacation in NYC. Park Terrace was a fantastic spot to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. My forth time to the city, but my partners first - so it was an ideal location to explore the city - overlooking Bryant park and walking distance to all the main highlights, and just off fifth avenue for all the shopping! The staff were so friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and overlooked the park. Made full use of the in room yoga mat, espresso machine and the hotel sauna was a lovely treat after a long day of exploring! Unfortunately the terrace bar was undergoing some renovations and was not open during our time there but would love to return during the summer to really soak it all in. Was such a nice touch to mark the birthday celebration with a card and bottle of wine on arrival.

High end modern hotel in the heart of Manhattan. Easy to get to by car or Metro, and close to Times Square as well as Central Park. Very gracious staff sent up a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our Honeymoon!!!! Great views of Bryant Park from one side of the building, but we decided to check in early and take a room on the back side that was ready. It was still a great view from the top floor and the room itself was very clean and chic. Loved the lighting accents and the decor. Would recommend for anyone traveling to the city for vacation or business.

Enjoyed a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean, and close to all the attractions you need nearby! Would definitely come back for our next vacation!

Overall, one of the best hotels in this class! Few highlights: 1. Free water and refillable bottles in each floor near the elevator. 2. Cozy but very organized and comfortable rooms. 3. Excellent and quick service. For reference we had requested for a kettle and that was brought to our room in less than 10 mins. 4. Free coffee at the Terrace (floor 6). Enjoying the view at the Terrace while having coffee is to die for! 5. Free laundry services downstairs! 6. Located at Bryant park which is easy to pick up cabs (as opposed to a hotel in Times Square) Very minor feedback: 1. I would have liked a mini fridge in the room. But it’s not a deal breaker 2. The shower glass door doesn’t seal well so some water always makes it through. Overall excellent experience at a great location (Bryant park). Would 100% come again

What makes this place stand out, is the service. It seems like everyone who works here is warm, kind, and adept at making the smallest experience a positive one. From Beverly, who takes the time to greet and make you feel welcome after a long trip, to Yovanni, who offered refreshments and remembered me even though it was a colleague who checked me in, to Raquel, who made sure I had everything I needed during my last day; the attention to detail, and the down-to-earth, personal touch are what make this place an oasis in NYC. Rooms were immaculate. Cleanliness was spot on. Easily the best hotel experience I've had in the city.

I stayed here with my mother on our trip before Christmas. The positive thing about this hotel is the location. However, through our 4 days here, we were without a functioning bathroom door. The door would not stay closed. We alerted numerous people on each day of our stay and only when we were checking out was an engineer sent up to check out the door. Below the image shows how we had to tie the door shut with the bathrobe tie. For the price of this stay we should be able to have privacy and a functioning room. They offered a small compensation, but it did not make up for the fact we had no privacy.

We were going to stay here again for holidays ... I stayed here right before the pandemic, and it was great. But still no brunch more than two years later "due to COVID"? We decided against staying here in December this time. Without the exceptional complementary brunch (the gem of this hotel before), this hotel really doesn't have much to offer.

This hotel was in the best location for midtown. The staff was super friendly, shoutout to Yovanni at the front desk, he upgraded our room & was able to check us in at 8 AM which was clutch for us. The hotel was clean. I felt safe. The room was a great size room compared to other NYC hotels I've been in. I will absolutely be staying here again when I go back!

I love this place! Especially great when visiting NYC for work. The concierge attends to your needs efficiently. Our room was very clean when we got there, and it’s very hard to hear any disturbances outside of your room. The park terrace is a nice, relaxing spot to study or work after getting your free coffee. Alternatively, you’re simply steps away from Blue Bottle and Bryant Park. La Pécora Bianca provided great service and food. Friendly service all around.

I can't wait to go back. We were able to check in early and start our NYC weekend right away. Everyone was sweet and helpful. The studio was amazing! Fantastic view, great pillows, shower, and space. The terrace has the most wonderful view of the Empire State building. Close to wonderful restaurants and experiences. Any way I can get info about the pillows? 😁 Love, Andrea

The perfect hotel in NYC. Perfect location- midtown but not in the busy area, on lovely Bryant Park, near a subway station (B,D,F,M,7). The room was very nice: modern, well designed and spotless clean. The service was outstanding- we got every little thing we asked for with no delay. All the staff was super friendly. They have A very nice Gym and a great terrace you can enjoy from. What more can one ask?! We will definitely come back!

Great Location! Very friendly and helpful staff. My first room was on a high floor but facing another building and so I checked with the front desk if there was any available room with more windows. They gave me a great room, on a lower floor with a view of Bryant Park! Even though there was a bit noise at night, it was a corner room with lots of windows. Lovely all you can eat breakfast in a beautiful dining hall. Great gym and business lounge. Will be back!

We stayed here briefly. Very comfortable stay. Loved the Nespresso machines in each room (just wish they had non-dairy creamer). The bathrooms are phenomenal, the water pressure is fantastic. The body wash smells GREAT, bonus star for that. ANOTHER bonus star because reception friend we made (Gaby) is also vegan and gave us local restaurant recommendations!<3 They are pet friendly which is so sooooo convenient if you have to bring your fur child with you everywhere you go because they have separation anxiety. Got a voucher to nearby bakery because they don't do breakfast due to covid so that was cool. Their terrace is very nice to hang out it (indoor and outdoor) especially at night! It overlooks Bryant Park perfectly. Will come again! (I wasn't a fan of the central air humming on+off all night long but what can yaaaa do? I need quiet/silence to sleep well)

My sister and I recently stayed at Park Terrace Hotel in July and had such a positive experience. The staff including Skyy and Harry were exceptionally welcoming. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. They were very helpful when I forgot items, asked for a different pillow and of course, did not have my key card on me and therefore could not access my room. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, located in a very convenient location and enjoying complimentary coffee on the rooftop was a nice bonus. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel! In fact, my friends booked this hotel for their trip next month as I could not recommend it more.

Absolute most phenomenal hotel in NYC! The location, the rooms, the quietness, the service, the welcome you get the way you are treated impeccably decorated totally immaculate! Phenomenal restaurant downstairs the customer service, and the people that were there are beyond exceptional. I loved each and every one of them! Raquel treated me like I was a queen! Everyone treated me like I was royalty! I would never stay anywhere else in New York City and I am a former New Yorker! I cannot wait to return

Great location, nice rooms, and a few surprises. I stayed for a week in September and had an all around pleasant experience, with barely any critiques The Good: - Loved getting cold water upon arrival from the front desk, and learning I could refill them on my own at the water station on my floor. I’m always hunting water down in hotels so this was great - Popcorn treat in my room was to die for. Such a great perk. - Rooms were new, modern, had everything I needed, and above all, very quiet at night. - Location was perfect. Bryant Park is one of my fav places. Super easy access to the metro and near tons of food options. - The bathroom amenities were good quality - Nespresso machine in the room, YES. - Angelina cafe vouchers for breakfast were 100% - Adjustable lighting - Robes - High quality linens - Rooftop area with coffee - Very cute view as it was a corner room - Blinds/curtains that actually closed so I could enjoy a dark room at night What Needs Improvement: - The whole “we don’t clean your room every day because of covid” is now an excuse. I stayed at 4 other similarly priced hotel during my one month in NYC and they ALL cleaned the rooms daily, without me having to call, and without a ‘schedule’. I am really tired of companies using the pandemic as an excuse to cut corners, so they should just drop the charade and start regular services again. It was super annoying to try and schedule my cleanings. - Storage space. I know this is an issue for almost all NYC hotel rooms, but I found the storage space to be particularly lacking with no dresser for clothes (the closet is already pretty small) and only counter space in the bathroom (no drawers and lower shelf under the sink was taken by towels)

Can't beat the location of this hotel. We had a nice stay here, only complaint is the rooms didn't have the small seating areas that seemed to be shown (my sister and both booked rooms and had the same experience). But, you're not in the room that much. The hotel is very clean. Drinks at the Terrazzo Lounge are literally twice as much as any place nearby so unless you're desperate not to leave for a drink, I'd avoid it. Spiked hot chocolate and a CAN of coke (not even fountain soda) was $35 - the hot chocolate had one carefully measured shot of Baileys in it. Please, I know it's NYC, but that is nonsense.

The location, central to many subway lines, Times Square, Rockefeller center with all the Christmas decorations, and Central Park make it really fantastic as a tourist! The area is safe and Bryant Park (with skating rink in the winter) is a nice place to come back to at the end of a busy day! The hotel proper is spotless and safe. Best of all is the great staff in the reception area!Big thanks to Sean, Arlette, Raquelle and Yovanni who could not have been kinder or more accommodating! Very knowledgeable staff.

i was expecting a great experience at Park Terrace Hotel. I got an exclusive 5 stars one! So happy! I asked for a quiet room and Arlette Jiminez-Carlos made sure I got the best one. And it was! She was amazing and I even got an upgrade with a wine bottle and few snacks! The hotel and rooms are super clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful and the terrace has an amazing view of the park. I can't wait for my next trip in NY and I'll be staying there again for sure. I appreciate their refillable water bottles. So smart! Thanks again to Arlette and the amazing team! Had an incredible experience!

Long time NYC resident. Stayed here a night while my apt was being fixed up. I recommend this hotel highly. Amenities are great, staff is on top of everything and the location can’t be beat. Small touches like complimentary local snacks and in-room Nespresso machine were great as well. Worth every penny!

Harry at the front desk made my stay at the beautiful Park Terrace absolutely incredible. Every special request was taken care of with no problem. He provided the best customer service and accommodations I have ever received and am so thankful for his help making my trip to the city memorable. I even extended my stay and he took care of it without question and sent up a complimentary gift to our room to celebrate. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and in a perfect location. 10/10 recommend and will defineltey be back soon!

Extremely frustrating experience. The hotel itself is clean and nice. Great location and service. Staff is very friendly. However, there’s a billing issue. I booked the hotel for total 4 nights on 2 websites (a travel website first and my credit card travel service). The hotel charged me an additional 2-night after we left. The hotel issued me a refund but it disappeared after being showed as pending in my account. I had to call and email the hotel and my credit card company several times. The answer was the refund was already issued but I need to wait for up to 7 business days to see it finish processing. Not sure why it disappeared It was meant to be a vacation. But I spent a few more hour for the billing issues. Not sure it’s because of the hotel or because of the credit card company process- it’s frustrating that it consumed time.

Very nice experience and a wonderful location. The front desk attendants were incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a good time, so I greatly appreciate that. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Only downside was a sliding bathroom door which didn’t provide as much privacy as I’d like, and on one occasion upon coming back to our room at 3 PM our room was still not made up, which was a little unfortunate. But definitely worth booking and a wonderful location.

I recently stayed in Park Terrace for a weekend trip and must I say one of my best stays in NYC. Very clean, very safe and Harry with the front desk was amazing he helped us get an early check in for my wife's birthday with an upgraded room. 5 star experience. Thank you Harry!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room size was nice for being in midtown. You can't beat the location. They have filtered water stations on every floor. It sounds simple, but you save so much money not having to buy bottled water.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here at the Park Terrace Hotel! From the start, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and were able to get us upstairs from our online booking quite fast. We were gifted two waters and a soda in the room, which was so lovely. The views were incredible… and you could open the front view window and look out the gated bar, or just get some fresh air! Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was spotless and beautiful. Our only complaint would be the television continued to turn off randomly, which was annoying but that was only an issue at night! You don’t want to stay inside the hotel all day/night, but this place definitely makes you want to! Thank you Park Terrace. :)

Overall, the stay was disappointing given the high ratings/reviews. For the price, much more was expected and there are better options nearby. Pros: Location was convenient for midtown, right next to Bryant Park. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: The bathroom was not designed with utility in mind. There was no ventilation, hardly anywhere to hang clothes/towels, and the plug points were situated very low so the hairdryer did not sit comfortably. The queen bed was very small. The sheets and bedding did not feel particularly clean and weren't comfortable. Felt itchy and noticed bite marks that look like bed bug bites, but cannot confirm if they are indeed from bed bugs or some other insect.

Service AMAZING! Pet friendly YES! Our 4:30am check with our pet was a breeze. The host quickly checked us in. The room was clean. Our pup got settled in very quickly and we were pretty close to everything we needed. Ideal location and good service. What more can a visitor ask for.

As a birthday treat, I decided to book a room at the Park Terrance Hotel and had a phenomenal stay! The staff at the front desk, Yovanni, Arlette, and Urvi, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Every team member was incredibly accommodating, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. The level of professionalism and friendliness made my visit truly memorable. The hotel facilities were pristine, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the ambiance was delightful. I also had a corner room with an excellent view of Bryant Park! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic stay with outstanding customer service!
