Great
location,
nice
rooms,
and
a
few
surprises.
I
stayed
for
a
week
in
September
and
had
an
all
around
pleasant
experience,
with
barely
any
critiques
The
Good:
-
Loved
getting
cold
water
upon
arrival
from
the
front
desk,
and
learning
I
could
refill
them
on
my
own
at
the
water
station
on
my
floor.
I’m
always
hunting
water
down
in
hotels
so
this
was
great
-
Popcorn
treat
in
my
room
was
to
die
for.
Such
a
great
perk.
-
Rooms
were
new,
modern,
had
everything
I
needed,
and
above
all,
very
quiet
at
night.
-
Location
was
perfect.
Bryant
Park
is
one
of
my
fav
places.
Super
easy
access
to
the
metro
and
near
tons
of
food
options.
-
The
bathroom
amenities
were
good
quality
-
Nespresso
machine
in
the
room,
YES.
-
Angelina
cafe
vouchers
for
breakfast
were
100%
-
Adjustable
lighting
-
Robes
-
High
quality
linens
-
Rooftop
area
with
coffee
-
Very
cute
view
as
it
was
a
corner
room
-
Blinds/curtains
that
actually
closed
so
I
could
enjoy
a
dark
room
at
night
What
Needs
Improvement:
-
The
whole
“we
don’t
clean
your
room
every
day
because
of
covid”
is
now
an
excuse.
I
stayed
at
4
other
similarly
priced
hotel
during
my
one
month
in
NYC
and
they
ALL
cleaned
the
rooms
daily,
without
me
having
to
call,
and
without
a
‘schedule’.
I
am
really
tired
of
companies
using
the
pandemic
as
an
excuse
to
cut
corners,
so
they
should
just
drop
the
charade
and
start
regular
services
again.
It
was
super
annoying
to
try
and
schedule
my
cleanings.
-
Storage
space.
I
know
this
is
an
issue
for
almost
all
NYC
hotel
rooms,
but
I
found
the
storage
space
to
be
particularly
lacking
with
no
dresser
for
clothes
(the
closet
is
already
pretty
small)
and
only
counter
space
in
the
bathroom
(no
drawers
and
lower
shelf
under
the
sink
was
taken
by
towels)
