People please don’t waste your time here. Old games; old music playing; food closes early; barely any staff; no valet; run down place. I gave them 1 star because it’s not the employees fault this place is managed terribly. I am doing you a favor- avoid this casino! I read terrible reviews before coming here but I guess I had to see it to believe it. I wonder about the Las Vegas location now?

We only came here to eat since it was a convenient and a safer place close to our destination. There’s a free, open parking not attached to the casino. They’re not open 24/7 in case you plan a late visit. Check their website for hours of operation. The Sugar factory was a 30 minute wait despite having plenty of open tables, the food court had only 3 establishments open. It is a QUIET casino. Yes, quiet. And that’s not the adjective you want for a casino. I didn’t observe a lot or big winnings here. So if you become a member for the first time, I was told by the staff that you will get an email in 7 days for your $10 bonus slot play, which I thought was unusual. It is also smaller compared to most casinos. Some players were rude. There was a row of slot machines and 2 of the players on each end were together and they were guarding the 2 slot machines in between so that when I went to sit to play in one of the machines between them, first of all, the accent and the face mask made it hard to understand what they were telling me but then this guy playing on the machine at the end of the row pointed the 0.44 cents credit still on the machine and pointed to a lady at the ATM and this other lady playing on the other end of the row pointed to the water bottles placed on the machine right next to the machine with $0.44 cents credit. So, I figured they were saying that the machines were occupied. When I stood up to leave, that lady at the ATM returned, she played in the machine where the water bottles are and that other lady moved the water bottles to the machine with 0.44cents credit. In short, they were monopolizing that whole row even if no one was playing at that one machine. I didn’t understand that but I left anyway. It wasn’t an enjoyable visit. The staff were pleasant but I will not return to this establishment again.

Security is on point. Absolutely huge casino with many sections. I wouldn’t categorize it as very crowded given covid times. There are many sanitizing stations around but I suggest you take alcohol wipes or other when using the machines. It is wheelchair accessible as well. There is a bar inside the casino. Rarely would you see a server anywhere. Overall, a nice place.

I had a great experience in the casino. I feel like most of the reviews may be biased, because people lost money. It's a casino, it's going to happen. The odds of you losing money is high. I brought $500 with me and I was down to my last $100, then won $600. I was prepared to lose that money when I arrived but actually left with extra. It was a nice surprise. Place was clean and well staffed. I'll be back this week to stay at the hotel.

Security at the check-in point looked for vaccination or covid testing. It was quite clean, with plexiglass partitions for players at the slot machines, roulette, and other games. You can play even if you have a penny or a nickel. I was impressed! However, walking from parking lot B to the building was a little treacherous. A certain part had an icy sidewalk and two ladies helped each other step safely. I had no help.

There’s a high chance of having a good time with your family or taking a nap than playing the slot machines here. You will lose your money, time and walk out depressed. The highest you can make it $9. The casino is beautiful though and there’s nice restaurants.

Not so much into gaming but it’s worth the stop in for a decent meal for lunch. I love the artwork designs all over the casino floor. I captured the murals today. Free parking and really good people. The staff here is the most friendly in the world. If driving by it’s worth it to stop by for a quick meal. I recommend good friends noodle house. Sugar factory is amazing too. I still need to check out the other places.

I was my first-timer at Resorts World Casino. I enjoyed myself and won some money 🙂 Enjoying the live band entertainment. I danced the hold time right to the sugar factory where I treated myself to a birthday ice cream. I will definitely be coming back. A year later I'm back at the Resort World Casino having more fun than I did last year. This time it was my girlfriend and I celebrating her birthday. New memories 😁

Don’t come to this dumped casino. Bad service bad experience here. Dirty Machines never pay out or even pay the right amount when it is supposed to. I go to HardRock in Atlantic City with my my friends. There we have a good time. they offer free hotel, drinks, …live music, good food .. I even win money in Atlantic City too.

Go here to lose money. Plus NO TABLE GAMES. Basically slots that are table games. Complete waste of time and energy. Taking my money to Empire Casino.

I am forced to use my reward points at your high priced low quality food. Where on earth besides Resorts do one pay $14 for a cup of coffee , a cup of tea and a bagel? This is downright robbery. On top of that the bathrooms are always disgustingly dirty. Take a look at Jakes 58. what do you think?

Alright. Pretty good place to go once in a while to have some fun, especially if you live nearby. There are plenty of machines and variety of things to play, including blackjack, roluette, baccarat, and slot machines. There are no live dealers so the age of entry is 18. There is also a food court with a few options for some quick bites. That being said, there are only a few options for food and the restaurants open pretty late. Many machines have technical problems, such as missing buttons, lack of sound, or delayed feed. Sometimes, the machines can malfunction and take your money with no way to take it out without consulting a worker. This gets frustrating because it can take a while to find one, especially if you are alone with no one to watch the machine for you.

This review is for the RW Steakhouse. The place is perfect. Great food, ambiance and staff. Prices are a little high but for a special occassion or if you really love a good steak, you've gotta pay this spot a visit!

Fancy casino with hotel. Looks like they have a couple nice looking restaurants. And they also cash your NYS lottery tickets, if you happen to be a winner. I did not take any pictures inside the casino area, cause I wasn’t sure if that’s allowed, but I took some pictures outside.

Place is beautiful. Parking was easy and free. Quiet casino and I didn’t see many people win big. However I was only there for a few hours and there wasn’t too many people there either. The staff were friendly however when I had an issue at a machine (my ticket didn’t print because another ticket was jammed from the person before me) the staff took about 30 minutes to come. Usually I understand why it would take some time but it was basically a ghost town and the employees could have had a bit more pep in their step. They do have an awesome car to give away so I’d check them out.

Really nothing to do besides gambling with machines. No dealers here. When they first started they had a good buffet but no longer there. Compared to other casinos that have other things to do like arcade and different types of food besides fast food or luxury dining. We'd prefer more choices in-between. And areas to make it a family day instead of the day of gambling addicts.

Wow, what an enormous casino! Excellent selection of slots but oddly some of my favorites are missing. No "All Aboard" or "Piggy Banking" or a few others that I like. All the table games were electronic but that made the card poker very fast. The video poker selection was essentially nil. Mostly game king machines with no interesting variants. No "Hot Roll" or "Ultimate X" or any variant. Everything was clean but drink service was not too be seen but there was a self serve drink window which was nice. The connected hotel was very nice but very expensive.

For New York's own casino its a great place. Awesome workers, awesome food spots, lots of options to commute there and overall a great place. Got unlucky a few times but that's normal when going to a casino 😂. Great place to go even if you don't want to gamble, alot of fun things to do.

This casino has been open for over 10 years. There have been many updates and upgrades over the years. They're constantly adding new sections and new machines. I spoke to one of the attendants on the floor about future upgrades to tables with chips and live dealers. This would be a great addition and would bring more traffic and revenue into the area.

Resorts World New York casino offers an exciting and vibrant gaming experience. The variety of slot machines and table games is impressive, keeping you entertained for hours. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, at times, the crowd can get overwhelming, impacting the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the food options could be more diverse and improved in terms of quality. Despite these minor drawbacks, the casino's location is convenient, and it remains a fun destination for those looking to try their luck and have a good time. Pretty close to JFK airport and 45 minutes from Manhattan.

I was there Christmas Eve. They had a good live band. The rooms are clean and spacious. I saw housekeeping cleaning rooms late into the evening. The casino is a good size. Comparable to Atlantic City Casinos in general. Not much of a food court though. Popeye's and Chinese food stay open late. You may notice NYPD's presence regularly, along with the house security, as there have been reports of arguments and fights there. The horse racetrack is a few minutes walk from the hotel (weather permitting). Overall, gambling is the theme. The hotel is a convenient location if you need to be within close proximity to LaGuardia or JFK airports.

well, I only go to play the slots. The place is clean and welcoming. Staff are neutral, but it's not them I go to interact with. The machines are plentiful and not as tight as those at foxwoods and Atlantic city, I think. I am usually there everyday and look forward to going. Lots of parking. Haven't had food there

I think is alright. They got two floors that are always opened to the public. When I came here the other 2 floors were closed. They have plenty of roulette machines and blackjacks. However, not many restaurants to pick from.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Resort World New York City, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the casino, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. Not only were they friendly, but they were also incredibly helpful, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. One thing that truly stood out to me was how impeccably clean the casino was. Despite its bustling atmosphere, every corner seemed to sparkle, a testament to the dedication of the cleaning staff. It's evident that maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is a top priority here, which only added to my overall enjoyment. And let's talk about the lunar decorations – they were absolutely mesmerizing! The attention to detail in every aspect of the décor was remarkable, transporting me to another world entirely. It added an extra layer of excitement and charm to an already fantastic experience. Overall, Resort World New York City is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a memorable getaway. With its spotless facilities, friendly staff, and captivating lunar decorations, it's a place where you can truly unwind and have a great time. I can't wait to visit again soon!

It was available when no where else seemed to be and we had a flight cancellation. But it cost much more than we are used to paying, and provided few amenities. In fairness, it is a casino resort and we were not there to gamble. I was used to gambling resorts in the southwest, years ago, where the food and amenities were inexpensive and the hotels made their money from the attractions. Perhaps that dates me, I am not sure it is that way there anymore, either.
