This hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby! You are greeted by a door man who assists with your baggage and then you are escorted to the reception where the handle you with absolute care. The room was exceptional and the highlight of the room was the giant soaking tub! I’m 6’1 220lbs and I fit in the tub comfortably with my legs stretched out. The service for the rooms was very quick and on demand and they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is magnificent. The gym is wonderful with equipment to workout every part of your body and the pool is also fantastic, large, and has swim lanes. The location is perfect for those who want to be in a slightly less congested area of New York and if you fly into EWR, it is a short ride from the airport dependent on traffic. There are plenty of activities to do around the hotel as well and the World Trade Center memorial is a 2minute walk away along with restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Highly recommend staying here!

Impeccable service from the staff in the hotel itself. Friendly, prompt, and apparently authentic. Room service was also excellent, on time or ahead of time, delicious food and beverages. The room was okay, somewhat small and closed in, with an overly complicated lighting system. Housekeeping cannot be faulted on anything. The bed and linens were lovely, as was the bathroom. CUT, the attached Wolfgang Puck restaurant was hit or miss. Mostly good service and good food, but not always. The hotel needs a coffee shop or cafe.

When I die, I hope heaven is like being in the warm embrace of this wonderful hotel. Service was fantastic, they cheerfully dealt with all of my annoying dietary needs, the room was beautiful, I slept like a log as it was very dark and dead quiet, and the gym is amazing. Plus there's a super nice pool. Prices are insane of course, but if you can afford it, I would definitely stay here.

TV did not work. Moved to another room, in-room meal ordering on tablet let me get to final confirm screen, then was unable to complete order. Got locked out of my room because room key did not work after initial entry. Assessment was that the lock’s battery is low… people great, but the technology is terrible.

From the moment I set foot in the Four Seasons New York Downtown, I was immediately enveloped in a cocoon of luxury and warmth. The impeccable service, a hallmark of the Four Seasons brand, was evident in every interaction. The staff exude genuine kindness, always going the extra mile to ensure guests feel at home. A special mention must be made of the General Manager, Thomas. His affable nature and dedication to guests' satisfaction are palpable. In a city bustling with activity and countless luxury accommodations, it's rare to find a place where you're treated as family rather than just another guest. Thomas and his team have cultivated this nurturing environment masterfully. Stepping into the rooms, one is instantly greeted by a blend of modern design with cozy touches, creating a serene haven amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities, speaks volumes of their commitment to guest comfort. In an era where luxury can often be purchased, the familial warmth and genuine care you experience here are priceless. This isn't just another hotel stay; it's an experience, a memory, a story waiting to be told. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the Four Seasons New York Downtown offers more than just a place to rest your head. It offers a sanctuary, a home away from home. It's not often I feel this level of connection to a hotel, but the Four Seasons Downtown has truly stolen my heart. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in New York.

The Four Seasons Hotel exceeded my every expectation. Spacious, beautiful rooms, a great bar, fantastic restaurant and attentive staff. The service and ambiance was really magnificent! Booked a room for my family in town from London and they were very pleased.

From check in to check out, our experience at Four Seasons was incredible. Everyone was very welcoming and polite when we first walked in. The hotel was very clean and smelled good. Our check in was super-fast and easy, they even upgraded us to a beautiful corner room. The man who was helping us was Turkish; and I also am Turkish so 10+ points for that. After checking us in he walked us to our room on the fifteenth floor and showed us how to use the elevator. My boyfriend had requested a champagne bottle to the room upon arrival, but because they upgraded our room the bottle wasn’t there. Since it was supposed to be a surprise and it got messed up, they brought us up a complimentary bottle with macaroons and water. We had a small issue with the iPad in the room, it wasn’t charging correctly and within 20 minutes IT resolved the issue for us. We then ordered room service, we ordered the Ahi Tuna Tartare, Faroe Island Salmon Tartare, Spaghetti Pomodoro, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Macaroni & Cheese and Parmesan Truffle Fries. They took my order through text message, fast and easy. The food arrived in less then 45 minutes. They brought the food on a beautiful set up table and took out the food from a heater below. I was not expecting that kind of set up, but I will say everything we ate was amazingly good. The room had a queen-sized bed, loaded mini bar, espresso machine, television in bathroom, bathtub, private toilet, separate shower, pillows were super soft, bed was very comfortable. We went to check out the pool and spa, indoor pool was big, and they gave towels and canned water. We only stayed for a night, but all in all it was a fantastic experience. We had such an amazing time that we made a new rule that every year we need to stay here for our anniversary. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel Downtown. 10/10!! P.S. They do not have parking but there is a parking garage right next door, we paid around $85.00 for overnight parking.

This hotel is the only and the only with no competition in number one ☝🏼 in 🏨 hotels. By reading 📖 you. And what exactly you need. Without saying it. I totally agree of giving them seven stars ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Wish them more success

Been to over half a dozen four seasons; this one is nothing special. They have all these awards, but are understaffed and certainly worse then many four seasons I have been to. Overall if I didn’t have the expectations of a four seasons it would be a 5 star review, so in that sense it’s not fair, but relatively speaking this hotel is super medium. Service just isn’t the quality we are all used to at the four seasons. Nothing special here. If you’re looking for a special hotel and experience in NYC I would try somewhere else. - short staffed door men, no valet, no waters etc… they aren’t jumping up to open the door or help you in any capacity. - front desk same as above. - there are really no floaters in the lobby or concierge jumping at you to help book things or make itineraries for you. - gym thin and tight, not great, packed at all times, no staff etc… - was here 4 days. Went to four seasons Philly for 2 days immediately after and it’s a million times better. Like an actual four seasons with people tripping over themselves to help you at all times.

I booked for 15 nights and this review is just after my first night at the hotel. I didn’t think in my life I would rate a Four Seasons Hotel this way since I am very familiar with the brand and I know exactly what Four Seasons is! I am disappointed to say that it’s not the level of quality I was looking for or expected. Nothing special at all, normal room, weak shower pressure with leakage in the hose of the handheld shower. Stains on the carpet and below average service. Tablet in the room isn’t working properly and the phone in the room wasn’t clean. The hotel has only 1 restaurant (CUT) which has the only bar in the hotel. So expect to have your breakfast at a Steakhouse. Update: my checkout experience was really bad! And despite that the hotel has blocked the amount of my stay on my credit card, they charged me again with the same amount and did not use the same authorization they already blocked! Weird and never happened to me before!!

For exceptional service come here! From the manager Jessica to the guest services Brandon and Davonte, all were fantastic and attentive to needs. We received a warm welcome prior to coming, they pivoted from a last minute rushed request from us that required a few moving parts and they pulled it off with a smile. Our room on the 18th floor was fantastic, subdued luxury and it was quietly curated for simple NYC style. Well appointed, quiet considering the location. Large for NYC. The service for room cleaning and turn down were exceptional with the extra/lovely Four Seasons style touches that I've only experienced at one other location. Room service was speedy and very good, with very good attention to detail. Their pool and fitness area with spa was clean, kind staff, and very relaxing. Tribeca is a wonderful jump-off neighbourhood. Whole Foods nearby and you're down the street from the One World Observatory. For the sports fans we saw a few basketball players and the 76ers team stayed there - seemed to be a popular NBA spot. Once again thank you dearly to the staff and Jessica. Made a memorable trip.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are always willing to assist. The doorman will hail a cab if needed, and the CUT staff were able to squeeze us in even when we didn't have a reservation for the night.

The best decision, an excellent hotel, everything in it is beautiful, very good customer service, all the staff very friendly and attentive, always a smile upon arrival and departure, the people in charge of the rooms, very detailed, did an incredible job, all the hotel amenities, its gym, swimming pool and wet areas of a high level. It is the best area to be in New York.

These guys are the definition of a class act. I believe you learn allot about a team when the chips are down and this team lead by their leaders did an AMAZING job of making my experience special. The service I received from check-in to in-room dining to onsite dining was nothing but 5 Star service. They went above and beyond multiple times to make something happen when a roadblock was hit. I would not only recommend this property but I will be staying here consistently going forward. Thank you Mr Molinari and your team for. your great service!!!

Set in Lower Manhattan, down the block from the landmark Woolworth Building, this 82-story tower features interiors by noted design firm Yabu Pushelberg, who have infused it with a comfortable, contemporary feel. The building also houses 157 private apartments, and that hushed residential atmosphere can be felt across the 24 hotel floors, as well, resulting in luxury that is more polished and sedate than gilded or ornate. Just off the lobby, CUT by Wolfgang Puck is the first Manhattan restaurant by the renowned California-based chef/restaurateur, and the spa is one of the best in the city, both for its lovely facilities and the breadth and diversity of its offerings. The main wellness floor houses a 75-foot heated lap pool, a well-stocked fitness center (with Peloton bikes), a steam room and infrared sauna, and a sundeck.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! My wife and I decided to stay at this property for a short babymoon. Here are the things that make this hotel special and world class: Checkin: They were able to accommodate an early checkin for us since we only had a short time to explore NYC and our flight landed in the morning. As soon as we entered the property and gave them our name the entire staff knew about our babymoon celebration and made us feel very welcomed. It was quick and easy to get our room keys and they handed us some complementary beverages to take up to the room. We were personally escorted to the elevator by the front desk staff which was a nice touch of white glove service! Accommodation: our room was on the 22nd floor - the room itself was clean, modern, and had a great view of the city. After our dinner we found they had prepared a very special turndown service for us: a personalized congratulations card for our baby signed by their staff, along with chocolate covered strawberries and apple juice. We were extremely touched by this gesture, and will be lifelong customers with Four Seasons after this! Location: the location is very convenient, we are in close proximity to some of the biggest attractions in NYC I.e. Central Park, World Trade Center. Staff: this is a world class staff that cares about guests in a way that very few hotels do. They go above and beyond for in their jobs and make your stay feel special and worth every penny. Cost: the rates are definitely on the high end, but you get what you paid for! One of the best hotel experiences of my life, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special experience!

First and foremost, the door men and bell hop are great. There is no parking at the location so we parked the Tesla at a near by garage. The check in counter also has a great staff. The location is in downtown Manhattan and had Wolfgang's restaurant which is a nice touch. Lobby and rooms seem very plain for the four seasons. In any case my husband surprised me for my birthday and he paid them extra to set up a slice of cake, some champagne and flower petals in the room which was nice. Great wifi in the room, excellent view of the city. One extremely annoying fact - our room was directly opposite the maintenance room where the employees walk in and out CONSTANTLY throughout the entire day. The doors aren't silent so everytime the door opens and shut, it makes such a huge noise that it causes the nearby room doors (aka my room) to shake. Every 5-15 mins, we would hear that door open and shut and it would shake our room door. We called to express disbelief and annoyance but they told us pretty much to deal with it. It was so annoying that we had to sleep with headphones on. I've never experienced this at a 5-star hotel. Not the standard spa, Waldorf Astoria, nor MO Miami or NYC or DC. I think for the price of the rooms, they should have accommodated us better. For that reason, I most likely would not stay there again. In any case, the gym is huge enough with access to a peloton bike. The swimming pool is indoor, not super heated but also not cold. They have a life guard on duty til 7/8pm. The IR sauna you apparently have to book in advance and pay an extra fee but the steam room is free. The women's locker room has nice ammenities such as clean showers, lockers, robes, combs, curling irons etc. Wolfgang's restaurant was also nice. Decent food. Good service. All in all I'd say 4/5 stars. If we had a better room, perhaps I'd have given it 5 stars but they at least have to fix that maintenance room. It doesn't need to cause such a loud noise when being opened and closed. Or should at least not be near any OCCUPIED hotel rooms.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are good sized for Manhattan and come with an egg shaped tub for those who enjoy baths. The view wasn’t breathtaking but we weren’t stuck looking at an alley way or into someone else’s room in another building. We had wanted to book a spa service but they were booked up for the week so plan ahead if you’d like to spend some time in the spa. The restaurant on property, CUT, is a Wolfgang Puck restaurant and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast there. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit NYC.

Pablo and Jessica and their entire Four Seasons team are AMAZING! Best service I have ever had EVER! I visited recently on 2/4 for the weekend of my birthday and was absolutely stunned. Balloons, champagne, tirimasu and fresh flowers in the suite which was upgraded to a bigger suite! I felt like royalty from the second I stepped in to the last goodbye! Worth every penny!

Loved this hotel. Monica gave us some fantastic recommendations for where to dine. We especially enjoyed our meal(s) at Harry’s. Also, Monica was very kind and sweet to my little Pomeranian and made us feel at home. The pool was very nice place to just spend afternoon reading magazine and relaxing. View was gorgeous. Very, very pricey but also a very nice experience. Looking forward to next time :) Very grateful and thankful for everything.

Best hotel in New York downtown. It’s one of the only two 25m pools in the entire Manhattan island. Suit3/ / rooms are standard four seasons hotel quality.

My fiancé and I have stayed here 3 separate times now. Truly exceptional Four Seasons location and experience. The rooms are beautiful, modern and so clean! The staff are amazing and so friendly. Always our top choice when coming into the city. My fiancé also wants me to mention that their room service is top notch.

I'm sure the amenities are top notch but the one noticeable thing and certainly because it is catering to the button downed financial district it is adjacent to.... The decor is a little toned down business. Not like the Crosby/Whitby bespoked decor nor the sleek modern feel of the Mandarin Oriental..... Just not all that fancy....if you are on a social affair and want a bit more pizazz. Now it could have simply be I was in a more "workman" part of 5he hotel and there are more luxurious rooms elsewhere..... But I can only speak on that which I experienced. Still it is the Four Season.

Room was very large for NYC standards beautiful bathtub as well. Great location for all downtown attraction’s but also every subway is nearby to get you uptown easily. The cut has great drinks… the beet goes on trust me just do it. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Worth every $$

This was my first stay at a Four Seasons property and my expectations were high, and I was not let down. Since I booked through AMEX’s FHR program, I got upgraded to a suite for free and got free food credits which was nice, although I was unable to use them at CUT by Wolfgang Puck which was a disappointment. The room service was honestly pretty lacking with the food being very overpriced and mediocre with tons of added fees and service charges that doubled the cost of the order to over $120. The room was super nice and clean with really high end finishes and features that really made my stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful although not truly outstanding unlike the St Regis which has better service. The drain on my bathtub was broken and the front desk had an engineer come up to my room and fix it within fifteen minutes. A housekeeper also acquired Advil for me since I had a headache from all the loud music from the Broadway shows I was attending which was really nice of her. Overall, this hotel and the Four Seasons brand did not disappoint.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. The staff are incredibly attentive. We had an over night stay for my husbands birthday, Jason who works on the door was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Dan in the spa was so helpful and our massages were amazing. My husband had a very specific request and the GM made it happen straight away. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel if your looking for 5 star service this is the hotel for you. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had an excellent experience staying at the Four Seasons NYC Downtown. Great building and amenities. The most remarkable aspect was the top-tier customer service. The staff really cared about our experience. I can't say enough about the outstanding service. In particular, the Front Desk's Katora was brilliant, efficient, professional, kind and simply The Best of the Best. Our experience this weekend at the Four Seasons NYC Downtown is precisely the reason we will continue to stay at Four Seasons worldwide. Thank you!

Great service and food here. Went to a wedding here. Staff was top notch and the food was excellent. Cooked perfect. The Lamb Shank & tuna tartare tasted very good. The open bar had a wide selection of top shelf alcohol too. There are a few parking decks within a block of this hotel.

First of all, I am job seeker, that's why I'm writing to you. 1. I was trained in this job and my experience is always in this field. Why can't I apply for this job in America? I have worked enough in Turkey. 2. It is so called a global world, but while you can do any job in our country, we can't work in a job other than Turkish restaurants when we come to your country? Even though we know the job, we can't get a job in our field of expertise! 3. If you think I can't do it, give a chance and see. Otherwise, you will never reach global talents. If what you have is enough for you, go ahead. I am comfortable in my own country. And I do not think that I will disturb my comfort for unqualified jobs that are not my area of expertise. The more steps you come to me, the more I will come to you.

Our recent stay was the best we've experience out of any hotel in the country. Globally, it is tied only with the Four Seasons Astir Palace. NYC staff was excellent at every level. Facilities were top notch. The best night sleep anywhere. Location is an A+. Away from the tourist traps/traffic, and close to the Financial district/Tribeca and Greenwich Village. In room dining quality was amazing. What else is there to want in a hotel?

The room service food is not bad but not the quality of what I would expect from a 4 seasons. The customer service was adequate and appropriate I just wish they were a little warmer
