As a solo traveler I stayed here overnight to deal with family affairs. The hotels and a great location very close to the subway system and within walking distance to the Brooklyn bridge. It's also within great walking distance to restaurants. I truly enjoyed my accommodation here at the hotel the rooms are very clean. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours before my flight. So I really appreciate the hospitality. I would recommend staying here.

As a loyal Diamond member who has stayed in numerous Hilton hotels across Europe and Asia, I recently had the pleasure of visiting America and staying at the Hampton hotel. I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and its location was ideal. However, what truly set this hotel apart from the others was its incredible team. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Adam, the Assistant General Manager, for his exceptional service and attention to detail. The front desk team also deserves special thanks for their professionalism and helpfulness throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Hampton hotel for its remarkable cleanliness, great location, and a truly outstanding team that made my visit to America a memorable one.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown with my family, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a great view of the city. We appreciated the hotel's attention to detail and its commitment to providing excellent service. One standout during our stay was Caroline, a member of the hotel staff. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable and memorable. Caroline was not only helpful in answering our questions and providing recommendations for local attractions, but she also took the time to interact with our kids, making them feel special and included. Caroline's genuine interest in getting to know our family and her contagious enthusiasm truly made an impact on our trip. Her friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service are a testament to the high standards that the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown upholds. The hotel's location is also worth mentioning, as it is situated in the heart of Brooklyn, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic way to start our day, offering a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, our stay at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown was an absolute delight, and we cannot wait to return on our next trip to New York City. If you're planning a visit to the area, I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch accommodations, convenient location, and stellar staff, especially the wonderful Caroline.

All of the positive reviews are spot on!! We were kindly greeted immediately by Sasha. Super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful. Small, like most others have stated, but it is New York. We felt very safe having to use our key to get on the elevator, which is important to us having 2 small kids. The breakfast was delicious, so many options (again, important with kidsπŸ˜‰). They offered my kids coloring sheets during breakfast and were so kind and patient with them. I wish we had more time to spend in the city because we would have loved to stay at this hotel longer. We will definitely be back!! I also met the most lovely person-a traveling nurse, that was the sweetest. We talked to the bartenders, Laura and Luis, which were also so very kind. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality. Probably the best hotel experience we've ever had!!

Amazing hospitality! Recognized status well, gave us a room with an incredible view and accommodated a 2-hour early check-in so we could prepare for a formal event. Breakfast was set up early, grab and go bags available for our early check out. Location is great, although the ~10min walk to the subway can be a bit windy in the cold winter. I will absolutely make an effort to return here, especially since switching from Marriott. Thank you! Especially to Jasmine who I hope will be around in a few months so she can get a belated tip :)

On the day I arrived, I landed way before check in time. The women at the front desk were so incredibly pleasant and kept my things safe, directed me to coffee/tea + a space to work while I waited. They got me checked in the moment my room was cleaned. The room was well equipped and incredibly clean. The staff was pleasant throughout the entire stay. The area feels safe, there’s space for ride share drop off, and plenty of food/shopping in the area via walk or delivery. I will be back very soon with family and cancelled a reservation at another location to come back here. Great stay.

We stayed in this hotel as a family of four for three nights in July. The breakfast which also included fresh fruits was very great for US-standard. However, our room with two beds was quite small and we sadly did not have a great view over Brooklyn. Also, the rooftop terrace is only available for events. Would definitely prefer a hotel in Manhattan next time, nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay here!

I really liked this hotel. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, close to Dumbo and subway is not far if you want to get to Manhattan (or JFK cheaply), fitness center is adequate (typical for NYC), rooms were clean and again spacious enough considering its NYC. Breakfast could have been slightly better but again, it's really convenient. I normally stay in Manhattan but Brooklyn is definitely a less hectic option, and this hotel gets a lot of things right!

Really great place to stay on a quick trip to NYC. I stayed here for three nights for a work trip and it had everything I needed. I stayed on a higher floor so the hotel noise was very minimal - however, this hotel is located on a very busy intersection, so it is quite noisy from the outside at all hours (sort of to be expected in NYC). Breakfast and hotel bar food was just okay, but they have what you need. Easy to get an Uber quickly, and the front desk staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I am staying on two more work trips coming up, and I am excited to return!

Overall, this hotel was good, but there were a few things that got in the way of our stay. First of all, we enjoyed the hotel for several reasons. The hotel is very cozy and easily accessible. It has a good location, and is in walking distance to restaurants, parks, and tourist destinations. It also has a satisfactory breakfast that includes fresh fruit, and hot dishes like omelets and sausages. However, the hotel did have some cons too. Not only was our room a too tight, it was also noisy. We were on the 6th floor, and every few seconds we could hear car horns honking and sirens ringing. We are a family of four, and the beds are pressed very close to each other and there is little room to walk around. The worst part of our experience was when we scheduled a light clean for our room, but there might have been some miscommunication because they didn’t come at all! Lastly, the parking is unclear and we couldn’t find the right lot. In conclusion, our stay was pretty average. The environment is really nice, but I wish some things could have been more ideal.

There's a lot to like about this hotel and a few caveats. The rooms are clean and as big as you can expect in the city. What they don't have is the normal hotel informational binder that tells you about amenities, or any pen and paper if you need to leave a note. The bathroom was clean as a whistle, but the shower mechanism is really strange. Because it has more than 360Β° of motion, gravity will often force it to "seek" the 6 o'clock position, making the water much hotter than you want. The mattresses are good but the pillows are lousy (consider bringing your own). The Honors app is super snazzy and I loved not having to worry about a key. The complementary breakfast was pretty good, though of course it gets very crowded at peak times. The conference center bathrooms need paper towels (all they have are those awful Dyson Blade dryers). The front desk staff is uniformly lovely. The bar staff was also great β€” they were terribly kind to my young children when they came down to get a bar food menu. If you're up for a long walk, get down to the Brooklyn Bridge Park. Incredible. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff here was amazing. I called the hotel a week before my stay to inquire about availability of a high floor room, preferably with a view. I was told there was very limited availability on high floors with view, but was assured they would make every effort to get me one. Man did they deliver! I was given a room with great views of Manhattan skyline. I was always greeted a smile by the very welcoming staff and periodically asked "is there anything you need?" I would recommend this hotel (even if you are unable to get a room with a great view.) It's a great location, convenient to several Brooklyn neighborhoods and a short subway ride to Manhattan.

Super friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean and fresh. Weird Gold membership late check out deal means that Gold membership arrivals are left waiting for rooms which is an odd state of affairs that I can't wrap my mind around and left us out of pocket for a late lunch that we didn't really want just to pass the time. The staff were really helpful re my wheelchair though.

Staff is professional and kind, from the House Bar team to the reception. Check in was quick and the room was clean. The hotel was quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere which is great after a long day of work. Parking is nearby, although expensive ($45 overnight) which is normal for New York. I will use this hotel next time I return.

We stayed here on a long weekend stay and had a great experience. The place is spotless. You can always find a staff member cleaning the lobby area. The complimentary breakfast was good as was the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate offerings. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, especially the front desk staff. Jasmine, in particular, was a highlight of our stay. She is so friendly and welcoming and engaged in great conversation. She is a true asset to the hotel. Kudos to all the staff!!!!

Stayed for a long weekend and we were very pleased. We chose this location based upon reviews that praised the cleanliness and it lived up to the hype! Room was pretty clean, the mattress was clean (and had a mattress cover which was much appreciated), and the bathroom was great. Service was great and the breakfast was a nice perk to be able to visit before heading out for the day. I would (and have) recommend this hotel to others!

The absolute best Staff of any Hotel chain EVER !!! The front desk is just a joy to interact with and their attention to guests is unmatched by any other hotel. The services are awesome and the breakfast is a delight. I would absolutely recommend Hampton Inn Brooklyn Downtown to anyone needing a relaxing stay.

The hotel staff made this experience top notch! Especially Kyla, Caroline, Min, Jasmine, and Luis in the bar. They were friendly, helpful, and would be a reason that we choose Hampton Inn again the next time we are in Brooklyn. The rooms were great and the daily breakfast and variety was good. Definitely recommend! Thank you from your friends in Kansas City!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was walking distance from Resturants and bars. parking was tough as many parking garages around the hotel did not welcome our Tesla, and the parking garage next to the hotel added surcharge of $10 per night (was not clear to us why) . The front desk staff was top notch. Friendly, welcoming and always helpful with a smile. The room service crew, although we did not meet them, needed improvements. They did not restock on items we consumed or do a good job cleaning. One bathroom towel had holes... Overall, ignoring the parking situation , the hotel priced the room right and the front desk staff made up for the cleaning crew deficiencies.

I would maybe recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I booked this hotel for a work trip, hoping for a smooth and easy booking process and stay. However when attempting to check-in, I was told they couldn't charge the company card on file for for the stay. (No issue with the card, they just wanted to see it in-person). I called my company who called the hotel, my company explained that it was fine to charge the card, provided a photo of the card, and offered to fill out the hotel's credit card release form. I was told by the staff at the hotel that it wasn't sufficient. This was a shock to myself and my company. During booking, my company had communicated to the Hampton Inn to use this card for the stay. At that time, the hotel had said that was fine and that there wouldn't be any issues with not having the card in person. After a long back and forth with the staff on duty, I was forced to leave and find another place to stay on a dime. This was during a time when most hotels in New York were already booked and availability was sparse. I was lucky enough to find another hotel. However, the stress of this experience and the time spent on locating another hotel was hugely draining. It deterred from my trip. I wasn't even to complete any more work for the rest of the day, due to the time spent looking for a new place to stay. My advice would be to not book this hotel if you are a business traveler, and do not book this hotel if you're hoping for a smooth experience.

My daughter and I spent the weekend in Brooklyn and we were SO thrilled with the Hampton Inn. It was within walking distance of the subway, Brooklyn Bridge, Dumbo, and a variety of restaurants and shopping. A quick Uber ride took us to the surrounding areas. The room was small (as almost all NYC rooms are) but VERY clean. The front staff could not have been any nicer - they were always available to answer questions, make recommendations, and seemed to remember us day to day, asking about our adventures. The included breakfast was great - one of the best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel with lots of fresh and delicious options available. Don't think twice about staying here - just do it!

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn. For a NYC hotel room, we actually were surprised at how much room we had. The staff were all so kind, friendly, and helpful. Great breakfast and convenient location. Only a 8-10 minute walk from different subway stations and only a ten minute walk from Brooklyn Bridge. Stay here!

The staff here at the hotel is top notch. I first called this hotel a few days prior to booking to inquire about parking and some other NYC related questions and ended up speaking to Caroline. Probably the best experience I've had in years, she should write a book. Luckily for us she ended up checking us in when we arrive and she was just as amazing. All of the positive reviews are spot on!! We were kindly greeted immediately by Sasha. Super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our room was practical, modern and clean. The breakfast was quite good lots of options and 24hr coffee and tea is a nice touch. Easy to get on the subway and head to Manhattan or anywhere else you need to go. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful, stress free stay at this hotel. The staff are forward thinking, knowledgeable and efficient. They get things done for you quickly and with no hassle. The professional hospitality service alone is worth staying here. Easy access to all the restaurants, local attractions and an easy hop away in the subway pops you out in Lower Manhattan, Uptown and elsewhere. I would stay here again if I'm in NYC.

Had a good experience for the price. Felt like it was a good location for being central to lots of areas. The immediate location isn’t too cool but the metro was just a few minutes walk. Gas station next to it has decent beer. The area was safe and clean for families. Had a decent view too (floor 10 of 12). A little noisy being on major streets. But tolerable. Other than that, just as you would expect from any other chain hotel at that budget.

Only stayed one night so might not be the full picture but this hotel is in need of a spruce up. I had a room with a large balcony with great views but that is the only highlight really. It's okay, it's not bad...but for $300 a night I expected a cleaner room and at least a bottle of water. I arrived very late and tired so didn't need much, but water was essential. The bathroom extraction fan was incredibly noisy and filthy as per the pictures. I'm not fussy when it comes to hotels and I'll say it again, this wasn't bad, just let down by basics. Breakfast was okay, nothing good or bad to say. If I had to stay in this area again I'd probably pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

I spent a week at the Hampton Inn in Brooklyn for work and it exceeded all of my expectations! From check in to check out, the concierge was outstanding. Molly, Jasmine, Myles, Kila, Johan, Abby, and the assistant manager Adam, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Housekeeping was provided every day with clean towels. Breakfast was complete and always fully stocked. My room was quiet and clean all week. Will definitely stay here again!

Believe everything good you’ve read about the staff here. Charles at the front desk was really helpful and welcoming. Answered all my questions and was very patient. Room size is typical of what you would expect in NY which is smaller than your average hotel room. However the room was very clean, modern and had everything you would need. It even had a fridge which was a pleasant surprise. Air conditioning worked great and was so needed during this current heat wave. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Brooklyn. Thanks for reading!

What an amazing experience! The staff at the desk (Molly & Craig) were absolutely fabulous. No matter how many times I pestered them they were always there to help & always with a smile. Don't get me started with the ladies who took care of us at breakfast! Fabulous just doesn't seem to be word enough. Kim, Emily, & Channel went out of their way to ensure everyone had enough hot food & drink. After staying for 7 days I feel like I'm leaving family. Thank y'all so much for making our stay here in the big city a truly beautiful experience! Can't wait to come back for a visit : -)

A convenient location in Downtown Brooklyn. The desk personnel were always friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Would have liked a newer hair dryer or at least have had it vacuumed out. 11th floor was nice as it is on a busy intersection so the noise was minimal. Good breakfast options, and overall good value.

The hotel is ideal for visiting both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Bridges, ferry and subway are close by. Breakfast is good, but the breakfast room is not very appealing. Paper plates and plastic cutlery. Tables not clean. The front office staff is friendly and obliging. Especially Johan was very welcoming! We had a nice stay and would recommend the hotel.

Check in was fast and easy. The room is spacious for NYC, large bathroom, and everything was so clean. So far the best feature this hotel has is its staff. The manager on duty, Brian, is such a pro. He is fun, friendly, and personably… he also saw it was my birthday and threw in some drink vouchers for the hotel bar. What a lovely touch. This place knows hospitality and will be my first booking when coming back to Brooklyn.

I recently had a pretty good experience at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown. The spacious rooms, especially by New York standards, and the modern dΓ©cor made for a comfortable stay. The well-stocked breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the outdoor patio was a pleasant surprise for relaxation. I had great interactions with the friendly staff, particularly Kila and Crystal at the front desk and Jules at the House Bar during happy hour. It's worth noting that this Hampton Inn is part of the Hilton Hotel group, which added to my confidence in the quality of my stay. However, housekeeping was a bit inconsistent; they don't visit daily, and there were some cleanliness issues in the room and hallways. Despite that, the front desk staff was always ready to assist if needed. The hotel's convenient location and proximity to dining options were a plus, and it was perfect for my event at the nearby Theater at City Tech Center. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for future travelers, with the caveat about housekeeping.

The rooms are so tight, it's not comfortable. The Steph at the front desk is very hard to deal with. And they're not helpful. The TV wasn't working all night. When I call them they say we can't do anything, it's the weather. And when we book the room, the price was different. When we got to the hotel, the price was different, I don't really. Want to recommend this place?

As Hilton Honors members, we decided to stay at the Brooklyn Hampton Inn prior to leaving on a Cunard Cruise. The property is very clean, well located and convenient to shopping. After learning our ship would be 6 hours late boarding we asked the staff if they could accommodate us and our luggage. The staff was so helpful, acted as a concierge giving us ideas to spend our time, stored our luggage and made us comfortable as we waited. Thank you Hampton Inn Brooklyn for your hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location.

The Manager, Wes, and staff were the most welcoming, kind, & thoughtful people we encountered on our 6,900mile journey home with 2 newly rescued Greek Island dogs. Not only did they make us & the dogs feel comfortable, but they went above & beyond to welcome our dogs to the US & to help us with all our needs. They were HAPPY to help. That is not something you see often in this world. The vibe of all the staff was very calm, laid back, hard working & joyful. I’d recommend to any traveler, but especially to those with dogs!

This was our main hotel for a wedding block and after party and our experience was fantastic! The staff at this location were very kind, accommodating and professional. The location is convenient and the valet service was definitely needed. My only recommendation to management would be to hire a bellhop or two to help with luggage.

Very convenient location. Was great because they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Was a bit disappointed because they didn't have a room with a view available for the upgrade I requested, ended up on the third floor. Given that we were able to check-in early though, that's kind of expected I guess. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Areas were clean and well maintained.

Our room was on the 21st floor and had an amazing view! Rooms are small but well laid out so they do not feel cramped. There are also plenty of delicious food options within walking distance. Outside noises (sirens, honking, yelling) did not bother me, but if you are sensitive to city noise be aware that these will be heard at all hours. If you can use the Hilton app to check in and out of your room, I would highly recommend that. It's very convenient and the front desk seemed to have a line during most of our stay. (Although we still got stopped while leaving to ask if we had already checked out). Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again for the view.

A bit overpriced for the size of the room, if you ask me. The front desk staff was excellent. I loved having the rotating statues right outside my window. With the Police Dept on the next block, it was pretty quiet.

For $335.01 one night this stay was barely average. Service at the counter was friendly, and breakfast buffet was standard what you would expect for a complimentary continental breakfast. The location is great for downtown Brooklyn, with a lot of walkable restaurants and shops, and within a mile of the Navy Yard. The room itself was okay except for 3 main issues. 1, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. 2, the curtain was broken so sunlight started creeping in at 6 AM which clearly sucks when you're on vacation, 3 - the mini fridge was not functional so everything we stored in there was warm. Unfortunately we did not notice the curtains nor mini fridge issue until it was time to sleep, and wasn't something we wanted to deal with in the middle of the night. I would recommend this hotel for its location, and maybe we just got unlucky with the rooms but eek, what a shoddy experience.

This is a superb hotel due in large part to the excellent staff. Wet friendly and attentive front desk helped get us a great room with an awesome view. We are not high status with Hilton, but received a nice bag of snacks and a card welcoming us. Whoever runs this place is top notch.

The Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown charges a total of $373 for an off season,( mid Oct.),weekday standard room . It's not worth the points you are "rewarded" You build points for staying at a Hilton Hotel if you are a Hilton Honor Member.. You can use your points for a free night. But I believe you are paying for those points. Thus, you have already paid for that "free" room.\

Everything from the room to the breakfast were fantastic! Brian (the front desk supervisor) made it extra special for us. He went out of his way to make it memorable. I have never encountered such a generous and friendly person at the front desk as Brian. This hotel was by far the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay and recommend this hotel to our family and friends the next time we are in NY.

Rooms are very small with full size beds only. Beds are comfortable and clean. No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, the street side is noisy. I heard you could ask for a refrigerator. The morning breakfast was good but NO bar, restaurant, or pool. There will ask for military travels orders even though there don't understand what there are. GET top floor for Manhattan view if you stay. My wife gave it 2 stars.

The room was nice and well kept by friendly and helpful staff. Parking is available and reasonably priced. If it weren't for the fridge which was too small for leftover pizza and the shared microwave in the lobby rather than ones available for each room I would have rated my stay 5 stars. Covid 19 regulations were closely followed by staff and most if not all patrons during my stay

Reception was excellent. Room was excellent and very clean. 24-hour coffee/tea appreciated. Breakfast area was very clean. Did not care for the self-serve buffet breakfast because many of the guests were unmasked and not socially distancing. Check out accurate and easy.

The Hampton Inn one of the best hotels in Brooklyn. I stayed there for almost two (2) months the staff are so professional and friendly. Not to mention on weekends when I am off from work I enjoyed the Continental breakfast, all different varieties of foods to chose from. My room was always spotless and have ample supplies of toiletries. I highly recommend The Hampton Inn for all who are here local and need a getaway and for who are planning to visit New York , because it's subway accessible to go anywhere you would like to go. Thanks to all the staff who made my staff comfortable.

If you want a clean room with a great location and without breaking the bank, I highly recommend staying at this Hampton. I could have gone to a cute boutique hotel but I decided on this hotel because not only was the price fair, the reviews on customer service and cleanliness ( obviously important) really won me over in the end. I also wanted to say thank you to Kia who was SO friendly, upbeat and helpful. Truly some of the best hotel customer service I've ever experienced.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn Hotel for one night and was super impressed by the rooms and how updated and clean they were. The staff were super friendly and greeted everyone as they walked past. Would definitely stay here again. They also have a wonderful bar/restaurant that had a smaller menu, but the chicken was amazing. Their breakfast, although I didn't have the breakfast they had everything from yogurt to make your own waffles. Great stay!!

I'm a tour bus driver and going anywhere in NYC makes me cringe, especially the outer boroughs. So I was not looking forward to 2 nights in downtown Brooklyn with a bus. But the staff at this hotel was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! They went out of their way to help with anything I needed. They called the parking lot I needed to park in to get them to open the gate when my groups plane was delayed 6 hours so I could park the 1st night. The 2nd night the lot refused to reopen after hours so they helped me arrange alternate parking. Everyone I encountered was friendly with a big smile and kind words. The people here are worth a stay alone. The room I had was smaller than I would expect but honestly I think smaller rooms make more sense and I loved the sliding door to the bathroom as a space saver, but I think a bit less furniture would make the room seem bigger. I personally love Hampton Inns in general they are my preferred chain and have the best coffee. The breakfast is always great but I have to say that no matter how hard they try turkey sausage is terrible and will never taste like real pork sausage. That said I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are in downtown Brooklyn area.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Brooklyn. It was a 5-star experience from the moment I walked in the door until I checked out. The woman (I believe her name was Caroline) who checked me in gave me the best room available which had a really nice view of lower Manhattan and since I arrived before check-in was available, they tagged my bags and held them while I went out and explored the city. Love this place. I attached a view from my window

CLEAN rooms and excellent staff. Great breakfast, with different options every morning. Coffee and iced/lemon water available 24/7, as well as a market a block away. I was very happy here! A few things to be aware of: take ear plugs. Also, flashing lights (smoke detector, for ex) around the room, which made it slightly hard to sleep. The linens were clean and high quality, and I appreciated the extra pillows. Oddly narrow and high mattresses; they felt like twin-sized, and a kid could easily tumble off one. Book early for a good price. We got the room for $125 a night, which was marvelous. Don't forget to do a seaside walk on the waterfront, near Dumbo. : )

Hotel and rooms were clean. The room size was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in NYC. Great customer service and convenient complimentary breakfast. The hotel bar restaurant was also a plus- the food and drinks were tasty. It was a comfortable 3-day weekend stay overall.

The service alone was first class. Terq, Myles, and Sasha at the front desk made our experience enjoyable. These three staff members helped me with directions in different occasions. Israel handled a situation that could’ve easy escalated but he diffused it with kindness. Luis at the bar made some excellent drinks and his service was top notch. Molly goes above and beyond running the front desk and helping out when the restaurant/bar was busy. The entire staff really stood out and we need more of them in the hospitality industry. That alone is what makes this hotel one of the best in Brooklyn.

This hotel is amazing! The staff is so helpful, warm and inviting!! I appreciate their hospitality. They helped us secure parking for large vehicles, early arrival luggage storage, prepaid breakfast for early arrival, bagged breakfast for early departure, clean rooms, bottled water, and was so helpful with the city. I love this hotel, I’ve stayed ALL over the WORLD and they are the BEST!!!

stayed a few nights last weekend for a wedding. Staff was incredibly friendly for being such a busy hotel most of the time. My room was clean, bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed for a hotel room in NYC. Walking distance to so many food places. Easy to get an Uber or cab any time of day. Will definitely make this my hotel of choice for future visits

Room was clean and view was awesome. More importantly, the front desk staffs (Wes and other two) were super friendly and kind. They make us have good experiences.

Wes, Jen, and Molly made our trip as a group of 36 people phenomenal! They were very accommodating to our schedule by: providing us a place to store luggage prior to check-in, roping off parking for our three large vehicles, preparing to-go breakfast bags for an early departure, & giving free bottles of water. Rezaine kindly worked with our tour leader for months in advance to make this experience smooth. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay in the Hampton Inn Brooklyn! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and gorgeous with wonderful air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and quite clean as well. I absolutely loved the free breakfast served every morning, containing a wide variety of food options! The hotel is also conveniently located near many local landmarks, such as the Brooklyn Bridge and Dumbo! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
