Horrible!!! Horrible!!! I have no words to describe this hell hole!! For starters, they said the room was not under my husband’s name yet the reservation shows his name plain as day. The images I attached are of them just checking in. I have attached images for everyone to see what the room looked like that they were checked into today. Not only does it reek of smoke but it was dirty. The carpet is dirty and the desk in the room does not seem as though it has ever been cleaned. The bath has mold or much in the groves. I am beyond livid. For $20 more I would have gotten them much better rooms at a more reputable hotel.

THEY TAKE YOUR STUFF!? Don’t really know nyc and stayed here for a work trip, seemed very unassuming when I initially booked but I knew something was up when they took the cost of the full length stay up front. I left a do not disturb sign on the door and left for the day to go work, came back to a bunch of stuff, that belonged to me, missing from my room. Very specifically headache medication, deodorant, a full sized toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and weirdly a tray of chicken wings I was saving for the following night. I was also warned by at least 3 x local drivers to avoid this place and “be safe”. 100% would not recommend. For the quality of place this is I’m surprised it’s over $100 a night. Should be $20. I’ve had better stays in a tent in the woods. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’m leaving mid stay because I’d rather not have people take my stuff.

We felt like the sheets were not fresh. You have mold in the room It smelled like cigerettes when its supposed to be a non smoking room. When we left the room the next day , we asked for our room to get fresh sheets and towels. When we got back late from being at a hospital, we came back to how it was left. We asked for housekeeping and for sheets and towels and toilet paper even. We had to do our own bed. The room was so thin , we can hear everything going on outside. This was not my.choice of hotel but we were visiting under a family emergency. And we would have left that night, but there is no refunds. I will never stay there again.

Do not stay here. The first issue was that they charged an extra $75 in cash to check in early. We arrived and agreed to pay the money, which was only accepted in cash. Although the sign was posted, it did not specify cash only for early check-in. Once we checked in, we immediately had to get another room. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes galore, and the headboard fell off when I pulled the covers back. We get to the next room, and yes, the smell was down, but there was hair on the towels, no face towels, and the walls were dirty. When we requested more towels, the housekeeper refused and had the audacity to put that towel with hair on it back in the bathroom. This is our worst hotel stay ever. The young lady who works the day shift was very polite. The night shift clerks were rude and very unconcerned with the issues. They thought it was funny to request cash for the early check-in. To top it all off the security guard was sleep at the door the entire time we were checking in. PS book at your own risk!!

My daughter and I visited this hotel from out of town on last Sunday we checked in about 12 a.m. midnight the front desk clerk Was not very nice when I asked her how much was the room she told me it was $220 so I asked her if they have breakfast she told me no so we proceeded to our room after we paid it was very small had no microwave no breakfast nothing I was very unhappy the parking out back was very very small very tight and I was not happy with our stay there for $220 for just a few hours but they were sure. to call us 5 minutes before 11 to let us know that check out was at 11 for $220 unreal no breakfast nothing but ice and vending machines the only thing I liked about this place is that it was right by major highway and I was able to jump on that highway all the way home 3 hours I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay there again awful awful hotel. I truly believe my daughter and I were overcharged for this room

RUN AWAY!! Avoid this place by all means. They have people living there who are homeless and from shelter. The Rooms smell horrible. There is a lot of illegal activities going on at this place. Some of the staff are ok, but the rest are crooked. They don't refund cash deposits, or balances. Customers are very loud, at all times of night. Lots of outside traffic. I can't believe that this place is open conducting business.

ATROCIOUS SERVICE/FRAUD! Had someone fraudulently book a stay here using my credit card. Went from the booming agency to the hotel and back. Despite them assuring me they had cancelled the reservation, they have continuously tried to charge my credit card for a week. When I first called, I was told by their rep that it wasn’t their problem and to call the booking site. A week later, it’s clear they're just another motel that could not care less about your stay and just need the cash to stay afloat. Would NOT stay here even if it meant sleeping on the street in February, just based on these interactions alone. Terrible service.

Cleaning ladies entered my room 3 times between the hours of 12am-3am. The constance banging on your door all hours of the night waking you up because they showed up at the wrong room. People arguing in the lobby for hours late at nights, blasting music throughout the lobby and hallways. Room is dirty for all the cleaning that they do. Stains everywhere on the carpets, night stand, the walls and also what baffled me are the handprints on the ceiling. AC unit had to be turned off because of the musty air that was coming out of it. But at least parking was free and it was cheap for the 2 nights that I needed. WON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE OVERNIGHT. This place is just a slightly cleaner motel 6, because if you wanted to get laid this is your place for a couple of hours. Not family friendly at all!!

Disgusting, had to change 2 rooms before I decided to leave. The first room had wet blood stains on the comforter, hair on all the pillows and smelled like a bag of wet dogs. Second room had no closest and the TV was broken. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in and it was only for about 20 minutes. Both rooms on a scale of 1/10 get a -10. Best I can say the lady doing check in was very friendly and helpful but as far as that STAY AWAY!

Excellent value here! The room was very nice and the staff was accommodating with anything I needed. If you ask them for new sheets, towels, etc they are happy to help out (I do this everywhere I go regardless). They were able to make sure I got a non smoking room which was super nice. Parking in the back isn’t too many spaces so just get there early and you shouldn’t have a problem grabbing a spot. Also loved that there was security on staff so they keep track of who’s coming in and out.

It was fine for a quick and inexpensive night stay. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but I did see cigarette holes in blankets and things like that. Also the room is outdated. The bathroom is very spacious, but the brighter light is connected to a very loud air vent so whenever you want to turn on both lights you have to listen to the noise of the vent as well. Aside from that it provided me a place to sleep for the night that was decently clean. And for that I'm grateful

Paid way to much for no comfort. One of the beds had a bad dip in it so of course I gave the good bed to the kids while I had the one that murdered my back. We were told there would be breakfast and coffee which was a lie. By 7am I was informed that there would be nothing served because the person never showed up which I believe the guy behind the glass could of at least make coffee nowing you had out of towers and to make the experience worse the people next to us threw a party which kept the kids and I from getting any real sleep. Worst experience ever

DO NOT STAY. This is a Telly not a hotel. People stay hourly. There are bedbugs and the rooms do smell like cigarettes. Recently booked and when arrived, my partner and I had to walk right out. Disgusting! Stay away unless you don’t mind the smell of cigarettes and bedbugs biting you.

I came there in a bit of a mess (HUGE argument wit then-boyfriend). They could see I was clearly in a disarray yet when I told them I had a reservation, they took forever looking it up. Now I know that normal hotel policy for check ins is 3pm earliest and anytime after that until like 12am the next day, however I asked if they could please pardon me and allow me an early check in. The dates were to remain the same and everything however I just needed a place to shower and sleep after all I’d been through previously. Of course, I offered to pay a fee for doing so. They would NOT budge. The only thing they could do for me is charge me $140 for the room overnight (mind you it was close to 1am already and check out is 11am). So what was I to do? I PAID the $140 for the rest of my time there and was given a room in the BASEMENT! Then as for my initial room I booked (which was $97.00) they told me I’d have to contact Expedia to get my refund since the monies didn’t go to the property. They were just rude about EVERYTHING. And the place is literally for NYC, in the middle of NOWHERE! There’s like 3 expressways around the property. The rooms were outdated and cheap looking. The vending machines didn’t accept cards and stole a dollar from me. It was pretty clean but just not a good experience at all and I’m not a picky person. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

How dare they charge $220. Location is terrible, no complimentary breakfast, staff is rude (especially the Indian guys that work there), rooms are as small as a walk in closet, wifi doesn't work half the time, and more. Do you guys think you're a 4 star hotel where you get to charge those high prices? Just another Indian owned business who rips people off here in NYC.

The worst hotel/ should call it motel Ive ever been in my life. The room doesn’t have anything. No closet to put your clothes, you have to request for an iron and ironing board. We are scared to sleep on the bed, dirty. The drug smell, weed mostly is everywhere. Parking is scary at night. Place doesn’t feel safe. Very loud music all hours of the night. Called front desk and they said security will be there. Guess he must of bumped into someone smoking weed and stop to make sure they didn’t smoke alone. If I could rate this place 1/4 star out of 5 I would. They only thing that was okay is that the people that are working here are pretty nice. Especially the young lady at the bulletproof front desk. If you need a sex motel you found it!! I will never, in my life, every again stay here

Do not book anything online!! I booked a stay for one night and I payed $177. It was not worth the price the room wasn’t even available when I got there. They put me in a smaller room and didn’t even give me any change back because the room was cheaper than $177. The room is alright but there’s little dirty stuff that you won’t be happy with. The bathroom had little parts that was stain and even had garbage. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to sleep here. If you wanna go for a quickly than go for it.

The front desk was pretty friendly, pricing was good as well as the location. On-site parking was very resourceful however, the rooms are a nightmare. The bathroom was the best part about the room with its “Up-to -date”interior. (Wish I could say the same about the rest of the room’s “quality”. Sheets and comforters are dirty and stained, and floors are completely covered with filth. Everything was ok but I’m afraid I will not be returning to this particular location.

There’s a woman who works at the front desk name Bibi who is unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service and doesn’t care. Long story short it's not what you say it's how you say it and she speaks to people who spend money like our concerns aren't important. She has a bad attitude about helping and making sure people are comfortable with their stay. It's disgusting! Not my first time having a bad experience with this woman.

Due to a power outage we needed a quick place to stay close to home. I found this hotel through google search. The price was a bit high for the room and location. $150 for a night was pricy. It’s more of a $89 a night place to stay. The parking in the back was convenient. The front lobby was pristine. There is a security guard for unknown reasons since the hotel was quiet and there were no people out front, etc. We felt safe. The check in was quick and seamless. The front desk clerk was friendly but not over friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which was roomy. There was COLD A/C which was welcoming. The TV was a smart TV and offered free Netflix etc which was nice to have. The WiFi was strong and had no glitches. The bathroom was very updated and HUGE! It was also very clean. However, I did need to call downstairs for wash clothes and an extra pillow-which were brought to the room very quickly. The towels and sheets were poor quality with a few holes in them. The pillows were very THIN. The coverlet on the bed was in disrepair and outdated for a modern room. Overall the room served it purpose. The handle in the shower did fall off though but the shower worked. There was plenty of hot water. There was an ice machine and snack machine outside the room. Very limited snacks in the machine on our floor but the one I the lobby was filled up with a good variety and reasonably priced. I’d stay there again in a pinch but the $150 per night price is definitely too high for the area.

PROS: free parking CONS: room was very small. it looked NOTHING like the pics online. room had a musty smell. sheets were wrinkled as if they had just been slept on & had stains. comforter had stains as well. i had to go buy new sheets. the bed was very low to the ground with thin (like a toddler mattress) mattress that you can feel the springs as soon as you sat down. there were old beer bottle caps & trash in the corner of room & under the ac unit. bathroom tub had hair in it & shower curtain had black stains (mold). I had to ask for washcloths as soon as I checked in & the housekeeper took an hour to bring them. to make matters worst, the 2nd night of my stay, the housekeeper just randomly walked in my room at 12 midnight. luckily I had just gotten in & still had my clothes on. & she couldn't explain why she did that acting as if she didn't understand English. my room was the last room on the hall so it wasn't a case of mistakingly walking in. that made me feel like she had been snooping the prior day when I left out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I am highly disappointed.

Fell short in most of the major area's. Mistakenly booked this based on its price with out considering location and reviews. A few points of note, take care when booking as there are no refunds available if you decide you don't like the place. The beds are very soft, and bathroom cleanlyness could be improved. My main issue was the stench of cigarettes, I asked to move rooms but informed it likely wouldn't help as most rooms smelt that way. As a solo male traveller I felt safe but the advertised room by the hr rate and condom vending machine in the lobby may hint towards the usual type of patronage here.

My stays here were ok; it was time for my partner and I to relax and get some rest. But the 2nd and last time I stayed here, I saw the front desk guy holding up his phone phone towards me and when I turned to look back at the desk, he was staring at me. It was like he was taking a picture of me or filming me. It was a very eery feeling. So, be careful of some of these hotels that are tucked away and that you found on some of these travel search engines.

Honestly it was better than I thought, I can't remember her name it was a older lady she was friendly and sweet. The bus is close by and there is food area a block away. The room had a nice space to it .the only thing was when we checked in the room there was a mess on the floor.Other than that it was pleasant stay.

When I checked in I was given a room that smelt smokey and it was nasty my second room had no closet no iron nowhere for me to put my clothes no dresser horrible my third room I finally got a small closet still no dresser towels were very small you needed two in order to dry yourself. It was very noisy and there is drug use everywhere outside in the rooms you can smell the weed very nasty place I would not recommend staying here. People banging on your door all hours of the night waking you up because they showed up at the wrong room. Also doors slamming all night. A friend checked in also and they were roaches and bed bugs she had to leave and find another hotel

This was a nightmare!! The banging on walls all night,NO door lock, filthy room.Bedding was dirty and the room had not been cleaned. Asked for cleaning and the staff never bothered!! We came from NH so they over charged our room on top of everything else!! Do not stay here unless it's just to party or your homeless!! Worst experience ever!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

First off i wanna say Honestly this isn’t a bad hotel to stay at . The problem is the staff . They pick and choose when they want to follow rules and regulations. That hotel has had so many parties with minors walking in and out throughout the rooms booking 2 - 3 rooms just for party fun with loud music drinking and smoking plus more . There’s never a problem with that to that extent . They even will give you the back rooms to do such things . But when someone actually needs a place to stay they can’t accommodate to your needs . To be specific everyone knows the ID rule . Can’t book a room if your under 21 . Granted , but when you choose to let minors in and book you automatically contradict that rule . Ive even attended so many parties here and I’m underage . So when my cousin needed a place to stay for 2 days coming from out of state I suggested this hotel and they would not accommodate with him at all . I just find it funny . And I’d love to report this place for indecency . And failure to provide a safe environment. If you’re going to make a rule stick to it . Don’t pick and choose when you want to follow . That’s when discriminatory behavior shows . I’m lightskin and book there a lot . And do whatever in them rooms . My cousin is dark skin and can’t book . Like I said i just find it funny . This hotel needs to be better and do better . The manager is hard to find before 4 pm he’s unreachable . My number was provided to him and he refused to reach out . The madam at the desk was no help . Where do ya get these people from to get these jobs honestly . It’s the picking and choosing . Mind you my cousin is 19 like come on now but will let a 17 year old book with no issues . How ?????
