The
front
desk
person
was
very
rude,
as
if
we
were
interrupting
him
in
the
middle
of
something
very
important.
Giant
moths
were
crawling
all
over
the
lobby
floor.
The
first
room
they
put
us
in
was
on
the
4th
floor,
and
the
elevator
ride
was
scary.
It
seemed
as
if
it
hadn't
been
maintained
for
years,
groaning
and
shuddering,
half
the
buttons
broken
or
missing
(including
the
fire
department
emergency
buttons).
When
we
walked
in
the
room,
it
was
freezing
and
smelled
very
strongly
of
cigarettes,
and
one
of
the
windows
was
literally
missing
(and
it's
a
long
way
down
on
the
4th
floor)
which
was
why
it
was
so
cold
in
the
room,
and
explained
the
wet
carpet.
When
we
went
back
down
to
the
front
desk
(because
the
in-room
phone
didn't
work,
so
I
don't
know
why
they
say
they
have
room
service),
the
guy
was
even
more
agitated
,
huffing
and
sighing
and
slamming
things
around
and
saying
as
few
words
as
possible.
The
next
room
was
decent,
however.
Still
tiny,
and
this
phone
didn't
work
either,
but
at
least
it
smelled
better,
the
lights
worked,
and
it
had
all
the
windows.
I
will
not
stay
here
again.
