Asked for extended checkout and the foolish kid running the counter offered it for $45 but it had to be cash, after you have my credit card it did not make sense at all. We aren't idiots like him and we're not born yesterday. Greedy people, sack that clown for wanting to put the money into his pocket. Also tried tell me checkout was 11 when the night staff clearly had written 12. It seems the kid cannot read and only sees green ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ begbug hotel way overpriced.

Our flight out of JFK was canceled, and we could not get a flight out of NY for a few days. We were so blessed when you had availability and allowed us to check in at 5 am. This was the only hotel that was not sold out at this hour and in a 20-mile radius of JFK. After many frantic phone calls, the front desk clerk, Yosh, was super friendly and accommodating and got us a place to get some shut eye for the night. This place is older and has definitely been the highlight of our travels through NYC! It was definitely not my first choice. I was disappointed with the price as I over heard a lower hourly rate however, we rolled with the punches and were able to find more suiting accommodations first thing in the morning.

WARNING!! Had to put a star. Do not stay here. This place needs to be shut down and made into a shelter cause that's what it looks and feels like. I stayed on the 1st floor. Run down furniture that looked like it came used from a flea market. No thermostat to control the temperature of the room. The toilet looked like it belongs in a public restroom. One sheet on the bed, no blanket. Bars on the window, make you feel like you're in jail. TV kept out. No microwave. Just a depressing feeling for your money. Big posted signs "NO REFUNDS" so they know it's a trash bag motel. This motel needs no star

It was freezing in the room they donโ€™t even bother putting the heat on and thereโ€™s nowhere to control it. Not to mention it smells like smoke every time I walk in there.

Only had to stay for 1 night. There was long hairs in the bed. The air conditioning is not in your room it is at the front desk. There was a cigarette butt on the floor under the floor heater. The light switch by the door I believe was supposed to control the lights above the bed but didn't do anything. I figured it wouldn't be the nicest place for only $86 a night but having a dirty room is not acceptable.

Ok so nyc pricing aside.. You can't control the temperature in your room at all out side of opening the window.. 250 for a jacuzzi room and you spend most your time picking feathers from a strippers boa out the filter.. Besides that.. It's ite...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is terrible. I was in a very unsafe terrible situation and the two workers would not help me. They just stood and watched as I was in distress. And they supposedly only have ONE EXIT which has to be a safety violation.

So there weren't any bugs but the place is well worn and water damaged. Expected a lot nicer from a $200 room.

So nasty disgusting I couldn't stay there. Wound up at the best western in the same parking lot for another $55 more and now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they don't do refunds. Already spoke with them and they said keep my pictures, it shouldn't be a problem. It's unfit for homeless people to stay in let alone paying $174 a night. Think dope house without the window painted black.

Please do NOT stay at this property, our experience was beyond horrible, we stayed for two nights, $466.00, breakfast not included, this property smells like weed, as soon as you enter you the door the smell is so high it makes you nacious, I requested a smoke free room, you can still smell weed and cigarettes in the room. No fan in the bathroom, no microwave or iron in the room. There was an extremely OLD discolored fleece( hard/rough) blanket to use, I ask for two fresh sheets to use instead, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, well you won't be getting a velvet blanket here! Well hello! Clearly its not. The runner on the bed had a cigarette burn on it, guest smoke in the bathroom, there is cigarette burns all over the bathroom floor and in the tub. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!! IT'S EXTREMELY GROSS AND RUN DOWN!!!!!
