Let me tell you we had a Marvelous time watching the play that goes wrong. Everyone did a great job it was funny , entertaining , and their were celebs in the crowd omg we were so shocked. The show itself is from beginning to end hilarious the cast are phenomenal and I would love to see it again. Also don't miss out on all the other shows as well that they have trust me it will not disappoint at all. Last but not least the place is immaculate people are super polite and guests were polite too.

One of the largest and most modern theaters in New York City. The theater itself is located below ground. There are many stairs, an escalator, and elevators to get you there. I liked how they sold snacks right in the theater before the show, like a baseball game. We went there to see a play,"a sign of the times". It was an excellent show!

This is a great venue with multiple theaters inside. They had plenty of friendly and helpful staff to make sure you got to the right place. The bathrooms were easy to find and very clean. One downfall would be the seats in the balcony. They were very narrow. Be aware this theater is underground, there was no cellphone signal. Obviously, I’m not using it during the show, but I usually check emails before. I was told afterward that there was WiFi, I will give that a try during my next visit.

I attended two shows here Avenue Q years ago and ¡Americano! recently. The location is an easy walk from Penn Station or the Port Authority. The theater itself has four stages and the seating and view are comfortable.

I saw Americano here and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Absolutely phenomenal! It was based on the true story of a man who was a Dreamer and his journey to citizenship. He moved here with his parents when he was two and never knew he wasn't a citizen until he tried to join the Marines which was a lifelong dream and became his goal after 9-11. It was the last night of the show and we were honored to have the people the story was written about in the audience. I also got a picture with the amazing and oh so kind choreographer and met an awesome guy sitting next to me who loves Broadway as much as I do so now I have a new Broadway buddy. We both laughed, cried and danced through the entire show. It was heart wrenching and heartwarming! The dancing and singing was contagious! Truly a dream to witness!

My first experience on Broadway and this theater didn't disappoint. Great location as most of the ones around, friendly people, comfortable seats everything you can expect from a theater experience.

Loved it, and the show ILUMINATE was fantastic. We had great seats and everyone enjoyed it also. We were dancing in our seats and singing along to some of the old skool tunes. This shiw is not just for kids. I must say. I highly recommend this show to all ages...young or old.

Great off-Broadway shows. Facility is pretty new. The only I don't like is the small restroom so it's a mad dash during intermission.

Saw Dracula there recently. Show was bloody fantastic! The theater itself was a small venue typical of off-Broadway shows. Seats were comfortable, and there was a great sound system so you could hear every little detail of the show. Clean bathrooms. Bar with typical alcoholic and non alcoholic libations at typical NYC prices. Pwrfect venue for great shows.

Another hit for Mischief Comedy. This mostly comedy show that adds in a bit of mind(-ind-ind-ind) magic has a few twists and audience participation that makes for an excellent evening. Our show did have a couple instances where the Mind Mangler got a bit stumped which made for an even funnier experience.

Amazing venue to see many different kind of shows. I saw the Gazillion Bubble show and Illuminate NYC here. Illuminate has been my favorite!

Just far enough away fro the hub-bub, but close enough to eat anything. The acoustics were great. The theater was unobstructed and intimate. Oh yeah, the show was fantastic. PS All the bathrooms you need with a reasonably priced bar right there. Enjoy!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The seats were pretty comfortable and offered plenty of space. The building has several theatres, which I guess have different sizes. The show that I attended was at a smaller theatre, and i loved it because you can see the actors pretty well. The side mezzanines seats were partial view, but you could move the chairs a bit to offer better viewing experience.

The Iluminate Dance Show was fantastic.....It's better than I expected it to be!!!!! ❤️ the show. We had a great time and great seats. This show is just not for kids. It's for adults to because I have seen some adults yelling, singing, and dancing in their seat just like I was. I recommend this show to all and will definitely spread the word amongst my people.

An intimate theatre. About four other theatres are sharing the same complex. With all yhe COVID imposed staff still provided a pleasant experience. Of course JERSEY BOYS is just a must see musical if you are a FOUR SEASONS fan like we are or you hear the music for the first time.

Fantastic smallish off B'way venue. Great seating with excellent views. Would suggest they don't sell candy on re entry after the interval as some theatre goers don't realize they are not home and wrappers/eating is noisy... Would absolutely return. Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish was fantastic! Would suggest subtitles on upper center panel as well for future.

I've seen A Sign of the Times here, and through entire act 2 there were two people sitting in front of me with their laptops open - the director and their assistants. I asked if they could close them or move seats (mezzanine was almost entirely open), and they refused. In fully dark theater a flashing screen is very distracting, however according to Telecharge policy I've seated through the show and thus I'm not eligible for a refund. The photo was taken because of the bad experience as a proof of what happened. Telecharge customer service offered me to see the show again, but since I'm traveling from Seattle I much preferred seeing other shows instead. Very disappointed overall, would avoid new works in this space just in case this happens again.

They have a bunch of great shows and the theater is clean and surprisingly comfortable. I was in the front row and it was almost too close. Folks who worked there were helpful and polite. Nicest thing was that there was enough bathroom space that there wasn't the normal crazy line that happens during intermission.

Excellent pizza. The only problem is deciding what to get. So many choices that sound good. We got one of the meat pies. It was excellent. Done perfectly. Crust was soft with just enough chew. It wasn't too thin but it wasn't thick. The crust was perfectly balanced. My only complaint would be the distribution of toppings. It had enough toppings but the salami was on one slice, the prosciutto on another, the sausage on another ectopic. When you're sharing a pie you don't get the full effect. On that note the overall experience was really good. I will be going back.

Saw Dracula a Comedy of Terrors. So funny. Really enjoyed the show and loved the smaller theater. No lines for the bathroom and very clean.

Polite staff, short wait to get in, beautiful multi-stage theater (think a movie multiplex but with a handful of shows all performing in different rooms). Seats were a little narrow for me, but I'm 6'5" and 350lbs so my milage is PROBABLY not yours. No bad seat in the house, in theater 4 you'd be able to see perfectly well from front or the back (some shows may lose something on the far sides I suppose). Clean theater and entry hall....just a great place to see live shows!

Had a great time here for a production of The Play That Goes Wrong. Wonderful cast, excellent production. I'd note that the seats are quite small and will not be comfortable for some. In addition, seats in the front row are very close to the stage and some views are obstructed. Despite these concerns, I had a marvelous time and should definitely recommend checking it out!

Had a great time at this venue; Cozy setting and not a bad seat in the house; Modern facilities and amenities within a short walk from Times Square.

Funny, very talented actors. Amazing talent. Multiple roles by ensemble. I was sitting 3rd row, seat 11. Costumes so beautiful and and wow, the dressers and other backstage crew- impressive! Seats very comfortable. Tasty concessions. I'd see this play again.

New World Stages is a great kind of Hidden gem on Broadway...as in it's not quite, and the shows aren't quite either, but it doesn't mean they're not good! It's a fantastic place to get up close and personal as an audience member with the action. Also- a great opportunity for Monday nights when most of the Broadway shows are dark, come see a show at New World Stages!

This was my first visit to an “off-Broadway” theatre and it did not disappoint. The facility is super well maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. And we absolutely loved the performance that we saw. They have multiple shows running at once, so be sure to take a look at what else is on offer for a return visit.

Great show, great space. Saw The Play That Goes Wrong and it was a such a fun production. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We had a front row seat for The Play That Goes Wrong". The play is truly hilarious, and the front row is on the edge of the action, with props landing nearby, and "paint thinner" spewed from the cast. The photo was taken before the show began.

I loved the intimacy of this place. We saw the play that goes wrong and it was fantastic. They had a shack guy going around during intermission and a bar when you arrived.

Fresh modern theatre. There are three theaters within. Escalators, stairs and handicap elevator service takes you down. I have been to several performances at each theatre and they all where really good. Box office to the right with in entrance. E train is located down the block. Easy walking distance to other trains. Street parking is hard it's a busy area. Use a parking lot but recommend transit.
