Christ Hospital and its employees who are at the front lines dealing with patients or possible patients are the utmost rudest, inexperienced individuals imaginable; they have the most deplorable of customer service like behavior this side of humanity. This is supposed to be an institution of healing, but their front line workers act as if they are working at some fast food restaurant, with no training whatsoever to deal with crises and health issues that affect the entire United States. Their staff is argumentative, uninformed, lackadaisical, and indolent, and most importantly, incapable of offering immediate solutions, a clear indication of lack of training and experience. However, their only immediate desire, is to get whomever calls the hospital, off the phone as quickly as possible and without offering any alternatives. These employees are unadulteratedly useless. Christ Hospital has clearly hired the bottom of the barrel of staff that is humanly possible. Their bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired; they should NOT be dealing with patients, possible patients, or humans in general -in ANY! WAY! SHAPE! OR FORM! They should be removed from their positions entirely, as their insensitivity to both covid and monkey pox, and it's dire emergency in this country -these are the people YOU! DO! NOT! WANT! at the front lines offering vital information to those calling them for definitive advice, vaccine information and testing. THESE FRONTLINE WORKERS SHOULD BE INFORMED, PERSONABLE, AMICABLE, MANAGEABLE, PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, all the things that these Frontline workers at Christ Hospital ARE NOT! Remove them immediately!

Christ Hospital* The aptly named Christ hospital is a beacon of hope for those who require specialized and emergency care. And for the loved ones of those who require that treatment from the angels who provide it, that work here. I for one am proud to know and happy that they're able to do it... God bless them. *National Nurses United in 2014, released a study that it was the 9th most expensive in the state. Let's hope they lowered their ranking since. 😀

Rant. Horrible! Horrible! Hell Hospital ER Experience! Dr. Carlos Cesar is not a Doctor. He’s an Opportunist! I’m furiously outraged and dissatisfied with the care I wasn’t properly given, in the outcome of my rushed visit. In conclusion, the worst doctor I have ever came across in my path. If you really hate your job and cannot properly interact sympathetically with your patients. Then find another profession that meets your criteria and narcissistic behavior! A hospital is not the place for bigotry! How disgraceful, to even allow such disrespectful nasty behavior to continue in a care given place. Once? Twice?again?..terribly unprofessional. The man’s intolerance is standoffish. Uses sarcasm in the form of his title to abuse power, and will disregard whatever you have to say in any circumstances. Absolutely no morals whatsoever. Literally will turn his back to the patient and walk out on them mid sentence. You’ll feel as though he was asked to give you a dollar from his personal wallet! However, having acquired a degree for more than 24+ years. No experience was shown and beneficial to my visit. I refuse to accept this source of behavior was thought in the university of medicine in Guadalajara.

Wasn't very happy with the experience. I was sent here in an ambulance with abdominal pain. Unfortunately the doctor was pretty rude with me and I don't even know why. I was very cooperative with the doctor but he just seemed like a very angry person when he walked into the room. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Even my anxiety went up because he acted so annoyed. Even asked what I was even doing there at the hospital? Told me I should have went to the hospital after telling him my history I went previously not sure why this was told to me. He felt that should have got carried to another hospital but I didn't have that decision as the ambulance driver needed to be as close as possible. Not sure what happened before me but something really must have ticked this guy off and he was just taking it out on me the problem is that I had pain and I feel that regardless of problems that happened in the emergency room I still felt that I was a patient and I needed care regardless. When I asked him questions he kept repeating I am the Doctor you don't need any testing or don't worry about anything. There's nothing wrong with a very strong voice. It's a shame that I have to rate this hospital with such a low rating but with the uncomfortable experience and the stare downs from the doctor and staff when I walked in that were very inappropriate I highly suggest you to go to another hospital. There's better care out there then the way you are treated here. And if the doctor was reading this hopefully perhaps you should consider rethinking about how speaking to others and how they can affect them when a person isn't feeling well because strong words and angry feelings and sarcasm do not help a patient. Thank you.

Today, I had experienced the worst of Christ Hospital. I went in to get a procedure done and Registration had the wrong demographics on my account (address, phone number etc etc.) Not to mention, that I over heard the next patient in the next room going through the same situation with another Representative over the same exact thing, which is a serious red flag. Not putting in the correct information on the patients correct account, can cause numerous issues. This only tells me that people are not paying attention to detail and are causing numerous issues for this hospital and patients. It was only 8:15AM and the drama with this hospital already began. Secondly, once my procedure was done at the Endoscopy Recovering Unit, I witnessed a RN by the name of Elsie who was very unprofessional at communicating with another Nurse by giving her such negative feed back and demanding for this other nurse to stop attending to the patient she was caring for at that very moment, and to quickly go and attend to another patient which was very unprofessional and very rude. In my opinion....NO NURSE SHOULD DROP A PATIENT AND STOP CARING FOR THEM TO GO ATTEND ANOTHER. YOU MUST FINISH EACH AND EVERY TASK CAUTIOUSLY AND CAREFULLY. Thank god that the other nurse professionally cared for the first patient correctly before she moved on to the next patient. The RN Elsie was so unprofessional in front of other patients and staffs by shouting and demanding for the other nurse to basically drop the patient that she was caring for and go attend another patient because she said so. Which that was extremely unprofessional coming from a RN which she should know better. However, The other nurse nicely told the RN Elsie in a very low tone of voice "As soon as I am done with this first patient, I will attend to the other patient. Please give me a minute because I was with this patient first". The RN Elsie responded back by saying "Whatever, this patient needs to be cared for first". The RN Elsie was so rude and very unprofessional and continued to demand orders and shouting; it was horrible. I am sure that the other nurse felt embarrassed and out of place. Another nurse I believe by the name of Susanne called them both in to the staff room to simmer things down. That was very horrible; I don't think that no nurse should ever speak to another nurse in that form of way. You cannot speak to anyone the way you want. RESPECT IS AND ALWAYS SHOULD BE THE MAIN KEY which Ms. Elsie didn't have at all for anyone in that department; not the staffs or patients. If a report was or should be needed, please take this as an incident report from a patient that experienced a horrible experience at Registration and witnessed this episode that actually took place on June 11, 2023 between 9:20 AM to 9:30 AM in the Endoscopy Recovering Department. Maybe other patients will tell about the horrible experience that they had at the registration department on to the endoscopy department. FYI....If anyone ever want to see a good soap opera, go to Christ Hospital; its better than General Hospital.

I am so disappointed in the Clinic of this hospital, I know that Chariter care is helpful but that does not mean that those who attend there, mainly the lady who gives the appointments, treat us very badly, it is even scary to ask her something, she is despotic and all brave, she has been there for a while and it seems that she is untouchable, she has to be protected from someone very important... I hope this reaches the administrators and at least they draw her attention...Thank you.

This place is something else. Looks can be deceiving. The outside facade is nice with NYC views across the water but once inside that’s where things go downhill. My family member was scheduled for a 10am surgery and to make a long story short, surgery did not occur until a little after 6pm. So we were waiting at the hospital from 9am till 6pm. To make things worse, what was supposed to be a same day outpatient surgery turned out to be an overnight admission since the surgery was occurred so late. So there’s more money for them to charge. Onto the details, there’s not enough beds for everyone so there’s patients laying in beds in the hallways, Covid patients mixed in as well, not in a separate section. The facility is inside is dilapidated. The bathrooms are disgusting, I went in one and there’s blood on the seat, sink, and trash bin and who knows where else. As I was leaving the hospital, I was stuck in the elevator for a bit. I went to visit the following day and was told visiting hours do not begin till 11am, that’s pretty late. Regardless, 11am comes and 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes pass and the elevators are not working. We asked the front desk and they have no clue. Apparently there are only 3 elevators that go to the 6th floor. We asked security about stairs and they responded that they all are locked. We asked so what if there’s an emergency and people need to escape from upstairs, we just received deer in the headlights look and shrugs as a response. I’m sure that this goes against fire codes if true. On the other hand, the majority of the staff are nice and pleasant though some nurses forgetting medication and the whole elevator fiasco. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. They ER resembles some b-movie horror movie; dirty with low lights and screaming patients. The doctors and hospital went crazy for my insurnace charging 88k for a simple visit. This does not even begin to consider the mis diagnosis. I found myself at a better (literally any other hospital or meat butcher) hospital 3 days letter getting actual quality care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The worst hospital in Jersey City despite the name! I walked in while reception was on her phone. She said “here we go every time I get on my phone, how may help you why are you here. While she was still on the phone!” Then I had a physician who did not want to treat me , belittled my pain then sent security when I asked if I could be seen by someone else” her name is Tanya Shevavesh! This hospital is far from Christ Centered!

Doctor CESAR leaves a lot to be desired as a doctor, maybe he knows a lot about medicine, but he needs to learn a lot about compassion and how to threat a sick person. Ambulance took my mom to the emergency room after she felt at home due to dizziness. She was discharged home and her dizziness was not even had in consideration related to her fall. When I asked him about the dizziness and he responded very cold and rude tone "she has to follow-up that as an outpatient". I didn't want to waste my time discussing this with this type of doctor. I took her home. I will take her to her primary doctor. Hopefully I don't have to expirence this again. This doctor needs an inservice about dealing with humans being and sick person.

Welcome to the your worst nightmare. Went here after getting assaulted in the face. I had injured eyes, dislocated nose. Doctor sent me to CAT scan even without consulting, without cleaning wounds. Sent me home with a acetaminophen saying I will be fine. Didn’t even check a ruptured retina. Next day I went to the eye doctor to be sure and I went through treatments of inflammation, elevated pressure, damaged retinas. Cosmetic doctor treated a dislocated nose Nurses were horrible as well. They’ll make sure you’ll lie in the bed for hours together without treating you. Only decent guy was the one pushing my wheelchair taking to CT. I received a bill of $50k and had to pay thousands in out of pocket.

I had to give 1 star to warn you. This place is sooo dirty. You may leave with an infection. Use your home COVID test after your discharged. Test yourself asap. The House keeping does not exist. No one wipes/disinfects the tray you use daily to eat breakfast lunch and dinner on. I had to have cleaning supplies brought in. The privacy curtains are stained with blood and what looks like feces because the dirty used commode was facing it. They should burn the curtains. This hospital will put me in a room with a person who did not bath, brush teeth or change cloths for 6 days. They are horrible. I just had my knee reconstructed. The third floor must be a Psych ward. The people yell all night cry for the nurses to answer them. Throw food on the wall. The patient’s come to the desk screaming at the nurses. It’s a real circus! This is recent so don’t say I didn’t warn you!!! To make matters worst, 4 months down the line I received a letter stating my personal information has been hacked from their system😤 I can not make this tragedy up.

I have a Complaint The treatment of a family was very disappointing. She was treated poorly. While the homeless people and addicts where treated like royalty. No one wants to have to go to the hospital but if u have to you should be treated with compassion. Staff not all but they were not tentative or compassionately and too way to long to attend to my family member. I'm extremely upset 😡 if you have a choice Never go here

Would give 0 stars if I was able too. Bathroom on the main floor is not wheelchair accessible. We asked the information desk and they claim it is, but the door does not close with a travel sized wheelchair in it. A basic requirement of having a hospital is respecting the dignity of it's patients. This hospital does not.

Don't go to Christ Hospital unless you want the nurse to tell you "there's nothing we can do for you." My mother was mere seconds from passing out and when we asked for immediate care the nurses completely ignored us. What's the emergency room for if you can't treat emergencies? Even the patients in the waiting room told us that they hope we find a better hospital.

Terrible terrible terrible! You think you can visit your loved ones in peace but think again! The moment you step into those front doors you are treated like a criminal. The audacity of the hospital thinking it’s ok to leave your 12 and 14 year old daughters alone in the lobby area with strangers because only two visitors at a time can visit family member. I’m sorry I’m a parent first and they’re protectors. I’ll be damn if I leave them alone especially with what this world has become with God’s children not being for sale because let’s be realistic the United States is number one for human trafficking. I don’t care about hospital policy but if a parent is with their teenagers they have rights to stay together. First and last time I step into this hospital. They think this hospital is a five star place of business, sorry but this hospital will never be a 5-star hospital. Terrible food, terrible bed side manners, flying roaches in the emergency room, and the list goes on.

Many years ago. My mother had lost my baby sister she was still born. The hospital kept the baby. We never gave her a burial. She was full-term. The only thing I know is that they took some Polaroids and that was it. We never got a death certificate or anything. They sent my mother home after giving birth two days later. But we never found out whatever happened to my little sister. I was 15 years old. I now am 49 and I still wonder whatever happened to my sister’s body. I think the hospital should have allowed us to take her home and given her a funeral

Horrible. Never go here. Currently 7 months almost 8 and I came in for an emergency due to stomach pain. If the staff and doctors knew there was no OBGYN why did they choose to tell me when I was 5-6 hours in? The emergency room was a mess, dirty, no beds available, you’re in the hallway with other patients not even covered up- doctors and nurses not even with clipboards but folded pieces of paper to write down symptoms, pretty sure half wasn’t even my information.. In my case it’s considered an emergency, and was told I needed to be transferred over, I waited an hour just to sign the paper to allow me to do so and close to another hour for a ambulance that never arrived. Backed up or not, if it’s an emergency to you, you’d have at least your patient taken care of so you can take care of others. That’s one less person to worry about. But not even that. I don’t think I even had a doctor, it was just different nurses coming up to me then forgetting about me also. Witnessing another person, who seemed to be in a lot of pain just as well- not even IV for them. That’s a lawsuit right there just saying. Online it says there’s an obgyn here. Especially next door in the other office. Why say that you have when you don’t? Disgusting place. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. Waited all that time for nothing when I could’ve been taken seriously at another hospital.

Hospital is terrible. Went for really intense shoulder ,neck pain & migraine. Sat for over an hour . Place was full of homeless people and addicts. People didn’t want to wear masks and there was zero social distancing . This is a last resort type of spot .

I wanted to give my honest review, I see a lot of negative reviews and I feel that comes from just a place of frustration and lack of patience. I had a decent time, they took care of me greatly, no one was rude, the bathroom was a little messy (but that’s not their fault it’s nasty patients.) however the cleaned it immediately with no complaints or rude remarks at all. I didn’t end up being admitted to stay but they knew I haven’t eaten and went the extra step to bring me a sandwich. The parking how ever!!!! If they could figure out a way to make some room in the doctors marking lot 5 stars would be earned

I cannot believe this hospital is still open! I would give it a zero if i could! I've had an experience that I will NEVER FORGET! In JANUARY of 2017 my mother went to the ER because she fell coming out of church. I will make this as short as I can. They took x-rays and said nothing was broken and sent her home. In MAY OF 2017 I was called by a PA (physician assistant) and told "we've been trying to contact your mother because the radiologist wants her to have a CT scan because he suspects cancer). As you could imagine I was like WHAT?? So I called my mom and she said no one ever called her! This is 5 months later now that they called me! So many things they did wrong but the biggest was not EVER CALLING MY MOTHER because she had small cell carcinoma of the lungs and she had no treatment for 5 months! Small cell carcinoma is a very aggressive cancer. I brought my mom home with me (I live out of state) and she died October 2nd of 2017. I called the New Jersey state health department and they were cited for violations. Apparently their excuse was they were switching from paper charts to computer charts and obviously they put my mother's chart down and didn't pick it up again until May. They tried to convince me they tried to call her but they didnt realize I worked for a hospital in a different state so i knew what they were supposed to do! I wouldn't bring my dog to this hospital! And I have the report from the health dept so I can prove this indeed happened!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANYTHING!!

Horrible experience through the ER dept. Doctor Carlos has no bedside manners and no compassion. One of the first things to come out of his mouth is “do you have psychiatric problems/ history?” Right after going over my symptoms. I don’t think that’s appropriate or a good way to go about asking a patient. It comes off as if you’re dismissing their symptoms and concerns. He basically said he wasn’t going to do any tests on me because I look fine and sending me home with Motrin. Never coming back here again. Waste of time and money.

Staff is unprofessional and without any compassion. They don't even listen to the patient's compliants and if they listen, they just ignore what a patient would say. So incompetent that theu couldnt handle any minor health issue. The chairs and beds are so dirty becauae they not even covered by removable paper/tissue for every treated patient. And what about giving a prescription to a wrong patient, it happened to us today!

I echo many of the reviews here. The front staff are rude and uncaring of patient parties suffering. It might be the case of understaffing and inexperience as well. I took my friend here for a critical case and the experience is pathetic. The front office staff, do not let you communicate with the doctors and keep you out of bay with almost dictatorial behavior. Very unnerving for a place that is supposed to inspire confidence. I will never again go or take someone here. I hope things improve here

Worst experience I have ever experienced in a hospital. I couldn't get any sleep because the roommate I was given. His IV went off every 20 minutes. They never give enough food portions. And the bathroom is dirty as £u¢k. I hate this hospital. I will never come here again!!!!!

Rarely is a one star review written in the name of love. Please know: Stem to stern, just flat out dangerous lack of care and so many missed opportunities for doctors and nurses to create real systemic understandings of my situation. Truly the Little Rascals would have done a better job putting the pieces together. Don't go here even if you're dying unless, well, you just really wanna die.

I accompanied my sister in law to bring my nephew to the ER. First of all, the lady on duty on 6/8/23 at 11pm was rude. As soon as she saw us, she blatantly shook her her as if annoyed. When I asked her why she did that, she stated that she wanted “to get out of here already.” Secondly, there are signs all over the ER that face masks have to be worn yet she stated that as of 2 weeks it was no longer in effect. There was a man coughing up a storm and then began spitting on the floor and was not told anything nor was an effort to have it cleaned up made. We haven’t even seen the triage nurse yet. This is all within 15 minutes of us sitting here.

This is by far the worst hospital have I have experienced. Sat in the hospital for three hours… we sat on regular chairs doctor came in we explained it had to do with a car accident she brushed it off don’t even touch us just sent us home with paperwork and pain medicine which I didn’t even fill the for prescription. The bill is 14,610.29 mind you the doctor barely even breath my way . I been asking for an idolize bill for two months yet to receive it. I wish I would’ve seen the stars this hospital is just out to get your hard earned money. I had no choice to put a star if not it wouldn’t let me post they would’ve gotten any stars from me .

Went in with a sliced finger and the obnoxious nurse laughed stalling to register if even and poor disabled people lying dirty on the floor. She is disgusting and should get a taste of her own medicine in the hands of fate. Does not know the meaning of empathy even if you spell it for them.

My husband was taken to the emergency room after being clipped by a car while riding his bike home from work. They took 4 hours to due a x-ray no CT scan and he was discharged. We are currently at Beth Israel hospital less than 24 hours later and he has received more help from the moment he walked in the door that the 5 hours he spent at Christ Hospital. As a nursing students me and my husband I can not believe a place like this even exists and would not send a cadaver here

Not a good hospital anymore. Hasn't been for many years. I feel they have lost their way when it comes to helping people and those that really need medical attention. Where is the care? This place has become more of a business, collecting peoples insurance money than taking the time to help and listen to people with medical issues. People shouldn't have to wait long hours in a hall, be neglected or rushed out when their health is getting worse. Overall, I hope someone higher up makes some positive changes and if not, they should just close this whole place down for good.

My stay at Christ Hospital was excellent. Dr. Ramay was excellent....detail oriented, very compassionate and kept me informed. The Nurses are truly angels, compassionate, thorough and give their all to care for their patients. I felt safe, cared for and when I needed them they were always there. The support staff are talented, gifted individuals who perform their jobs professionally and again....with compassion. Whatever the recipe is....it certainly works! I am blessed to have been treated at Christ Hospital and eternally grateful. I am on the road to recovery......because of you. Linda Sommer

Don't go here on Fridays. I went in for appendicitis and they told me that they don't do surgery on weekends. Made me wait 4 days and went home with antibiotics. The doctors wouldn't come for hours and ask how I'm doing. They kept referring to different doctors. With no action plans, I wasted 4 days. I finally ended up going back to my doctor and finding another surgeon. Now I am getting bills from doctors that I've never even heard of from the hospital. The doctors just want to collect new patients and make money. They want follow ups weekly after leaving hospital (without surgery). Such a scam. Will never visit this hospital again.

First of all the nurse seem terrified of me and wouldn't come to me when I called her as if she was scared that I had covid and didn't even want to call the doctor for me . Second of all I had to wait hours just for them to give me Tylenol even after I couldn't sit in the bed because of the severity of the pain. 3rd of all the doctor came to see me once in about 4 hours not even to check how I was feeling or why I was in pain. The nurse barely did anything she asked for my urine and it stayed on the seat next to me even after they gave me an xray God forbid I was pregnant which I know I'm not but still. To top it off I just left I'd rather go anywhere else but here.

Run away from this hospital as fast as you can. Not clean. Scheduled for a 12 o'clock procedure and was taken in at 4pm after having fasted the day before for the procedure. No sense of urgency at all. Family member waiting in waiting room with a broken TV. No snacks. 5 hours. Unacceptable.

Such a caring hospital. Was kind to my family and I when my mom went in. Each day we were there the support was so needed. She passed away with me and another nurse Evangeline who’s such an amazing spirit. Each nurse supported my family.

Terrible hospital. Can't even tell me if someone is there. Was told to call in a half hour, because the nurse was busy. It's an emergency, God forbid, the person could be dead. The one who answered could've just looked the name up. Terrible customer service. The half hour to call, I might as well drive down there and ask in person.

I was taken to Christ Hospital in Jersey City on 7/2 to the emergency room. The care was exceptional from the admitting process through x Rays. My doctor was very thorough and informative. In particular, Katherine Gordon RN went out of her way to help me.

9/28/2023 - 10/8/2023 Came into Christ Hospital with fevers and chills. Stayed in ER for 21 hours, waiting for a bed upstairs. Got a room on 5 Tower. Nurse Inna took very good job of me. Listened and attended all my needs. Nurse Quintin made sure my IV meds were taken. He made me feel like a human being, not a number. Later in the week that I stayed at the hospital, an infection was found in my blood. The Aides that helped me were: Flower, Maria, Shameika, Moana, & Susan. I also had an exceptional Food Service Attendant named Carla Tinta. She made sure the Kitchen listened to my nutritional needs. I would definitely go to Christ Hospital for all my medical needs.

So I’ve been here different days with my mom . The ER Doctor that treated her in the ER made the experience very uncomfortable . He joked when giving her pain meds saying “ooo yummy” and then when she was about to be discharged he made a comment after asking if she was sure she wanted to love “a pretty woman like you on drugs , cheap date “ we immediately left after that .his name was Valid Shapiro or something like that . I give 4 stars though because when we had to return because she was still feeling Ill the morning team really attended to her , tan every test , we met with a surgical team that went in depth about what is going on and what is needed. And she is being taken care of properly now that we know what is wrong

I was told by my family that my uncle had to undergo a procedure/surgery yesterday and that I was the only family that can make it to him to check on his wellbeing when the procedure was finished. I left my job immediately and made it to Christ Hospital at approx. 7:15pm when I was turned down by security and nurses due to visiting hours being over by 7pm. I then pleaded with a head nurse and was granted 5 minutes to speak/see my uncle and when I finally got up to see him I was cut off after 3 minutes while i’m in the room w/my Uncle telling me that he may have Cancer! They cut him off mid conversation, and appeared to not care. Security and nursing staff appeared to have no humanity in this moment. I was told to “just leave” by security and “time is up” by nursing staff. I did not want to argue so I left but my time was not up (i had my phone timer going) as I was granted 5 min.

People say that this hospital is great but maybe other way they are. But this happen to my husband and I. One time the doctor acted unprofessional(I've seen better doctors than this guy). The nurse staff was a bit rude shouldnt say things about a patient while in the ER. Kicked out my husband without asking him to sign paper and i think that is wrong. He was seeking help and what he said they didn't even consider what he was saying. "NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING CARING STAFF" I COULD OF DONE BETTER. LETS SEE WHAT THEY CHARGE NEXT. Another situation, another story. Answering service very rude. One hung up cause she couldn't hear me, one said "it's not our dept, sorry can't help you". Only 2 or could be one (same person, maybe) was nice and professional. In the end they need better care for patients, watch their mouth and be considerate. Luckily few staffs are good. Wish I could remember.

Everyone on staff did the best they could for me under the circumstances. There are more in need of care than any hospital can easily manage, be patient be kind and they will take care of you. I am grateful to all the staff that assisted in my care. - I’m still here…many thanks to them all.

I came here for an active allergic reaction. The lady who took me in for triage had an attitude. She asked what I was allergic to. I said shellfish, and initially that is what brought me in due to me eating sushi. I told her about the situation, and she asked if I had an epi pen. I said no. She said, "Maybe after this experience you’ll stop eating sushi and carry your epi pen.” Now I’m all for tone, and the way you say something speaks a lot, and the way she said it was very condescending. She already seemed to be in a mood, and I watched what I said carefully, but I really feel like if she had a bad day, why come off that way? Anyway, the nurse with the blonde hair was extremely sweet, and I was out within 2 hours.
