New customer, switching from T-Mobile to AT&T, and I have to say, the process was quicker and easier than I could’ve imagined. Took us only one hour to not only switch carriers, but also set up a family plan and even purchase new phones for everyone. Gotta hand it to Winston, the store representative who attended us, for being very friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about everything we inquired about!

I’m originally from the Bronx and when I say the 30/40 minute drive was worth every second, it really was. Luis was phenomenal when it came to not only his knowledge, but his customer service as well. He was honest, funny, and most importantly genuine with his interaction. He’s not the one to sell you on a dream that doesn’t come true, instead he’ll inform you of the options you have and tell you which one he think would be more beneficial financially while also giving you enough breathing space to make the decision you want. He strives for the absolute best for his clients, and is the most reliable individual I’ve ever met. Something he said that positively stuck with me was “I’m glad to help customers, and it’s great when they come back but it’s even better when they don’t because that’s how I know I was able to assist them with everything they needed” this right here is what everyone in the customer service industry should strive for. My husband and I finally took the plunge and left Verizon after at least 25 years. We arrived at the Franklin Square AT&T store and were met with the utmost in professional service! Winston and Corey went above and beyond to spend time with us, guide us in our decision making, provide us with information and options, all while being kind, patient, and respectful. They are TOPS in customer service! (They could seriously train others!!) We never felt rushed one bit. They actually kept the store open after hours for us!! Well, this family is now an AT&T family and we’re as happy as can be! Cheers to the next 25!!

The customer service at this store was excellent! I waited less than 2 minutes before I was helped. I went in to get a new phone on an existing line. Winston, our customer service agent, was not only knowledgeable but also went above and beyond in making sure we get the best deal with great pricing and helped transfer all the data to the new phone. He also helped us get credit for a prior issue. The processing was so fast and we were out with a new phone within an hour. I highly recommend this store! :)

Absolutely had such a great experience when getting my new iPhone today. Luis helped me with every single step and made the transition so smooth. Came in and was greeted immediately, made felt right at home. Spoke to Winston about getting an upgrade for myself and my younger brother and he made the whole process absolutely seamless. Best service in the area, we moved from Tmobile to AT&T because we could not get the new phones anymore without breaking the bank! They took good care of us. We bought 5 new phones and the bill was very reasonable. We also changed our Iphone 15 pro to pro max after using it for a week or so without any big issues as me and my wife didnt like the size. Overall, one of the best service in the area, and believe me, I have been with Tmobile for 17 years. They were the only store who could get me the phone and keep the bill to a minimum. We went to Tmobile, Verizeon before finding them. Highly recommended. Hope to refer all my friends and family to them! Thank you Winston and the guys for helping us switch without any big hicups. Absolute great service! I went in annoyed considering I had set up a phone plan for my dad via chat on the ATT website and the first bill came out double what the online agent told me. (Don’t do things online people). But as annoyed as I was walking into the store, Winston was so helpful and friendly that no way I could be annoyed anymore. He fixed my dad’s bill and everything we needed went quickly and smoothly. It’s great to meet people that still have amazing customer service skills. 🤗

When it came time to port over from T-Mobile, it was the fastest account transfer and set up I’ve ever experienced switching cell providers. Everyone here was honest, knowledgeable & very helpful. Today I went into the Franklin Ave AT&T store for a new phone. Luis helped me. He was great. He explained about trading in my phone for the new one. And he helped me get into the best plan for myself. My husband got his phone two months ago and I liked the service. When it was time for me to get my phone, I knew I was going to this location.

My family and I have been customers of Best Cellular for so long that it was called Best Beeper when we started 😂. All jokes aside, we love Michael the owner, as well as the staff who are super helpful and knowledgeable. Winston helped me with my latest upgrade. My old Pixel died unexpectedly, but it was still a few days before the Pixel 7 was to be announced. When I explained my situation to Winston, he came up with a great solution, gave me a loaner phone and preordered the new phone. I'm typing this review with the new Pixel 7 now and I can't thank Winston enough. Long story short, support good people and good businesses like Best Cellular.

Winston was superbly helpful with my tough predicament. He gave valuable input on each of the countless decisions one has to make when buying a new phone. He was pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I had lost my old phone and he gladly walked me through instructions on how to deactivate the old one through iCloud. He could have just sold me the new phone and said ‘you’re on your own’! I used to go to the store in Green Acres Mall. I always felt hustled. This AT&T store in Franklin Square is the BEST. The guys are very professional, courteous and friendly. They access the phone issues quickly and work very diligently to help fix the problems. I went to them to file an insurance claim on my phone since it wasn’t turning on due to water damage. Winston did the claim and within two days I got my new phone. He did everything without any hassle. Big shout out to Winston, he’s definitely a phone genius.
