Went for a covid test required for international travel. RTPCR test was covered by my insurance - easy sign-up and checkin process. Friendly, polite professional staff.

The telemedicine was a life saver. Who wants to drive to see a doctor when they're in pain!? It was easy to book and on time. The doctor was still so thorough explaining the subtle uncertainties vs. An in person visit in prescribing medication and diagnosing. Feeling great just 24 hrs later

I went there with an eye infection at 1.35 pm on Sunday Oct 30- I specifically told them that I needed the prescription for antibiotics to be sent to the pharmacy on the same day because i was catching a flight to Las Vegas the next morning. They never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I had to wake up early the next morning to call them to ask them to send the prescription and risk missing my flight. There was no apology from the receptionist for the error from the receptionist. She put me on hold for a while saying she was going to talk to the physician. When I hung up and called back - she put me on hold again saying she was going to talk to the physician. When she finally came back to me I asked her why she needed to talk to a physician when the prescription was written the day before, and she just hung up. I will never go there again.

The ratings were accurate. It was easy to fill out the paperwork. I got to sit comfortably in my car for my brief wait. The staff was incredibly kind and listened well and the doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and also very kind. Overall it was a really pleasant, efficient, and affordable experience. I’ll go back again if I need an urgent care visit.

No nonsense, busy urgent care in Hoboken. Had an hour long wait first thing in the morning, and then the provider was too busy to sent a script for a while later. Not the providers' fault of course, but not exactly "prompt." Everyone is very nice.

Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The process was so easy and quick and I was there for less than an hour. They really listened to my complaints and called in the medicine that was prescribed for me. The next day they called to check on how I was doing and to tell me to call them back if I didn’t feel better in two days. I don’t live in Hoboken but will definitely go back to this office.

The doctor was really nice and understanding. So was the reception. And I love their wait time system. There was over an hour wait time, but they let you register through your phone and then they will text you when they’re ready so you don’t have to wait there. so I was able to get coffee and breakfast around the corner without having to wait inside their office

This was the most efficient visit I’ve ever had to an urgent care center. Came in with a possible broken toe, registered online via their system, uploaded pics of insurance and drivers license, and was seen by a PA within 20 minutes. They have an X-ray machine so I got X-rays in house. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The PA reviewed everything with me and gave me as much time as I needed to ask questions. I received a copy of my X-rays and a list of specialists to follow up with. Overall an excellent experience!

A covid test cost $150 for a visit. Good for you.

The front office offered really friendly service and the doctor had great bedside manners and did a thorough examination. So happy to have had this option since my GP office wouldn't even pick up their phones.

Visited due to a potentially serious cycling crash with potential hip fracture. Staff was friendly and professional all around. Had to get X-ray to determine seriousness of the injury. Was prepared with serious questions and Dr. Victoria was patient and kind to discuss each and every one. Then was more kind to answer additional questions that came up in the discussion. X-ray results were fast, positive and came with a radiologist review. It's remarkable how much professionalism one can find in a doctor's visit these days. Typically, it's five minutes and done. The Hoboken Prompt MD office is outstanding. Cost is very reasonable. Don't hesitate to use them if needed. I'm very grateful for this level of medical professionalism. Thank you, folks.

Prompt MD in Hoboken is the best. They are always attentive, efficient and comprehensive in their approach to care. I leave having had a positive experience with all members of the staff and with the info and resources I need.

I showed up for an appointment only to find out their reservation system doesn't actually mean you have an appointment and that it's still on a first come first serve basis. Don't let them waste your time.

I highly recommend the PromptMD urgent care center in Hoboken. I have gone there several times now and have had nothing but great experiences. The process for booking an appointment and being called into the exam room is modern, as it is all done electronically and via text. All of the staff from the nurses to the PAs and Doctors that I have been seen by are so nice and actually listen to you and are extremely careful and helpful. In this day and age of not having an official primary care physician, I can not suggest this location and staff enough.

Had an overwhelming positive experience at PromptMD both medical professionals I saw were highly knowledgeable and made me feel extremely safe. Lauren took care of me quickly while also making the visit seem personable. Great that you can make a reservation so there is never a long wait. Will be back and will recommend.

This was my 2nd visit for Covid testing at this facility in Hoboken, NJ. It has a very pleasant environment; with Very Well-run; organized, efficient Timing/ spacing of visits. Excellent accommodations + Very courteous Staff/ Personnel. I would highly recommend going there for medical or testing services.

Wait time was a bit long but was treated in a courteous and professional manner. Doctor Stanko gave me ample attention and was very insightful. She did not rush through the appointment even though I was the last patient and it was past their closing time.

I’ve been to this location many times over the years and always had a great experience and great treatment by the doctor. I Was there again today and told the wait would be 40 minutes. 90 minutes in and after asking once already, I asked again for a status update - and added that they should really update the estimated waiting time to patients sitting right there in the lobby. The admin woman gave me a snotty look and actually huffed and puffed as though I was out of line after a 90 minute wait - telling me people all have different levels of illness and are prioritized differently etc. all fine - I get it. Just TELL THOSE WAITING so the situation and the wait time are transparent! At that moment, the nurse called me in and this admin person actually had the audacity and unprofessional manner to yell out “I wouldn’t even SEE her she’s so rude!” Ummmmm … excuse me. Is it me, or do you work in a professional client-facing office?!!?! You don’t bother to update people sitting 10 feet away regarding expected wait, and you’re annoyed because I’m annoyed?? And you think it’s a good look for your establishment to yell out that the doctor should not not even see me???? PromptMD: please help your staff with their manners and abilities to engage with the public, your customers. Not a good look.

They were great. The PA was very detailed on the diagnosis and treatment. Very pleasant people. Long wait times are normal and they tell you how much wait there is. So it's all good. 👍

This is the worst place to go for care. The ladies in front are very rude and sent me the wrong results repeatedly. They can't do simple things as give you your results and they do not have the courtesy to apologize for wasting my time. This place should do better. if I could give them a half I would.

Had an emergency stitches situation w lots of blood. Brian Adames PA is the best ever !!!!!! Definitely recommend him and the whole practice!! I hope to not have to go back soon aside from removing my stitches, but if I do I know I’ll be in amazing hands.

Very easy to walk in and sign in. I didn't have to wait there but could come back when it was my turn. Doctor diagnosed very easily!

I attempted to get a PCR test at another facility near by but they said results would be 5 business days. I need to travel and a test within 72 hrs is required. I should’ve tried here first PromptMD took a few minutes and results are emailed 24-48 hrs. Perfect. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and extremely polite.
