I’ve
been
to
this
location
many
times
over
the
years
and
always
had
a
great
experience
and
great
treatment
by
the
doctor.
I
Was
there
again
today
and
told
the
wait
would
be
40
minutes.
90
minutes
in
and
after
asking
once
already,
I
asked
again
for
a
status
update
-
and
added
that
they
should
really
update
the
estimated
waiting
time
to
patients
sitting
right
there
in
the
lobby.
The
admin
woman
gave
me
a
snotty
look
and
actually
huffed
and
puffed
as
though
I
was
out
of
line
after
a
90
minute
wait
-
telling
me
people
all
have
different
levels
of
illness
and
are
prioritized
differently
etc.
all
fine
-
I
get
it.
Just
TELL
THOSE
WAITING
so
the
situation
and
the
wait
time
are
transparent!
At
that
moment,
the
nurse
called
me
in
and
this
admin
person
actually
had
the
audacity
and
unprofessional
manner
to
yell
out
“I
wouldn’t
even
SEE
her
she’s
so
rude!”

…
excuse
me.
Is
it
me,
or
do
you
work
in
a
professional
client-facing
office?!!?!

to
update
people
sitting

feet
away
regarding
expected
wait,
and
you’re
annoyed
because

your
establishment

yell
out
that
the
doctor

not

even
see
