Pathetic and rude staff. They were ready to charge copay before I even saw the doctor. Appointment was at 10:30am and we waited till 11:45am and decided to leave. They overbook patients and then make them wait as if our time has no value. Eventually I asked them for a refund and walked out of the door.

By far, the absolute worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life. They do not care about the patients in the emergency room I won’t be surprised if some deaths were caused by these “nurses” and “doctors” I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. 0 STARS. I will never bring myself or a loved one to Jersey City Medical Center and I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

Rude staff at reception. When I booked the appointment I asked where they were located and was answered to google it when in fact the entry is not on Monmouth street so it took me a while to find the entry. I had chosen that centre for an employment screening because they take appointment and I thought it would save me waste my time in a walk-in center. My appointment was at 2pm and when a I asked for a status update at 2.30 they told me rudely I had to wait an extra 30 min whereas I also had a dentist appointment booked afterward. When I mentioned it the only solution they offered was to cancel my appointment with them and go somewhere else. All in a dismissive, patronizing style which was unnecessary and unprofessional.

I was diagnosed with Lung Cancer October 14, 2021, November 3 They were cutting out the Cancer. Dr. Stefan Balan(Chief of Oncology) and my surgeon Dr. Adam Lackey were great before surgery and after surgery. They care for their patients . Again the important part is that they care for their patients and thru this whole scary process they are there to answer all my questions which is very important especially since this is all new to me Hospital staff were very nice to my family and me thru this hard time. RWJ BARNABAS ONCOLOGY is the best place to go if you have Cancer

My mother has been a patient in the cancer infusion center and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it! My mom sees Dr.Cruz and he has been nothing but amazing, patient, kind, and personable. And not just him, all the nurses and workers really treat my mother kindly, with love and respect which has been SO important and helpful to my moms recovery. Even though it's a bit of a trip for my mom to go here, her and my family do not want to take her anywhere else because of the type of care and treatment she has been receiving here. Thank you to all the workers at this center, they have mine and my family's sincere thanks.

Disgusting, they are manipulating the system with the way they bill to get more money from the insurance companies. Falsifying records and then say they did an "internal audit and found no issue" when you complain. I wish this hospital would cease to exist.

The doctor did a wonderful surgery on my leg..

Underpaid overworked employees kept me waiting for hours even with very few customers ahead of me. They told me I'd have to return the following day because they messed up my paperwork but this turned out to be false. I've been here on several occasions and I recommend going somewhere else -- anywhere else -- if at all possible.

Appointment time was very fast and went well. Great and caring staff who are very nice.

I would like to thank Dr. Liporace, Dr.Pizzo, Resident, Maria, Victor and Boris for the best experience with my knee surgery. I highly recommend this office such a friendly staff and clean place.

Very long waiting time, more than one hour in testing room before i meet the doctor

I waited for half an hour in the exam room listening to a fill in Physician talk to the staff about how he didn't need to rush because he was a specialty Dr. So he just kept me waiting listening to how unimportant he thought I was.

Nurse practitioner Maria Felipe refused to give appropriate dose of adderall despite extensive history in childhood of ADD Nurse practitioners demeanor is less than pleasant and she talks down to you, she improperly medicated me with seroquel (I should never be taking it in the morning) I expressed my appropriate concern she laughed, blew it off, and I was correct that it was too much for the AM. I’ve never had any issues getting 30 mg adderall from my general practitioner, but was lectured like a child when I said I would need it for school starting in September. It’s no surprise you guys lost great doctors like Dr. Ong. Will not be returning to the particular nurse practitioner as she is incompetent and unpleasant.

The manipulate and inflate medical bills .. very rude and dishonest staff.. extremely long waiting hours.. they made me wait 6 hours as a preggie with a toddler whiles attending to others who came later than I did…

You will be here for hours !!! This facility should learn how to manage people appointments in a timely fashion. I arrived at 10 am and departed at 1pm. The staff is also unprofessional. Please go some place else.

All I want out of dire emergencies sometimes and it's all physical instead of psychiatric and all they do is turn it into psychiatric.

They took me immediately when I drove here like 1000 miles per hour when my 3yr old had a seizure for the 1st time, but big but.... the nurses for the day shift were very nice and helpful when asked. They don't know how to get a child into a machine!! And they need more than one doctor attending the ER!!!!

The doctor and nurse are nice. But The receptionist is very rude and impolite!!!!!!

Had surgery and a fantastic team taking care of me. On 6 west I had Sangeeta and Andre as my night time Angel's. They were so caring and made sure I was comfortable and stable all night. During the day I had Regina and Belinda to help me get mobile.I can not say enough about the care I received. The physical therapist was great also. Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication you guys are awesome.
