    Sales team here at LA Fitness works hard to get you to sign the contract. Once you’re a member, you get to enjoy the hunt for a matching pair of weights! Will you find them left somewhere upstairs by the cardio equipment? Will you find them used as a door stop in the bathroom? Will your 30lb dumbbell be in the spot marked for the 100lb dumbbells (which is a very lucky case, considering you didn’t have to run circles around the gym for them) ? Perhaps they’re abandoned on the turf? Your guess is as good as mine! I recommend adding about 20 minutes to your workout to account for this dumbbell adventure. Oh and I can’t forget to add the sauna experience! The ENTIRE gym facility is a sauna! No AC for the past 2+ years. In the summer, when the weather hits the high 80’s, you’ll get to enjoy the cool breeze and ability to breathe again once you leave and step outside. It’s March now and already getting difficult to breathe inside. Gives you a true boot camp type experience!

    I’ve been coming here since this signature first opened up ! Idk what happened to this location but this is chaotic in my opinion. The staff are unprofessional and uneducated with their manners. Especially employee LEA! Absolutely disgusting attitude and confronted me in an aggressive way as I was finishing my evening workout , demanding me to wrap it up. I’m not sure how these kids got through a professional interview. Obnoxiously on the over head speaker , since 9:15 pm on a Friday demanding everyone to rack their weights that “it’s Friday night and they’re not doing it at closing” Not the energy I want to hear in a loud speaker, as I’m trying to focus on my workout. Bathrooms have no soap. Broken tiles. Everything is just GROSSSSSS! This place needs a violation! Or the health department to come and set things straight. This is Secaucus NJ, not the slums. (P.s I never leave reviews. This was a must!)

    I became a member because of the pool. This gym has the coldest water temperature of all. More than a week ago, I called to complain (it was 70 degrees), and I was told that the manager was aware. Yesterday, I was hoping that the issue was already fixed. I called and asked if the temperature was working and explained my previous experience. I was told that the temperature was 80 degrees. I insisted: is the water temperature 80 degrees now? YES, i was told. So , I immediately went to the pool but it was colder than before. Less than 70 degrees. Without asking, several people complained about the constant cold temperature and that they have complained many times several weeks before. It is clear that the manager does not care about what is going on or his/her priority is saving money. I swam and experience shortness of breath. I researched online, and the recommended temperature is around 80 degrees. Besides being exposed to a temperature of 70 degrees and below could produce several issues, including heart attack. They not only lie, but they are really irresponsible and would be definitevile liable if anything happens.

    I see a bunch of five stars for the staff. Great! But what about after you join and realize that the AC still hasn’t been fixed in OVER A YEAR?? and you’re on the verge of throwing up because your body’s overheating due to management’s lack of concern for basic building maintenance??and what about when you find out that no one respects the equipment enough to place it back where it belongs or wipe off their sweat after using a machine? Or when it takes you twenty minutes of scavenger hunt time to find one matching pair of weights? I’ve been a part of cheaper gyms with outstanding maintenance and respect of equipment (blink fitness). Working out is supposed to be empowering and therapeutic but this location makes it anything but that. Clearly management’s priority is to get people in, and look the other way from the deteriorating environment.

    Yamine the Om of this site is awesome addressed my concerns quickly she actually was able to get the heat going on the spa awesome om. Bathroom had maintenance cleaning showers with power washer awesome group of Dedicated workers.

    The 4 star review is from the previous manager asking people to rate the gym on day 1 of their membership. Not accurate at all. You will notice this is also the current trend now on reviews. The treadmill on the left has been “scheduled for maintenance” since I moved back to NJ in June of 2021. Now, the one on the right is broken as well and it has been about 8 months that it has been scheduled for maintenance. People are really doing their job in this place. In addition the “pot head” scent is fabulous, especially coming from the basketball court. If you notice some of front desk employees will also let basketball court users bring their buddies in without a membership. Maybe walking in with them will help others not need a membership as well. In conclusion avoid this gym.

    Latest Update- A/C is still broken. Unit that is working is the one that cools the front where Lou(district manager) and staff sit. A/C has been broken throughout gym except for the unit that cools the sales/trainers desks for the past 5 years. The GM claims the A/C will be fixed within 2 weeks. I will believe it when I see it. Beware of this issue before signing up. They are also very slow to fix broken equipment. 3 out of 4 premium treadmills have been broken for months and still haven’t been repaired.2 out of 6 stair climbers are out service as well. Also what’s the point of paying for towel service, if you don’t have enough towels for all the members that pay for it? Gym is run by management that doesn’t really care about the customer experience. The poor attitude starts at the top here. If you want to get a better idea of what members think of this gym, check Yelp. Less fake reviews….. Update- 3 stair climbers out of order. Also doesn’t make much sense that half the members are paying $9.99/month and other half are paying $40+/month. All members who came from north Bergen pay the lower rate. Rates should either be increased for them to decrease over crowding in the gym or lowered for everyone….

    I’ve been going to this Gym for about 10 years. Unfortunately, many of the amenities are not working. The sauna, which is the main reason I go to this Gym, pool, basketball court and a good amount of machines are not working. I think there needs to be more urgency to fix things. Really considering canceling my membership. Not worth paying for something they are not providing.

    This gym location is very nice as it not only features all the traditional gym equipment, but it also has a 3 lane pool, a basketball court and a juice bar. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The employees walk you though all the steps to sign up and make sure you are feeling comfortable. The gym is kept clean often, but I do suggest you bring a towel just in case. The juice bar has lots of options to choose from, the pool is mostly empty the whole time, although the basketball court does get packed most of the time.

    I don’t really know what’s going on at this gym! It looks like it’s doing poorly on the managerial side. We pay for an experience and to be able to have a clean space to workout. (See attached) We deserve respect as members. Please take some action to this matter!

    I love LA fitness! I was looking for a new gym for my husband and I and this was the perfect place. It feels great going and starting a new routine on our journey to becoming healthy . Sabina was honestly the best person to get us started . She helped us begin a regimen. Her exercises were so simple to follow and curated just for us and our needs . She is honestly the best worker there! Very insightful and always knows what to do. If you go to this LA fitness, ask for Sabina. You won't be disappointed! 😃

    All 5 stars of this "signature" club are either fabricated or written by new members who aren't familiar with the gym. Here is a clearer picture: Very very dirty sauna, bathrooms, and gym overall. There is no air ventilation / AC in this gym, only several fans blowing hot air and God knows what else across the gym. Temperatures approach up to 90 degrees, inside. HVAC has been non-existent for years now, since before covid. Good luck finding hand sanitizer or other common necessities. Front desk staff needs to be more courteous and friendly. Staff should help keep the facilities tidy and instruct members to re-rack their weights instead of socializing. This place should be ashamed to be called a "Signature" La Fitness. Its an even bigger shame that there aren't better options in the immediate area to go to.

    Used to be a great gym before. I don’t know what’s going on anymore lol. This happens almost 7x a week. 5 AM crew can’t be on time during the week but then on weekends THEY CANT EVEN MAKE IT AT 8 AM. I understand people are human and sometimes these things can happen but this is just a joke at this point. Thank you for showing how much you value your clients. 5 degrees standing outside. Thank you, 5 stars.

    This place is one of the dirtiest LA Fitness gyms I have been too. And this is supposed to be a Signature club! The wood in the men’s sauna is missing in parts and rotten in parts. The concrete floor in the sauna is uneven. There is a mat missing The showers have black mould that hasn’t been cleaned properly! The mould comes off if you touch it! So scrubbing it would improve things and there is dirt and debris sitting at the bottom of the pool. The jacuzzi has been closed for cleaning for some time! Very disappointing!

    Ray was phenomenal! He helped me with my membership and all process was so smooth. I recommend everyone go say hi to Ray and you will have nicest and funniest manager you’ ve ever meet!

    Forget the reviews about how generous the staff is. Look at the reviews left by existing members who really know the gym. I’ve been here for 2 years. They recently closed the North Bergan facility. This place was bad but tolerable before. Now it’s a joke. Your not going to find matching weights. There’s garbage all over the place. And some of the rudest people you will meet. They know nothing about gym etiquette. I mean who works out with a boom box. Better yet, with sunglasses. I had to ask a member to put on his shirt as he was doing cable cross overs. You will always have that clown who will grab weights in front of you while your in the middle of your set. It’s a joke and a poor excuse a fitness center. Please, if you want a pleasant workout experience go some where else. I read all the reviews about how helpful the staff is. Yea because they want your new membership and are in sales. They are selling a service to you. They want your money and that’s it! They could careless if the place is clean. This became such a low class environment. It feels like a overcrowded prison!

    At the LA Fitness location in Secaucus, my son and I had an incredible experience. The staff's high energy and enthusiasm were evident from the moment we walked in. I wanted to speak with a manager, and Ray went above and beyond to assist us. He spent about an hour discussing membership options, health goals, and fitness routines, providing a personal touch that made a significant impact. Ray also gave my son some great information about achieving hos gym goals and gym perks, showcasing the well-maintained facilities. Overall, the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere at LA Fitness in Secaucus left us motivated and excited to continue our fitness journey. Highly recommended! Yes we signed up for the family plan🎉

    Update 1/9: They have tried to fix the heater in the pool. Temp was 75F today. It was better but still away from 80F as they advertised. 1/5: The heater in the pool is not working. The water is COLD as 67F!! The manager said because the heater was broken today, but I’ve seen “cold water” in Google reviews for at least 2 months... Please fix it.

    I went sunday and the music and the people were so loud that I hear them over my music in my headphones. today the thermostat was set on hell. stayed for 5 minutes then left for fair lawn retro which is much better but too far for me.

    Even with my noise cancelling in ear plugs at high volume I still hear the thumping music from loud speakers of gym. Not fun at all! Additionally the big bearded staff guy is very unprofessional and literally shouts all the time so that everyone can hear him. Does he need so much attention? One star for this gym .

    My experience was this bad I had to write about it. I been going to the gym now for over 4 years. Apparently I was late on a pay last month and I had to cover it, ok no problem. When I called to make the pay up the lady name was Bri. One of the worst customer service workers I’ve ever talked to. Works right in Secaucus. As I’m talking to her and making up the payment she forgets to tell me about that annual fee that I never payed which would have been a problem because that would’ve been late as well but she decided not to say anything about it.Then she tells me that I don’t have the signature pass? Which is absolutely crazy been going for over 4 years paying 50$ a month and you’re gonna tell me I don’t have it? Then I tell her that I’m paying that monthly and she giggles and say I don’t know how to help you. Great I ended talking to the manager they saw it from there end and covered me up. All this to say is don’t work with Bri. If you have her on the phone hang up find someone else. I promise you she will be no help and just laugh her way out. This was absolutely insane but I wanna say thank you to everyone else that did help me especially the manger in the front that checks people in. Your help was greatly appreciated.

    Updated ! : So I do enjoy going to this gym and when it's in shape it's a wonderful gym. However my past few visits I found mold in the shower rooms even after I informed management about it. Numerous machines had been broken for weeks and still not fixed. Also some more ventilation and fans in there would be nice. I'll be happy to boost up this rating when they put in the work they need to because otherwise it would get 4 to 5 stars from me if they made those fixes. * Adding that the machines are still down Aug 2022 and there are no towels as the washer and dryer are broken till further notice. But they are resistant to refund my monthly towel deposit for the time the machines are down and still expect me to pay it. Not a good look another star down really pains me to do. I know you can do better LA Fitness.

    Gave it a trial for a few days and each day the music was louder and louder. When there are employee coaches training some people (members) they literally shout from the top of their lungs with instructions for just a few feet away....yet the whole gym hears this since it is sooooooo loud. Why would I want to be part of trying to be healthy in one way and yet being exposed to noise pollution ...YES that is called noise pollution in a gym. I would have given it a a one star , but they get 2 because the employees who greet you politely at front desk.

    -There is terrible temperature control. It’s either too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. -They do not replenish paper towels throughout the day and as someone who goes late there simply is almost never any available. -It gets absurdly packed at peak hours, which I guess isn’t the gyms fault but still makes working out a drag. -It seems like a number of the treadmills are either broken or out of service most of the time. -It is a scavenger hunt to find the weights you want -Good luck ever getting on a squat rack -Its weird that staff don’t even acknowledge your existence when coming in or leaving. They only speak when spoken to. -Staff seem mostly alright though except for one guy that tried charging me $100 to remove guest privileges from my account. Pretty sure he just had no idea what he was doing. A manager was able to help me out there I think a lot of my problems with this gym stem from not being able to go earlier in the day but they are problems nonetheless. Will be looking in to other gyms soon.

    This gym has the gone so downhill broken equipment is not fix or replaced. The employees are rude to customers because they simply don’t care. The sauna in the men’s room is falling part the pool is never clean and at this time not even open. Why are we paying for this ?! It is so bad here and really none of the la fitnesses near by are any better.what’s happening people can’t complain management is always saying they are working on it google is fixed with fake reviews and corporate isn’t even interested i addressing the issues here. Save your money sign up elsewhere cause this ain’t it.

    Trying to cancel my membership and they keep say the manager is out and cannot be processed. Dont let corporate gyms hold you captive to make money, go support a smaller gym. This is ridiculous and it is predatory. Plus half the people don’t wear masks inside during a pandemic hence why I want to cancel.

    This is the WORST retro I have ever been to. I didnt even want to give them one star. The staff is extremely rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. I had to wait over 15 minutes to be checked in for tanning while I watched multiple team members look at me and walk right past without asking if they could help. I could understand if they were busy (I'm not a monster) but there were plenty of employees just standing around. One employee even thought it would be a better use of his time to split an energy drink with another employee then provide customer service. Absolutely awful!

    It's a basic gym. It will get the job done. There's nothing special about it. It's not a garbage gym like Planet Fitness but it's not a good gym either. I suppose it's worth the cost. Just like other gyms, the employees don't get paid enough to care. I probably could stroll in past them every day without a membership to be honest. Doesn't bother me. Just like everywhere else, the machines stay broken for a long time when they break. Just like everywhere else there's not enough equipment during peak hours (not enough benches/power and squat racks/etc.). The men's locker room actually smells worse than any other locker room I've ever used. And just like every other large chain of gyms, Retro will automatically renew your membership and charge your credit card automatically unless you send a physical piece of mail to their headquarters. But they won't tell you that when you sign up. That's a super scummy practice which should be made illegal. But whatever, this place gets the job done. It's fine.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m very surprised an LA fitness looks like this. I pay extra to have access to la fitnesses nation wide and this is probably the worst one. There is BLACK MOLD in the showers, I can only imagine how much bleach they’re using to keep the pool clean. There’s not enough paper towel dispensers and definitely not enough disinfecting spray on the floor. It really makes me think how often they clean the floor or even how well they clean it. Definitely not a “signature” location. It’s embarrassing.

    Ray the "manager" not only was unprofessional but also disrespectful. I had approach him to ask him a question and he rudely said "make it quick lady, I am on the phone". For someone being a manager and to answer someone like that is uncalled for. Also, I had referred a couple of people to LA fitness of secaucus and when they went as a guest, the manager was also unprofessional and rude to them. Seems like he is always in a bad attitude. Needless to say , is always running low on patience. PLEASE HIRE A BETTER MANAGER. As a professional, appearance and professionalism is a must. please consider someone better.

    I joined the Retro fitness in Tappan NY, but half the time I go to the Hackensack location. I won't bore you with gym cleanliness or staff friendliness, since those 2 things are excellent. I will say, everything you need is there to achieve your goals....the rest is up to you. A+

    Joined several months ago, and the gym is actually very clean. Very happy about that. The cleaning crew is always on site and very visible. I used the pool a lot and the only downside is that it’s freezing. The part is always on its way. I haven’t used the pool in weeks and have no idea what the update is, but I’ll be surprised if it’s fixed since it’s been like ocean water since August from what I was told. Most people that swim go just for swimming since it’s the only thing they can do (including my own recent ankle injury) and it’s frustrating to pay for something that isn’t fully functional as it should be.

    I have very bad experience for canceling my membership, while getting the membership they don’t have any rules, but for canceling the membership they have lot of rules, have to be there in between 9 to 5PM, even though we are there before 5PM, they give some other reason saying system won’t take any cancellations before 10minutes, not sure what kind of software they use. And after a week they say now the time to get membership canceled changes from 9 to 4PM, please know the rules before guiding customers.

    This gym is more for location convenience than what they offer. The staff, but specially sales people talks to its members or potential members like they doing them a favor. Also the hygiene there is horrible, gym gets worse and worse by the months. Hope this year the AC works during the summer time…

    I am not a current member of this facility but I can tell you that the staff I have interacted with were not only VERY HELPFUL, but acted with integrity (Something Rare these days). Most people write reviews when something very negative happens or they get something they want and they are super happy. I am writing this to recognize Joe and Ester and to thank them for doing everything that they could to help me. Ultimately it was out of their hands but I have to applaud the effort. These are strange times. Thank you for offering everything with in your power to try to make the situation right, your efforts did not go unnoticed.

    Luis General Manager had helped me!!! I have been to their gym numerous times and I have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and the ones with whom I have interactions are very knowledgeable. They have a wide range of equipment, including a room with punching bags and a basketball course. If you are into cross fitness, the gym caters to you on that. There is also a room with treadmills and other cardio machines with a big screen to watch It is a great gym for the price.

    Let me start off by saying this is a typical commercial gym and the ppl who left bad reviews in regards to weights wait time etc should just go to a private gym if they want that luxury. To be honest I came in from NYC to Jersey to dog sit for a week and needed to find a gym. My friends go to LA Fitness but I don’t in NYC because it is too far from me so I said let me give this new 3 days free trial promo a shot! Now again a commercial gym I had no issues with cleanliness nor anyone being rude at this place yes it is overpacked yes it’s hard to want to get your workout in a timely manner but I had no issues with my workouts nor waiting time etc because there was so many different machines dumbbells squat racks to choose from. The staff was also very friendly but to be honest if I lived in Jersey the biggest reason why I would join this gym is because of Yazmin(hope I spelled it right) she is such an amazing manager with exceptional interpersonal customer service skills. Seeing her face every-time I came in really made my day! She also is very attentive with her staff and assertive if anything is wrong. She deserves a raise! The staff overall also seemed very laid back happy attentive and not rude. To be honest I did not find anything wrong with this location staff nor do my friends who are frequent member goers! Ty all again!

    I don’t go to this gym and I have only gone there on a guest pass a few times. And yet, they charged me $104 for months of membership even though I don’t go to this gym and have no interest of becoming a member. Furthermore, they have a brain-dead policy where you can only cancel in person. I am currently out of state and they’re trying to charge me. Plenty of other gyms in the area that are not only better but they have evolved with the times and allow people the convenience of doing things online.

    If I could give negative stars I would. The rudest people work here. They don't answer questions properly. They don't give you the necessary information and then blame it on the customers for not remembering fine details from the contract the customer signed a year or more ago. They help you like they're forced to do it. I was given false information that I have to come to the gym between 9 to 5 on a weekday for cancellation. No one told me that the cancelation also has to be a week before the renewal date. I recently found out from other reviews that you can call to cancel the membership. That information was not given upon explicitly asking. Very unfriendly and overcrowded.

    My guy Steven the general manager was really cool. Gave my girlfriend and I a tour before we signed up. He was nice and professional. Simple and painless nothing extra when signing. I can see myself coming here for a long time thanks Steven.

    I walked in today for the first time and wanted to check out the gym. Steven, the General Manager was the person who helped me and he was extremely nice and energetic from the getgo and he helped me get the best membership possible for my needs! He knew everything about the questions and concerns I had and I was able to get a 1 year membership at LA! Its a very nice gym with great staff which obviously is a reflection on Steven and his management and customer service skills! Thanks LA Fitness!

    Feels Good to be back in the gym!! I have to thank my guy Brandal the Assistant Manager not only for the great customer service but setting me up and getting me started and always making sure me and my girl are comfortable and enjoying our time. It was my first week at this specific location great staff cleanliness and I don’t think I’ll be going back to any other gym.

    I was a member since opening of this gym and I decided to cancel last December for some reasons. To change and look for a new environment but I don’t find it somewhere, So I decide comeback to la fitness and signed again. And Steven one of the manager Is very helpful and friendly to me.     I went to LA Fitness in Secaucus to explore my options in a NJ membership and pricing. Jorge first walked me thru the entire gym and explained what classes are available and showed me each area of the equipment. He asked me about my goals in physical fitness and walked me thru my option. Gym is very clean and open with every machine you will need for each body part spaced apart sufficiently. They also have a large CrossFit area with Cardio equipment upstairs overlooking the entire facilty. I like the option of going to any location so I found the New Jersey Membership a great deal since I also have a Esporta LA Fitness right by my house in North Bergen. Thank you Jorge for your help in making a great decision!

    I used to be a LA Fitness member at another location about 4 years ago. I came in today with my cousin, to work out with him. I ended up talking to Steven, the general manager here. He was very helpful and explained the terms of the membership clearly and thoroughly. He was a great help to me and I am now again a member of LA Fitness. Great gym with a lot of equipment, good space, and friendly people here.

    I was skeptical at first because of corona, but LA Fitness has proven to be different and to stand out. Brando was great, he answered the questions I had on how they are keeping clean and safe and walked me through the process. They stand by their 6 ft apart rule, keep sanitation stations, and walk around making sure people keep their masks on which a lot of gyms DO NOT and that is disgusting. So thank you LA Fitness and Brando for doing your part and keeping us safe.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I had to get a new credit card before the pandemic started in April ... I forgot to make the adjustment of my card to retro. They did not email, call, or send anything to my house to let me know my card was not updated or that I needed to change my payment. However I get a notice in the mail that they are sending me to a collection agency. I have never experienced this unprofessionalism at any gym, let alone being charged for a membership during a pandemic while it was closed. This is not the only retro I’ve had issues with... do yourself a favor and stay away!

    More than disappointed to find out that they do not honor the AD's running on TV and the radio. I was told they are independently owned and do not choose to participate. I'd prefer to sign up with a gym that doesn't try to scam the customers for more money

    Retro Fitness has been my favorite gym, and I've been a member of several. The space is well-equipped, the staff is friendly w/o being in your face or bothersome, there's a nice community of regulars, and the renovations have led to some inspired outcomes. All-in-all, a great place to get or stay in shape.

    Love this gym. I have been going for over 2 years now and the classes are great. The instructors are great, the people are great. No frills gym in a laid back environment with a real hometown feel to it. Have used the babysitting before and have the nicest people working there. Wouldn't go anywhere else...this is my gym for life!

Was a member since September was still charged a yearly upkeep fee and now to cancel I have to pay 2 months and have to go into the location.... BS smh... The policy was not gone over and your employees just want a check... I was inconvenieced once again as I went into the location was still unable to cancel my membership so WARNING devious business practices.

    Been coming here for the past 4 years. The last few months it has been getting better. Can I go to another gym? Absolutely but it’s the comfort of the people that I know. It’s when I have an issue with the gym management does something about it. This place is literally my second home.

    The gym is big and has a lot of equipment, and it looks nice. However, there are a few things that can be improved At least 40% of the Cardio machines need to be fixed or upgraded ... Increase the temperature of the pool ... some days is fine and some other days the water is freezing 🥶 . Especially in winter Clean the spa more often. Hire more people to clean the gym constantly. There are other few things like the weights all over the place, paper on the floor, that's not the staff fault, is just some customers are @$$holes.

    Dirtiest gym in town. The maintenance and safety dept gotta get it together here people pay way too much to be going to a dirty pool and hazardous sauna. The management doesn’t care when you complain so what’s the point of having management? Is like management is saying- you’re locked in for a year so deal with it, cool but in a few month’s I’m out ✌🏼 PEOPLE DONT SIGN Up THIS GYM IS Filthy!!!!! And dangerous. Please fix that hole in the middle of the sauna u guys make way too much money to have it like that

    Management is completely rude. Tried to call to cancel my membership because I was moving. Told me the policy was to come in which it states online you can call someone. She obviously just didn’t want to deal with it and sounded stressed in the first place. Luckily gave me a phone number and called and the customer service canceled within a 3 minute phone call and gave me no problems. Location is average, luckily has a basketball court and older weight machines.

    I recently moved to New Jersey and needed a sports club to join. I found LA Fitness after leaving Iron Culture and I couldn’t be more stoked that they have not only an Olympic sized pool and spa, but they’ve also got warm showers, shower products and a fantastic sauna. This gym has everything these private gyms have but for half the cost. I am so happy I found this place. Go see Dante and I can promise you that you’ll be happy with the choice that you’ve made. Get after it!! Thanks guys!!

    CALLING FOR A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT!!! I’ve been an LA Fitness member for two weeks and am already shopping a new gym. Bottom line is the culture in this gym sucks and it stems from whoever is in charge of this particular location. About 1/4 of the equipment is broken, overall cleanliness of the gym is poor, and the staff shows no signs of life. Weights are everywhere and the culture of the gym is selfish. I’m coming from a Retro Fitness, not the nicest gym, but one that was kept clean and staff was very attentive. This gym sucks and I will be pulling my membership by the end of the month. Very, very disappointed.

    This my second review I come here 6 days out the week. I come all the way from Philly & the staff is friendly the manager run the place well. I see people talk about re-racking weights, I seen the manager re rack them several times by himself. We suppose to re-rack our weights when we done but people just throw them down & leave them. I see machines getting fixed daily & things getting cleaned(bathrooms). Staff are trying their hardest to keep this place acceptable for us. I love coming here.
