Worst hospital ever and something needs to be done about it. My son was in here with a fever (104.6) And was breathing very weird. Nurses was rude and disgusting it took 7 hours just for a doctor to see me and there’s no other patients in here. This is the worst service i ever experienced. On top of all the bad the floors are filthy in here. This needs to be shut down

Got my first dose of the COVID vaccine here. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, some of the people facilitating the line seemed annoyed to be there (understandable due to the stress of the job and it was near the end of the day). The line wasn’t terrible and overall a very positive experience.

I was born in this hospital but extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Waiting hours to be seen by a triage nurse. Was brought to an area never told for what reason and quite frankly forgotten. Watched people get frustrated and outbursts because they are waiting hours to be seen. Then nurses and staff literally telling patient s three different places to wait for the doctor. Not a single staff member knew were doctor was. Nurses and staff talking about traffic for a good 20 minutes no patients called at all. ER had at least 50 patients waiting yet this staff thought traffic more important. I have defended this hospital over and over. This hospital needs a complete change in management and staff need to be monitored where I saw none. This is an injustice to the people I'm the community and tax dollars.

I had no choice but to go to Lincoln Hospital. I was expecting it to be a lousy experience but it was anything but. Everyone from the ER receptionist, to triage nurses, X-ray techs, CTscan staff, ER doctors and ER nurses were ALL extremely professional. Yes the ER was overcrowded but that’s because the local opioid addicts use it to cop a free fix for the day. Anyone who lives close knows I’m right. Every patient thought they had the most serious emergency and wanted immediate attention. I see patients yelling because staff took a break. They’re human beings not robots. It’s not their fault that the hospital is understaffed. I personally hope it’s the last time I ever need to go there but if I had another medical emergency I’d be comfortable going to Lincoln. Thank you to everyone in the ER for their professionalism and their compassion.

Beginning at the front desk as you walk right into the entrance of the emergency room at Lincoln Hospital and its police, there is a huge lack of empathy and humility. Going in to see a loved one who is dying, and having to hear that you have to wait for permission and that only one visitor at a time is permitted is merely absurd. If you want to inforce policies due to covid then you must adhere to the policies and wear a mask. Speaking to me without a mask and trying to enforce such policies is sanctimonious. Being humane begins with trying to help patients and their families. Those are the qualities that all hospital employees should process. Anything else should not be tolerated..

Emergency rooms need more cleaning. I was very worried when I had to urgently take my mother there and see so much contamination where they put her. More hygiene is needed.

Per. the emergency room staff there is no eye wash station throughout the whole building.. that's how inept the staff are. I'm sitting there telling him I have something in my eye and I'm in pain and they want to sit down and have a conversation with me. Last time I came here I was dehydrated throwing up with diarrhea and it took 4 hours for them to get an IV in me. DON'T GO HERE YOU WILL DIE BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING

All my Doctors are from the Montefiore group I am overall satisfied with my care there but decided to try somewhere new. The fact that I also work at a comprehensive medical l facility, helps me with my expectations. Based on reviews I was not very impressed but decided to give it a shot. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Staff was great especially the 2 Doctors and nurse that saw me. A few other staff could use some customer care training but overall staff was good. Very clean environment. The express care was the most impressive. I got in at about 11:40 am and was out by 12:20 pm after being thoroughly listened to and examined! Without having had an appointment. Better than urgent care. I give Lincoln Medical Center 4 stars

Lincoln Hospital is infamous for being terrible but last night there was a rare gem amongst the rubble. Dr Brittany Vanderhall was amazing!!! She took her time and heard me out, she had the sweetest tone and even when the nursing staff failed to do their job and left me sitting without the iv she requested, she very graciously just came and did it herself with a smile on her face. She was such a compassionate spirit and she helped make my experience so much better even though I was racked in pain. I'm very grateful

If you get a job interview here, BEST OF LUCK! They make you wait half an hour more after your actual time of your interview. You will be interview with 2 other people & ask you the same questions they’ll be asking the rest. I was disappointed because I thought it was a one on one interview & at the end of the interview, one will be eliminated like if you’re on a game show. For those that gets it, get ready to take a test. You’re welcome

Poor service and very long wait time just like Montefiore emergency room. If it ain't that serious don't go here find somewhere better! Update: had to go there again and it was so unpleasant and extremely dirty and unkempt, the nurses and staff seem like they do not have a care for their patients also non-comforting or compassionate about their job. The attitude is incredibly annoying like just quit you're job and move out of the way! Wait time was crazy this hospital is soo bad 👎

It’s pretty obvious the doctors and nurses here are overworked. I went for a hand injury and was sent from City MD. The doctor (Cunningham-Deshong, Homer) I had in Fast-Track ER was so rude, cut me off a few times and threw out an important paper of mine from CityMD even after I asked her to return it to me. During our final meet after my x-ray, she tells me shes hungry, that either the hospital or cityMD isn’t going to get paid for my visit. Im in pain and Im worried, as the patient, I don’t want to hear that and that’s horrible bedside manner. Truly disappointed to see the hospital has not even begin to improve its services and treat low-income patients as HUMAN rather than a bill or incompetent criminal.

The worst hospital. I went there with covid and shortness of breath they didn't took care of me just because I ask to get a different kind of asma medication. I got there at 9pm at it was 11pm and the doctor didn't come to see me like punishment for not taking a medication that gives me tachycardia.

The hospital fails to keep patients best interest in mind. The place is often filled with aggressive inebriated people and addicts. The workers can often be rude and the wait time is ridiculous. People will complain to skip in front of you. There is no order for incoming patients. It takes far too long to be seen. You will be there for hours. The hospital needs better security and better management.

(Parents don't do it)!.. They couldn't even diagnose my son's constipation. Only in the Bronx could a hospital be run like a prison and go unnoticed.... Only in the Bronx you can be diagnosed and never met the doctor. 4BPediatrics will call you and tell you ur child's in crisis but you gotta get multiple clearances passes, before you are able to reach ur child. You yourself will need a doctor after dealing with this hospital. The adult side They literally have you locked up with other criminals waiting to be treated.... The hospital needs to goooo!

They refuse to take care of my pregnant wife at the emergency room when I ask what was the long wait the turnaround and walked away.they don't care if your dead all they care about is their money in their pockets! Never come to this hospital in your live. And waiting since 9am.!

Went to Lincoln Hospital with pneumonia on Dec. 26,2023---- I was admitted fast at emergency room. Must say doctors jumped on me fast with antibiotics & CT scan... I must thank Dr.Menon & staff at investigative medicine. They went above & beyond to aid in my recovery.... Thank you all Manuel T.

Don't waste your time getting the CSP Services here! You'll regret it to see the billing when it's supposed to be at no cost. The Doctor {Dr. Cole} at the Sonogram doesn't even bother to explain and get you re- check if the test administered by the technician is accurate! She just told me in an exciting manner "'we have found so many many many cyst and we can't do anything about it" standing at the door as if I have a contagious disease! She's lazy! Went here last month, first impression was okay its clean, some nurses and staff are nice and friendly! But when it comes to your health issues make sure you'll get the right information or you'll get confused with the bill and not get the treatment or at least the explanation that you needed! Hospitals are business entity! They don't serve! I regret I went here! I should have ran away that day!

Service is not good. I felt like I was on a mental ward. Various patients hollering for help, because button doesn't work, that's what they told me. They ignore people and when they act out, you know the rest. They are very unorganized to be caring for sick people. Thank GOD I was mobile, if not I would have accumulated bed sores. Please show up for your family if they are taken to this joint or you do the off. Read the signs

I went in at 4 pm to the emergency pediatrics. My 1 yr old son had a fever of 104.6. I told them he’s been having fever that high for 3 days already. At 5 they triaged him, it was 7 pm, my son was still in The waiting are waiting to see a doctor. Waiting room was full of sick kids with fever etc…. But no one was being called. Nurse was only calling people in every 1 1/2. They were EXTREMELY SLOW even with triage. Never going there again

My experience with Lincoln Medical Center is limited to getting my two Covid vaccines. Both times the staff was fantastic. They were well organized and I was in and out in half an hour. They were also very professional and extremely nice. Overall a great experience!

I tested positive for Covid in April, was taken to another hospital, put in isolation to be treated like S*** Lefted when to Lincoln hospital was admitted fast and Treated like a human being. Ppl say Lincoln hospital is no good. I love it.....

My father was admitted to the emergency room and I have spent over 2 hours trying to reach someone to discuss his case with. Calls dropped or no answer and rude personnel. There has to be someone that can be reached to get an update on a family member. Its the reason that they have a score of 2.6 because this hospital is atrocious in its customer service

People like Dr. Rose, RN Jackie and RN Aimee are what makes this hospital great. They have shown my son love and kindness. They answered all my questions and made sure we were comfortable with the hospital. However, I still have to give them 3 stars because the billing staff is underhanded, sneaky and unprofessional. God willing I never have another family member there.

Lincoln Hospital gets 3/5 stars because generally, it's a functioning hospital. The one thing that is sorely lacking is the apparel of their waiting areas. I am focusing on this because going to a hospital is never a joyous moment. Waiting in Lincoln Hospital is absolutely depressing. Waiting here hinders your well being. If it were up to me, I would have the waiting areas turned into like a small park with trees and other things that scream fresh air. At least that way, it would be a better distraction. The wi-fi is unreliable, to say the least. The majority of the people there are really helpful and really look out for their patients. Overall, they are not bad. It's just there are better alternatives.

Visit the emergency room on December 22. For a hiss in my chest. They did blood tests. And they told me that they were going to do some tests, they did the tests at 12:45 in the afternoon; The plates were done at 10:30 at night. I arrived at the hospital at 11:30 a.m. I spent 12 hours in the hospital. And 10 hours waiting for some plates. Horrible

I feel horrible I think I have some sort of virus , was there 9:30am -1pm I still wasn’t seen by a doctor the emergency was full of ppl and the workers just work on their timing . It’s such a shame one of the workers told me there were around 200 ppl waiting . I was throwing up in the baggie like crazy and nothing . Never again They gotta do better the last time I will be going there now I’m on my way to another hospital …..

How you don’t have pictures or paintings on the wall for children. The psych area for children has no privacy and the walls are gross 🤮 that hospital is horrific imagine being a child going into that depressing area while having psychosis I’m convinced the 5 star comments are from doctors and nurses that work there 😂😂😂😂

Surprisingly enough it was excellent service. They took great care of me, made sure that they did every test to make sure nothing else came up. All in all the staff took excellent care of me.

My Granddaughter had her baby there. I was there all night I must say they were wonderful and very organized. Also I must say very clean. I was very, very impressed. This is why I'm giving it five stars.

Dental clinic never answers the phone. Dental clinic employee took my number claiming that she'd help me to find an appointment and as soon as I turned my back, she threw the paper in the trash. The social work team is not helpful and the doctors and psychiatrists don't care about their patients. Honestly, it's too much to type, but long story short the hospital is trash.

The worst thing about the emergency, on Wednesday I arrived at 4pm they took care of me and everything. It was 12am at midnight and they still hadn't given me my results and when I go to ask they tell me that they can't give me that information because in the system it appeared as if I had left. I waited 8 hours there and they didn't give me the results and I was pregnant with hunger and tired of being there and they didn't even help me. The next day I called and they didn't even take the cell. They are irresponsible.

If I could give 0 star I would, I don’t know how they are still open and in business- to save $$ they hire a bunch of student doctors to work in ER that obviously do not know what they are doing, they had my mom over 15 hours in ER sitting in a chair, when admitted - it was the worse ever!! Very disappointed:( with the inconsistency of being able to communicate CLEARLY with a Physician about a loved ones condition. Even as small as trying to phone the hospital and get through:(. My daughter was admitted here and the stress of getting through any doctor who was caring for her was very inconvenient. Also, I believe her medication wasn't administered correctly. The hospital CLEARLY needs A READJUSTMENT MOVING FORWARD ⏩🥺

First off the hospital failed to submit a claim to my insurance so I received a collections bill. I contacted the Billing Department so they can submit the claim to my insurance and get paid. However, the Billing Department NEVER pick up the phone or return calls. I’ve been calling for over two weeks with no answer or response to the messages I left. The operator suggested I speak with Guest Relations. the person who picked up line in Guest Relations was nasty. RIDICULOUS! I regret using this hospital the one time I did! Never again!

had an gyn appointment.. at 8:30, i been here before so i went to the womens health clinic .. they told me to go to the EYE DOCTOR for the gyn appointment???the EYE DOCTOR sent me to THE ABORTION CLINIC .. i finally go back to women's health a hour later and they say my doctor gave me the an appointment to be seen with a X-ray doctor that i didn't need. Nobody is helpful here.

They don’t answer the phone to give patient information. Called 5 times and each time was put on hold without any explanation. Waited over 30 minutes per call and never got through to find out about my loved one that is a patient there. Unacceptable.

I went a few months ago for chronic pain all they had in the pavilion was students.. I told the teacher who was teaching the students I wanted to see a doctor she refused me treatment sent me home me feeling worse than what I came unprofessional I'm a patient I don't have to her rules.. unacceptable an unprofessional at the pavilion.. went to the hospital two days on Wednesday. For chronic back gave me a shot some medications took no blood work no urine put me in the psych ward claiming that they didn't have room Lincoln hospital is getting worse. Lincoln hospital was never unprofessional and uncaring pray they get real doctors . They had doctors there that saved my life I sincerely appreciate them. Doctors when I went 2022. The attendant Need to stay home an do nothing just like she did 11/5/23 She did absolutely Nothing .Thinking because you're from a poor neighborhood you're ignorant . It doesn't take a genius to recognize bad healthcare..They think everybody's on something that comes into Lincoln hospital. they can care less .. it's a shame to even go to the so-called want to be doctors and they don't even have what it takes unfortunately.. shame on Lincoln

Don't go to this hospital for any emergencies if you are pale or considered white they will not help you and will not treat you professionally. They discriminate and are not a safe place to go for any emergencies.

Waited an hour straight to get my cast

I like this place, yes I hear horrible things with other folks but I personally have never had anything bad take place. I love my doctor and they all hve been very nice to me. I have wittnessed patients act completely crazy yelling , screaming at the staff. They think service is supposed to happen quickly as though they are paying customers. Each year I get reminders for my annual appointments. Its close by & allows me to travel to work in no time Im sticking wih them till I hve that bad experience.

I was at the pediatric ER on 05/30/23 from 12:16pm and had to leave at 4:23pm with my two children because none of the doctors or nurses thought I guess my children were good enough to get care at the hospital. I asked twice what was taking so long and they all acting clueless. I would not recommend anyone to go here for any sort of care. Also many people came after me and was getting call in and still I wasn’t getting called for my child.

The dental clinic is very fast paced, Today I was in pain and in and out in a hour! Thank you to the amazing dentist that made me feel at ease and pulled out my tooth without pain. The staff were very caring everyone from receptionist to the X-ray technician to the dentist. I will definitely be coming back:)

Had a accident and the nurses were very rude and not accurate with the communication. It was like a game of telephone. Misinformation was given and they claim to have 24/7 visiting hours but only gave 5 mins to my family. I had to watch and listens as other patients were having visits.

It's ok, but They can seriously use some new ideas and better judgements in some areas of the building and for better servicing patients and employees. 🥰🙏

Honestly. All the hospitals in the Bronx are unreliable. I’ve been trying to contact the offices in this hospital for personal reason. Nobody wants to answer the calls and say they on lunch break or the office is closed. But when I call in front of them while waiting. They are simply just ignoring the calls. This is so unfair.

The Black nurses on the maternity floor are very rude. The staff does not respect privacy and barges in and out your room as they please after having a baby. They do not allow you to report staff by hiding their names or the staff. They are the worst hospital ever doctors are great but they staff sucks a bunch of project chucks looking for a check they need to get fire all the black nurses but the Spanish and island nurses are a blessing tho.
