    I took my daughter with irritated eyes and a lot of flu, the doctor who saw her said she had no infection, at night she got sick and I took her to the emergency room of another hospital and the girl had not only an infection in both ears, but also It was going crazy, I felt very bad because I had a lot of trust in this center and he disappointed me.

    I had appointments for both boys ,i arrived 15 mins late for one appointment but I was stuck in traffic and literally ran the last 4 blcks to try to make it. I arrived out of breathe could barely speak. I asked if they can make an exception and see the little since there was no one else in the waiting area. They flat out said no and said she had other apps but there wasn't another soul in there. I asked the nurse as well she said no, even after I cried because I just felt so overwhelmed. Not only were they cold and uncaring but they didn't even offer water when they saw I could barely speak. Just terrible experience. I myself am a medical assistant and I show my patients 100 x more compassion than I was shown. It was a very bad visit I left with a headache and one child without a physical. Contemplating just switching facilities.

    If I could this clinic 0 I would. The receptionists are horrible. They are ghetto, slow, and always have an attitude no matter how nice you speak. They leave you on hold for hours if you call and if you come in for an appointment you'll be standing on line for 20 minutes just to sign`in or ask a question though there are only about 5 people in the waiting area. They bring their personal lives into the workplace like how rude can you be. Eventually you'll get called in to see the doctor after an hour long wait and after that you have to wait an extended amount of time for the doctor to actually come to your room. Last time I called around looking for the doctor after waiting a half hour in the room. No one could find her and my daughter ended up seeing a different doctor. Its even worst to call on the phone. Be prepared to be hung up on numerous times or be sent back to the beginning of the operating system. This place is despicable. I can't wait to get my daughter out of there.

    Went as a walk in to Dentist. I had bad pain.The Dentist did not take X-rays to see the problem . All they did was adjust my dentures. Well, I found a great Dentist, who immediately after X-rays found an infection below a crown. Needless to say Monfiore Dentistry is a joke. To top it off a follow-up appointment for December. Really, never again ! Beware not good practice!

    I have never been a patient here, but I know that many patients here cherish their doctors and recognize how hard they work on their behalf. As a clinic designed to care for vulnerable and disadvantaged people, care can be difficult to provide on a limited budget. But people really do love this clinic!

    Wait time is ridiculous. Staff was OK, not as friendly as they should working in an environment like this. Appointments are hard to get and they hardly answer their phones. They ask you 3000questions over the phone to schedule your first appointment and when you go in person you have to complete more forms. The location is convenient to me. But it is hard to get to see a doctor there. You be the judge.FYI: I have some billing issues (regarding my copay) my health ins. Representative and I have been calling the billing dept. And leaving VM to Lilian Cruz for over a month and a half now... And noone has called back.

    Wait until a Friday to say I can’t bring my third child to her physical. Manager was so unprofessional and receptionist are always rude. Been here since my daughter was born ( 11 years ago) and it Montefiore keep getting worst.

    The only problem I have is that the answering of the phones still takes a very long time. When calling adult medicine or pediatrics it's a neverending wait. Dental is not bad nor is gynecology. The doctors here are really nice as well. I love mychart! I can email back and forth with my doctors as much as I want and I'm notified of all test results, prescriptions and referrals

    Bad experience..today was my first visit to the clinic for regular check up, did my check in immediately after I arrived however i had to wait for 2 hours till I started asking why i am too late behind, they took the vitals and after 20 mins I decided that’s too much and canceled the appointment. Private practice should do way better than that!

    I have been going here for a few years and I hate it the only reason I stay is because I love my doctor and it is so hard to find a good doctor. Dr. Cunningham is great and if this review was just about her I would give it 5+ stars,the clinic on the other hand is HORRIBLE!!!! I have been trying to get someone on the phone all day just to ask if my prescription's are there for pick up and they would not pick up the phone and the only time they did the lady made sure I could not get a word out before she put me on hold of over 30 min before I was hung up on,this happens all the time. If you have to call you would have to take a whole day just to try and hope you get someone on the phone, this was my only day off work this week and I spent it on the phone try to call this place, your better off wasting gas to go down there to ask a question rather than call. Now when I have an appointment it is just as bad, no matter what time your appointment is even if you are early or late you will be there for 4+ hours, you should not have to spend the same amount of time in a clinic that you would spend in a emergence room. They over book the doctors so no matter how much your doctor wants to get people in and out they can't. The place is so unprofessional it unbelievable, its so loud you can barely hear your name being called the staff is cold and don't even care if you have been sitting there for hours sick and haven't even see a nurse yet they just want you to leave them alone. The clinic does not care about the quality of there place or customer service all they care about is getting as many patients as possible so they can get as much money as possible. They won't hire more staff to help handle the work load and the staff that they do have hate it there themselves. Like I said before Dr. Cunningham is a very great doctor and for that reason and that reason only I have still come here but the day she leaves is the day I leave right with her. She is to good of a doctor to be there and I hope she does leave and find a place where she doesn't have to deal with such chaos.

    I am tried of this place. I been going here for years and now it takes 72 hours for a doctor to call u back. What in the word is this!!!! Then the calls is going to the call center. It’s going to the clinic where my child goes. Why hire people to do a job if they have to go through different stages just to speak to the doctor.

    The customer service here is the worst. The uneducated staff tries to rush you out as soon as possible. They speak over what you are trying to explain, treat the patients like children and are all around rude. I will try to get my 82 year old father to another clinic and hospital as soon as possible. The treatment at this clinic is unacceptable.

    I can't speak for other departments, but OB-GYN is Superb!!!. I love Dr. Dudek and the nurses and the front desk staff. They are humble, understanding, respectful and knowledgeable. This offices are clean and the unit well kept. This is truly Montefiore at it's best! Don't let the location or the address fool you into making a mistake. Dr. Dudek is the cream of the crop!
