Best hospital in NYC!!! The level of care was amazing. My wife had a procedure done and the attention shown to her was top notch. The doctors are some of the best in the country. The nurses and staff show a genuine sense of care. We felt very comfortable and confident during our time there. The bed side care is unmatched in NYC. The oncology department and the GYNECOLOGY department are the best in NYC hands down. Our insurance was excepted and we didn’t come out o pocket. The billing department will work with your needs. I know countless people who have said they will not go to any other hospital. Every visit we were made to feel like we were the most important patient there. The doctors and nurses spent a lot of time explaining what they were going to do and what they thought would be our best options. Every question we asked was answered. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the highest care available. Thank you!!!

The Clinicians I’ve seen here have been great but the administration needs work. The clerical staff in Neurology and Neurosurgery is super lackluster. Too many patients and not enough beds when inpatient so they overcrowd rooms dangerously but that’s what happens within public hospitals.

I have been having lots of health issues over the past two years and spent thousands of dollars in bills at this hospital. My average bill for a procedure has been often north of $700!! I am strongly suspecting they purposefully over-bill. The doctors and specialists prescribe various tests and procedures, all of which are done on Weill Cornell's premises and are billed by them (surprise!), of course, like candy, without any concern to patient's finances. The billed amounts are very random (for instance, $657 instead of $650 or $700). How do they get away with this? There's just one other competitor in NYC, NYU Langone, who probably likewise runs a similar operation. There was a whole piece on 60 minutes 2 or 3 years ago about how hospital conglomerates like this hurt the consumer and instead line their own pockets. People need to wake up, organize and file a class action suit against this place.

Very impressed! We drove from Savannah Ga in order to see the best staff and Neurosurgeon for our 9 year old daughter. The Hospitals in our area was not educated enough to help with our issues so we drove hours up here from the South. We arrived and we are very impressed with Dr. Greenfield, his staff and every employee that walked thru our hospital rooms 🚪 door!

Best Hospital I’ve been to in New York. I usually head to Harlem Hospital, and I guess I thought it was normal to wait 4 hours to be seen on an empty day. I was in and out of imaging here in 13 minutes. Shocking how friendly, responsive to questions and happy the staff is here (both administrative and medical). I highly recommend. Clean too.

I called front desk and the person working there didn't know if they do blood tests so she transferred me to a voicemail for physicians use only. After calling back and waiting for another 30 minutes on hold to explain the whole situation I was transferred to another physician's voicemail. Overall I spent more then 3 hours on the phone 98% of the time I was on whole. Their in-clinic service is probably just as worse.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. Came to the ER for my daughter who’s been having a massive headache, what we wanted was for her to get a scan. After going through 4 doctors within 8 hours of being here, they still wouldn’t proceed to do a scan but instead just listed a bunch of meds to give her. Staff was RUDE & their mentality is to wait for something bad to happen to the patient in order to give them what they want. So disgusted

Worst experience when I visit Ted for 20 week anatomy scan. Wait time of 45 min Inspite of reaching my appointment 15 min early. The technician who did the ultrasound was very incompetent. She went on tapping my stomach and hitting the probe causing pain all throughout the 1.5 hr anatomy scan she performed. A Dr also did not show up after scan to talk to tell if all was ok. Technician just said ur good to go. Will never visit again🤬
