    the doctors are fine but the front desk and the manager in charge are not informed about the insurance policies. I also had to wait for 3 hours for my appointment. They need a competent manager. they also call me several times in the same one to confirm my appointments, apparently the system they have is not updated and staff do the same job several times.

    I did my prenatal care there. I decided to go there because they had late appointment but they don’t have the right equipment to heard the baby’s heart, not good connections with hospital to do the sonogram or to give u the results. ( they do not have equipment to do sonogram) They don’t recommend to take classes to breastfeed or prepare you for delivery. I ask to change a information that they had wrong in the system. They never did it. The reception services is okay , some of receptionist are okay others no. They never told me that I had to take the birth certificate of my son for the first appointment. No matter if you have q scheduled appointment. You have to wait hours. Para ver a doctor 👩‍⚕️ hay que esperar horas aunque tengas una cita. Si tienes una cita a las 9:00am te ven a las 11:00am. I guess I have to keep adding how bad it is getting. Some told if it is bad why I keep going there. Well not all doctors are bad. That’s why. I had an experience on 5/28 a doctor S. Had told me that she will call at 11:30am or 12:00pm in the next day with some results. The doctor knew that I was worried. But she didn’t call me. The doctor of my son couldn’t see him so another saw him. The resident doctor told my information and told me that she will call me. Well I call and they receptionist said that the doctor are there or not in today and the results are not ready. She said it will take like 3 to 5 days. Today I saw Doctor Prina A for a Follow up. She explained that there was a mis communication with the staff and try to understand me. I let her know that as mom I was concern about my son’s health. Thank you for try to understand me and listening . She told me the results and recommended what to do. 4/1 If my appointment is at 10:00am because they scheduled my appointment just for a injection for my son. It is 10:58am and they haven’t see him yet. I don’t understand if they schedule for specific time they should see you. No but they tell you oh we are seeing other clients. But management. 2/22. I don’t change because I like the doctor of my son. The receptionist are bad in their job. They don’t have patience. when this clinic was affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital was nice Once it became Community Healthcare Network it was a drastic change in client services and I mean for the worst. 8/2/22 Waiting to see the doctor for my son. Waiting time 2 hours. Some rooms are cold very cold .

    This is the worst they make you wait 2 hours from your appointment time to be seen. Might as well check in from home then make my way to the clinic. But if you come 15 minutes late they are quick to cancel your appointment. They need management skills.

    I attended this clinic location for over 25 years when this clinic was affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital. Once it became Community Healthcare Network it was a drastic change in client services and I mean for the worst. I made a appointment and was running late due to public transportation delays I tried repeatedly to call to notify someone at the clinic but of course no answer no one answered so I arrived 20 minutes late and when I told the intake receptionist my whole ordeal while the front end manager was right there ( new hire I can tell ) the receptionist called the doctor and the doctor I guess declined to see me which is not community like and did not check if any other appointment slots was available and the clinic was empty. Receptionist told me I can reschedule after I waited a month for this appointment. Well Community Healthcare will not have me as a client I will be transferring asap I guess because the clinic is in a poor neighborhood they can handle patients any kind of way with long waits for hours smh

    I had doctor appointment today. I took day off to see doctor but the doctor was off today. How they give me appointment if doctor is not there. I ask them to see another doctor but manager refuse me to do. Front desk people are very rude including manager. I will change this place soon. Waiting time is very kind. No one is friendly there . This place use to be very good but not anymore.

    The Pharmacy was great,the receptionists are nice, and the Doctor was amazing. Other then that, the management, the therapist Erin, and the Psych department, they were all absolutely horrible. They even charged me for a therapy session, where the therapist just told me straight up that they won't see me there for short term care.... so I left after 2 minutes and spoke with the manager who did not know if I could be refunded or if they would charge me. How is that possible? That's disgusting. Not to mention she canceled my appointment with the psychiatrist, yet no one else knew why and I was never told. Next, they will call you so often and then when you call back you can never speak to who you need to and no one ever calls you back. So, it's really only good if you need immediate care without insurance. Even then, it's pretty bad. Do not go. Save yourself.

    The professionals such as doctors, nurses, medical assistant, pharmacists are amazing and very helpful people But let me tell you about the front desk staff, they’re rude ALWAYS HAVING PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS WITH ONE AND OTHER , very unprofessional, it makes the office look horrible. Jose Luis is super helpful and makes you feel safe but if you don’t change the front desk people you guys are gonna ended up loosing a lot of patients

    Don't waste your time. Show up an hour early and they'll still see you an hour and half after your appointment time. It's supposed to be a network but they can't even reach each other in the same building. And the administration has the worst customer service. I've been treated better at McDonald's when the high school kids are there. Not everyone with disabilities or in treatment look sick. And to be treated the way I was there. At best I've got 10 years(35 currently)more left of this life. And I just wasted 3 hours to be told they couldn't run a standard blood test, that they had no doctor available to see me, and I should schedule another appointment on top of the one that I was there for in the first place. No longer will be using this clinic or any in the same network.

    Had a appointment today with my daughter Doctor, Dr. Peggy beautiful Dr.was told to get an appointment so when I went to the front desk to a staff Deandra she was so unprofessional. First of all Deandra approach was nasty. When I ask her for documents for a porta which the Doctor told me to ask for she was nasty toward me and screaming and my daughter which is disabled was nervous. Deandra put on a show in the work place. Deandra told me go sit down and wait.(unprofessional) I ask to speak to a manager cause I was not going back and forth with Deandra. The lady next to her took over and even the Maintenent man walk up and said attitude attitude. Deandra should not be working in the front, with the rudeness and attitude that she has. So unprofessional working in medical. If nothing is done with this lady cause my daughter comes here for medical and been coming for years I will be reporting this and going further.

    I have appointment & as soon as I walk un you can hear the first desk Workers being loud and very unprofessional. As im checking in All the young ladies Was with there mask down.but at this point I just wanted to be in and out of that place. but as I was sitted to be called by the nurse All you can hear is them taking About men . Saying alot of F Words So loud even one patient looked at me and said wow so unprofessional.i been coming here gor 20 plus years and never ever had this bad Experience...This is suppose to be a doctors office with professional people. I dont understand how they still have a job here so disappointing

    It’s a very very bad experience today with front desk staff Named Kimberly . She is totally unprofessional and ignored me And very unprofessional behaves,My daughter she has an appointment today 2:20 PM but after her school We just arrived 20 minute to 25 minute late. She told us we don’t have appointment ,We cannot visit the doctor she told us make an reschedule And t come back next day 9 AM or 10 AM the school time of my daughter I am totally dissatisfied with her service we are visiting that office last five years doctors and nurses are very professional but the front desk staff is totally unprofessional Not everyone like Kimberly.

    Worst place to have as primary care. Drs are never working, appts are made for months. Treatment is inconclusive etc. Don’t wast your time!

    I had a major issue with a prescription. Unlike the other CHN clinics that have shown an urgency to help, there wasn’t an urgency to resolve my problem at LIC CHN. I had to use sick days to solve this problem. The other clinics cared about resolving the issue quickly but not LIC. This location didn’t give a damn. The doctor didn’t even call me or cared. It took them 22 days to actually call me to talk to me about it, after it was resolved too!!! This was after I got 2 supervisors from Express Scripts involved because it was take to escalations. Even if it was an issue with Express Scripts, they could have done more to help me!! At least call me! I gave specific instructions to avoid delays/issues to send my prescription. They did not even bother to listen to me or reach out to me. 22 days without medication.. Good job LIC CHN!!! I will never go there again.

    This place went down used to be one of the best clinics around LIC now they don’t take walks in patient also doesn’t have availability to see doctors in months even if you’re sick seems they pushing patients to go urgent care.

    DONT GO HERE. You will waste your time. Any other doctor office will be better, literally anywhere. I’ve had a horrible experience every single visit here. If you make an appointment, you will still wait over 1.5 hours to be seen. Staff mixes everything up, I’ve sat in a room, was moved to 3 other rooms, and then the wrong doctor walks in, and then I had to go back to the waiting room. They’ve scheduled me to see a doctor at 10am and he wasn’t scheduled to arrive until 11am. Complete waste of time and energy. Highly recommend NOT coming here.

    for a clinic that has so many physicians they never have appointments for months & then when you do finally get an appointment prepare to wait hours on end to be seen & it’s not even the physician that’s been assigned by the insurance it’s always whoever is available. I had to change my PCP because a patient should be able to be seen around the time frame requested, by their PCP at that, not just whatever physician is available.

    An absolutely incompetent and terrible office. Literally go anywhere but here. They move incredibly slow. You go in for a 4:00 appointment and you don’t get seen until 5:30. The doctor doesn’t even do a physical exam on you. It was a 1.5 hour wait for a 5 min chat. Because you went in so late, the lab closed, so truly a useless visit. The doctor never puts in the orders. I was supposed to get a vaccine. I show up on time. I wait for 30 min. They make me take a pregnancy test. All this, to find out that 1) the doctor did not put in the order and 2) they ran out of that vaccine. This office does not care about your time. This has happened to me multiple times.

    First thing First THE WAIT IS HORRIBLE AND It Seems Like they do it purposely ! They would be lounging around laughing and fooling around then would randomly call somebody when they ready ! Then the attitudes of the receptionist is disgusting
