The worst hospital ever, I came today with my brother who has a food poisoning. We been in the waiting room for 3 hours not getting checked no even blood pressure. Everyone came after us got in accept us still waiting. When I ask the front desk she kept saying one person ahead of you, but they called exactly 5 people at once right after I asked her. The front staff has a really bad attitude and not organized at all. I rather to take any pain killer till I visit my physician , better than going to this dirty place. Had to come all the way back to the hospital from out of town after realizing an IV was still in my arm once I got home. It was very embarrassing being we verified my child’s red letters with my band on the same arm and I didn’t have a long sleeve shirt or a sweater on. Was told by security this was the second time it happened today.

*Jersey City Medical Center A place to come when you need help. You got a problem? They can help fix it (relating only to your overall physical well-being and mental health, of course... If you need carpet tacks, go to Home Depot.) So, if you suffer from a relatively complicated urological problem; eg., like I did (that baffled 3 other doctors), then visit Dr. Shah's office (located across the street at the Colony Plaza). Dr. Shah and his team have renewed my faith in humanity... Now, that might sound a bit much, but when you're treated with an uncommon dignity, ultimately then being returned to the good health, that you've thought you'd lost. Well... how would you feel? Diamond (the surgical coordinator), along with Marc and Beatriz (register and nurse), made each step through the administrative process; towards success, so easily identifiable—without making it feel like one. If I never again receive such care from such people in my future, I'll still always be thankful for the one time that I was truly blessed to know what it was like. Thank you. *In-house Starbucks is somewhat limited.

We had a great experience at the hospital - for birth of our child. Everyone at the labour ward (both 3rd and 4th floor) were helpful and very friendly. They were polite and courteous. All of the residents made sure they understood my wife's birth plan and supported her through it. They would give their recommendations but would never force it in us.

From walking in I met with Dottie and Dawn for registration and intake and was greeted in a very welcoming and warming manner. Did not have to wait long and felt very comfortable. Going in and getting my ultrasound by Stephanie was a comforting experience. She interacts with you and explains everything with your baby during imaging. Nothing but positivity with all three workers.

Thrilled! That’s how I feel about the service provided here at this location. Custumer care is exceptional. I do not really have words to express gratitude to the staff! From the front desk staff to the doctors and assistants. You guys are doing such a good job with everyone! Blessings over you and this institution.

My experience with the Radiology department was top notch. I was an urgent “work into the schedule” but did not feel like a rushed patient. The team was thorough with my procedure. Most notably, my CAT scan tech, Diana. She had the best bed side manner, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She was kind and reassuring. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. Thank you, Diana!

Michelle P. is the most patient tech there is. I enjoyed the way she took care of me and made me feel very comfortable. She is what the company needs especially working in an environment where “bad news” is rendered some of of the time. She is a JEWEL 💎

I gave birth at Jersey City medical center 2 weeks ago, and let me tell you it was the most wonderful experience any first time mother could have!!! Labor and Delivery floor was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Made me feel safe, confident, cared for. If I could have the same group of people I would give birth a thousand more times- that's how good they made me feel. Special thanks to Ashley from Labor and Delivery, who was so kind and caring, so understanding and nice! Amazing people, amazing place! Thank you for giving me such a phenomenal experience I will never forget!❤️ Being kind goes such a long way in the most vulnerable moment in any women's life🙌🏻

Went in for an ultrasound today and I am very impressed! My tech was Stephanie, this is my second time with her and she is the most sweet, gentle and patient tech I’ve had. She was so thorough and took her time to explain to me what I was seeing and showed me literally every part of my growing baby. I had such a great experience with her I 10 out if 10 definitely recommend. ❤️

I went to have an ultra sound on June 14, I had a great experience from the front desk to the ultra sound technician. Ms Ma Marilyn’s who registered me is very pleasant, caring and highly respectful. I also spoke a with her co worker Ms Sylvia who is as sweet , kind and lovely. They both were patiently and happily answering and helping . When I went to do my ultra sound , Mr John was very caring , patient and precisely doing his job. I highly recommend this place , thanks a lot for the great team and great attitude.😊😊🙏🙏🙏

Monica at the Women's Health is amazing! She keeps me calm and in good spirits while being monitored. I love her energy early in the morning. Monica always checks in and asks how you are doing / feeling and takes the time to listen. I also like how she keeps me informed with what she is doing or about to do before she starts to monitor me and baby. I know she genuinely cares about me because of the way she treats while I am in her care. I am so glad she is part of the team that keeps me and baby healthy and safe.

I had the best experience possible. Wait time wasn’t long and everything was very efficiently done. My radiologist was amazing, Michelle P! She was super sweet, kind, and gentle. I was fortunate enough to have her for this first experience. I appreciate this place for having such a great staff.

Today was my second visit at the Cristie Kerr Women’s Health Center and I must say I really love this place. The moment you walk in they make you feel like family. Today I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michelle as my ultrasound tech and she made me feel really comfortable and walk me through the entire visit. We spoke about life and ever changing world and truly connected with her. She is amazing. Made me feel right at home.

Dr Danny Ortiz is the best pediatrician I have ever meet! I’m so happy I found him. He is thorough with his answers, makes me feel at ease, answering all my questions. Gives me examples of situations. Ask me as many questions as possible. Treats my child with so much love and care. Dr Danny Ortiz is hands-down one of the best Pediatrician I have ever found. I wish I had known about him when I had my first daughter in 2019. Also nurse Tristan and Shanise are hands down the best! They are so attentive and so nice and respectful they make me feel at ease.❤️🙏🏻

My father was in the ICU for a couple days and I would really like to thank and recognize Dennis . He was absolutely amazing when it came to helping my father. Others in the ICU were a big help as well but Dennis I felt like went out his way to make sure he was as comfortable as he could possibly be. As for the rest of his time here , it wasn’t the best care but I’m still thankful for everyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Sunny is so kind and made sure everything was in order. He called me a few times to make sure I was all set. Diana was my tech and Brian was my nurse. Both were patient, professional, kind, competent. I felt I was in really good hands and I appreciated that they kept me apprised of what was happening and were respectful of my requests. I’ve been super impressed with the team at JCMC. You all are setting the right tone there, for sure

Michelle P Ultrasound technician was awesome. I had to get a diagnostic ultrasound and a diagnostic mammogram. I was very nervous. Michelle made me very comfortable. I cannot say enough how awesome she was. Should I ever have to do this process again, Michelle is who I would like to take care of me. Thank you so much. You are great at what you do.

Dr. Zia, Sylvia, Malissa, and entire staff are amazing! We switched vascular doctors and are so happy with the services received. Front desk was amazing, helpful absolutely so nice! They made us feel like long term patients after meeting them for the first visit. Both doctors were thorough and compassionate. Spent time with us and explained everything we needed to know!

Thank you to the staffs at JCMC for their quick response when my mom came in for a CVA. Our hospital stay was accompanied by lots of staff visits, who answered all our questions. I would like to give a special shout-out to the JCMC Rehabilitation Department at RWJ Barnabas Outpatient Services at Exchange Place for their care and support as my mom recovers from the CVA. Thank you to Mrs. Chelsea K who is my mom occupational therapist for being so helpful and supportive. Thank you to speech therapist Mrs. Brittany S who saw us in the hospital and has helped improved her speech and cognitive functions. One last shoutout to the Elizabeth who is the patient care coordinator for her amazing personality. She is really happy to see different patients when they are checking in for therapy sessions and scheduling appointments. Overall, thank you for everyone help!!

Amazing experience every time I come for my follow ups appointments. The whole staff is professional and caring. Fast service... Coming here for many years and it's always comfortable and easy.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, including people at the front desk and the technologist Krishna. The only issue was that when I called to make an appointment, I was told to go to the wrong building, and after arriving, I waited there for 15-20 minutes because I checked in online and didn't know I was supposed to be in the main building. Also, it turned out that I was scheduled only for one part of an ultrasound from my doctor's order, so I’ll have to go back to finish it, which I'm not happy about. But other than that, I had a great experience, and I have no complaints regarding the Radiology Department staff with whom I interacted when I was there. That's why I'm leaving 4 stars.

Service is good, the entire colony plaza specialty clinic team was amazing, patient, and very courteous. The front desk were kind and pleasant. Absolutely wonderful team, not like other offices. Marc, Shanice, Gabby, Noemi, and Melissa we outstanding. Thank you so much!

I just want to give a huge thanks to all of the staff, doctors, and nurses here at this hospital. Not one bad experience with anyone who had to deal with me. I was induced on Saturday 07/29 and didn’t give birth until 07/31 through a C Section. It was an extremely complicated labor and every nurse and doctor I’ve had were there for me, kind, motivating, and never left my side. I’ve never had that kind of treatment at a hospital before and considering my time there within itself because of my labor was traumatic it definitely eased the feeling I had. Starting a very complicated healing process, I was in there for 5 days recovering. They helped me through so much and were so incredibly patient with me. I appreciate them so much and never stop treating people with the care you do. You don’t know how much of a difference it makes for us especially with the risks of postpartum depression after birth. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Shah and Staff nurse Beatriz, scheduler Malissa and Sylvia at the front desk were so professional and polite. The office is kept clean and Dr. Shah is very thorough, he takes his time to explain and he has a great sense of humor. I was very nervous going in to the office but when I left I felt very relaxed and knowledgeable. The whole team gets 5 stars from me.

Hospital is not the place you want to go, but this hospital is definitely one of the best I’ve been to thus far. I was having a stomachache and went to the ER fearing it might be appendicitis. The staffs at ER front desk were super attentive and asked a lot of details to understand my symptoms. I did not wait long before they called my name and directed to one of the rooms. The nurse came in and asked again my symptoms and told me to get a CAT scan and blood test. He was very friendly and told me not to worry. The result came out fine and I was able to leave. I spent maybe around 7 hours total but overall the process was smooth and they all treated me very nicely. Thank you so much for taking care of me on that day. I hope I would not go back but can’t say anything negative about the ER!

I had Michelle P for an ultrasound and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. Her bedside manner was unmatched. I’ve had several pelvic ultrasounds which can be uncomfortable, but not with the right tech. She was awesome!!

Just visited today, super friendly doctors and nurses, received a special gift and a carnations flower for breast cancer month. Thanks a lot to doctor Lerma and Michelle in suite 110. Hope everyone stay safe and in health:)

Don’t go to their emergency room. It’s been 6 hours and we are still waiting to be treated. They don’t have any facilities or staff to handle even 3-4 emergency patients. They have changed the emergency room defination to a doctors clinic. 3rd world countries have better services than this emergency room.

The Jersey City Medical Center outpatient Services at Colony Plaza is excellent. The level of service is outstanding! The ladies taking care of registration and front desk are welcoming, attentive and accommodating. I have never had an appointment where you are seen at the exact scheduled time. In addition, Dr. Gadhvi was AMAZING! Very personable, thorough, has all the information/results beforehand and explains in detail the findings, causes and solutions and does it without rushing. Once again, I have NEVER had a doctor be so informative and with such great bedside manners. I was so impressed I made and appointment for my son, who was equally impressed. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Actually 20 (10 from my son).

This place was great, the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly! For being a father for the first time it truly was a great experience. The room and overall cleanliness was well maintained. Heather was the one that took care of us and made the experience of the ultrasound the 5 stars this place deserves.

Coming to the area for a Brest ultrasound. The staffs are friendly and quick on the flow the get u see the doctors. I had Cindy F. for the ultrasound and Cristie Kerr for the imaging. They are both very nice, warm greeting, professional and patient in answering questions. Recommend this place!

I had a ultrasound and mammogram at the Christie Kerr Imaging Center and Michelle (Ultrasound) and Lerma V (Mammogram) made it the most comfortable experience I've ever had. I came in nervous and left at ease. I will recommend every I know go here and ask for Michelle and Lerma V.

The WAIT!!!! Registration really takes their time. They basically chit-chat more than check patience in! Arrive an hour before your appointment to be on time.

I had an amazing experience at Jersey City Medical Center in the high risk pregnancy department. I absolutely love the staff! My ultrasound technician, Stephanie is always thorough every visit. She ensures that I’m comfortable and answers all of my questions. The RN, Monica that sets me up for the NST is amazing as well. I always have a pleasant experience and highly recommend the facility for expecting moms!

My mother has been a patient in the cancer infusion center and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it! My mom sees Dr.Cruz and he has been nothing but amazing, patient, kind, and personable. And not just him, all the nurses and workers really treat my mother kindly, with love and respect which has been SO important and helpful to my moms recovery. Even though it's a bit of a trip for my mom to go here, her and my family do not want to take her anywhere else because of the type of care and treatment she has been receiving here. Thank you to all the workers at this center, they have mine and my family's sincere thanks.

I had two appointments. Got there and I was in and out. They was really good and friendly. One of the workers her name is Michelle P. She is one of the Ultrasound Tech. We talk, laugh she really made feel comfortable and relaxed cause I did came in a little nervous. Thank u for making me feel at ease.

My imaging technician Diana was absolutely wonderful she went above and beyond my expectations. I was treated amazingly well. Holly was able to get my IV without any problem she was patient and took her time. I would like to thank each of the employees for their professional courteous and outstanding service!

Got my ultrasound done by Michelle P. She was efficient and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. I also appreciate that she had radiology review it right then which takes a big weight off me. Everyone here was very nice and patient despite dealing with big volume of people. Overall had positive experience here:)

Between the booking process with the staff, being treated with the attending physician, and booking for a follow-up has been nothing but smooth! Not only were scheduling staff pleasant over the phone but even more phenomenal in person! The attending physician was very compassionate towards my daughter when she cried because she needed to have her arm casted. Maria and Victor... Thank you so much for walking me through the scheduling process! I highly recommend this place! Patience with children is key!

The team at the Cristie Kerr Center, starting with Ana, Amelia and Latonya were pleasant, welcoming, very professional and attentive to details. I had an issue with my script. The team shared with me that my script was not completed and I could not have my procedures done on that day, needed to speak with my doctor and reschedule my appointment. I did everything as instructed by the team and was able to get another appointment for the next week. The technologists, Lerma and Ryan made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my procedures. They were not just going through the motion of doing their jobs of servicing a patient, they displayed their knowledge and professionalism of their jobs by answering any questions I had, but also showing they cared!! Having a team that is experienced, knowledgeable and showing they care about what they do as well as the patient, made my experience great!!

We need more techs like Michelle P. Ultrasound, I can’t find the words to express how professional and amazing she is , she made sure I was comfortable and made sure she took all images needed to help me with my concerns. She is amazing 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I had my first appt here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and professional. There wasn't a long wait at all. Diana (CT Scan Tech) was such a pleasure to have through this procedure. She was sweet, caring and informative to any questions or concerns I had. She definitely helped make me feel comfortable and calm during my visit. It was a pleasure.

Michelle P in ultrasound was phenomenal. She explained everything she did every step of the way and treated me like family. I came to Occupational Therapy for the treatment of hand pain during postpartum. My OT Kristen is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. She did lots of different hand exercises with me and applied various techniques including taping my hands to help speed up my recovery. When Kristen was tied up with other patients, the other therapist Chelsea helped out with the exercise setup. Both of the girls are fun, patient and attentive, which makes you feel welcome and not judged. I went from dropping the milk bottles every day to be able to lift the baby reasonably pain-free. Kristen has given back the range of motion I once had in my hand. I highly recommend seeing Kristen for your rehabilitation needs.

I am very happy with the physical therapy I received at this clinic. The staff Mathew ,Violeta was courteous and helpful, and they made me feel welcome. My therapist Jessica and Natalie (PTA) was skilled and experienced, and she helped me regain my strength. she also taught me how to prevent future pain and maintain my health. I am very grateful for her care and guidance. This is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever been to. Thank you for your wonderful service! 😊

I will give -5 star 🌟 if l could l visited JCMC ER at 340pm with my 7yo he had a fever of 104 and SOB. They kept us out waiting for almost 4 hours. My son was triaged at around 740. And we were sent out to wait. Me waiting was not an issue the problem was people came after me and were taken care of before me. I had to leve after waiting another 1 hour after triage. Don't take you sick child here the will sufer waiting for help.5 hours later no doctor saw my child. The security guy was very disrespectful. And they still want my 7$ for parking. I left at 9pm l couldn'twait there anymore. And of course as soon as l left 15 min later the nurse calls me. She says my son fever is not high emergency thats why l had to wait that long 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ somewhere else please.

Ms.Dottie Checked me in and she was so nice and friendly I made a mistake and left my prescription in the car which I parked a 10 min walk away from the facility and she saved me from walking all the way back in the cold snow & Ms.Dawn who did my registration was really nice as well :) The facility was really clean and organized
