its just a jungle full of fun for my family , we had a great time , price are reasonable and worth the trip ,walking , learning and having the best time guided tour was awesome for the kids and adults , sea lion made most of my day...

We were there for Holiday Cheer event. Lines for food and drinks were long but the zoo was set up so beautifully with lights and animal lanterns throughout. Holiday music playing made it quite a festive evening as we celebrated my husband's bday.

Nice place to visit with your children and have a good time with them. By the way, it is the "Wildlife ConseRvation Society". ;)

This place will always be a great place to take my kids too. They never leave dissappointed.

They finally opened more of their exhibits. Still the same problems with needing tickets ordering in advance. Dinosaur safari not what it used to be, no camel rides.

BEAUTIFUL

I have been buying the Family Zoo Plus membership since 2010. Every year it would go up a small amount. This membership used to include the Aquarium & Parking for the Bronx Zoo . I paid $215 in 2019. Then Covid came. To renew now the price for the same membership is $289.00. That is a huge increase. They try to make the membership look low now because they list the prices individually. Membership $178.50 + Aquarium $85.+ Parking 25.50. Before everything was included for a much lower price.

DO NOT GO!! HALF ANIMALS WERE NOT THERE!!!

Great little zoo type of a place for my kiddos. My 3 year old absolutely loved it. It's just right for the small kids. An hour and a half here followed by lunch, you have a guaranteed nap later.

Their customer service reps are incredibly unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. They should be embarrassed.
