New development that houses cool stores like Microcenter, Bed Bath and Beyond, so far great customer experience in each of the stores I entered. Very industry feel inside, obviously befitting the theme of the neighborhood. Very spacious in there, has free parking available and Amazon is also in the building where you could return things (depending on the order and return option), but it is entered through a side entrance on 3rd Ave.

I enjoyed my visit there. Bed-Bath-Beyond was cool, that's where I shopped, they got a Saks 5th Avenue , too. They got a pizza stand as you walk in to your left if you get hungry, they got parking, elevators, escalators, they pretty much got it all, even a bike rack to lock up your bike.

I used to love this place. It had the retailers me and my wife prefer to shop, but recently Bed Bath & Beyond, World Market, and BuyBuy Baby closed their stores. Now only the Saks OFF remaining. Let's see which brands come back to this place in the future.

The only store open was Saks Off 5th Ave, which had it's own entrance. The main entrance to the Mall was closed.

This is our go-to place for home goods and supplies (and the occasional retail therapy). Bed, Bath & Beyond is always well-stocked and has excellent customer service, and there are always great finds at World Market and Saks Fifth Ave. Micro Center is also reliable for electronic items. Parking is easy and free of charge, and restrooms are clean.

This is among the best developments in Brooklyn’s Industry City. The addition includes retail locations for MicroCenter, Off Saks 5th Avenue, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus and several others. They also have ample parking, elevators and escalators.

Wide open space in this mini mall type setting. It wasn't crowded here when I was shopping in the early afternoon of a Saturday. It looks to be well maintained. convenient ! parking, not crowded, useful stores.

Great, beautiful transformation of old unused industrial building to retail shopping and restaurants. Needs to utilize all the floors. Ample parking, for now.

Has potential. I remember when I visited before covid there were many stores and eateries now everything is closing down and is there even a reason to come visit anymore. I hope more stores open soon.

Don't go anywhere else this is the place for any of your electronic needs. I needed help building a pc on a budget and this guy with orange hair (sorry I forget his name) helped me step by step explaining why he recommends certain products and explaining to me what each one of them do. He loves his job and he's really good at it. I can't recommend this place enough. 10 stars 🌟

Brooklyn grange did an event here. The views and rooftop farm were amazing. They limited tickets so it wasn’t crowded. But the food and drinks were just okay. They ran out of things quickly and although the concept was so dope, it just fell short.

Had a variety of stores inside which included Bed, Bath and Beyond - Cost Market, which reminds me of a Pottery Barn - Buy Buy Baby and Saks 5th ave Off the Avenue. There is also Table 87, which created Coal Oven Pizza.

Quiet new park in development good for walking, watching the river, playing soccer and a short bicycle ride on the paths. Not much parking.

Depressing. All food outlets save one went bust (and they were super expensive, especially for the gritty industrial area and the mall's bargain outlets). The lone remaining is a pizzeria staffed by high school kids serving $8 slices pre-prepped elsewhere. The only gem in the area is the Microcenter next door.

Visited SakaOff 5th. Large inventory but no petite selection. Purchased a few items for myself and a friend whose birthday is coming soon. Very sociable and efficient sales associates. Love the quality of items that I purchased. I will return before fall to check out new inventory.Plenty of parking.

Great place! Always coming here with my family. Its always clean, and full of fun things to see and explore. Will be coming back whenever in the area. WorldMarket is the best! Hands down.

Mostly come here for MicroCenter but nice to have a Bed Bath and Beyond too.

Besides the stores you gotta try Bay Market Kitchen. Great daily specials which are high quality meals. They also have a great Draft Beer selection. It's nice to kick it there after or before shopping. You can catch NFL games on Sundays too. Great service and they have it figured out with the food. I am there almost every other weekend. Wife and kids love it.

Was my first time visiting this place. It's great, great stores. None of the food establishment/s were open though. You can clearly see things have really switched to online shopping so it wasn't crowded, which is a good thing if you're there.

Love these old warehouses that have been converted into shops, food courts, restaurants and outdoor seating areas. World Market, B B & B, Buy Buy Baby, Harmon Stores and Off Fifth are located in one building. There are other buildings housing well known retailers like West Elm, Porcelania, ABC Carpets, Lilac Chocolates and many other small stores. Love this place!

  • 5/5 Cecilia C. 2 years ago on Google
Bed Bath and Beyond always has what I want. The store is kept very clean and the associates are friendly. World Market on the same floor has lots to offer as well.

Close to the Bensonhurst area and offers a few places to shop inside the mall and nearby. I like this spot because of Bed Bath & Beyond. It's on the 2nd fl., but not as big as the other locations. Also inside is the World Market and a clothing store called Fifth Avenue. Bonus is there are bathrooms available which are clean. A few blocks away on 37th Street is a Petco which is pretty good, and they offer grooming services ( located on their 2nd level). At some point they're supposed to open a vet clinic. Also Costco is across the street from Petco.

Good mix of stores plus good court. On the waterfront spread across several buildings. Nice on a nice day. Not so much on a not so nice day. Easily subway accessible but there's also a large parking lot.

One of my fave spots in BK. Always plenty of parking, no long lines. Staff always pleasant in all stores. It's clean and well ran. Bravo!!!

A great place to shop. Stores are well kept and usually fully stocked. Clean an spacious. My only complaint is that the limited eateries have been shut down due to the pandemic. I hope they will be back in the future. I also hope the cooking demonstrations / classes return. Those were a lot of fun.

Ok I mean it is nice but not super super special.

  • 2/5 David A. 1 year ago on Google
It has declined over the years. Most stores are closing or will close soon. It'll be a ghost mall in a few months. It has potential. Pro: clean bathrooms, escalators, stairs, and elevators. Take a selfie with the life-size bronze Captain America statue. Huge free parking lot 10 minutes from d, n, and r subway.

This was my favorite place to get home goods and baby stuff. Now that bed bath and beyond business like world market, buy buy baby, and harmon went down with them it’s really sad.

I have been to Micro Center many times for their competitive prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Today I visited several other stores, and there were clean and organized. Word Market has very good prices and good selection.

The exterior of the plaza is a modern architectural marvel, with its sleek glass facade reflecting the surrounding urban landscape. The entrance welcomes you with a grand lobby, adorned with contemporary artwork and stylish furnishings. The atmosphere is lively, with people bustling about, engaged in business conversations and transactions. Once inside, you'll find yourself in a vast space filled with a myriad of businesses and industries. The layout is well-organized, with multiple floors and interconnected corridors that provide a seamless flow of movement throughout the complex. The ceilings are high, allowing ample natural light to filter in, creating an open and airy feel.

There is a lot to do and eat, but COVID-19 has greatly reduced the number of businesses. The eateries are far fewer than pre COVID. I have enjoyed the Japanese food and culture building, and World Market is a great place for all sorts of household goods. The plaza is a short walk from the N or R at 36th street subway station.

It's been going downhill for a while now and I think it's because there doesn't seem to be any money put into this property to attract guests and ensure their safety. There's a single security guard for the other Saks door and one upstairs for Bed Bath and Beyond. We're supposed to rely on them to enforce any parking regulations whenever taxis park in the expectant mothers spots.

  • 1/5 Andrew S. 1 year ago on Google
Shocked that this place has an average star rating of above 4. The bathrooms have been down for weeks. Can’t they clean them? How long does that take? And one day the elevator and escalator were both out of order. The only good thing is parking space for pregnant women.

I love this place. It's so convenient. I do wish that they would open their food court. At present you can only get pizza here. They really need to open the restaurant or convert it into another fast food provider.

I came her looking for a baby carrier for my 2 month old son and to garb him some clothes. I loved the fact that the store was no confusing it was easy to find what I was looking for. It took me awhile to find a store associate to assist me but when I did they were able to help with what I needed making my shopping experience great. I was in and out .
