I place an order with Uber eats I also placed an order for a large caramel frappe and I paid for each extra pumps of caramel. It’s super annoying when you order food with Uber eats and you pay for everything you want and you don’t receive it. Chicken nuggets no sweet-and-sour sauce, cold frozen french fries, and back to my frappe I bought two drinks a sprite and a frappe there is no frappe in my bag. The fries look like someone played in it and sent it to me. I’m definitely not eating any of this. Between Uber eats and McDonald’s please find my refund.

Ordered from this location after work the other night they false advertise that there 24 /7 they are not they lock doors at 1 with customers inside and have everyone waiting hours for food. when i got to the counter the girl serving had a stink attitude saying the order not there when I've been waiting from 12- 4:40 and had to go home with no food because she didn't want to even look and waisted my whole night this location is very unprofessional I will not spend any more money here and I'll be sure to tell friends and family to skip this location to avoid the terrible experience until y'all get better employees the employees you have are just liabilities and your location might end up closing down because of them hood luck

Service is ridiculously slow. With that said, they've never messed up my order. I always say "no pickles" and I've never had them on there (which is remarkable)

really awesome mcdonald's here. got stuck in the storm waiting too long for a train, got blessed with a double nugget monster. the service was nice when they replaced my sauce to the proper one i ordered. the big mac had perfect toasted bread. and the fries were alright , per usual. soda perfectly bubbly

They’re fast but tend to not be accurate, like you have to double check your meal before leaving because they usually just forget something. The meals are always fresh though😜👍🏾

“Large fries” ordering is easy, you can use the kiosks. Food was very quick. Not a lot of seating, most of them were closed off. Service seems ok, nothing horrible but the value was disappointing

The place was immaculate the customers were being served smooth. I went outside to see how fast the drive up window was moving along and that was smooth and to top it off the place smells and looks really cool.

McDonald's franchises tend to have a large range between excellent and horrible service, this specific location has horrible service. I can't speak of every employee but for the most part, the ones who I've dealt with are very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Don't go here, it should be shut down. The locations on Atlantic Ave and Eastern Pkwy are 1000% better.

This was in my book the worst McDonald's besides Flatbush. But only because the guard in and before 2019 was a pig. Finally, they listened. I went in out of desperation and the guard was from another company. He was a Saint, and will never know how much he helped me. I will now go in more often. Because of the guard on Oct 11 at 930-1030. God bless you.

Okl spot but not when kids let out of school. Gets crowded fast at that time. Workers seem to have chips on their shoulders. No one wants to work anymore, just get a check I guess. To each his own...

The security made the atmosphere there very tense for people . Not in a good way. . Almost like she was antagonizing people to confront her . And she also was swearing out loud . Because I told her that I was in the midst of ordering. . Then she got into it with another customer. She’s not wearing a security uniform that say she’s Security. Since I feared a situation to escalate I left the business without even ordering. She’s unprofessional she’s holding her phone constantly recording people. . Wearing all black and not identifying yourself .

Tried to pick up my order Check-In# NX61-2271644, Order# 1621. Waited for more than 30 min, never got my order I paid for in the mobile app. Do not recommend this location for mobile orders. Reached out to support and opened a ticket but refund has never been provided.

Hard to hear & understand staff working drive thru to take order request. One of the happy meals was missing a toy. You know how stressful a disappointed 3 yr old can be? Do better staff.

Once I figured out where to place my order the service was pretty quick. I opted to use the order kiosk, which failed to give me a receipt but the cashier's on duty were able to help me figure out my order number and got my order done swiftly. I was there for the after school crowd so it was a bit noisy but beyond that the order was done correctly and I would go back again.

It’s a little difficult to see in the photos but this place is absolutely dirty. Literally 9:30 am with many staff working but yet no one cleaned the restaurant. I was even uncomfortable and grossed out sitting in this store 🤮

Service was fast. The attendant was pleasant. The only thing, the floor was very dirty. It looked like there were a few spills that weren't cleaned up, and there was alot of foot traffic through it.

The employees here are actually so nice and helpful. What I hate is that every time I go here they seriously under fill my fries which is so annoying.

Ordered fish filet and cheeseburger via drive through and headed off. Thought I was just eating an abnormal dry area of the fish filet.....but nope. No cheese. No tartar sauce. Legit just filet. Cheeseburger smushed. Prices going up and quality, even for MD going down.

They are very unhelpful and have no interest in being of service. Rude and dismissive. Not 24 hours as they advertise. The app does not work past 11 and they seem to have no rationale behind it. Also apparently someone was killed here?! So take that information ad you will…

Their environment was not so clean but not so dirty their food is good I go there all the time if I ever want McDonald's one time when I got delivery the Dasher ate my food but other than that I never had a problem

I am your client, I came here to eat. I want to go to the toilet, do I have to wait a long time for the door to the toilet to be opened for me, which is closed? this is McDonald's, not the White House and not the Kremlin. Ugliness. It is unacceptable! Shame on you?! This is a sign of a third world country. Even in Russia there is no such thing!

HORRIBLE SERVICE..VERY GHETTO ..there are a few nice staff members but most of them are very ghetto and does not represent the franchise well at all. Management is just as worse. Staff members are known to try to tussle with customers as well. Restrooms are never clean unless early morning. if I could fire the entire store and rehire PROFESSIONAL people then I would do so gladly. Also NEVER order UberEats from this location unless you want a cold and INACCURATE order.

The lady who took my order through the drive through was very rude. The food was hot and fresh but they changed the apple pie. Didn't get to eat it so I'm not sure if it tastes the same

I was craving a Big Mac, so I decided to stop in. The young lady that took my order was very nice and patient with all of her customers. Be prepared to wait for your order since it gets a little busy here and the waiting area is small.

So rude even the managers are rude. I go all the way to the McDonald’s close to home just so I don’t have to deal with their ghetto attitudes. It would be easier since they are along my route but I rather patronize those that are professional.

I fall there September 8th 2022 I got surgery in my lower back and knee because of that , this McDonald close, the place went to remodeling the place the next day erasing all evidence, non of the employees ask me if I was ok, smh

Such a shame… I’m not sure if this mc Donald’s is managed by teenagers, but it’s not managed with the customer in mind! It’s almost embarrassing that after all these years, the only thing that changed is the aesthetic, but management is still stuck in the 90s. Especially seeing how most of the food chains in the area has failed…. It’s starting to make sense the mom and pop shops are the focus, because this franchise is still as rotten as it was when i went to high school over 14 years ago!

One of my go to McDonald's drive thru. They are fairly quick and the food always tastes fresh. I sometimes get my food and park in one of the parking spots to eat before I head out. The only thing I dislike about this location is the way to get in, Atlantic is a very busy street and sometimes you have to really aware and careful for oncoming traffic from cars and people before entering the drive thru.

Easily the dirtiest and most ghetto McDonald’s on Fulton. Employees literally are on their cell phones, floors are disgusting and violence at this location is insane. Avoid at all costs.

Probably the worst I've been to. The wait is ridiculous, by the time you get your food it's already cold and they give you an attitude because their so disorganized and can't handle the amount of online orders coming through as well as in person orders. They renovated to hide themselves instead of actually working. Awful awful awful.

Around 4/5 - The young girl in the front was too focused on conversations happening around her, she couldn’t get my order straight. The team needed help, orders were backed up & while she wasn’t doing anything, she was on her phone. The manager was able to clear the front, however my order was wrong.. I paid for 2 M drinks and was given 2 S instead. After waiting 25 min, I was just over it all & did not check until I got home. There needs to be more order/structure.

I just came back home from McDonalds.It was close to 5am in the morning.The doors were not open yet.There was a lady who wanted to go inside the McDonald's to get her breakfast that she ordered on the app.This is suppose to be a 24 hour McDonald's and the keywords are "24 hour McDonald's" which means that it should open all hours.While I was waiting outside,there was a man getting his order inside of of the restaurant.I don't know if he was a coworker or a "close friend" of one of the workers.He was getting his order and yet people were waiting outside for it to open.As the man was going outside,he told about one or two guys that McDonald's is not open yet I know that the McDonald's has been there for a very long time.It is indeed a stable in the community.I understand completely how much the area has mean to the neighborhood.I would think that when you have something that is open 24 hours,it would open all the time.Back in the day when McDonald's on Throop Avenue and Fulton Street would open at 6 in the morning, they don't always open in time.They would open at 6:15 or even 6:45 in the morning.Being the type of person who is an early bird,I hate tardiness When I found out that it would open 24 hours,I was happy because I can go get breakfast or lunch anytime that I want.Not too long ago,I noticed that it was closed when I got there at 5 in the morning.I said that I won't go back. When I went there this morning it wasn't open at 5 in the morning which is unacceptable.There were several people who just want to put something in there stomachs because they were hungry.To be honest if someone went to McDonald's in Downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan,customers were not have to put up with tardiness or even BS. 24 hours mean 24 HOURS smh
