I ordered the red velvet latte. It is a very cute and adorable drink, bringing a smile to your face. However, the red velvet cream foam on the top is also very sweet, you could barely taste the coffee flavor. This drink tastes like a liquid dessert.

Seems like this place just runs in the background without minimal staff interference or interest. Understandable it was busy, but still the service was extremely slow. I was at the reception, the staff was working and didn't acknowledge for a while. Someone came to attend after 5 minutes. Got the small melon bingsoo. Wrong flavor but still the overall shaved iced, vanilla and other jelly combo was very basic. There was hardly any pleasing taste to it.

I ordered the strawberry shaved milk and thought it was great! It could’ve used more strawberry drizzle but the concept of shaved milk is amazing. The gummy rice cakes in the middle added a fun twist. The ice cream scoop on the top was a sweet touch. Beautiful presentation, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff!

Great location, great treats, and drinks to choose from. And the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Close to the parking garage. Great 1st stop of the day. I chose to have my desert 1st. It was delicious. I got a naughty caramel, which was amazing. As well as a ginger honey tea. Everything was perfect, and they had a clean bathroom.

I stopped at Sweet Moment with my husband before a fashion event for NYFW on a Saturday night because I was starving! We each got a different type of cheesecake and an espresso. The cheesecake was creamy, and the espresso did the trick. I also loved the calming decor. Plants are always a good idea, and so is stopping at Sweet Moment :)

Cute Korean cafe. Good drinks, great dessert menu, and the prices are on point. Inside is deceivingly expansive with lots of seating, but it does tend to fill-up.

A nice dessert shop that has a clean interior with wifi and ambient music. The drinks and desserts here are a bit pricey but are delicious. Good place to work/study or just hang out.

The prices are slightly steep but the items here are kind of unique so it’s understandable. I got a red velvet coffee and the art on it was super cute. The coffee is kind of cold when you get it which I don’t mind but keep that in mind if you don’t like cold coffee. I also got the matcha cheesecake bingsu, which was super good, I don’t have anything to say about it except that you should get it. There were only two people working there and I think they definitely needed help because everything too a while to come out and the barista seemed very overworked.

Nice vibe here, can come here grab a drink and do some work. They have a few different types of options depending on what you’re feeling. Pricing here is decent, not too crazy but not cheap either. They have cute drinks with the art over it which tasted good with cold brew but I cant say the same about the milk tea.

Sweet Moment has been one of my favorite desserts spot in Chinatown. I ordered their red velvet Creamart Milktea and Nutella banana waffle. The interior is very cute. The service was good, food didn't take long to arrive. Look how cute are their desserts.

We came here a lot cause we like their food. But I feel like they are being sneaky now. Today we came and ordered large melon shaved ice as usual and they were like: we don’t have large but we have small. I asked isn’t that just the same thing and the waiter said: you see this large one takes a lot more stuff than the small one, it’s almost 4 times of the small one. (But the large one is only 2x the price of the small one😃). So you trying to get me less stuff with me paying more money 💰????? That’s just wired why don’t you just raise the price?

Cute dessert place! I removed a star for atmosphere because I went during a busy time and it was a bit annoying to be asked when we’d be done by other customers so they could sit. I chose the matcha milk tea and the large matcha-strawberry bingsoo.

This sweet little cafe is absolutely adorable. I really love their matcha ice-cream which is not super sweet and has a strong flavor. The Creamart Matcha with black milk tea is really cute and a perfect drink. I have tried their Matcha & Cheesecake, Mango & Cheesecake and the Melon Bingsoo, which are great. The Matcha & Strawberry waffle is also delicious.

I found this cafe on Google and was immediately drawn to it for unique latte art drinks, cute decorations, and positive reviews. It did not disappoint! Sweet Moment is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Chinatown!! The service is always excellent and the staff is really kind. I've been going for years and never disappointed. I also wanna give a shoutout to the guy with the purple shorts and glasses who works there. I ordered a milk tea with latte art and asked if I could get a cat for the art. He took my order and was more than happy to help me with my request. He was really nice about it and it turned out amazing!

Sweet Moment is an adorable spot to grab a dessert with friends! I remember coming here on my very first trip to NYC back in 2018 and even years later, it was just as cute as I remembered. What we got: - Mango Cheesecake Bingsu - Matcha Kremee Final Thoughts: Cute drinks and desserts. The Kremee comes cold and is essentially milk tea topped with a cute design. The bingsu was also okay but I've had better elsewhere. You're really coming for the vibes.

there was no customer service. we asked the person if THEY were ready to take our order. we just had banana pudding and a cheesecake match drink. my cousin had a hot drink but there’s nothing special about this place. with so many competitors offering a personable experience or are eager to earn your business, this place fell short.

I had the matcha cheesecake bingsoo and was pleasantly surprised by how well the various flavors blended and complimented each other for a delicious experience. I also had a tiramisu latte, which was quite good as well.

Fun vibes walking in, lots of table space to sit but you'll have to share when it comes to the larger tables. Plenty of desserts to be found in the desert book. And I was totally admiring the K-Pop wall of the recent and popular artists featured by fan pics. This visit I had the black sesame shaved ice and the matcha with strawberries over a waffle. Both desserts were delicious and a bit pricey but it was good. Service was mostly at the counter and they were very pleasant at that. Note store hours as they are not open late. Best time to go is in the afternoon or early evening before close.

Amazing shaved ice and pastries with a great selection of sandwiches, macarons, coffee, lattes and tea. Prices are decent ($10 sandwiches and shaved ice), the right sweetness (lower than American/European pastries), they have a pretty good ambience with nature themes and tons of indoor seating. Would definitely come back. I had the melon shaved ice and it was exquisite. The ice was fluffy and light and the paired really well with the soft melon balls and vanilla ice cream. They also added crispy bits which really given nice textural variation with each spoon which was quite enjoyable. I also had the Earl grey pudding with chocolate on top and that the too was really good.

The food and desserts are overpriced, but this is still a cute cafe to chill in if you're in the area. I tried the caramel bingsoo and the actual "shaved ice" part of the dessert didn't have any caramel flavor in it, only the ice cream scoop on top had flavor. I did still enjoy it overall, but that is definitely something to consider. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Great hangout, date, and catch-up spot. They are only limiting wifi to weekdays, so not ideal for weekend study spots, but it's probably a way to limit the people staying too long. Such a cute Korean cafe! I love the bear drinks here but the size of the cup is literally a shot glass. Seating is hard to find on weekends and you kinda just have to stand there like finding a seat during rush hour subways.

There's definitely been a sweet moment or two generated by this amazing shop. The desserts are amazing and delicious. There is a wide selection of desserts from cakes to tiramisu to cookies to macrons. Also, don't get me started on the Gelato. We purchased the peanut butter and chocolate and it was heavenly. It was so decadent and creamy. I highly recommend this place after dinner.

This place has lovely shaved ice. It’s not drenched in sugar or condensed milk. You can add it yourself. I love the fruity melon one! The large is enough for 3-4 people. Tastes great. Bathroom is included. Nice added feature in the heart of Chinatown.

Oh my word!! I wanted to try the cafe art here. I requested a cat, and it is so cute 🤩 I got the milk tea with matcha foam. The matcha foam is a little bitter, while the milk tea is sweet so they compliment each other really well. The guy who made the drink was super nice and the place itself has a lovely ambiance, definitely recommend!
