The atmosphere is amazing, they ask to see your vaccination card. They have private rooms and a main room. For the private room you pay for the tails you spend, the main room they have a bar, you pay $2 per song you want to sing.

How empty is this place... post pandemic charging $3 per song when you buy 4 drinks. Used to get 4 Kareoke tickets, but now not even one. Lots of money lost. Left after first round. Goodluck competing with 4 boho in the West Village if anyone is willing to take a quick ride for cheap drinks and kareoke ticket per drink.

So.... I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO RADIO STAR!!! I personally do not make reviews (yet rely so heavily on them when booking new services *go figure*). My family and I went to RadioStar on 11/21 and the service was AMAZING!! *warning very long review* Before the COVID changes I reserved this room a month in advance. They kept in contact with me and it was very good service. When changes came due to the limit of people they called as well! I had a party that was going to be large but it all worked out. They used great covid measures that I respected so much! So now to the food! Those Korean wings were soooooo good that’s all I could talk about and wish I bought a to go order but I was enjoying my time sooo much. The shots (have no idea what was given but I’m getting it again lol). There was a small glitch and they even took the time to stop the clock and “reimburse” us for it with scallion pancakes, which was BOMB! I truly liked that bc as a business owner the slightest inconvenience to my customer is the upmost importance to fix and move on. My family enjoyed it so much they want to do it again. It was our first Karoke experience and it won’t be our last!!! The employees were also funny and so cool to talk to. I truly can’t find anything that was wrong! This experience meant so much to me bc it was a “family reunionish” moment for Us and RadioStar excelled! Everyone that missed it was jealous and once things are better COVID wise for NYC. My family will make this a routine activity. Thank you soooooooo much RadioStar and the RadioStar Team Definitely give RadioStar a shot. I couldn’t have asked for a better night. - Gigi

Karaoke-wise our experience was good, but I’d only give 3 stars for one particularly condescending male staff at the front desk. He treated us like we were his students and was trying to educate us about how their meticulous reservation system worked… Very important stuff. All the other staff seem fed up with him as well, but were unwilling to step in. Other than that, drinks and food were awesome and the song list was quite comprehensive as well.

Super fun with a group of friends and a private room. The staff were super attentive and really went above and beyond to make our special occasion amazing. We flew out to come here on a friends referral and were not disappointed. The staff even hooked it up with a bottle of bubbly for our engagement! Big shoutout to Danny who made our night awesome! We knew about him from our friends and were stoked he was working. Top notch guy!

Nice place. We had since trouble with the machine at the beginning, but once we figured out the remote, it was just great. Super fun singing in our private room. No need for books since you can scan and access a website with all the songs (but give people an excuse to be on their phones) Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

A fine karaoke spot in NYC. The bar was well stocked. The staff cleaned the mics between performances. The song selection was not as deep as I would've liked. Overall, showing up early, I got to sing quite a few songs!

Wanted to leave a review for Radio Star after being a customer here for a few years now. Originally from Cali but after friends introduced me to this place, I was obsessed. I can tell you it's always a good time. I want to give a special shout out to the bartenders because they are ALL AMAZING and very talented singers. Especially Amy! She is a real one. Amy and the staff always make it a great time for my friends and I and because of that, I decided to bring a group over to celebrate my 35th birthday. It was too much fun! Thank you Amy for always being so hospitable. Radio Star is good vibes all around. Thank you guys!

To me, Radio Star is a truly unique karaoke spot. They have their private rooms but what I really like is their open karaoke area where you can with other people in a communal space. The prices are a bit high though. Maybe it's because of their location which makes sense, but I still find it weird to have a highish price for drink and still charge you $3 per song. It's not something I'm used to. Most other ones have the higher priced drinks but you get a free song card when you order a drink. I didn't dislike the venue, I'll just be visiting less frequently.

I dropped in unexpectedly here in Korea town. Cute public karaoke, 3 dollars a song. Very decent sound system. Mostly pop music but they have some in Spanish. Kenna was super nice and the place is very cute with private rooms. Would come back!!

I came to a friend's function and Danny the big Asian guy who runs the place told me they were at capacity... not sure if he just didn't like me or was mad because my friend didn't make a reservation but it was upsetting. Eventually after a few people came out we got in... it was fun and lively because of the people and I got a few rounds. But that intro and Danny's rejection made me feel unwelcome. But it's a nice place.

I booked a private room here on a Saturday and had a great time. The drinks came out quickly and the staff was friendly. The song system was too hard but definitely took a bit to get used to. Overall, great experience and I would go back.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Was expecting to have a great time here as the reviews are generally good but had one of the worst times. A heavy set man of Asian decent gave my friends and I a hard time for no reason! He was unnecessarily rude and seemed like he just didnt want us there. My night was completely ruined. if you want to have a horrible time and waste your money then this place is for you.

I came here for my bday and had a blast. The staff were friendly and they helped me find my booth after I got lost going to the bathroom 😂. Perhaps I had been slightly over served. Only feedback I have is that there should be the song Dead Wrong by Notorious BIG on the playlist.

We had a blast celebrating a friend’s birthday at Radio Star! Their themed rooms are so cool, but the bar itself is also super neat. Very exciting space with fun decor. The drinks were great, and the service was excellent. They have a big selection of songs and also take requests in advance by email. We will be back for sure!!!

Karaoke is always a fun time. The server was attentive, the rooms were clean, and the mics were responsive. Keep in mind, the private room capacity is best at the lower end and the higher/max capacity may result in a tight fit. We booked a room that's 9-12 people and it just comfortably fit the 9 of us.

Me and my sister and best friend went there April 19,2022. The bartender Kenna is awesome and so sweet. She’s the best. We had a blast. It was mine and my sisters first Karaokeing and it was fun.

Atmosphere was divey and welcoming. Came after kitchen was closed, but got some delicious drinks. Karaoke sound was not the best, but the singers present were fire and that made up for it!

My favorite favorite place to have Karaoke in NYC. Rooms are spacious, microphones and sound system are high quality, Danny and the entire team are extremely accommodating, welcoming, and warm. Drinks are top notch!! Especially the open bar option! This place is must for locals and visitors in the heart of NYC!!

Fun decor and spacious rooms. But half the songs have prerecorded lead vocals on them. It’s really a mood killer when you have to skip your fav song. Also you can’t change the keys on the songs because the remotes glitch the system. And the guy tried to kick us out of our room 45 minutes before our reservation was scheduled to end. They seemed pretty disorganized.

Went here last night and had the best time ever!!! We booked a private room for 2 hours and then ended up getting and extra hour because we were having such a good time. Noah was our host and he was fantastic. Room was super clean & they had a great selection of songs. My only criticism would be that I wish they had a better snack menu. Overall it was great and we’ll definitely be going back here!

Has both bar and room karaoke. Song list could be easier to browse and could use an update but it has a surprising amount of Broadway songs I haven’t seen at other karaoke places

We booked a room at the last minute when another karaoke place in the area cancelled our reservations. The staff was attentive, kind and very communicative. The facilities are well decorated and kept clean. The only criticism I have is that they have more tambourines and shakers available. Apparently one party near our room was hogging them all I was told. Other that than minor note, I would highly recommend booking your next karaoke hang at Radio Star.

Amazing place. This is my karaoke go to spot, I love the stage karaoke. My only suggestion “make a man out of you” from Mulan, apparently crashes the system. Get this fixed. That song is a banger. Other wise 5/5. I do love this place so much. The best karaoke place period!

Came here for an event and it was a beautiful place! Super nerdy and open. Made it easy to socialize and sing in public

Went there this weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday. We reserved a private room, which was perfectly sized for our group. The reservation and the service were great. The song selection was expansive. It was a great night out.
