Worst experience EVER!!!! A hostel is more honest, CLEAN that this place! After making two payments through Agoda website, we arriving at the hotel at 1pm and I confirmed with the front desk guy if my reservation, he said that We could only check in at 4pm. So at 5pm we return and the secretary did not know wheres my reservation was and called the "owner". Thick, rude, and outrageous she said the payment had been declined, even though I received a confirmation email. Scam, on the site the offer was $ 35, but she ask $140 in cash or $180 in debit card for the night, I got $ 140 in cash and we went to the room. Tight space for a double bunk, there was no luggage space, but the worst was yet to come, extremely DIRTY sheets, blond hair on the cushions among other dirt disgusting found in the room, the communal bathroom was super disgusting and unhygienic. no mirror in the bathroom. Disgusting, dirty, unfair, bad reception, bad conditions. if you can, spend a little more but you definitely have a quality service anywhere but not at this DISGUSTING PLACE!

I made a booking on through EXPEDIA website and price shown to me was $63 and I got charged $233 on my credit card. When I called EXPEDIA to cancel the booking because I got charged more than expected, They said that EXPEDIA CANNOT CANCEL THE BOOKING AND WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE HOTEL TO DO SO. EXPEDIA tried to call them and they never answered, after 24 hours of the booking someone at the reception answered and said IF YOU ARE CALLING FOR CANCELLATION THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANY REFUND AND HANG UP. I end up paying 3 times the cost of the hotel and Hotel personnel is not even ready to listen to anything. BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKE A BOOKING ESPECIALLY THROUGH A THIRD PARTY WEBSITE.

Although I only stayed here once and for just one night, it was an awesome stay. Easy online reservation, easy check in, and quick check-out. I believe depending on the room, you have to wait for them to go and check your room for the deposit return, but I waited only about 15 minutes. I'm not sure why you guys have such bad reviews, but I suppose some people had better expectations. Parking garage directly across the street, ESB around the block and The Edge down the block. Close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend. 🤘🏽🔥

I’ve never been in a smaller studio apartment with 3 other people but let’s say it was okay the room itself even though there was no normal window as it was supposed to. The whole place was really creepy. The staff were very arrogant and mean. I honestly never had worse experience anywhere in US. Only the location is good and close to the Empare State building and other sights of the city.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. In my room the radiator heat did NOT work. The bathroom has black mold around the tub top. The room isn't worth the price that we paid for it. I have a 2 year old son and a pregnant wife. I told them multiple times that the heat didn't work. They didn't fix the heat. Just gave me a space heater. Then I leave a review on Expedia where I booked the room and I get a call from this place telling me that I left an incorrect review! She then tells me if I don't change my review, I will be sued for giving false information. The problem with this is I took pictures of the black mold and the dirtiness of the bathroom. We left the room cleaner than what it was when we got it. The only thing they needed to do is collect the towels and change the bedding. But to be called and harassed then texted while I'm at work because I leave a review they don't like is a major issue. If I were you, I would seriously think twice about booking this hotel. It definitely isn't an experience you will like. Just look at the pictures others as well as myself have left!

Overall place was not bad. I was a bit concerned after reading reviews, but if you are not a high maintenance person and are just looking for a place to stay and sleep this will do. We had a shared bathroom room and you shared with your floor it was well maintained it was rather small and the light would like to go off while I was showering and I would have to physically step out for it to go on. Our apartment was VERY small our room came with mini fridge sink dishes etc. it was a bunk bed and it could sleep 4. It came with a mini table and 3 stools not really for adults more like children. Bed were comfy and also clean. I did find a used tissue in the lamp shade. It would of been nice to have blinds or something In the windows to prevent the workers across the street from looking in. Also with not having a lot of room there was a air conditioning unit just sitting in our room taking up space not even plugged it. Mirror was in a rather difficult place to get to in back corner above the air conditioning unit. Apartment doors were rather difficult to use, some information before booking or just a heads up after booking about what to bring for check in etc. would also be nice.

Stayed here few years back. A kind of place you go to write your life worths novel or shoot yourself. Loved the black weed guys downstairs at the corner every afternoon. Eaiser to sleep with the sirens if stoned.
