Very mediocre attention. The employees are not prepared to deal with people during these pandemic times. Even a negative answer can be given with humanity and empathy. The employees do not have a sense of collaboration or humanity. Their attitude is far from what people that works in the front desk should be. They can even be mean and arrogant. I was told before not to go to this branch but I wanted to give it a chance. Never again.

My go-to-place when I’m feeling under the weather. Dr. Christina Tavares is friendly & super knowledgeable. She’s definitely a breath of fresh air..Thank you for your continued service on the front lines and taking good care of me when I’m sick. I appreciate you!

All of the front office staff,medical assistants and nurses are really helpful and friendly. I have never had to wait long for my appointment. The PA Martha is very kind and actually takes the time to listen to you. She is a very knowledgeable and professional provider, and as a nurse I trust the providers here and would recommend this office to anyone!

Terrible service, they administered and provided a false positive Covid-19 test result. After going thru some many issues at work and everywhere else after receiving a positive Covid-19 test result I learned thru no having Covid symptoms and negative antibodies test 2 weeks later that I never had Coviv-19.

Went to get a COVID test prior to traveling. We called the day before to see if we needed an appointment and were advised to get here before opening at 8am. We got there around 7:45am and were able to be seen at 3:30pm. Staff was excellent and given the volume of patients they’ve been seeing, they still provided excellent care. I will be returning for future urgent care needs. Thank you

I have always had good experiences with the docs in Edgewater, Dr Christina Tavares and Dr Lee this week. Always take the time to really understand what’s going on and never rush. They’re bedside manners are impeccable and we are grateful to have them locally for our medical needs.

So easy to make an appointment, the whole staff was amazing. As soon as I walked through the door with my appointment I was placed in a room. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. The room was not ice cold it was very comfortable. Dr came in and did his assessment and solve my problem. They were all very very courteous. I was very impressed and I highly recommend this facility⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Lee was exceptional ! She listened to my concerns, then performed her exam with a very thorough diagnosis of my condition. I left the office feeling confident I would made a timely recovery. I was impressed overall with how efficiently I was processed as a patient.

Amazing experience, super quick, reception , nurses and doctors were super amazing and helpful , the doctor was amazing, super caring, she answered all my questions and was super patient , didn't rush me, she made me feel very cared for and felt like I was in good hands. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I've gone to other places and some places take a life time, and rush u out, and this place was the best I could have asked for.

I visited the PromptMD center in Edgewater to have a dog bite checked out. The registration process was relatively simple and speedy and I was seen within 20 minutes of my arrival (thankfully, there weren't many people seeking treatment at the time I arrived). The physician assistant who saw me, was attentive, responsive and helpful. He had me on my way home in short order. In all my visit to the center probably lasted less than an hour. My only complaint about my experience there was that the center failed to send the RX for the antibiotic the doctor prescribed to my pharmacy. Once I learned this and brought it to the center's attention, the oversight was promptly corrected.

The staff was welcoming. Dr. Emanuel Martinez was so nice and informative.Very quick and efficient. My experiences in seeing doctors plus feeling sick was tedious. Today was pleasant. Thank you!

Easy on line booking, was able to get immediate appointment. Friendly, competent front desk. Waiting room was clean and professional. Appointment was on time. I’ve seen Dr Lee a few times already and always feel confident that I am getting top notch medical care! My go to urgent care!

Everything went smoothly for the covid-testing, however I cannot seem to get in touch with this office for two days now. I just wanted to see how the results would be provided (phone call; web; email etc.). I have called several times and it just continues to ring. That is my only complaint. Everyone was nice and organized considering the crazy times.

Was in Jersey visiting my daughter..I had gotten bitten by a dog. I Googled a nearest Urgent care, Prompt came up..At first customer service was a little to aggressive but over all the doctor was very friendly and the rest of the staff ( nurse) was very nice..I will definitely recommend them to anyone...Thanks Prompt MD for making my visit worthwhile..

I was very impressed with the ease of intake process, the employee who booked me was extremely professional and considerate. The Dr was awesome, she immediately was able to assess my shoulder issue via Q/A and physical exam. The x-ray technician was very professional. I received my x-ray results immediately, as well as the radiologist report within an hour after leaving PromptMD. I’ve been to several urgent care facilities over the years; my experience with PromptMD stands out. My orthopedic concerns were handled with respect and compassion! 👍🏽🤩

Although I only used PromptMD Urgent Care Center for a Covid-19 test, the fact that I can also see a physician for other issues is very appealing especially without an appointment. I found the Doctor very pleasant and knowledgeable and will use the Center again. My primary doctor is a Cardiologist in NYC whom I have known for 15 years and was recommended by ex-wife's Oncologist who happens to be a well-known NYC "Concierge" doctor that I had used for 28 years.

The front desk staff and nurses are very nice. I gave 2 stars because of them or else I would have given no stars for the doctor if I could. Dr. Lee is super rude. She walked in and told me to keep my mask on, not even a hello, and told me to wear a "real mask" because mine was thick cloth. I asked if she thought my symptoms pointed to COVID and she said "I don't think, I test", so I asked to be tested and she told me there was no point since I had been home for 5 days. She told me I didn't need antibiotics but then told me she prescribed me medicine and walked out of the room. I had no idea what she prescribed until I got to the pharmacy- a cough liquid medicine and Naproxen. Naproxen is used for pain- I have taken it before and it has landed me in the emergency room with an ulcer. Any time a provider prescribes an NSAID, they should ask if you have a history of gastritis. Nothing was asked, she couldn't care less and was out of the room in less than 3 minutes. I will only go back to this place if another doctor is there. What a rude doctor.

As a licensed practicing dentist my daughter and I had a very professional experience at PromptMD. The staff was highly qualified and courteous. The PA and physician were also highly skilled and demonstrated great bedside manner. The facility was impeccably clean. I would highly recommend PromptMD in Edgewater NJ.

PromptMD is always there to help me get better, when my PCP has a 3 month wait and the ER will charge me 100k. I’ve relied on them for several years and they got me and my family through the pandemic, plus our post-pandemic sicknesses. Their prices are reasonable, their wait times are manageable and most of their checkin is online.

I went to this care center on Monday around 17:15 . The nurse is very kind and very cute. She makes me relax. And also reception staff is very friendly. Thanks!!! I need to there one more again, because I need to get my stitches taken off. Ps. Doctor is very professional person!

I went here to get my leg checked, after being in a lot of pain and being unable to walk properly due to what seemed like a muscle strain or calf tear. The staff were very efficient and straightforward, and Dr Lee explained things properly and simply. They were also very nice and called me to say that my ultrasound came back negative and I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this PromptMD!

I visited this urgent care in Edgewater this afternoon. I made an appointment and did not have a wait time when I arrived. The staff was very professional. Dr. Lee came in to examine me. She was thorough and was genuinely interested in my medical background. She examined me and gave me excellent advice. It was lovely meeting her.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Lee. I really appreciate the time she takes to understand my concerns/ symptoms. The check-in process is super easy and effortless. The facility is very clean and each time I have been here I did not wait more than 5 minutes to go into a room. Also, each visit there was only one other person that came in after me in the waiting room. I feel as though a lot of the negative reviews are probably because they were swamped with covid patients last year. I would recommend going to this location and seeing Dr. Lee.

They won’t see you if your injury is the result of a car accident…..what? They should be renamed “PromptMD Urgent Care…except for car accidents”. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve told me they wouldn’t treat me before they had me spend 15 minutes filling out paperwork. Went down the block to citymd and there’s no issue.

My son (4) had to get a Covid test because he was potentially exposed in school. Luckily there was a short wait time. The nurse was friendly and my son even said , “she’s so nice”. The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful as well.

Christina Tavarez is a literal SAINT. She is always so kind, treats everyone with dignity, and takes great care of her patients. I honestly don’t know what I would do without Christina Tavarez compassion and outstanding care. Most of the medical professionals I’ve seen over the years are transactional and heartless. But every time I’ve seen Christina she’s been nothing short of wonderful. I’m so grateful that I have a place and person I can go to when I’m sick or injured and know that I will get excellent care. I can’t express how much I appreciate her and the fantastic care I’ve received here.

When I walked into the urgent care office, I was immediately greeted by Desire and Nydia. They were both very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable. I would go back to this clinic just for their service. Can’t recommend PromptMD enough!

Took COVID PCR test. Pro - no appointment is needed. Check the waiting time online. (I waited 3 hours.) clean office. Result was available after 12 hours. Cons- I didn’t receive the text message notification which other patients did.(I don’t know why. ) Needed to register my photo ID online. If you do not drive, you need to wait outside as no other places such as cafes do not have indoor seating.

It wasn't a fast system, but at least they showed your place on a virtual list and sent a text message when you were ready to be seen. That allowed me to run some errands and not sit in an office and waste my day. Once inside, they had great attitudes. I'm sure they are stressed in there from seeing so many patients. Great work overall, will recommend to family and friends.

I called ahead of time and I was given clear and accurate instructions as to how to be tested for COVID-19. When I arrived I was quickly registered. Was told to wait in my car and I received a text about a half hour later to tell me to come in. Was sent to a room and tested. The whole process was done efficiently and professionally and I would highly recommend them.

Dr Christina the PA very prompt, attentive and concerned about her patients . Very conscientious . I felt comfortable with her information , knowledge and handling of patients questions and concerns .

My wife works as a teacher and is in person 4 days a week so we visited to get a covid test as a precaution. This was the weekend before Thanksgiving so everywhere which had walk-in availability also had lines wrapping around the block. The team there moved the line very quickly and we were able to wait in our car for our turn in line. Once we were called we were in and out very quickly and on with our day. We hadn't planned on coming to this location but our initial plan already had 100 people in line 2 hours before opening so we were looking for alternatives and are so glad we found this location of PromptMD

I came to PromptMD at Edgewater after a google search, as I needed assessment/testing with possible imaging. Check in was easy, the office is very clean, staff friendly. The physician assistant as well as physician on duty were incredibly professional, kind, and caring. As a healthcare provider myself, I felt respected and listened to. From check in, to testing, to being given the proper prescriptions; it was fast (not rushed) and very convenient for my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend this location.

We had such an excellent experience here. I had called yesterday to get some information and spoke with Karima yesterday evening. She was so kind, patient and provided answers to all of my questions. When we came in the morning, she was there, remembered our conversation and helped facilitate the check in. We had a short wait time and the Dr there was so compassionate. They told us to call them after we got the testing done so they could follow up to make sure they got the results as soon as possible. Such great service! I especially wanted to thank Karima who made the whole experience a good one.

Went it for a rapid antigen and PCR Covid test. Was in there for no more than 30 minutes, including the wait time to get my rapid test results. Everyone is super friendly. The office is clean and spacious and the location is great with parking.

The site location in Edgewater is excellent. Nice people, excellent MD’s that can take care of many patients needs. I would recommend to anyone that needs to be seen. Under the current situation they make it very easy to be seen safely. Just go and sign in through their Solv application at the office. Check and then go fill out paperwork in your car. You can seen your place in line by remaining logged into the application. So you can go about your business until it’s your turn to be seen. The office will call you when there’s about 15 minutes before you are to be seen so you can just go in then. Excellent service, no need to get yourself all worked up about the wait time. Just go about your business and then come back in time to be seen.

Way better check in system than CityMD. You check in at the kiosk, fill out your info via cellphone and wait til they text you. You can also check your turn in the online queue. On the other hand, at CityMD you could be waiting on a 2 hour line outside and running the risk that in 1 hour you might be told to go home because they've "reached their daily limit".

This place is amazing. There is a copay, insurance covered the rest but very great! Super easy. Check in was done through an iPad, i went back to my car to finish all the paperwork on my phone. They text me once I was ready to go into the exam room. The virtual line feature show exactly when you will be next. Payment is required for guarantee which is understandable. Very good and highly recommend!

Great place and excellent care for professional staff. I would only criticize the initial bureaucracy. It takes more than 15 minutes to fill out all the paperwork (although the system said 2-3 minutes) when you start, which is not what you are expecting when you need urgent care.. Fill it out at home before you go these is my recommendation.

I had a great experience. Check-in was easy and quick. I waited for about 10 minutes in my car for them to call me in to see the doctor. Once in I got 3 stitches from the Doctor (who also owns the practice). He and the medical assistant were kind, funny, attentive, and answered all of my questions. I was in and out within a half an hour. Will be back in a week to get my stitches removed!

Fast, easy and efficient Covid testing with shortest wait times in all of Bergen county and NYC. And, nowhere else will you find such friendly and accommodating staff. Not an overstatement to say this is one of the best urgent experiences I have had. Been here twice for PCR tests. First time last year, I was scrambling to find an urgent care- others had extremely long lines. At CityMD, the security guard curtly told me to leave because they were done. By a stroke of luck, found this hidden gem. Receptionist was very friendly and kind, telling me I could come in even though it was closing soon. The wait for me was a little less than an hour, but for the second time (January 2021), it was only 15 min. Results out in 48 hours or less. Baffles me why anyone would go elsewhere for testing, which should be as easy and fast like it is at PromptMD. If you want to go somewhere that is efficient, has empathetic staff, and has short wait / result turn around times, I would highly recommend.

This is an excellent urgent care. When my son was sick recently, I couldn’t get an appointment to his regular doc (they are bad!). I got here early to make an appointment but it was fully booked. The lady still took my name down in case something opened up, and it did! They called me promptly and I was seen by a great technician and doctor. They are certainly using technology to their advantage by minimizing wait times. Keep it up!

I had two recent visits to PromtMD in Edgewater and could not recommend them more. The office staff was pleasant and helpful and the sign in process was easy. Both providers I saw were thorough and were able to diagnose and help me. I felt listened to and cared for. I would recommend this office to those needing an urgent care visit.

I had a great patient experience here actually. I came for a last min Covid test and wasn’t feeling well. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating and Dr. Javed is so amazing and kind! Such sweet people all around. The office is clean and well kept. I would def use them in the future. Thanks team !
