This man Felix is a fraud. His company/website is fraudulent. When we initially found his service online, he was in constant communication for our initial tank cleaning. He claimed that he does not take check, only cash! As a business we need to keep a record of all our expenses, therefore I explained that in order to use his, we must write a check. Mr. Felix asked that we write a check for the follow up month so he can cash it and be sure it was a valid check. He cashed the check, and we never heard from him again. When we tried contacting him for approximately 1 month, there was no answer, eventually going directly to VM, I'm assuming he blocked the phone number. Then I called from my personal cell phone, and what do you know? there was an answer. While demanding an answer, he hung up the phone on me, and also will not answer again. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I haven't even used his service yet but I am completely won over by his willingness to assist me over the phone. How rare is that?! Most times you call a business you get curt answers and feel rushed. Felix listened to me, he heard what I wanted to do, he took me through the process and made me aware of the possible outcome. And then......wait for it.....instead of trying to cement a sale he offered me alternatives!!!! Who does that?! Felix! I can't believe the customer service I just received. Thank you for patiently answering all my questions and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Felix was an amazing resource! During the pandemic we decided to get fish for our kids, and Felix walked us through the entire process every step of the way, taking into consideration all of our concerns (including not wanting to go into stores because of Covid). He sent specific listings, helped evaluate options, and answered my kids' many questions. He is one of the most knowledgeable experts in his field - I kind of wish we were in market for more aquariums so we could work with him again! I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The whole experience was amazingly very professional. Felix provided updates on his ETA so I knew exactly when he would arrive and he was very punctual as well. He was very knowledgeable about fish & aquarium care and even showed me how to carefully clean the tank myself, something no other tank cleaner ever did, which was priceless. Felix is an extremely knowledgable and efficient professional! We have a small fish tank that we were unsure how to clean. He came and showed us everything, step by step, and taught the homeowner's young son exactly how to do everything on his own. In addition to teaching us how to do the cleaning, he explained the reasoning and the science behind everything so we knew not just how to do it but why to do it that way. He even told us what other fish would go good with our current fish & set up, and suggested specific food brands. Located adjacent to Pier 39 in the Fisherman's Wharf. The staff here hit hard on mans' impact on the marine environment. They had some great exhibits. Loved the tube aquariums and the river otters.

I called this service by chance looking for help with our goldfish that where experiencing health issues. Felix sat on the phone with me free of charge and listened to my concerns and explained everything I was doing wrong and how to fix it. I honestly couldn’t be more appreciative of his patience and willingness to help me with this problem!!! Definitely give him a call if you have any issues with your aquarium!! He is not the type of guy that is going to try and sell you a bunch of products instead he explains the science of proper water care and how to achieve the proper environment for you fish. Felix was so personable and Knowledgable. I was hesitant to call someone because I felt my tank was not really big and should have been fairly easy to care for but they are harder than you think! HUGE thank you to Best Aquarium Services NYC Inc. for their help! I called as a last resort to save my beautiful Betta. He has progressively worsening fin rot that I had been treating for months, and absolutely nothing was working. When I called I spoke to the owner, Felix, who very patiently listened to my problems, and I explained everything, he gave me detailed instructions on how to proceed. Almost two weeks later and my pretty boy is doing so much better! His fins are regrowing and his blue coloring is coming back super quickly. He has a ways to go before he’s back to where he started, but without the help of this company my fish would have died being less than a year old. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Felix has been taking care of our fish tank for quite sometime now. He has so much knowledge in what he does. When he comes to clean up the tank he will make sure to give us an update on how the fishes are doing. If the plants are growing or not.
