This Park is very clean and serene. Can be used for sun bathing, skating, the playground jungle gym, and it has tables so games and even picnics.

Went for the Battle of Fort Washington, found a replica of Margaret Corbin's cannon, the footing of the fort, and the Barbosa memorial, all in one place. Being the highest point in Manhattan, I also took the elevator to the A train, the deepest subway tunnel in NYC. So much history in one place, loving it!

Nice small park in middle of the city. Lots of open space and benches to sit. There is a playground for kids. There is also the highest natural point in Manhattan with a placard marked on the rock in the center of the park.

There is a nice play ground jungle gym for kids under 10. There are slides. It's a historical park with a giant rock and a cannon. Supposedly the highest point in Manhattan. There are lots of kids and dogs. No restrooms.

Too many Karen's taking ownership of zone area . Not a friendly family oriented park. The patriots act entitled like the park is their only.. My opinion this park is strictly Dog oriented oppose to family excitement.. 🤔😢

ITS A LOVELY PARK I USED TO CALL IT IN THE 1970S "THE JEWISH PARK "BECAUSE IT WAS ALWAYS FULL OF OLD JEWISH PEOPLE FROM RUSIA AND EASTERN EUROPE ..IT WAS N I CE TO SEE MANY JEWISH ANCESTORS SEATING DOWN IN THE BENCHES SPEAKING THEIR OWN LANGUAGES.my son used to play there in the sand as a child. I RECOMEND THIS SWEET PARK TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS. GREAT PARK I HAVE SO MANY GOOD MEMORIES!

Small delightful park, with a varied topography. Tables for picnic or board games, benches, memorials, right by the 191 Station.

Cute little park on the top of the hill. I wish there were some picnic tables with all that open space.

Highest geological point in Manhattan, the site of Fort Washington during the Revolutionary War. Almost two-thousand Americans were captured here giving Washington‘a main force time to retreat. Most died in captivity.

A beautiful park and playground for the kids, some weekends musicians performing over there, clean and they have bathrooms inside the playground. Bad thing about is sometimes people smoking weed in the park and if you have kids not gotta like it much.

Bennett Park is so nice, definitely a gem located within the Washington/Hudson Heights neighborhood. It's so lovely in the mornings, very quiet and serene. The park has a little something for everyone (dog owners, families, groups of friends), and I love that they hold events here for the community on a routine basis. The only negative (in my opinion), is the lack of grassy areas. There are patches of grass throughout the park, but I was definitely expecting more grass than what is present. Overall, the park is very well-kept and seems to be well-cared for by NYC's Parks & Rec!

Average small neighborhood park. Playground, bathrooms, giant rock to climb on, children’s garden, and open space to play games. Lots of benches. The history of the space (and its status as the highest natural point in Manhattan) makes it a little bit special, as does the way Bennett serves as a community gathering place.

Very cute place, tiny but lovely! Full with kids who can play around in pleasant atmosphere. The whole neighborhood is very family oriented and although is close to the GWB, that little park and it's grounds seems to be totally unaffected 🌞

Eh the park has really gone to the dogs in the past years. Dirty play grounds lack of care or cleanup by the city parks department and a strong presence of drug users. Lots of smoking of all kind at all times even by the kids playground which is ridiculous. Horrible bathroom, always open and unattended and easy for the drug users to get into and use.

An utterly charming study in concrete. The cast of the morning sunlight has a special quality here that cheers me. The trees on the surrounding streets add a touch of rusticity to the scene, making me feel close to Heaven. I highly recommend this location for the occasional chat with a friend.

A small, quiet park in a nice neighbourhood with a decent playground. It's used frequently by people walking home from the subway station across the street. For a real park experience however, walk a bit north to Fort Tryon Park!

There is a dad that comes every week and blows bubbles and does activities for the kids. The park is like any other park, the atmosphere is just different. Loved it
