Pretty park. Clean and well maintained. Saw some folks BBQing and enjoying music (seemingly) without a care in the world. Relaxed vibes for sure. The North End of the park can feel a little rough, but if you go up the hill the atmosphere is less intense.

Very inspirational but I don't like the fact that people graffiti all over it, not a way to honor someone. I was surprised though how there wasn't trash anywhere, just graffiti

Yesterday I attended a concert sponsored by Harlem Opera Theater at bandshell. Despite the moment of slight rain, it was well attended, the singers were fabulous & the audience was so supportive. It was a wonderful use of the park. Please bring more musical events. I LOVE IT!!

I went to The New York City Multicultural Festival 2023. It was even better than the one in 2018! More singers, musicians, dancers, poets. All were excellent performances!πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½β€οΈπŸ’―

My favorite park to sit and relax with Mother Nature. Even though it's in the middle of the city, the glorious trees/plant life makes it seem like you're in a tropical location. I absolutely love it.

This park is lovely and spacious, lots of vistas for sitting under the trees or taking photos. A refuge in the big city.

This is a nice park to take a run or stroll through. You can get good exercise with the elevation changes from various staircases throughout. There are a couple of playgrounds for younger kids. The bandshell area can be a fun place to hangout or engage in sports like street hockey, frisbee, or can jam or the like. There are basketball courts as well.

With the park renovations complete, this treasure is a perfect place to enjoy activities from handball to baseball. Mornings at the Amphitheater are filled with dogs and owners making it a great neighborhood meeting place. The occasional sunset performances are also a treat. The rec center is impressive and the pool is perfect for quick summer cool off.

The most lit pool party in the NYC Parks & Recreation system. The pool is ethereal and legendary for being always backed by popular demand and makes for an amazing summer experience

Love this park. It's huge and have hidden gems through out. This park is meant to explore so if your use to going one way, its fun to see where the stairs will lead, so try them out, what path will you take? They all lead to a wonderful adventure.

I love the tree lined sitting area. Visiting the trees here is my favorite activity. Catching those moments off-peak is priceless. Kids, dogs, dance troupes, and fitness folks enjoy the spaciousness the park offers.

It gives a nice break from the urbanized boxes we're used to seeing and dealing with. Who can't love it?

The clean up crew today, those young adults worked very hard to keep this park beautiful...

Participated in a photo shoot here and could easily see why it was chosen. Spectacularly beautiful. The stairs that lead uphill are a movie set. Harlem seems at times like so much unrealized potential but this area is stunning. Am going to make some sandwiches and program some Theolonius Monk and have a picnic all by myself. On damp days there are these snails everywhere but even they are charming. Cool park, cool neighborhood.
