Where do I begin? Our door didn’t work all weekend, we had to be let into the room by an employee every single time. At one point our door was found open after being gone all day. Nothing was stolen, but still very weird. There was hair on our towels, and left over food in the fridge. No breakfast was provided even though they advertised it. It is very close to the subway and Manhattan, which was convenient. Just know what you are getting yourself into.

The room was very disappointing. The sheets were dingey and we slept on our own blanket. One of two lamps was missing a lamp shade. The pull out sofa wasn't functional as a sofa or a bed. It was broken and left halfway in between a bed and sofa. The TV remote was missing the battery cover. The cabinet door over the fridge was broken off and tucked behind the TV. There were facial hair clippings on the sink. The only reason it gets one star is the water pressure in the shower was great. Otherwise, this place was not worth any amount of money for a vacation. My home is cleaner and in better shape than this room. Location was right beside the 7 line so it was very convenient to get to our venue. Staff was pretty helpful. Doesn't make up for the shape of the room. Parking lot was full of trash and had lots of rats rummaging around.

this place is the worst. I will just list all the things that were horrible. none of the phones worked in the whole place, no way to call front desk. inside door bar broken off. killed two roaches. tv volume set to very high and no way to turn it down. remote did not work. no coffee maker. not in the whole hotel. pictures and description was inaccurate. there is no breakfast and no gym. Overall room was dirty. noticeable dirt on carpet. we made front desk aware of all these issues. we checked out 3 days early. we even left before 11am checkout on our 3rd day, and they still charged us for that day for early cancellation. this place is a disgrace to the Wyndham brand.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, THIS IS A SHELTER AND THEY ARE STEALING BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY CANCEL ON YOU… I had a reservation a month ahead of my trip to NY, the day before they cancelled the reservation because apparently this location has been a shelter for long time. Has been a month since this issue happened and no refund has been issued, no one gives an answer. They are literally stealing your money. The keep on accepting reservations and not issuing refunds for your booking.

I can't emphasize this enough. This place will be the worst hotel you ever stay at. Rooms, service, everything is bad. My Experience: 1. I walk in the room and see blood and feces stains on the sheets. See attached. When I tell the front desk they don't seem surprised and tell me 'they'll get to it'. Long story short, they never did and I ended up changing them myself after a personal visit to the desk 2. TV does not work. Needed to be addressed by the front desk. 3. There is a leak in the bathroom which was tapping all night. Told the front desk, they said 'they'll get to it'... Never did. A theme is developing. ..At this point I asked to be moved. Was told it was not possible 4. The AC is pumping an odd odor. 5. I thought the tapping in the bathroom would keep me up all night. I was wrong... Turns out I was kept up by the paper thin walls and people screaming obscenities at the top of their lungs at 4am. Decided to cut my stay short after one night. You should avoid it all together. I will be reaching out to corporate

I am usually not that picky with hotels, but this La Quinta was a mess. There were a lot of issues in our actual room. The floor was not vacuumed, there was plenty of trash and crumbs on the floor. Our bathroom had a lot of dust built up on the ceiling along with some mold. There were clear signs of wear and aging on a lot of equipment. The walls had coffee and food stains all over. There was also no breakfast provided as advertised online. It was so bad that we checked out right after and booked another hotel that same day. We tried to get a refund or make an actual complaint downstairs, but all the clerk did was tell us to wait for his supervisor another day. We even tried calling La Quinta and Wyndham, while both basically gave us no real solution. I am not blaming the clerk in the lobby, I am blaming the management of the location and the cleaning crew who seem to put very little effort into the rooms. I have read other reviews from the past and it looks like this La Quinta has been having these issues for a while. DO NOT SPEND A NIGHT HERE

Absolutely horrific! Booked a room a month before a visit to NYC. On the Wyndham website. I arrived to signs being posted stating “hotel closed due to an emergency”. The “emergency” appears to be that this hotel is being used as some sort of migrant/homeless shelter! Nobody at the front desk. Two clueless contract security guards with zero answers. I had to scramble and find some other place to stay. I never received any notice about it via email. I did prepay when I booked it and am currently disputing the charge for a service I never received. I never would guessed a major hotel chain would lend their name to this nonsense. Doesn’t even deserve the single star but it’s required to post this review. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in a hotel. The question shouldnt be how clean the room is, but how disgusting. I hope they are going to improve this part because otherwise the hotel could be a value-for-money place to stay and reasonably close to Manhattan. For some reason they do not offer breakfast even if they say so on the site. They decided so, but kept it a secret from the customers..... We left two days before our scheduled check-out because we just couldnt spend another night in that room. I am still very frastrated about the fact they do not respect someones health and hygiene. I might not have the money to stay in Times Square, but I demand a descent room to get some rest for $150 per night.

I honestly feel like I paid way too much for this hotel room. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was however one of the most affordable options the week I visited, unless you were to go to a hostel. It is however right next to the train which leads straight to Manhattan.

This hotel needs to close and renovated. It is old and very outdated. The room we stayed was not clean,. There was hair in the bed and stains on the sheets. Not enough wash cloths and no clock. There was a smoke smell in the room (I believe this is a smoke free hotel). Carpet old and musty smell, dirty curtains. I would never stay at this hotel again. I would pay more to stay somewhere a lot nicer. Stay away from this place.

The only good point of this hotel is a good access to Manhattan. Everything else is awful. A man at the counter isn't friendly. I stayed at the ground floor, which is half underground. So I can't open curtain. If you open it, you will be seen from outside. There isn't a light at the desk, which makes uncomfortable to work. The fridge isn't switched on. No coffee machine. In short, you need to pay more for comforable stay in NYC.

Terrible! This was recommended by another sister hotel of Wyndham that I normally stay in, which usually is decent. Unfortunately, with very limited time and options, I gave this a shot. I initially thought, hey, it wouldn't be too horrible. But nope, nope, nope. It is petrifying! Building: Needs updating for sure. To get to the elevator from the check in desk (first floor) is very inconvenient. Especially if you have lots of luggage. The elevator is located on the second floor. However, they do have a lift to the second floor which I assume is for people with disabilities. Receptionist: The female was very understanding and accommodating. However, the male staff that wears dark square rimmed glasses is rude and not helpful at all. He gave me so much trouble in checking out where initially, he told me i can not check out. In the midst of our argument, he said being in the hotel premises was against the law?? Literally went off tangent and finally said you don't have to do anything to check out? He never or rather, he never gave me the chance to even tell him what room I was in. (BTW, to cancel the room is more expensive then booking the room itself.) Communication: Horrible. Does not respond to phone calls, emails and can't even leave a voicemail to follow up. (Their mailbox is full) Parking: Yes they have parking, but it is first comes first serve and barely attached to the hotel. There is no entrance from the inside to the lot. There is only one entrance to the lot and that is when you first drive in. You have to go out of the hotel and walk around towards the back of the building. It is very small and limited. To park here, you would need to play tetris with other cars if you want to park at a spot that would not block other people but also gives you room to get out of the lot. If you run out of luck with their parking lot, they tell you to park under the bridge that is across the street. It is sketchy, not free and is home to a lot of drunkards. Safety: Dimly lighted hallways. I feel like anyone can just follow you into your room and it will be hard to even get help. There are too many dead zones that the camera does not catch. (there are dead zones in the parking lot as well. I asked if there was parking and the receptionist said they don't know as the camera can not capture the lot fully. There was also an instance around 6am- early 7am, when I went back and forth in bringing down luggage (took 30 min) and within that duration, I've noticed no one was at the window (where all the screens for security are on display) Room: Very outdated. Dusty and has only one lamp for lighting the room. I had to switch my first room as once I walked in, there was a foul wet feet smell. My second room fortunately didn't smell, but, there was bathroom mold, water stains on ceilings, rusty/dusty racks where the towels were placed. Shower curtain has mildew on it. Bathroom walls has cracks and peeling on the wall can be seen. Carpet was very dirty. Bed sheets has apparent old stains and within those old stains, you can clearly tell it was old blood stains. The heater/ac probably has an inch thick dust on the vents and you wonder if you should even turn it on at all.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! NEVER GAVE US BACK OUR REFUND A YEAR TO THIS DAY! STAY AWAY! It was unclean, smelly, and the guy at the front desk REFUSED to help us. We wanted a refund after we checked in because they sent us to a preoccupied room and then a SUPER filthy room after that! After back and fourth emails and phone calls they STILL NEVER gave us our refund of 526.82. This is after we paid the fee to cancel btw! Stay FAR AWAY! DONT DO IT!

The room and bathroom lights were on timers, no idea why, quite frustrating when the light goes out as you're showering! Room was dusty, no coffee making facilities even though advertised, no safe in the room of any kind. Damages to the furniture, the curtains wouldn't close properly so room was fairly light when trying to sleep. The smoke detector was missing. The only saving grace was that you were within walking distance of the metro and a mcdonalds.

Not a very good choice to stay. I changed 3 rooms in the same hotel but all had flaws. All the 3 rooms had somw or the other problems either with the AC, or with the tap or with the amenities. It is like ok to stay for a day, but for a long stay its not at all worth it. There is no breakfast facility, no housekeeping, and no baggage storage option as well. Along with that, you can not even keep something in the reception to take it later. However, the communication with the city is good from this place. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and metro stations in walking distance. Without these external features, I can not strongly compliment about the hotel room. The receptionists were kinda friendly.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! I booked here to save money since staying in New York is expensive. But if I were to do this again, I'd be willing to fork up the extra hundreds of dollars to stay somewhere else. I booked two nights (Friday and Saturday) through Hotwire and paid upfront for a discount. I was arriving on a red eye flight since I didn't have any other option, so even though I booked Friday to Saturday, I would not arrive until 8am Saturday. When I arrived, I was told that my booking had been canceled and I would NOT get a refund. Apparently they had some "policy" where if you don't check in between 3pm on the first day (Friday) and 7am on the second day (Saturday), your booking is automatically canceled. Even if you pay upfront (which was $345 for two nights). The front desk person told me that if I wanted a room, I'd need to fork up another $300 for one night. I asked to see where it was written in the policies since all I saw in the booking was that check in was after 3pm Friday, and they refused to point me to anywhere it was written, but instead just kept insisting that was the policy. After arguing for a long time and arguing with Hotwire support (which you should also never trust), they eventually gave us the room from our original booking as a "courtesy" and told me that they just wanted me to "go through the process" as a lesson. I finally get to the room, and someone had cut the lamp wire so that there was no light in the room except for one by the door and the bathroom. In addition, the sheets, pillows, and towels were all stained, and there was a hole in the bedsheet. The window was foggy and cracked. I get that it's not a 5 star hotel so I should have lower expectations, and generally, a room condition like this would have been fine with me as I've stayed at some pretty dingy places. But I am not ok with the hotel trying to scam $645 out of me.

Worst hotel. Hotel clerk refused to check me in as I didn’t have a passport. Have been travelling North America for the past 6 months and never have I felt so unwelcome. When I asked to speak to the manager, he refused and told me to get out. Called the police on me and my friends because we sat in the lobby, trying to find a new place to stay in nyc last minute. Had all our bags and no transportation on us as well. Place was disgusting, had a “public” washroom but should definitely be private. Saw rats chewing on the toilet paper. When I mentioned it, they brushed it off. Reading the reviews now, I’m glad they didn’t check us in.

Hotel charged $60 for 1 hour early checkin. Staying for three nights and there was no room cleanup, no new towels, no room service, no working ice machine (or bucket), no garage bin. Garbage and finished food had to be piled in the entry way for three days. The TV remote did not work expect to turn TV on, no volume, no channel change. The room phone was not connected to the wall and the handset was missing its cord as well. There was no room safe or secure bag storage. Instructed to leave bags in lobby at our own risk for 4 hours. The room cards did not work at checkin, maid had to open initial door. Cards stopped working again the next day, more walking back and forth to see the unfriendly lobby staff. There is only one positive, it's location on the 7 train. But for the final cost paid, it would have better to stay directly in Manhattan.

Read the reviews and believe them. We checked in after paying $50 cash to check in early. We went up to our room which was filthy. The toilet wasn't cleaned or even flushed from the previous visitor. All of the furniture was falling apart. There was mold in the bathroom and stains from some liquid all over the walls of the room. The curtains were broken and the mattress squeaked everytime I breathed. We ended up leaving the same day and didn't receive a refund on our strange cash transaction to check in early. I have plenty of pictures I'll gladly share

The Hotel is extremely well located, and parking included is a big plus (it has two Metro stations near by.) Information over the phone was kind but they promised breakfast included and it didn't happen (maybe because of Covid, but as a client you expect a refund.) Service at the front desk was attentive. The bathroom needs deep cleaning and the faucet in the tub permanently releases lots of water. They never picked up the trash, which was accumulated in our room and in the hallway. This hotel has the potential to be outstanding with a little bit of love.

This is the ugly cousin to the la Quinta location I stayed at a couple weeks prior. Not only do they need renovating but they're lacking in cleansing and sanitation. When I went to inspect the bathroom I found hair almost everywhere and a thick layer of dust behind the TV and underneath the sink.. the walls are little thin because our our next door neighbor was listening to doja cat most of the evening and the shades do not block out good morning light so be prepared to hide your face if you're trying to sleep in. Parking is on a first come first serve basis so please choose wisely. On the plus side it is free. If you block somebody in you will be towed so told by the staff. The last picture is to be loaded are people parked in front of my vehicle but luckily they parked far away enough for me to maneuver out. The only redeeming Factor is that the property and the room outside of it being sanitary was a great value at $100 on booking.com

It is the worst experience in my life. I did the check in but when I saw the room I cancelled the reservation. I lost money but I prefer lost money because the room and the building was in poor condition. the room was not clean for a long time, hair in the bed and bathroom and the roof and floor was dirty and in very bad condition. I spoke with other guest and the had the same situation and the rooms are in very bad condition. You will lose your money.... please don't make the reservation in this hotel for your safety and your family. I have pictures and videos showing the poor hotel condition. My rating is 0 stars. they need to closed this hotel. it is not good.

I cancelled my stay after I did not receive the room that I ordered. I requested a wheelchair accessible room and it was not. The elevator could only be used if the front desk man was contacted first, which I found to be a huge safety concern. Also, the room was dirty and did not look to be cleaned any time recent. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone. The man at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all to try to help accommodate me. The key card did not work and I would have to waited until the next day to be able to come and go out of my room without the front desk guy using his key. The room next door I could hear the man's whole conversation, from the hallway and a little bit from my room. I cancelled my reservation because of the reasons listed above. So gross, find another hotel, especially if you are disabled.

This place isn't a hotel, it's a joke. I had a booking scheduled for Friday to Sunday. Wednesday, they sent me an email claiming how they were "Looking forward to welcome us". Friday comes around and when we enter the hotel lobby, it looks like the backroom of a thrift store. No one's at the check-in counter it's pure chaos, we asked someone who seemed to be in charge what was up and they told us they would call someone to check us in. After several minutes of waiting no one comes around. We asked again and finally someone shows up. They simply told us to leave because the hotel was closed due to an emergency? They didn't even try to contact us before hand, they didn't even try to make things right, they just told us to leave... I cannot fathom how this place is still in business

I would leave no stars if possible. There are motels better than this. HORRIBLE sanitation, looks like they only made the bed & cleaned nothing. Even the sheets & towels looked dirty. They gave no wash rags & said they had none. The lobby was even nasty. Hair in the tub. Found an empty corona bottle next to the bed. AWFUL smells. NO BREAKFAST as advertised. Keys never worked & the guy at the desk wasn’t there for awhile when we needed new keys. Just completely terrible.

I wouldn't recommend to stay. At first the front entrance looked fine and I walked to the room and it looked like it wasn't clean. There was hair all over the bathroom tub, sink and, towels. The sheets didn't look changed. There was yellow stains on the pillows. The next day we came back there was news papers on the floor. Other times during our stay the elevator didn't work. We had to ask our room to get cleaned and they didn't even wipe the TV, or the mirror. And the bathroom was not cleaned either. don't go here.

Have to walk up or down stairs to get to elevator unless handicapped. Both key cards wouldn’t work for door. Awful parking lot. Toilet takes 5+ times to flush. Shower doesn’t work, only bath. No microwave. Dresser drawer stuck open.

LISTEN TO ME AND OTHER REVIEWERS. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Zero stars. Very bad cigarette smell. Hardly can I breathe. Unclean. Urine stain and hair on toilet. Shampoo bottle left on sink counter, probably from last guest. Hair on bed sheet and pillow. Requested front desk staff to change to another room, he said no vacancy. Called service staff to change bedding. They only changed bed sheet. I spray sanitizer on everything I can. Wish I read other reviews before booking! Update: bathroom very slippery. My son felt and hit his head. Wanted to make an ice pack for him but found no ice machine here! A sad experience here.

Super GROSS! There were dirty towels and men’s dirty underwear in the bathroom. The toilet had dried up urine ALL OVER IT 🤢. The sink and bathtub were dirty and had hair all over. Mirror’s looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. I asked housekeeping to please come clean the bathroom and give me fresh towels. She literally picked up the dirty toilet seat and only cleaned the toilet bowl, grabbed one of the dirty towels and wiped down toilet, then tub and then sink. Absolutely disgusting! Their site states 100% guarantee , but won’t refund you. I had to cross the street and go to Dollar tree and bought a bunch of cleaning supplies and washcloths (they don’t give you washcloths or a bathroom floor mat) and cleaned the entire bathroom and disinfected the entire room. It was disgusting. I would’ve left, but couldn’t find another place. Also, the parking lot is TINY. Maybe 8 cars. It’s in the back of the hotel with no access to the hotel from the parking lot. You have to go around to the front to enter. FYI I checked in 3/12 and will check out 3/16

By far the worst hotel (if you may call it that) I've ever stayed in. Trust me and do not stay here. You will regret it. The first room they gave us the key wasn't working and when he opened it the door wouldn't close anymore. The rooms were disgusting and the bathroom even more, dirty towels, hair everywhere. The beds suck. You could feel the wires inside the mattress. The water in shower was leaking making an annoying dripping noise all night. The halls smelled like smoke and Marijuana at the time of our stay and you could easily hear people next door doing their adulting. Paid 350 for two nights and couldn't stay the second night. Disgusted by this booking.

Very dirty, smelly, and full of mold! They will not allow you to check in 1 minute before 3pm regardless of your reward status. The rooms, sheets, and towels had a very strong wet odor. The parking is very limited and first come first serve. The bed was hard with pillows that went flat as soon as you laid on them. It was noisy all night long. Even the city inspector gave the location a "D" rating that they proudly have posted on the front door. The lady who checked us in was very nice, the best part of the 2 days. See the pics for all the mold in the bathroom and it tells the story.

Locations is great- close to subway stations so it’s easy to get around. They have a parking lot but it’s very limited spaces and they tell you to pay to park under the bridge if there are no spots. Staff was nice and professional. Rooms were ok- definitely dated and they only give you things like shampoo if you ask for it.

You are getting what you pay for at this hotel. A good location and a bearable place to sleep. After reading the reviews I was super nervous about what I was going to find in the room. But, the sheets and towels are all clean, the bathroom was clean as well (or as clean as it could be). There was some ceiling mold in the bathroom and the furniture needs updating, but overall the experience was fine. You can't pay this price for a 2-star hotel in a good location and expect your local La Quinta look. Just be realistic when booking!

Best part is it's literally a 1 minute walk from the closet train station, so it is super good for easy travel. Room looked like something out a horror movie with stains everywhere but it was pretty quite so easy to get some sleep. The front desk person was extremely friendly and very helpful with everything I had go wrong.

This hotel is expensive compared to the level of quality it could have provided. Firstly, there is one person at the checking desk and he need to take some courses about customer service. There is no elevator from the lobby to 2nd floor, and no help from the hotel to carry the laggage upstairs, consequently i was struggling with my heavy bags when two clients offered their help. Also very noisy on the street, so no good sleep and no breakfast. I could say this is the worst hotel I've stayed in. Luckily I booked for one night.

People… please read all reviews on this property first before you book through anywhere. We came to visit and checked in for 2 nights. Grate location as long as you can get over the bad rooms, smell in the room, yellow bed sheets, dirty bathrooms. Don’t believe me, see the pics I’ve posted. Also when I checked out the person at the counter told me he had checked me out. But he didn’t and then they never credited my account. I was there no more than 20…

Please if possible, AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!! 1) Very Dirty (NOT a safe stay) As a soon as you go inside the hotel, you get this weird vibe. The bathroom was beyond disgusting (mold, hair, stained/smelly towels, etc). I had to use my own disinfectant wipes to clean high touch areas in our room. 2) no complimentary breakfast due to COVID-19. If the rooms were like that, I can't imagine the kitchen. 3) Parking is limited (First come first serve basis). I should have read the reviews. Wasn't worth $155.94, LESSON LEARNED! Thankfully, one of the receptionist gave us another room since we couldn't take a shower in that room (see pic). The second room we got, was the same, but it was a bit cleaner. I'm so glad we only stayed there one night. I guess I didn't mind the sound of the subway. The pictures on their website were very DECEIVING!

They say free breakfast but they don't provide but not refunding the difference. Once you get out of the elevator it stinks a lot. I think carpet needs thorough cleaning and shampoo. Bathroom has mold. They don't provide basic toiletries. On the positive side they have free limited parking. Also just couple of minutes to route 7. Staff is generally friendly.

Read this if booking!! Sure you get what you pay for but at the end of the day this wasn’t worth the cheap rate. Mold in bathroom, free parking is a scam even though you have plenty of parking nearby be ready to pay about $12/day, oh and there is no breakfast - would be helpful to be updated on website about these small things! Our key stopped working and sure they fixed it… without confirming who we were… not very reassuring that safety was the priority. If staying in the area get FUYU ramen it makes the location a little more bearable.

My wife and I got a room for 3 nights and the location is convenient but the bathroom in the room has a dripping faucet, the tub was stained and there was the previous persons hair still in it (thank goodness I saw it before my wife). There is no good light in the room and it just kinda feels damp in there. They wouldn't price match with the 3rd party online hotel vendors (expedia) which was $150 cheaper than booking directly with them.

My overall experience was OK. However, there are some basics that would enhance guest experience even though it's a 2-star establishment. E.g. an effort to clean the rooms and change the linen a bit more often and replacing the current key cards system with a more reliable one so one doesn't have to have their keys recoded each time they return to the hotel. The location in my opinion is excellent with easy transport into Manhattan and tons of restaurants, eating joints and convenience shops all within a 10 minute walking distance.

Overpriced room with difficult to operate shower fixture, as in I eventually managed to figure out how to get hot water to fill the visibly dirty tub but could not get the obviously broken controls to switch to the crusty shower head. Blood stains on the bedsheets and a moldy coffee packet in the coffee maker. Maybe it's just the norm for New York as I've been happy with this chain of hotels in the past. I even made a depressing song on the spot based on my great dissatisfaction. Better than sleeping on the street...

I wish I had read the reviews before booking this disgusting place. I took photos of everything. The bathroom was full of black mold, the toilet was not clean, I could see that it still had human hair on the lid, the sink mirror looked poorly cleaned, there was food residue under the desk, the room had a very unpleasant smell , and the sheets looked worn. The pillow covers smelled like someone else's, apparently they weren't even washed. It was a totally unpleasant experience, thank goodness it was only one night. Don't waste your money there. It is awful!!!!

About what I assumed it would be in NYC for the price. Our room was relatively clean and the hotel felt safe. However, our window did not lock, we had to get new key cards two (!!) times because they didn’t work, the lights in the bathroom would flick on and off with a strobe light effect for 10 minutes at a time, and the blow dryer in the room didn’t work. Plus no breakfast available although advertised (“because of the pandemic,” which I totally get, but it’s been two and a half years). And we tried to call four times in the days leading up to our trip to ask questions about parking, and they never answered the phone and had a full mailbox. We also emailed our question with no response.

Extremely limited "free" parking, keycard lock doesn't work to room, house phone in room is dead, TV doesn't work, and this is just the first night... Well, lock didn't work at all over a 3 night stay and nothing else was fixed either. Would not recommend unless it's your last resort.

The hotel experience was an absolute nightmare. I would like to preface this with the fact that our stay was meant to be for a week, but we had to relocate after three days. We were told that we had to park in the back, which only had a maximum of MAYBE ten parking spots. Once you parked, you had to walk around the building in order to get in. There was no back door entrance. Upon receiving our room keys, we soon discovered that they wouldn't work. After some assistance from the front desk, we managed to get into the room and we immediately noticed there were things wrong with the room. The key problem however would continue to persist, despite being told that it would be fixed and never happening. • There was no Coffee Maker or coffee: Despite this being listed as an included amenity that they provided, it wasn't. When this was addressed, it was replaced with one that was bought from the dollar store, but still didn't provide coffee. Although the staff claimed it was due to COVID, I had a hard time believing it. • The alarm clock was missing. • All the rails on the fridge door were missing, as well as two hanging portraits. • The most concerning thing was that the smoke detector was covered in plastic and bound by a rubber band, along with clear cigarette burn marks in the carpet between the bed and window. There was also a fire alarm that never went off but the rest of the hotel did in the early morning on one of the days. There were other smaller miscellaneous things such as discolored water in the toilet and faucets, as well as what looked like recent water damage in the bathroom. After all these issues, we could no longer stay and informed the hotel front desk staff of our decision and we were told we would only be charged for the the three nights. Well, that didn't happen either and we got charged for the full stay. We have been trying to get this problem fixed for the past TEN WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. This has been by far the worst hotel experience we've had. We will not be staying here again. And we will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Yesterday me and my wife got to the hotel. We thought it was good from the outside, not bad. Once we enter, we checked in however the employee was very disrespectful with me and my wife. Just from looking at us, he asked for my Identification and I handled it to him then starts to question me about my wife’s age and my age. He insulted my wife and me from the way we look. That’s even the worse part yet, he handled us our door card, once we got to our door room it wouldn’t open. The man had to come to us and gets mad at us, begins to blame us for messing up the door card and how it didn’t work anymore. He had keys this whole time for every room which scared me the most. Once we entered our room, the horror begin mold, dirty sheets, blood stains, dust, dirt in various areas, rust and the most I questioned was if there was bedbugs, ETC. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone please avoid this hotel, I beg everyone to avoid this hotel.

It was the worst experience in one La Quinta Inn Hotel. the customer service was bad, the rooms were horrible, the bathroom was in really bad conditions, they don’t clean the rooms at all. The doors, the lights, the lavabos, everything didn’t work and they didn’t fix anything during our staying. we booked two rooms and both were in really poor condition. They didn’t give us any solution but we already paid since the check in. We never had the key room because the door didn’t work so we had to wait for them opening our room every time, even wait if they were busy. They need to invest in maintenance because the hotel is going down.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! The location is very convenience because is located near a subway station and neighborhood.

This was a cheap hotel. With that said it was dirty. Hand towels from the previous guess, mold in the bathroom, marijuana in the drawer, door didnt lock etc. I got a ticket the first night parking under the train (dont back in). Plus they booked us for two rooms even tho we only wanted one and tried to charge us twice. There are other hotels that are just a little more in cost with a whole lot less headache. Ps the website says they have parking which they do (4 spots).
