Maria was so knowledgeable about the brand and type of mechanical watch and even helped me pick the perfect replacement band so the watch would fit my mom. The watch is a cherished family heirloom and the look on my mom’s face when I gave it to her was priceless. If you want a jeweler who truly cares, this is the place to go.

I must say, dealing with a new jeweler for a watch is a hard thing to do sometimes. Many authorized dealers are looking to make a quick buck instead of supply the need of the customer. I can say for certain this is not true at W Kodak. I have felt welcomed by the staff, especially my SA, Moe, and taught that not all jewelry stores are out to scam. Today I was able to trade in my watch for another variant that Moe helped me understand was a better fit for me. We worked together on multiple visits to find the right fit for me, and to find other pieces throughout the store that would also fit my needs. I’m greatly looking forward to building my collection further with W Kodak’s team! Definitely a great service.

Can not say enough good things about W. Kodak Jewelers. The staff was so friendly and helpful with finding the perfect cross for my nieces baptisms. They have such an amazing and wide Cartier of pieces to choose from. They made sure I was able to stick to my timeline with a quick turn around and helped me with any questions I had about the pieces. Loved that I was able to text them which made all communication very easy and all the conversations were helpful and so sweet. In person they make you feel like family and work hard to find the perfect pairing while sticking to the goals you have for your piece! Maria even sent a video CAD (computer-aided design) of what my wedding ring would look like before crafting it. She would then take feedback and adjust for any changes.
