    My mother has been going to this location for years. She has a huge collection of Pandora, LOL. First of all, customer service is key. This is supposed to be an intimate shopping experience as it is a jewelry store, so the attentiveness to your client should be priority. Yesterday she had a bad experience with 2 sales reps who were just awful throughout her shopping experience. The 2 sales reps were busy in their own conversation. They didn’t greet my mother, they didn’t offer help. My mother was the one who had to ask them if anyone could help her. Her experience throughout was the same. She was walking to displays asking about them, while they stood behind the desk. There were earrings that had a faulty to them so she wanted another pair. She was asked “well, are you going to get them or not?” That’s when she just got so upset, she had to walk out with nothing. Why must your sales reps work in this FACE TO FACE MAINLY CUSTOMER SERVICE role and be employed, if they’re not going to do a proper job? Please hire sufficient staff able to attend to clients needs because clearly these need to be retrained on what customer service is. Rude service is disgusting. Pandora merchandise is NOT cheap, so it’s only right you get proper service.

    Very rude staff. I asked a question, and she was smirking and rolling her eyes. Even was talking about me to her coworker rolling her eyes right in front of me. I came to buy a ring, but because the way she treated me I left the store. The whole vibe there is very unprofessional and that staff needs to be fired. I'm never going back to this store again.

    Nice selections of bracelets. Thought Pandora was mainly silver but there are golds usually mixed with the silver and diamonds as well.

    AVOID THIS PANDORA STORE SINCE THIS PLACE DOESN’T EVEN HAVE DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. After my own experience and reading other reviews, you can tell the people who work there hate to serve customers for services other than purchasing. I went there trying to exchange the bubble tea charm from an online Pandora purchase because the charm didn’t have the “milky” color that their website shows/states. It was just plain brown. First to begin the lady who came to me had no smile and no friendly gesture as if I was not welcomed to their store. After she realized that I wanted to exchange my bubble tea charm, she with her smileless face right away said that this charm is hand made so each of them looks a bit different from each other. She would check for me if they have any. Then I saw her exchanged conversations with her colleague and came back to me with a belligerent attitude. She rudely said: “we cannot exchange this for you due to company policy. Again this is hand made so each piece is a bit different. They made it like this and we sell it like this, so what’s wrong with it?!” Pointing at my charm and continue to say: “There is nothing wrong. I saw ones that are even in darker color!” I said calmly: “But I saw ones that have the white…..” She cut me off and for the 3RD TIME she said (in a lecturing tone): “this is hand made so each piece is a bit different…” I had to use my hands to signal her to calm down and try to stop her confrontational attitude and said: “so you cannot exchange this for me.” She bluntly said “no!” Oh wow! This is customer service from a Pandora sales rep! Seriously?!?!! Not only that she is not professional as a Pandora sales rep, she doesn’t even have basic polite manner and attitude. How can this kind of person work at Pandora?!!! She behaved as if she was my boss and lectured me on how the charm was made!!! Throughout the conversations I as a customer remained calm and polite. I didn’t deserve to be treated like this. From Pandora official website, the product details of the bubble tea charm even indicates that it is with a true-to-life milky white to brown gradient. Pandora’s exchange policy also states that “Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations.” So I do have the right to request an exchange! It just happened that I chose the wrong Pandora location that has the worst customer service! I didn’t want to waste time arguing, so I left the store and went straight to the other Pandora. The sales rep there was very nice and friendly. She didn’t give me any problems or attitude. She even took out 2 bubble tea charms for me to choose. The exchange process was so simple and smooth.

    Wasn’t going to leave a review but after today’s experience i decided to do it. And as i can see i’m not the first one. How is that so many workers in such a small store are able to ignore customers. Unwelcoming, unhelpful and rude stuff. Thank you for made me feel miserable. That was my last ever visit to this store.

    Seriously need to have a separate line for curbside/pickup. I shouldn’t have to wait on a long line in the rain just for a pickup order. Also calling the store for the past 6 hours and no answer. Definitely not ordering from this location

    Very bad service. The company were treating me different because I was latin And they had an attitude.I had five months with my necklace. I had a warranty for a year and all the other places I went to didn't have my chain so I was told to to go to this store The lady refused to change my necklace and even the manager didn't know what to do.One of the workers were also making fun of me while I was talking. I will never go back,unless they get new employees.

    I’m very sad and upset, I went into the store today to get a charm changed due to it being broken, the sales associate was there as if she just had no interest in working. While the manager shows her how to do the exchange, the sales associate asked me if I would like to clean my jewelry (which it’s a couple thousands of dollars worth), I said sure. When I got my stuff back it was all yellow, I just started crying! I was so upset and so sad this lady just broke my heart, all she said was that’s the best she can do. I spoke to the manager & she told the associate to change the solution she tried to clean my jewelry, but it made no difference. I’m so upset. I won’t ever go back to that location. I didn’t even know what to do. I went over to the location on 42nd street and they assessed it and said my jewelry might have been placed in the solution too long by the associate at Herald Square. The staff at 42nd street did their best to try and help me but my favorite bracelet of the lot was still yellow. The 42nd street branch did a good job with my bracelets but there is slight yellow on them especially my favorite out of the lot, which is a complete Minnie Mouse bracelet which included special edition charms; some of the charms, individually, valued more than $100. And that is just 1 full bracelet out of my lot. What happens now????!!!! I’m just heartbroken; all this money spent and in minutes, an associate spoilt them. I now have a few “yellow” bracelets with charms which should be silver and/or rose gold. I take great care of my stuff, just for this associate (at 34th St) to burn them with the cleaning solution. And no one to assist and do anything about it. I don’t write reviews but I just HAD to post this one. I am truly hurt! Unbelievable Pandora! Unbelievable!

    The store has suggested paring of charms that are displayed in a glass case as soon as you enter. They have put together sets that create the perfect memory of your NY vacation. They have the price of all three charms together ticketed on the item to let you know how much it will cost to purchase all three together. However, the price that was listed for the collection of charms is incorrect and higher than the advertised price. It was only off by $10 but the point is the principal of the action. They are pricing something lower than it is to pull you in, and then refuse to honor the price that they advertised. This is false advertising. The manager, Michelle, hid back in the back of behind a counter and refused to even talk to me about it. I went back many hours later to find that they had not changed the false prices, so shopper beware!

    We weren't even greeted. I had to ask if I could see a particular charm, or a charm at all. I only bought the charm there because no other Pandora had it in stock. The woman mumbled under her mask and I asked her nicely to repeat her words. When paid they didn't thanked me or said goodbye. I couldn't believe it. Absolutely no customer service.

    I tried to make an exchange here but the store manager informed me that the ring was "scoffed up" and no one wants to buy a "scoffed up ring". This is completely untrue and all I wanted was for the ring to be resized. I put the ring on one time to see if it fit. There was a large line behind otherwise I would have argued but I decided it would be better to make the exchange at a more customer oriented store.

    If you want to return something they don't let you return for your money back or put it back on your card. And if you want to exchange something they make you pay more money then you spent the last time. Beware Pandora. If you have someone who REALLY loves a piece of jewelry from Pandora, that's the only way I'll get something from here ever again* no more gifts from here..

    Went to the store for an exchange and was being attended by Divya. She provided a size which fitted better. She then tried to sell us some charms which we declined. After declining her mood became sour and had negative expression. She then returned us the wrong size.

    ZERO STARS!!! Very disgusting and racist staff.... went there to purchase a ring stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone looked my way with only 4 other shoppers in the store I ask the girl (CAUCASIAN) if she had a ring I saw in the booklet she immediately said I'll be back and walked away and we t straight to 2 other shoppers (CAUCASIAN) and started to help them. Soon after a African American staff came over to assist, I told her the other girl came I ask a question and she walked away to help someone else and the white girl which is the staff started to laugh like it something funny.... will never buy from that store.... I would not recommend anyone to buy from this store if they want good service, worst being dark skinned..

    As most of the reviews i agree the service was not good, i visited a few days ago and i got the "rolling eyes" from the MANAGER, i was just asking how long it will be the wait time (and i asked in a very nice way) but she rooled her eyes and sigh....😔

    I give this store 1 star review solely because there is this young man who gave me a nice experience the whole time i was in the store to pick up my order. However, there is this short black hair lady pale skin( maybe a higher rank than the guy associate) who has a very condescending attitude and look while I was getting my service rendered. Pandora is high-end jewelry store and located in the heart of NYC, but that particular staff needs more training in terms of customer service and attitude. As a customer, I know what i had purchased is not expensive product perhaps did not contribute a significant amount of revenue to the store, so what? Does that mean I can not afford the more expensive ones? I own quite a few pieces from Cartier and yes, I also buy Pandora and Swarovski to compliment my statement piece from Cartier. It makes me happy to sometimes turn to a less expensive luxury because I am convinced Pandora has a decent quality that can withstand the challenges of time and daily wear! I really do not like the way I was being treated or greeted as i was picking up my order that was only $35.00 which is a small pearl pendant! If the Management level ever sees my review please have a talk with the short lady and have her adjust her attitude a little bit, because little does she know, she might scare away many many potential customers. And a very warm Thank you to the young man who provided kind and patient attendance to me. Honest review from a humble Pandora customer

    As it written on google they are closing at 09:00 pm but they closed at 08:00pm . I came as fast as I could to get birthday gift for my friend and they didn’t get in. If close at 08:00pm say it!

    I went in today to find out about replacing something on a bracelet. I was greeted by 2 girls, Emily & Ericka. They were very nice and discussed different options for jewelry. Even though I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I left with different items. They took their time showing me what was available and helped me find the right size. Thank you!

    If I could, I would give ZERO starsThe 2nd rudest store in the city. Do not waste your time. I understand it may be convenient but as a resident and avid collector it's not worth it. The staff are terrible and they are recycled staff from the time square location which is even worse! Just go deeper into the city the shopping experience is well worth it!

    I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for the wonderful experience I had at this store. I wasn't having the best day. I was running late to work and needed to stop in before the holidays and time was running out. I go into the store to get my bracelet replaced after having some of the links come out of the sockets, which made me nervous to wear it. I had bought my bracelet about a year pryer, initially purchasing the wrong size and returning and replacing it with the correct size within a week of the initial purchase. I had been told by a pandora employee my bracelet was still under warranty and to just bring it in and get it replaced. As it turned out, the initial employee to help me told me it wasn't able to be done because of my previous return. Now I am in college and I wasn't expecting to have to pay $70 plus for a new bracelet when I was told it would be free. I asked the employee if I could speak to his manager (I know... I know.. not my best moment). So I wait about 15 minutes to speak to her as she was helping another customer. During his time I'm getting more and more aggravated and anxious. I wasn't the kindest to the manager but she still helped me and ended up giving me a new bracelet at no charge and was very, very kind to me in general. The store was also very hectic with other customers coming in and yelling about random things (due to the stores location). So her kindness was very much appreciated. I would recommend this store to anyone for all of their pandora needs! I wish I would have gotten the managers name so I could name her specifically but thanks for everything, pandora!!

    Stopped by for a birthday gift for my girlfriend was a bit overwhelmed by the choices. Was approached by the employee Nova explained my situation and story to her. She was able to assemble the perfect bracelet she listened and put my words into the bracelet she displayed the perfect example of what customer service should be. Thank you to her and the staff that assisted as well great friendly environment !

    We made two purchases (spent more than 400$) on different days during our holiday and the first time we found an unfriendly sale-woman who rushed us to buy what we needed and scoffed when we asked to pay separately; we thought it was a bad day and near closing time..so we were a little surprised but we didn’t pay that much attention. Then we came back, we found different staff, it was even worse!! We asked for 2 specific charms and we realised, only when we arrived at the hotel, that one of them was the wrong one! We didn’t even have time to look at them in the shop because as soon as we asked them (pointing at them from the display), they packed them up. We asked for two separate bags and the lady told us she didn’t have time to waste with us. The shop was empty at that time. Now we have to try to change the charm..but we didn’t have our receipt sent to us..so probably will be a no go. It was a very very unpleasant experience; in italy this kind of behaviour for this brand would be unacceptable! There are different location, choose another one if you can.

    Maryella was extremely rude. tried to up price rings. claimed they were changing prices. when me and my friend decided to buy them despite her rudeness. she asked if they were together or separate and we said separate 3 times. then when it came to check out she put the items on the same bill and when i said i was buying one of the items she said “well you should of told me that” in a snarky voice. not to mention she was speaking in spanish thinking i couldn’t understand she was talking trash about us. pandora fix it.

    Very very curt staff. I was not helped at all - I waited for 45 minutes and the staff barely pointed to things and said, “it’s whatever’s here”. My assigned associate helped others out and was very unfocused when I was clearly waiting there for her to comeback and help. If you’re gonna sell an experience maybe staff better lol

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pandora. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes to be served, I was shocked to see another client who arrived after me being served first. To add insult to injury, the reason behind this unfair treatment was that the other client was purchasing two charms, while I was only planning to buy one. This blatant display of favoritism and disregard for fair customer service is absolutely unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness. However, I was put on the end of the waiting queue simply because I was not planning to spend as much as another customer. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and has greatly diminished my opinion of Pandora as a company. I had always believed that they valued their customers equally, but this incident has proven otherwise. It is evident that their priority lies in catering to customers who are willing to spend more, disregarding those who may have different preferences or budgets. I cannot recommend Pandora to anyone after this disappointing encounter. If they can treat their customers in such a discriminatory manner, then they do not deserve our patronage. I urge others to think twice before considering Pandora for their jewelry needs. There are plenty of other options available that value and appreciate their customers regardless of their spending capabilities.

    My boyfriend and I decided to start a charm bracelet for me so we ordered what we wanted ahead of time to pick up, we waited the full 4 hours we were told it would take and once we got in, not only were we ignored by the staff while they helped people who came in after us, the order wasn’t even ready to be picked up. Thankfully we weren’t attended to by the person who was ignoring us because she was treating other customers as well as her co-workers incredibly disrespectfully. We instead have a lovely woman help us and she got the charm we wanted from the display as it was the last of its kind left, not only did the rude employee mock our order because it was only one bracelet and one charm, she asked the woman helping us why she was “destroying” the display. Again, thankfully we did not have to deal with her one on one, but even being in her presence left a major tarnish on my view of the store and brand. Please have your employees do better, she was mocking customers to their face for not knowing exactly what they want, if it weren’t for the woman who helped us instead, I’d give one star.

    Had to wait about 20 min to get on the waitlist and was not even told to get on the waitlist until I heard it indirectly.just to wait a additional 20 min to not even get served since other people were able to complete a purchase entering the store after me. All this for a 1-2 min transaction that I had more than enough time to prepare for.
