I wish I could give them 0 stars & still be able to give a review. From the over night Dr down to the over night nurses- UNPROFESSIONAL! What happened to Dr/patient confidentiality? This hospital absolutely has NONE. Nurses talking about patients results/issues in front of other patients. Not wanting to “deal” with certain patients so they transfer them to other hospitals around the area. & don’t even get me started on the ATTITUDE. All of them complaining about what is & isn’t their job. Disgusted with New Jersey’s “Best Top Hospital”

By far the WORST hospital you or your loved one could ever go to for surgery. I have experience with multiple hospitals throughout the east coast but by far this trumps them all when it comes to poor quality of care overall. Where to even start? The hospital staff are all unprofessional and have the most disorganized layout when it comes to surgical procedures. They don’t even let you wait or go inside with your family member so the entire time you are left in the dark. Surgery was delayed 9 additional hours and NO ONE contacted us the entire day. Literally the entire day has gone by for a scheduled surgery and not one staff member had the decency to call and update the primary contact! Had my mom not had her cellphone to update me, I would’ve thought the worst happened by assuming she was going in for her surgery when it was initially scheduled. As a healthcare professional myself, I am furious that staff could ever be so careless and lack proper etiquette when it comes to patients and their family. Their process is extremely unsystematic and they really leave their patients and family members in the dark. It’s also upsetting that some great surgeons practice out of this dingy hospital but their patients unfortunately pay the expense by suffering with negatives this hospital offers. This hospital needs to be reevaluated and needs to do better, for their patients!

This is the worst hospital. Was not able to speak with Dr. About my dad. Waited in the waiting room for 1 1/2 to then say they are about to take your dad back to nursing home. Only saw him for a few min. Was not satisfied with his care. The nurse was very rude. The lady in registration was also rude and cursing. The security guards were cursing. They need classes on Empathy. Really felt uneasy and it breaks my heart for my dad to have to end up back if something else happens 😩 On top of that a lady came in her water broke. She was not given a wheelchair. She stood standing up. Out loud one of the reception who was rude to her called housekeeping to come and clean. she said “we need someone in emergency room, a lady water broke and water is everywhere. I felt so bad for the patient. Who does that.

My bedridden elderly parent is left unattended for hours. The nurses don't care. They sit outside the room and ignore numerous calls while my parent who is immobile is covered feces and urine. Visiting hours are horrendous - one person per day limited to 30 minutes. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to come here - you'd be better off in an animal hospital. Do not believe any of the positive reviews.

The doctor who attended my surgery was good, but all the nursing staff on the 3rd floor, terrible, the attention is very, very bad, maybe because I am Hispanic they discriminated against me. If you have to stay in this hospital for a delicate back surgery, I advise you to look for another hospital because you won't find the care you need here, they don't provide pain medication for a long time. attention is very bad.

No stars if I could, this hospital is the worst hospital I ever been to. I had a lower back surgery was in so much pain and nurses and assistance had no sympathy at all. Straight out of the recovery room still cozy and drowsy the nurse wanted me to sit on the chair I told her feel like I was going to faint she did not care. I started throwing up and I was left in my vomit, for two days no one changed my sheets or my Gown. My blood pressure was low and they blamed it on me not wanting to sit on the chair. When I press the call bell they act like I’m bothering them but they don’t make rounds they don’t check on patients. If you don’t ring the bell you don’t the nurses or the assistant for a whole day or 4/5 hours later when it’s time for your meds. The nurse decided to discharge me even though I was in a lot of pain and my blood pressure was low and I barely received any medication because of it they said. The physical therapist came she was pregnant and just had me get out of bed and walk to the door and back, said I’m good to leave. These are the only people I saw. Did not see a doctor did not see a charge nurse. The assistant and the nurses worked together once you say something to the assistant she gives it to the nurses and they all in cahoots and do not treat you well at the hospital. I asked for my bedsheets and gown to be changed and apparently that’s too much work for them, the assistant told the nurse and the treatment got worse. Zero star please go to any other hospital if you could you will regret going to Hudson regional Hospital. Oh and the nurse did not explain my discharge paperwork or my medication, she just busted in the room and said sign your discharge papers are you going home. I can go on and on about the horrible treatment I received for the two days I was there but I’ll leave it here for now.

Arrived in ER for hernia repair at the advice of my doctor. I was registered at 11:30AM on the table for robotic surgery by 3:00PM and quietly awakened in my room. From that point I was attended by two lovely professional nurses and a very competant and saavy supporting staff. Everything went like clockwork and I was most impressed. I was kept an extra day to ensure the effects of anaesthesia were completely cleared from my system so I could drive back to Delaware. There was some not unexpected pain the first 12hrs after surgery, but this diminished at a pleasing rate. The surgery was done Friday and I will return to work tomorrow on Wednesday. The ever diminishing pain from surgery has been well managed with ibuprofen even though I was given a prescription for Percoset, it was not necessary. I feel most fortunate.

I recently visited the ER at Hudson Regional Hospital on Saturday, February 3rd, due to needing stitches for a gash on my hand. Right from the start, my experience was nothing short of excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an environment that was not only clean but also welcoming, thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind staff. Despite the circumstances that brought me there, the fast service stood out, as I was seen by a medical professional in less than 15 minutes. The care I received from everyone, including nurses, doctors, and other staff members, was kind and informative. My interactions were filled with laughter and jokes, making the visit much more pleasant than I could have anticipated. The quality of medical care was top-notch. Dr. Michael Omoh examined my wound thoroughly, ensuring I was fully informed about the treatment process, which quickly diagnosed and addressed my condition. I highly recommend Hudson Regional Hospital's ER for anyone in need of urgent care. Their fast, thorough service and clear communication stand out, leaving no room for questions or confusion. It's comforting to know there's a place you can rely on for excellent medical care in times of need.

One of the absolute worst hospitals I have ever been to. I had surgery the other day and was admitted after. The post op nurses were excellent then I went to my room. The pain medication they were giving me was not working at all. The nurse I had that night really needs to find a new profession. I kept telling her over and over the medication was not working. She told me I did not need different pain medication because I only had a joint done. I asked her repeatedly to call the pain management doctor. She finally called and the pain management doctor and he refused to change the medication. He didn’t come to the room to talk to me or even evaluate me. I then asked her to call my surgeon which she replied I am not calling your doctor. When she gave the IV medication I told her to go slow because it really hurt, instead of doing it slowly she just pushed it. I don’t understand how you can leave a patient that is crying constantly because of the pain they are in and not do anything else to help them. Not all of the nurses were horrible I did have some that actually did care but because of the pain management doctor they couldn’t do anything. I laid in one position and cried for 2 1/2 days. Not every person responds to medication the same and what works for 1 may not work for someone else. They actually had the nerve to have on my discharge papers that my pain was controlled. If I would have seen that I would have never signed the papers unfortunately I only saw it after I was home. I would NEVER recommend this hospital to anybody.

I walked in the ER department for bleeding nose, after 10 minutes I was called into the registration desk and after that I was advised by the lady on the register to wait until my name is called. After 2 hours of waiting I went to the lady like crazy yelling that this is not acceptable. So they took me in and put me in the bed for another 3 hours when my nosebleed stoped on its own so I left without even the doctor checking on me. Externally not recommended

PIG WITH LIPSTICK!. Still as nasty as everyone remembers Meadowlands Hospital has had the reputation for. You can change the name as many times as you want hospital is still run the same way. Blood stains on pillows and sheets, bathroom floors with what I can only imagine is blood or liquid medicines. What I can only assume is if someone gets an infection its “repeat business”. If you want to be with your spouse pre/post procedure do not come to this hospital. You will be sitting in your car waiting for them to allow you inside as a visitor. Parking is a joke. While waiting in the car i saw people were circling the parking lot for 20 mins trying to find one. If I can give no stars I would. Do yourself a favor and take the extra few minutes to go to another hospital. Might be life saving.

Had same day foot surgery a few days ago. Small intimate hospital but very clean and beautiful inside. Absolutely everyone I came in contact with (front desk staff, nurses, surgeon, anesthesiologist, etc) were awesome. Professional and comforting at the same time. Very good experience.

My mom had a hand surgery with dr Oren michali and it was so nice to see a clean hospital. The security personal was so nice and helpful. The nurse was very accommodating for my mom needs. The surgeon was answering all my moms questions. After the surgery they took care of her like she was their mom. My mom complains about everything and she was happy. They even offered us free transportation if we needed. I highly recommend this hospital and we have been in a lot of other hospitals.

I'm shocked to receive at least 5 bills in 2024 for a service from 2021, and in December 2023, I wasn't even in NJ as I had moved to a different state. Now, I have to waste my time calling my insurance and delving into all of this. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the billing department; there was a time they charged me twice for the same bill. I had to go in person to the hospital, talk to the billing department, and it took them a while to refund me. Never again. I don't recommend anyone to go and waste their time and money there. Terrible service.

I had a great experience with Dr. Petr L. Tsenovoy! He is very upbeat, positive, and friendly, which made me feel at ease. He examined me and asked relevant questions and didn’t just rely on my EKG results. Dr. Tsenovoy gave me great suggestions to lower my blood pressure and understood the reason it was high just through our conversation. He listened, and gave recommendations and alternatives that made me feel more comfortable with. He was accompanied by 2 female doctors in training and I hope they follow his lead! Honestly, I was so impressed! Definitely will use him as my cardiologist in the future even though I live more than an hour away. He is definitely worth it!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received from Karina Marin, a Surgical Physician Assistant. Even though she was not on duty during my time at the hospital, she took the time to ensure my father received the best possible care by contacting her attending physician Dr. Al Obaidi, who took the time to explain everything in detail. From the moment I reached out to her, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, compassion, and dedication. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that we felt comfortable throughout the entire process starting at the Urgent Care. Not sure where to bring my father, she promised me that Hudson Regional would provide the best care and she was correct. I owe much of my positive experience to her efforts but also the entire hospital staff and the facility itself was very well kept. It’s not often you come across such dedicated professionals . Thank You !!

Hudson Regional Hospital in Secaucus New Jersey is one of the best facilities that I ever went to for services. The experience was exemplary in every way. The Doctor who attended to me was especially nice. He was very helpful and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure that I would be ready for my knee surgery. He was concerned about my heart health so much that he ordered further analysis even after an EKG that was nonconclusive. He really cared about my health. He is definitely top notch 👌Annette Bent

I want to say thank you to Hudson Regional Hospital for helping me to perform the COVID test for travel. Stephanie from the lab has been helping me a lot on getting the result and following up on a signed letter by lab on time for my trip! I would definitely recommend Hudson regional hospital to people who need a formal report for travel. The service is professional! Thank you!

This review is with respect to the Radiology dept. I had a scheduled ultrasound appointment for right leg pain at another radiology center that unfortunately (upon arrival) told me cannot conduct an ultrasound for pain. I then called Hudson regional hospital radiology center where I was heard and helped with getting a walk-in non-appointment which was great given the amount of patients they get. All the receptionists were warm and inviting. Shortly after filling out a few forms I was tended by ultrasound technician Leena Patel who was a godsend! Aside from being kind and caring, Leena Patel was very informative and went above and beyond with not only scanning area of interest but also scanning left leg for the doctor to compare. I’ve unfortunately been going through some medical issues that have had me frequenting radiology centers and I have never been treated with this much kindness and care. I am very appreciative and thank all involved with my experience! Special thank you to ultrasound tech Leena Patel!!

Excellent and kind service soon as you walk through the entrance doors. I recently had surgery with Dr. Paul Rothenberg, MD and it went exceptionally well. Everyone checked in on me to make sure I was calm cool and collected. Recovery room staff were amazing! If ever I had to go back, I would do so with all the trust and confidence possible. Highly recommend the facility and doctor. Constant communication and nurturing in OR. Truly show empathy and compassion. Great things to have when going into a scary situation as a patient.

This is unbelievable I was here today with my wife because she have “appointment” for today to do an mri, but oh surprise they said you don’t have appointment registration for today because the department of the mri don’t leave you the paperwork for you today, but they called me yesterday to come today. Unbelievable these people are not organized to work at all, very sad because they make us waste time and money coming here for nothing

This is by far the WORST hospital for emergency triage services! Never go here if your symptoms are bad! I understand that there is a level of waiting that you have to do to seek help, but when you go to the ER it’s genuinely supposed to be for immediate help. My personal experience - I was in 10/10 pain… tears , nausea, on the verge of throwing up, and the registration ladies could only say “you’re going to have to wait , they don’t let us back there, we can’t speak to the doctors..” how is that okay!? Triage is immediate! Triage needs to happen. I shouldn’t have had to wait 1 hour. Instead - a child who was there for a rash and was bouncing up and down went before me. Shouldn’t that be urgent care instead? I have kids of my own and I get it - children are gold! But I would rather be treated on worse case first, because that’s how it should be done. Needless to say, I left this hospital and went to HACKENSACK hospital. I drove myself in distress because I had no other choice. And I was attended immediately. No wait time. My diagnoses , a salpingectomy to remove an 18cm ovarian cyst that could have ruptured at any point. So yes! I was in high acute distress and this hospital did nothing for me but delay my opportunity to get the help that I clearly needed. Don’t go here! Don’t ever go here if you’re in serious trouble. Go to Hackensack. They’re way better! You won’t regret that.

Although, I had a rough start at the ER, my ultrasound experience was amazing. I was already upset waiting in the ER for 3 hours, that once I came into the Ultrasound unit, Dr. Lina Patel welcomed me with so much love and care. Her goal was to make me feel comfortable and safe in her environment, & she succeeded. Dr. Lina Patel is an outstanding Doctor & she warmed my heart trying her very best to cheer me up! She also looked everywhere and didn’t leave a spot behind in her report. I sincerely congratulate Doctors like these. They love doing their job and treating their patients at their very best.

I had spinal fusion surgery at Hudson Regional Hospital to treat a few herniated discs. Every single person, from the registrars, to the intake nurses, to the nurses in the pre-op, to the amazing surgical team in the OR, and the nurses in the recovery room (especially Emmer)...*everyone* was kind, and encouraging, and dialed in to my needs and treatment. Proactive pain management in the recovery room, along with a light hearted demeanor yet extensive and thorough approach to every aspect of the surgery greatly eased my pain and worries. I felt like I was in the best possible hands every step of the way. I would definitely recommend the hospital for any same day surgery and feel fortunate to have been treated by this awesome team.

For the first time in a long time a Doctor that spent time to explain and address my concerns. Dr. Tsenovoy professionalism and expertise is impeccable. I’m glad I was able to find him as he eased me during a stressful time. His staff is extremely professional and well knowledgeable. The hospital overall is very clean and well presented. Every person I passed from the front entrance to Dr. Tsenovoy department was hospitable and pleasant.

Excellent hospital, I had neck surgery and from the minute I walked in till when I left, everyone was so professional and wonderful, Even Ms. Patel the woman that did my sonogram was also friendly and caring, and all the nurses and doctors and the PA's on the 3rd floor were absolutely amazing, they came every time I called, they were kind professional and so friendly never annoyed, and were so easy to talk to, you hear horror stories about some hospitals and I'm not one to write reviews but I must say Hudson regional hospital went above and beyond without even trying, Dr Smith is a great Neurosurgeon and his staff was on point through out the whole process, also the nurses who cared for me on the 3rd floor Michelle and Shqipe Sinani, Amelia thank you for everything. You guys were wonderful.

I was impressed with the outpatient cordial professional staff, I had the pleasure of coming into contact with on October 2, 2023. The Dr. I spoke with was informed and took the time to answer my questions. Just knowing I will have my surgery at Hudson Regional Hospital is quite reassuring that I will be ok the day of my surgery. I would recommend this hospital to all my family and friends.

I never got seen by a nurse while being in the waiting area in the ER ! For almost an hour with my shoulder dislocated. I ended up popping it back myself and left. When I asked why it was taking so long for me to be seen , I was told that they were talking people before me because they have been to that ER before. Horrible place to go to. I better not get a bill from this place or I will sue .

This place is annoying. You go in get your labs done in a timely manner then sit for an hour or more to get medical clearance from a doctor who doesn’t have a care in the world of other peoples time. Ridiculous. I should have been in & out within 2 hours. The nurses and staff are nice but that Dr. Petr L. Tsenovoy rather talk to his colleagues than get patients out the office and back home.

Overall the hospital is a good place and the staff is friendly. Give Leena a raise ! Lol

Having major surgery for the first time can be a scary experience for anyone. However, after my first consultation visit with Dr. Grau, I immediately sensed that I was in caring hands. Dr. Grau was extremely kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the entirety of my surgery and recovery. After completion of my knee-replacement I naturally expected post-surgery aftereffects, however, I felt better than I had in many years, this is a testament to the amazing surgeon Dr. Grau is. Dr. Grau then went above the call of duty to be sure that my recovery was as seamless and stress-free as possible. He ensured that minor details including the comfort of my recovery room were in place! Thereafter, he ensured that I was setup with the best physical therapy team anyone could ask for! I can now say that I am walking without fear of pain due to the awesome work of Dr. Grau. Dr. Grau is easily the best Doctor I have ever encountered. I have never felt this safe and secure in my many years of navigating the healthcare system. My daughter who is also a healthcare professional was extremely impressed and comforted by the amount of patient-specific care Dr. Grau put into my procedure and recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Grau for any patient seeking a surgeon who will treat you like you family, who is effective in his work, and provides optimal care. Dr. Grau exemplifies what healthcare should embody; caring for the patient as a whole!

I recently had surgery at Hudson Regional Hospital and from the moment I arrived at intake to the moment I left, I received exceptional care. The nursing staff was kind, professional and caring. The nurses made sure that I was prepared to leave; was aware of aftercare instructions; and that I had all of my questions answered. I can’t say enough about the care I received and I highly recommend this hospital and commend its nursing staff.

Came here for an outpatient surgery on November 6th. The staff and nursing team were very kind and helpful. I also felt very taken care of by majority of the surgical team, and the facility was lovely. However, I’m deducting 2 stars for the following reasons - The anesthesiologist asked me an incredibly inappropriate question (I told him I had PTSD, he asked me what happened, and then proceeded to downplay my experience by claiming he’d seen people die as a child and he moved on.) I tried to follow up with the hospital about his behavior, but no one has responded to my email. - There was a big breakdown in communication regarding post-op instructions. I was not prescribed any medications, even though I’d just had ADR surgery, and I was told I could drive the next day. I knew this wasn’t accurate, and had to do a lot of follow up work to clarify my post op care. I hope HRH follows up for more information and takes steps to remedy these issues.

As an old man of 62 years, I was treated with a lot of courtesy and a lot of respect by a few different young ladies. The doctor Mrs Gonzalez gave me excellent service. I had different young lady do EKG, blood test and a sonogram and other heart tests and they treated me really nice and they were very respectful, made me feel just at home. They even bought me food to the room, that was very nice of them. The waiting was not so long if I need to I would return for more Medical services

My mom was brought in to the ER on Jan 9 at about 11pm by ambulance. She had severe pains in her upper stomach. She was given malox for indigestion. When I arrived, I was told, she could go home. I said, what? The nurse said, she had indigestion and she was better now. I asked if they had taken blood. The nurse said said no, it wasn't necessary. The malox worked, so they knew what the problem was. I took her home for about an hour and she wasn't better. My mom now had pains in the back of her head and shoulders. I took her back. They took blood and saw her heart enzyme levels were raised. She had a heart attack that night. Her heart is now working 35%. To the ER nurses, please take whatever steps are necessary and save a life. My mom and I were told, my mom was probably having anxiety because of the storm that night.

I went to the ER at Hudson Regional Hospital and everyone from registration, the nurses, and Dr Omoh were exceptional. They were kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable. They were amazing, and I could not have asked for better care!

My mother had surgery here this morning and I am so impressed with everyone at this hospital from the beginning to the end. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hospital.

Both the doctor (Enrique, I think) and the nurse that took care of me were great. They diagnosed me quickly, took care of my issue and sent me home with scripts and medicine that have helped me out. With these troubling times it was great knowing they took every step to know I was good before leaving.

Check in but you won't check out. Doctor wanted pull a DNR on sister, who just came out of coma. Stay away from that slaughter house. Run for hills, you'll survive. Those doctors don't gaf. I've seen it with my own eyes. Worst hospital I've ever had the horrible experience to visit. Thank you God, I was a never a patient there. They are disgusting

Nurse Attiya B. went above and beyond with her care, and kept us well-informed during our entire stay at the ER. She was clear with all her explanations, and in an extremely busy ER she remained attentive, professional, and compassionate. In a stressful environment, I'm extremely grateful she was able to deliver exceptional care and make us feel at ease.

Fast and the whole team are very professional and caring. The nurses were so nice and caring they made me feel so comfortable. The attending doctor was on point with my diagnosis and had great patient care manners. I appreciate all the hard work they do everyday. The whole team definitely are outstanding from the registration desk to the doctor and nurses.

I recently visited the ER for a head wound. The check in process was quick. Once i got into the treatment area the staff was professional and informative. Mark was also very helpful and supportive. Doctor Ehsan was the one who closed the wound. I received stitches and staples. All which were perfectly placed. I have no hesitation recommending this hospital.

The best ER I’ve been to. I walked in with severe ear pain and loss of hearing. the front desk representative took my info at lightening speed and called me in to see the doctor within minutes. I was given medication and pain relief for an ear infection (thank god it wasnt a bug in there). The nurse was very attentive and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff overall were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was out of there within an hour with no more ear pain and my hearing back.

The service from the Receptionist, Rn., Technicians, doctors, etc., are outstanding. You are treated like humane beings with much love and respect. If I had to visit this hospital again I would professionalism is essential when it comes to my health. These first responders deserve to be recognized for their love to all patients.

Hudson Regional Hospital has good service and great staff. I had excellent care and everyone was very polite. The doctors and everyone else who worked there was very good at their jobs and they did very well. Everyone is super nice too!

I visited this hospital for medical clearance prior ro surgery. All staff from the receptionist, technicians and doctors were helpful and courteous. The facility is clean, well lit and inviting. However, the wait in registration was very long. There was one lady working alone. Other than that, I was very impressed.

Both doctors approached me and called me before the surgery to make sure I was ok. I met with Dr. Kyle and Dr. Paul Rothenburg for my shoulder issue. They were patient and understanding. They helped me to better understand and my issues and listened to my concerns. From the point of meeting both of them up until going to the hospital for the day of surgery, until the end when someone helped me to the car, their customer care is amazing. I have never seen such good care. I had a similar surgery on my other shoulder and I received less than 10% of the quality of service that I got at Hudson Regional Hospital. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. The experience was stellar. If you are injured, I highly recommend both doctors and this hospital. My thanks goes out to them and their staff for the exceptional care.

My experience at this hospital was outstanding. From the nurses, aids, administrators. I have nothing but great things to say about my surgery. My nurse Amanda was very patient and friendly. Everyone was very empathetic and helpful. Absolutely recommend this hospital for any procedure.

The nurses working the morning shift on 10/30 in the ED need to be fired immediately. All very rude. Literally heard one of the nurses refer to a patient as “the a**hole in bed number 4”. Extremely insensitive. If you’re not built to help people then find another place to work at that is not the medical field. On a lighter note, I would like to shout out Donnie who took me to get my CT scan. Thank you for being so kind and making sure I was okay and comfortable and looking out for patients. A great example of how patients should be treated! He deserves the recognition.

I have been here twice in a month and the both times I’ve been to the radiology department to get test done they have been kind and nice. The first tech was very nice and made sure I was comfortable before the test . My second visit the ultrasound tech ( Leena Patel) made me feel so better I was having tough day and just her taking time talk to me and ask questions made me feel very comfortable and cared for. She’s a great ultrasound tech very through with her work . She Deserves a Raise ! And all the staff in radiology they all care for the patients and make sure the process can go smooth.

This hospital is can be amazing at times and kind of terrible at others. I do think it has a lot to do with circumstances which the staff cannot control. The Dr’s and nurses and staff in general have always been kind and respectful to my family and I so I have no problems with that aspect but I do think it would be helpful if I added my 2 cents regarding the care provided to ED patients. I really do believe that it would be better to have more than one ED Dr. on staff during the graveyard shift on the weekends. After you receive all of your scans and tests the wait time is so much longer than most other hospitals. I went in once with a hip injury and woke up very confused 4 hours after my x-ray. I hadn’t seen a Dr at all. I ended up just leaving and being chased out the door by a nurse with my paperwork detailing my diagnosis and treatment. I also went for something a bit more serious and I can honestly say that I don’t think the Dr had time to review those scans because they released me with a clean bill of health but I’m still in pain so I will just request a copy of the CT scan and bring it ti my regular Dr. Since the hospital changed ownership, this has been the norm for this ED and it really is a shame. The hospital looks great! Love the changes but just wish you guys would have better staffing on such busy shifts like weekend graveyard. Maybe even a PA? Someone who can read and explain results to patients. If this issue is tackled, the hospital will be perfect for my purposes at least which is a convenient hospital I can take myself and my family to in a pinch.

I had my first and second knee replacement at Hudson regional Hospital with Dr. Luis Grau as my surgeon. I cannot say enough about my stay, just getting my second knee replacement at the same Hospital with the same doctor shows how confident and happy I am with them. The hospital staff was 1st class, if I could give 6 stars I would. Note: Dr. Grau is the BEST!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because the doctors and nursing staff are great, but the front desk gate keepers are the absolute worst. I have been here at least a dozen times in the last 3 months, and EVERY front desk person is rude and has zero knowledge. It's one thing to be incompetent at your job, but it's another to be annoyed because I am interrupting you doing nothing.

I would like to thank the Radiology team: Dr. Ace Levy and Karla, RN. Sandra, Susan, Luda, and Iryna, who took care of me for several days, Dr. Kelly, and Dr. Delarosa. I had a terrifying surgery on my liver. Dr. Levy and Karla provided exceptional care in Radiology from the moment I came in for surgery until my follow up appointment. The department is well organized and I didn't find myself waiting for anything I needed. When I had side effects in the days following my surgery, both Dr. Levy and Karla checked on me during my time in the ICU. Dr. Levy is very responsive and answered all of my questions. I am grateful to have had such a positive experience.

This is the worst hospital. Came here with my mom and we waited 2 hours just to get into triage. Nurse took notes down with a pencil and paper? After triage we had to wait hours just to see the doctor. Forget about if you need any testing or scans done. There was only one doctor in this hospital. One? I’ve never in my life heard of a doctor only having one doctor. Everyone seems lazy and miserable. Every employee is sitting around on their phones. Will never, ever come back here again.

Visited the ER and have to say I prefer the older staff who were very sweet, warmer and welcoming. This new staff is very dry and borderline arrogant. You have to be delicate and sweet with patients while operating in the medical field. Make them feel like you’re there for them and they have nothing to worry about. I felt alone forgotten about as if I was a nuisance. Not to mention it was a light night and it took me an hour to have my vitals taken, followed up by unnecessary wait time to be seen by a doctor. This is usually a great hospital but not sure what has happened lately with this new staff I prefer the older staff and hospital years ago.

Had surgery on Monday 15th, everything went well. The staff was wonderful the nurses were excellent with my care, especially Marie Jean. They were always friendly. My only problem was with the anesthesiologist dept . I look like I was in a fight. I have two abrasions, about an inch and a half long on both sides of my cheeks from when they pulled the tape off my face. I have a swollen lip that looks like I was punched in the face. Also, the inside of my mouth is cut and bruised making it nearly impossible to eat.
