Not Prompt and not professional. I came for rapid test (for airline travel) at 7:55 am and was 3rd in line. Front desk girl checked me in. At 8:17 nurse or casually walked in with her coffee. A minute later, first person was called into the room. When I was called to the room at 9 am, I declined service because I was “rushing” and asking for time to be called in. This message is to office manager: please fix the way you operate in your office. Learn how to respect your patients time.

I wouldn’t bother coming here and waste your time. In the middle of pandemic when we are supposed to make covid testing a seamless process but pseudo-clinic places like these make the process tougher. On their website they claim to have walk-ins with quick turn around and an option to pre schedule appointment. I have tried both but no luck. I have looked into appointments a week ahead and nothing comes up. Instead I’ve been dealt with poor attitude from their front desk staff. At 9:00am I was told the wait for pcr test ranges from 1-2 hours. I would have waited if I have nothing else to do.

We had a very great experience with PA Victoria. She was very nice, patient and knowledgeable. We couldn’t thank her enough for taking care of our son. And the receptionist and staff are very nice too. I would highly recommend this place.

It was my first experience of medical care in the USA. I went for the treatment of a boil on my back. The clinic was neat and clean . All staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. I was attended well and the procedure was explained to me. I would like to specially thank Ms Lauren Petry for her dedication towards the profession and care. In India we celebrate Doctors day today, on this day, I extend my gratitude to all the doctors and staff of PromptMD. Thank you.

Staff very nice. Front desk and MA (sorry don't know names) Facility clean Easy new patient process No wait time Dr. Victoria C was professionally and personally wonderful. Took TIME with me to discuss medical concerns . Didn't rush me. Amazing bedside manner which nowadays is difficult to find. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks to all of you 🙏

The best of the best. Super kind front desk staff, even sweeter medical assistants, and extremely knowledgeable doctors/PAs. Seriously we must have thanked them a thousand times simply for how nice they are. I don’t even know if they can be called care givers. They will turn patients away even if you come an hour before closing. They will give lame excuses - “ we have had a very busy day”. They Lack basic medical ethics and pass on comments like “ if you can bear the pain for this time, you can bear it till next morning” - implying you are not gonna die if we don’t attend you. I am amazed how people like these can sleep at night and look at themselves in the mirror every day. Shame!

Okay experience. Wait was about an hour. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. DeeDee was super rude and dismissive of me and seemed annoyed by my presence from the get go. Lauren was super friendly and helpful and had good energy. Besides the one rude person, I had a good experience and I’d recommend this place

Very nice staff. I was there at 8a.m when they opened and was the first patient of the day. I was in and out in less than an hour. They examined me listened to what I had to say and acknowledged what I said I don't get that at my regular doctor. I had no issues paying out of pocket with no insurance it was very reasonable price for me $125 of course this could be more depending on what care you need. This place was extremely helpful for me as we are traveling and we were about a 5 minute walk from where we're staying. They called in my prescriptions to the local Walgreens which is a 7 minute walk.

I would have given a five star rating had not the receptionist been so cavalier. The nursing staff was excellent but first impressions are important. The receptionist made me feel like she was doing me a favor and really preferred not to be bothered. Perhaps she was having a bad day (we’re all subjunctive to those) but front line people should be held to a higher level.

I've used this location before and had good, generally quick service. This time I had concerns I broke my foot so I checked for Xrays. Their website says they have them at all locations and even has a separate page for x-rays to explain need/procedure/etc and brags that they have little to no wait. When I got there I was told they actually only do x-rays at that location SOME days and i can go to Hoboken if I want an x-ray. When I tried to tell them that their website must have wrong information I was cut off and told that it wasnt wrong because i could go to hoboken. But their website does not mention that some locations have xrays at any time and some don't. It just brags about 7day a week services. So if you need care you better call first and see if they actually can do what they claim

My visit went great! Dr. Petry was very dedicated and knowledgeable (she was actually much more knowledgeable about my skin condition than a dermatologist I had visited prior). I felt welcomed and being cared about. It's my favorite urgent care!

Very quickly attended and doctor was very willingly to talk me through everything. I had a lot of questions and she took her time to walk me through all the possible scenarios. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best urgent care facilities I’ve been to. Quick, barley any wait time I was in and out with knowledge how to help my symptoms. I would definitely be coming back here in the future.

A few of the nurses are lovely and the attending doctors are nice, but the staff on duty on Tuesday February 7th and Wednesday February 8th 2023 treated me horribly. I presented with VERY high fever, aches, sore throat and felt like garbage. The doctor was fine. The nurse was rude and lacked any bedside manner. The person making the follow up call today lacked bedside manner as well. Told me to continue taking Tylenol even though my throat feels like it is on fire. Never had an issue with the staff before yesterday. Sad.

Their medical assistant dee dee was very kind and accommodating and the PA Lauren was very helpful in making sure she gave me a good examination so I could have the best possible solution to the symptoms I was experiencing.

They said it would be a 40 minute wait it was at least double that. Sunday morning. Understaffed. Just one PA. But the quality of the PA was good and seamless ordering of prescriptions across the street

Our family has used Prompt MD on three occasions and we have consistently received excellent service. All of its care providers have been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful!

The doctors are okay but not the best. You have to make sure u bring up allergies or illnesses or other meds u take cuz even tho u wrote it on the forms they don’t actually read them. but every time I get medicine they never send it to the pharmacy and when I get labs I never get the results back. And every time I call no one answers the phone and no option to leave a message so I can ask where my meds where sent if at all or what my lab results are. No reason not to pick up the phone… ever…doesn’t matter that I call during business hours. Once u leave they do not care at all…

Service was good. Doctor clearly explained the problem. She was friendly and kindly listening to us. I would recommend PromptMD Urgent Care

Great visit with Physician Assistant Martha Stanko who is experienced and friendly with a quick checkup. She gave me a clear diagnosis with prescription. That put me at great ease. Thank you again.

One of the few places that was open near me on a holiday weekend. Points for the kind and empathetic staff and thorough PA who saw me. The lack of working WiFi made filling out online forms/contacting pharmacies challenging, though.

This is the first time I ever gave a service such a bad review, but this place is terrible. It is so unprofessional, no ethics and the staff is extremely rude. We live in the neighborhood, and my daughter was choked by some food. As parents, we look for the closest place where we can get some help and the time matters!! The staff simply turned away, the doctor didn’t show up even do a quickest checking, and told us to go to emergency which is another 5-10 mins away no matter which commute we take. Luckily my daughter threw the food up herself, but I’m so so so disappointed in this urgent care. They don’t care about people’s life!!!What kind of urgent care is this!! Stay away!!

The nurses and staff are exceptional. However, the attending physicians can vary and it’s can be hit or miss as far as the care, attention and bedside manner they provide. But overall this place is a gem in Jersey City!

Covid testing was chaotic. Communication terrible. Upon arrival and registration, I was told the wait should be around 30min. But 2+hours after I was still waiting with 4 patients ahead of me so I cancelled. When I arrived they said 30min wait even though there were 12 patients waiting ahead of me. 30min sounded ambitious but I assumed they had one or more nurses dedicated for covid testing. It doesn’t seem to be how it works. When I asked, they justified the unexpected longer waiting time from 30min to ~3 hours by patients needing urgent care. I can understand that but they should have been clearer from the beginning that if everything is ok it will take 30 min (I actually think they misjudged) but it may take much more than that (3 hours in reality). They didn’t seem to care about the fact that I was annoyed but their bad communication.

Excellent care. Great staff. I walked in with respiratory systems, was isolated and seen promptly. Comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatments provided. Great experience (except being sick).

Doctor and medical assistant were very good. Receptionists are not. I arrived at noon with visible covid symptoms of cough and hoarse voice, asking to see the doctor for my symptoms and to get a covid test. As soon as I mentioned covid test, the snotty receptionist said they’re done testing for the day , and she told me to go to a pharmacy across the street. When I got into the exam room, the medical assistant was surprised to hear that I was told I couldn’t get a covid test when I had symptoms. While I was there another patient had an argument with the receptionists and left angry because ,on the previous day, they gave him misleading advice on how to ensure he’d get a covid test. Lazy, dumb, communication impaired gatekeepers are not good.

Perfect in and out quickly for Covid testing! evthg was smooth and office is immaculate and clean! Staff was informative and nice!!!!

The staff here are always very warm and welcoming. We’re usually seen right away and the PAs have been efficient an friendly. Definitely recommend.

Overall the experience was pretty straightforward with digital check in and being able to check how many people were in front of you in line through the digital portal. Total wait time after checking in was closer to 1.5 hour vs the 1 hour estimate. The visit took a little over 2.5 hours for a PCR test from the time I got on line outside until I was seen.

I have had no issues with covid testing here, they're perfectly fine at that. Came here on a Monday because of UTI symptoms, was told my results were "borderline" and they'd be sending in a urine culture with results in 24 hours. Called Wednesday night, was told I'd get results Thursday. Called Friday, was told they'd try to figure out what was happening and call me back in 30 minutes (didn't). Called today, finally someone figured out they never sent a culture in. Was transfered to the PA (Amira?) who saw me and she told me she "wasn't worried" about my results and if I still had symptoms I could come in and they wouldn't charge me (how generous!) and would "expedite" the culture. Tl;dr would go back for a covid test but NOTHING else.

PromptMD definitely exceeded my expectations! Dr. Stanko along with the nursing staff were extremely kind and professional from the moment I walked in. Treated me like I mattered, which I appreciate, since most obese ppl are treated the worse in the medical industry, especially when it comes to Dr. visits. So I appreciate the experience and would recommend. Online scheduling and pre-paperwork= No waiting for me. I was in and out in less than an hour!!

Went there to have a professional look at a burn. Registration and check-in were electronic and easy for anyone with a cell phone. I was seen in a timely manner by a physician assistant who addressed my all my concerns (ex: preventing infection - proper care minimizing scarring). Would recommend this urgent care.

Brian the PA, Dee Dee and the whole team were incredibly kind, empathetic and helpful when my mom recently went in. Brian is very knowledgeable about meds and my mom's illness. They called in the Rx to our pharmacy right away. I highly recommend them !

Cristina Tavares was my care physician, and Dom was the nurse. They were INCREDIBLE. They took their time and asked me thorough questions to get me the proper treatment and care. This one visit was 1000 times better than any CityMD Dr. I've visited. The site was clean, timing was efficient .. no long wait time and everyone from front desk to the Dr. was very friendly.

Call out to DiDi who did a great job following up on some pending test results that I was waiting to receive. DiDi went above & beyond to get the results that were pending for a few days. Not only did she make calls on my behalf, but also followed up with me to make sure that I had received the results. Thank you DiDi … your manager meds to know how professional and valuable your are! Would have 5* except for the 3 young patients in the waiting room with me not wearing masks. I asked receptionist why it wasn’t enforced and she quickly asked them to wear masks. It should be done upon arrival if they aren’t wearing one. There were 3 adults patients over 60 waiting to be seen who don’t want to be sicker than we already are! The PA I saw was thorough and I would definitely go back on her account.

Such an Amazing and friendly staff ! The x-ray tech , the ma and the provider treated me like I was more than a patient! They Gave me the best care and experience possible and I would definitely be returning to them for any of my urgent care needs! 10 stars for promptMD urgent care! 😊😊

Had to wait 45 minutes after appointment time to be seen however the Staff was friendly, empathetic, professional and quick once I was seen. Given that so many people are sick this was not a bad experience. Iterating that the staff was really good!

I visited here on Tuesday (2/7) this week and was provided with quick, proactive and professional care. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the doctor’s follow up call today (2/9) I felt very well taken care of and am happy to report feeling much better too. I will be visiting them again should I need the care.

Very clean office and nice staff. The wait time was long (due to COVID testing) which they told everyone so they could wait at home and receive a text when it’s your appointment. You can also see the line online and see how many are in front of you. Only 4 could wait inside due to COVID risk but several benches outside. The medical staff were very professional, personal and quick.
