I've been going to Baines Family Dental for a few years now and each experience is better than the last. Dr. Baines and his crew are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring...They really make you feel like your part of the family. There very accomadating and setting up an appointment is never a problem. There's never a long wait I'm usually in the chair within 5 mins upon arrival. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

The staff and technicians are very polite, professional and knowledgeable about their role and procedures to be done. They show great care in what they do and reflect a great leadership of tge Dentists in charge. I will recommend this office most definitely!

Such a great experience. I moved to Florida and happen to be back in town and they accommodated me the same day! The front desk were so polite and helpful. They were able to verify my insurance quickly. The hygienist Salome was great. Her cleaning was so thorough. Dr. Keith, like always was great too. The office was super clean and organized. Just moved into the area and am SO happy with Baines Family Dentist. I needed a crown, which was totally new to me, and the doctor walked me through everything and took great care. I didn’t feel a thing!!! I also recommend them just for a cleaning. They were incredibly thorough and my teeth have never felt better!

Thank you so much Dr. Marshall Baines! He has been thorough from my examination up to putting up my crown. I was really scared at first because I thought there would be pain and really be uncomfortable. But I was wrong! Dr. Baines was reassuring me and really took care of me professionally. The staff has been nice as well! They explained to me the treatments that I need for my other teeth based on my current insurance coverage. It was an excellent service. So glad I found this dental office! I have made the best decision to choose Baines Family Dental. Office is clean and well maintained too! 🫶

Great Service. I was able to call and get an apt within an hour same day. Ashley the hygienist was amazing! She had a delicate touch and during the cleaning I didn’t experience any pain unlike other visits to different dentists. She also recommended a really good floss! Dr. Keith was just as amazing. He was quick and to the point stressing certain aspects of my dental health. Overall great bedside manner and really listened to my concerns. The front desk had a quote fully explaining what my insurance would cover and what I had to pay out of pocket. (amazing considering some dentist just don’t do this clearly). Best visit to a dentist in awhile, I couldn’t recommend them more.

I’ve been to other dentists before and I would always be terrified by how rough they would be and upset by their rude receptionists. However, Baines Family Dental is a completely different experience. Every receptionist is friendly and helpful and Dr. Baines is amazing! He listens to and answers all the questions you have, is always so gentle when working on your teeth, and he’s just the best at what he does. I won’t see any other dentist that isn’t him. Amazing place!

I’ll start with what everybody is concerned with: wait times. I have been here quite a few times over the past year & the longest I’ve ever waited past my appointment time is 15 mins, which, to me, is mind blowing. If that’s not enough on it’s own - the staff is super friendly!! The technicians are nice & considerate. Both Dr. Marshall & Keith are funny, sweet and will voluntarily & happily explain everything to you. The staff at the front desk will greet you with a smile and walk you through any payments in detail. Overall 13/10!! Plus: They have some cool technology which as a tech geek I love

I have been going to Dr. Keith for years! Salome the hygienist and Dr. Keith are really great! The front desk is also great, and willing to help you as best they can. I’ve been to other dentists that will lie to you about having x amount of cavities so that they can get your money. But here they won’t touch your teeth if it’s not required. I love the experience and treatment I have been getting at Baines.

First time in decades I feel like I've found a dentist I can trust! He's knowledgeable, skilled, and has lovely bedside manner. The facility itself is clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I never feel like I'm being upsold or being told I need things I don't. The dentist before him told me I NEEDED to get a crown replaced (which is expensive even with insurance) only to find out I CAN change it if I want to, for cosmetic reasons, but there was no immediate NEED. The dental hygienists are also so lovely and personable. Hands down, favorite dentist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Both doctors are always lovely. Ashley is my hygienist. She is always kind, caring, and gentle when she cleans. The environment is always familial and comfortable at Baines. I’ll continue to go there and have recommended others as well.

I love it every time I come here is an amazing experience, I was helped within 5 minutes of coming in and Ashley made sure to make me feel welcomed and did a great job at cleaning my teeth, I didn’t feel anything, I used to hate coming to the dentist before but after Baines Family I love it!

I've been going to Baines Family Dental for cleanings and general dentistry for a few years now. Very Good service all around. I do not like going to the dentist but Baines make my visits to the dentist feel easy and I always feel like I am in good hands every time in step through the door at the Baines Family Dental.

Front desk frenska was passive aggressive, wouldn’t rescheduled my appointment because it was “confirmed”. I understand there are policies in place but things happen unexpectedly as well. After pulling teeth to reschedule with her (pun intended) next availability is two months from now? I have respect for the doctors here but after that service I don’t know if I will be back.

I have never been happier going to a dentist. He is very efficient, super nice, his work is impeccable, friendly environment, never Kate, and his staff are the best. I cannot stress how amazing the staff is here. From the front desk to the technicians to the dentist. Nicole was absolutely the sweetest thing ever. She was gentle, informative, friendly, and just all around awesome. Honestly I cannot recommend this facility more. I also paid out of pocket and their pricing is super affordable and reasonable. My wisdom tooth extraction took about two minutes and they made sure I was absolutely numb. Seriously love this place, will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!!!

Dr. Keith Baines makes me feel very comfortable. I used to avoid going to the dentist but my husband assured me that Dr. Baines is the best. He did not judge that I had not seen a dentist in years, he took care of my issues well, and NOW I look forward to seeing him and his staff. The staff is very professional and friendly. The office is always clean. Dr. Marshall is awesome. He explains everything to you and makes you feel very comfortable. He is gentle and caring. I had a 1pm appointment, I got there at about 12:55. After filling out some initial paperwork (first time patient stuff) I was taken back to the room almost instantly. I went for a yearly cleaning and exam. Dr. Baines (Marshall) was very professional and informative once we were done. Def would recommend to anybody and I will certainly be going back, hoping to make them my primary dentist.

Just had the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Marshall Baines is so thorough and kind. He took such care with fixing some chips I had in my teeth that had been bothering me forever. He made sure everything looked perfect and improved my smile so much that I almost cried in the chair. This is the most professional and kind dental office I have ever been to. You should have no doubts about going there for any dental needs. The entire staff is professional and do everything to make you feel at ease. Dr. Keith is downright the best health care practitioner I have ever encountered. They should expand to other locations.

Such a wonderful staff and great experience. My insurance was running out and when I expressed that, they got me in the next day. From the front desk to the Dental hygienist to the dentist. All around knowledgeable and friendly. They even called after my appt to follow up about how my experience was. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell in that moment because I missed their call. I recommend them hands down

First I just want to let everyone know I am afraid of the dentist like I cry every time. I was having some discomfort and decided to call. The receptionists are AMAZING! I got lucky and was able to have Dr.Keith take a look at my problem. The young lady who cleaned my teeth and took my X-rays is heaven sent! I felt zero pain! Zero! Although I was still a little scared I felt comfortable no pain what so ever. I will NEVER EVER change my dentist they're officially my go to dentist.

Front office girls are very professional and courteous I was greeted in a very friendly yet professional manner. I definitely recommend this place, it was my first time and would definitely go back. The work performed by the Dr was great and the results amazing

I loved this place for years. Just wish they would have told me they were no longer in Network after they renovated in February. My filling cost me $300 out of pocket and used 40% of my yearly dental maximum which I very much needed.

The whole staff is professional and friendly. They are up to date with their equipment. The office is very clean. Today I had a cleaning and my teeth felt brand new. I'm not ashamed to display a big smile to the public. Baines Family Dental can get 5 plus stars from me. They are honest and they make me feel pampered while sitting in the chair.
